Reset Lombok Hotel

La nostra estada a Reset Lombok ha estat molt bona i n’hem quedat encantats. L’habitació estava molt neta, cuidada i era molt agradable, i el servei ha estat excel·lent durant tota l’estada. Des de recepció ens han ajudat molt, fins i tot a organitzar i acabar de muntar una mica el nostre itinerari per Lombok, cosa que hem agraït moltíssim. La ubicació és un altre dels punts forts de l’hotel: està en una zona tranquil·la, però alhora molt a prop del centre de Kuta, de manera que es pot anar caminant fàcilment a restaurants, botigues i altres llocs d’interès. En definitiva, un lloc molt recomanable si busqueu un allotjament tranquil, net, ben ubicat i amb un servei molt atent. Sens dubte, repetiríem!

We had such an amazing stay at Reset in Kuta Lombok and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, it has felt like such a peaceful little escape. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully kept, with such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you immediately slow down and feel at home. The staff have been wonderful — so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You can really tell how much care goes into making guests feel comfortable and looked after. Our room has been lovely too — comfortable, clean and beautifully suited to the relaxed feel of the whole property. And the food deserves a special mention because we’ve genuinely loved everything we’ve eaten here! It’s clear that so much heart and effort goes into Reset, and it really shows. We had such a special stay and left feeling incredibly relaxed and grateful. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a beautiful place — you’re doing an amazing job! 🤍 We would absolutely love to come back.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Reset Lombok, da es unsere letzte Nacht auf Lombok war. Und wir fanden es wirklich wunderschön dort. Das Hotel ist für uns eine richtige Oase in Kuta. Schon wenn man reinkommt und den Blick auf den Pool hat, ist es einfach wunderschön. Es gibt viele gemütliche Liegeplätze und insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre super entspannt. Wir konnten dort richtig runterkommen. Auch das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, sehr modern und gleichzeitig liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war ultra bequem und uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch das Essen können wir sehr empfehlen. Für uns war es einfach rundum der perfekte Abschluss unserer Lombok-Ferien. Wir wären definitiv gerne länger geblieben und würden das Reset Lombok auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Komfortowy, uroczy hotel ze świetną lokalizacją blisko głównych ulic ale w dość spokojnej okolicy. Zespół bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Pokoje są przestronne i komfortowe. Śniadania można wybierać z karty, spróbowaliśmy większości propozycje i wszystkie były bardzo dobre.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy.

10/10 de sitios de Lombok. El desayuno las tortitas y las tostadas de aguacate de 10. La piscina chulísima y la habitación increíblemente cómoda y limpia. La chica de recepción súper amable, estuve de charla un rato con ella y nos encargó un taxi.

Everything was perfect ! Personal was very nice, the hotel is very quiet & clean, we had the opportunity to rent bikes very easily and taxi to move to our next destination. Breakfast was delicious and we had free access to the gym very close by ! (Open & classes)

Le personnel est vraiment gentil et serviable. L’espace piscine est très esthétique et agréable, et le petit-déjeuner est bon, surtout les toasts à l’avocat.

Malheureusement, notre expérience dans la chambre a été très mauvaise. La climatisation était beaucoup trop puissante et difficile à régler. Les coussins ne sont pas du tout confortables. Le pire reste la salle de bain. Une partie de la ventilation est simplement séparée par une toile, ce qui laisse entrer tous les insectes : moustiques, cafards et même geckos. Il y avait également de très mauvaises odeurs et énormément d’humidité. Chaque soir, nous devions passer environ 30 minutes à tuer les moustiques entrés par la salle de bain avant de pouvoir dormir. De plus, le côté droit de l’hôtel était en travaux lors de notre séjour. Les bruits de marteaux et de perceuses commençaient dès 8 h du matin et nous réveillaient. Nous avions la chambre numéro 2. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel et les beaux espaces communs, la chambre ne correspondait absolument pas au niveau attendu.

We loved the swimming pool and really enjoyed relaxing by it. The breakfast was also great, especially the banana pancakes. The rooms were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable.

There is an active construction site behind the hotel and at the neighboring property. It got quite loud at times, and relaxing by the pool to the sound of drilling isn't exactly a dream holiday. We stayed in two different rooms, and the construction noise was also very noticeable during the day in the room located at the back of the hotel. Additionally, almost every morning at 5 AM, we were woken up by prayers from the nearby mosque.

Tutto! È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in queste struttura e posso solo dire che è una delle migliori di Kuta. La piscina è un sogno e la colazione davvero ottima. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

Era tutto perfetto! L’unica cosa che consiglierei di migliorare è lo scarico della doccia che molto spesso di intasa.

Had some issues with the water not working in our room but the staff were on top of fixing it when they were made aware

L'endroit est très calme et confidentiel car peu de chambres. On s'y sent bien, le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant. On a adoré cet endroit ! Très bon wifi (le meilleur de tous les endroits qu'on a testé en Indonésie) car nous avions besoin de travaillé un peu

Amazing hotel. A 10 in everything. Great location, kindest service, delicious breakfast and the best garden and pool, so cozy! Everything is very curated and taken care of until the last detail. Perfect wifi service to work remotely or connect to meetings. Would definitely consider only this hotel when in Kuta since it's the best!

Uns hat an der Unterkunft besonders das super freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal gefallen. Wir wurden unheimlich freundlich empfangen und wurden in unser wunderschönes Zimmer geführt. Alle haben sich so Mühe gegeben, dass wir uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt haben und gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Pool und die liegen sind unheimlich einladend. Außerdem zu erwähnen ist das absolut leckere Essen, das Hotel bietet Frühstück und Mittagessen an und serviert außerdem den besten Café 🫶🏻. Wir würden auf jeden Fall unