Kleine slordige kamer, wc kapot. Het was een gedeelde badkamer&wc, terwijl wij dachten dat het een eigen faciliteit was.

There was no WIFI and the tv was not working. I had zero entertainment in the evening for my child. I sent 2 messages and only got a reply the morning I checked out. I had work commitments to catch up on and was unable. There was a shared bathroom that had no handle and was nearly impossible to close as the door was swollen. We had to stand at the door anytime any of us wanted to use the bathroom. They have not even replied to my last email. Honestly disgusted at this stay. Avoid at all costs, just to add - I never leave reviews like this but the customer service was shocking. Each time I went to the desk there was no staff. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

De hygiëne...en comfort.. De deur van de gedeelde wc ( op de hal ) was in het slot dichtgetaped. Deze kon dus niet op slot.. De bedden waren ook niet comfortabel. Maar voor 54 euro per nacht , prima voor die prijs. De locatie was top!!!

de kamer ze zeggen op de wep zijt mooie dingen maar dat is niet waar tv doet het niet nacht lamp doet het niet lampje bij de wasbak doet het niet gordijn kan niet dicht en half stuk vloer ook stuk en als je dat zegt dan wordt er ook gezegd dan zoek je toch een andere hotel niet echt vriendelijk maar wel geld voor die dingen vragen

Helaas niets - ligging was ok maar algemene ervaring was vreselijk

Schimmel in de kamer en badkamer!! Muffe geur in gang en kamer waarvan je hoofdpijn krijgt. Elektriciteit komt onveilig over. Vies tapijt en schimmel in de schuif van het nachtkastje. Meubilair hangt uit elkaar! 315 euro voor een nacht voor gezin met 2 kinderen niet waard! Bij aankomst werkte bel niet goed en moesten we lang wachten om binnen te komen. Dit hotel raden we helaas niemand aan.

L'hôtel est bien situé proche de Leidsepleine et l'accueil était bien expliqué et structuré

Les douches et les toilettes sont à l'extérieur des chambre mais ça nous le savons ... ce que nous ne savont pas c'est que les lits sont vraiment petits.Une table basse qui ne tient pas. C'est bien comme endroit de passage mais pas très confortable pour une longue durée

La limpieza. Telarañas en todas las esquinas del techo. Ruido. Cada vez que se movía/n la/s persona/s de arriba, además del retumbar de pisadas, la ventana de la habitación hacía ruido. Estábamos en la planta baja con acceso al jardín.

Everything was clean, clean bedding and a clean shower. There was also showergel and bodywash.

Beds were broken, electricity cables were open and definitly unsafe. The windows couldn't open. There was no ventilator, the room was super hot. There are bedlamps but no plugs.

El señor que me gestionó el checking a través ves de las cámaras cuando llegue por la tarde noche al hotel fue absolutamente maleducado, me trató fatal, me gritó, y se puso incluso violento

Etablissement situé au bord d'un canal et assez calme. Les lits sont confortables et la literie est propre.

J'ai du insister pour avoir 2 cartes et pas seulement 1 carte pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre alors que wc et salle de bain sont a l'extérieur de la chambre et que nous étions 2 personnes pas toujours ensemble ..Il n'y a plus de petit dejeuner proposé avec l"arrivée de la nouvelle direction. Le coté familial du temps des anciens proprietaires Mary et Pieter Moonen a disparu au profit de cameras pour le check out par ailleurs. La Tv ne fonctionnait pas.

Die Bewertungen (Google etc.) im Zeitraum der letzten 2 Wochen - 12 Monate waren derart erschreckend (Bettwanzen, Schimmel, Dreck und mangelnde Hygiene) dass wir nicht einmal einen Fuß in diese Absteige gesetzt haben und stattdessen lieber kostenpflichtig stornierten. Auf Kulanz brauch man bei solchen Betreibern natürlich nicht zu hoffen!

Die Lage ist gut, der Rest furchtbar

Das "Hotel" ist von oben bis unten sehr dreckig. Das Bad ist extrem klein und man hat null Privatsphäre, wenn man auf die Toilette muss oder duscht. Alles war lieblos und ungepflegt. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Realität.

Richtig gute Lage

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht und waren zu 5. In einem Zimmer gab es keine Toilette oder Dusche. Von diesem Zimmer aus konnte man ein Gemeinschaftsbad nutzen, welches aber so eng war, dass man die Toilette fast nicht nutzen konnte. Die Treppe zu diesem Zimmer war auch unglaublich eng und gefährlich. Generell waren die Zimmer sehr marode und Renovierungs bzw. Sanierungsbedürftig. Boden war vor Nässe verformt, Möbel waren kaputt, Wände blätterten ab etc. Das Schlimmste war aber die Angst vor Bettwanzen. Wir checkten am gleichen Tag ein wie zwei Frauen, welche bereits nach wenigen Stunden wieder auscheckten, da sie wohl Bettwanzen im Zimmer hatten. Entsprechend ging uns auch immer der Gedanke im Kopf herum, ob unsere Zimmer auch betroffen waren. Wir haben die Zimmer mehrmals abgesucht und all unsere Koffer und Kleidung in Müllsäcke gepackt. Es half auch nicht, dass bei vorherigen Bewertungen im Internet von Bettwanzen die Rede war. Zum Glück waren unsere Zimmer nicht betroffen, jedoch trübte dieser Umstand unseren Besuch sehr.

Staff was very nice; helpful and professional and friendly. Room (and the building in general) were very clean. The bathroom, while somewhat small and without a window, was newly remodeled and very clean as well. The location was good.

Our room, unfortunately, was extremely uncomfortable. We had expected a very small/tight space, but it was too small for nightstands, difficult to get in and out of the bed, and the walls were rough with stains and unpainted recent repair work. A built-in “desk” sagged when we put a water bottle on it. We knew there was no air conditioning, but the window in the room would not open far enough to let in cool air (likely for security reasons), and the curtains had to be closed because the window looked directly out on a courtyard accessible by all (ground floor) - closed curtains meant almost no cool air came in through the [barely] opened window. There was a fan but it did nothing to abate the heat. The room was far too hot to sleep comfortably. The price was not really that much lower than other hotels were charging for much better rooms. We learned our lesson about how to pay very close attention to posted photos - the photos on Booking.com never showed anything beyond the headboard and part of the bed, so it was not possible to see exactly what the room looked like or how big it would be. In retrospect, this seems a bit deceptive of management. Nothing was refundable, so we graciously left without any refund and moved to a much more comfortable room in another hotel.

The beds were okay

Very noisy. Very old and not Well Kept. When we were shovering, the water ran out on the bathroom floor. We had to dry it with our towels, and then we did, we didn’t get new towels. The Keys to the frontdoor did not work. One of our rooms smelled very bad, and another One was Way to hot, with no option to make it cooler, even though there was a fan in it.

Es befindet sich in einer guten Lage mit Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum, Märkte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Kein Kühlschrank. Klimaanlage im Gebäude. Sehr schmaler und steiler Flur. Kein Aufzug. Sehr kleines Badezimmer.

Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Vor allem wenn man nur eine Nacht vor Ort ist oder sich nur zum schlafen dort aufhält.

Es war super stickig und man konnte nicht vernünftig lüften.

Nice and quiet location, if you just want a decent place to stay and are not worried about facilities etc, you can't go wrong. Pretty basic but for the price no complaints.

Room is not like presented in photos. It is extremely hot. No air condition , and window is not looking to outside. It is looking to walls. There is no swatter to prevent imsect or other animals. Walls are unpainted. Bed is very old and extremely uncomfortable, springs or the bed is out of order, and we sleept at edge line of bed just to have some comfort.

Building is too old so are the rooms. There is no AC. There is always strange smell in the room.

Rooms are very small, family number has a bed for 1.5 person max, It's very stuffy and smells of chlorine, sound isolation close to 0, shower was broken, had to repair it by myself.

Per quanto riguarda la stanza, i materassi lasciavano a desiderare,due lettini uniti da una coperta ma che scivolavano l' uno dall' altro. La tenda della doccia non è stata il massimo così come la mancanza di un piatto doccia che ha reso il bagno una piscina.

Deși am plătit extra pentru o baie privată, când am ajuns la fața locului mi s-a spus ca baia este pe coridor și ca va fi folosită și de către altă cameră. Baia este la distanță destul de mare de camera astfel ca este foarte neplăcut să traversezi tot coridorul ca să ajungi la baie, în special noaptea. Nu recomand.

Je n'ai même pas passé une seule nuit dans cet établissement qui est plus que délabré. La chambre était tout simplement étouffante et remplie d'humidité. Je ne parle même pas de l'état des murs, du sol et du plafond...

Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Camera semplice e abbastanza pulita. Abbastanza centrale, si può andare a piedi al centro. Uno dei prezzi più bassi di Amsterdam che di solito ha prezzi assurdi. Per quel che abbiamo pagato siamo stati bene.

La habitación presentaba bastante humedad y era incomoda poder respirar y por ende poder descansar. Muy decepcionante para el precio que se pagó.

L’emplacement est très bien pour le prix. L’évier dans la chambre est pratique comme les douches sont communes.

De zogenaamde 2persoon bed die maar de grote is van een kingsize 1 persoon bed. De douche is erg vuil (schimmel). En de kamer is heel erg warm.

Otele gelmeden önce yorumlar dolayısıyla başta temizlik olmak üzere çok tereddütlerim vardı ancak otel beklentimin üzerinde çıktı. Odamız gayet geniş ve ferah, kanal manzaralı, temiz bir odaydı, ayrıca her yere çok yakın bir mesafedeydi buna bayıldım! Çok geç bir saatte check-in yaptığımız halde sorunsuz bir şekilde odamıza geçebildik, çıkış günümüzde de valizlerimizi bırakmamıza müsaade ettiler bu da son gün rahatça gezmemizi sağladı. Banyo biraz küçüktü ama tipik Amsterdam evleri zaten böyle bu nedenle bence bu bir kusur değil.

Ortak banyo ve tuvaletlerin temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi, banyo ve tuvaletlerin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var, bu bakım yapılsa gerçekten göze batacak çok da bir şey olmazdiyebilirim.

Hotel in una buona posizione, centrale, ben collegato ai servizi, personale disponibile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, ma in uno stanzino non custodito e sporco.

La camera non era pulita, non venivano rifatti i letti o sostituiti gli asciugamani, possibile presenza di cimici dei letti, siamo tornati a casa con delle punture sul corpo.

The bedroom was not as we expected, the sheets had blood stains, the bathroom doors were broken and couldn’t really close the door, and wasn’t a good value for the amount of money we paid
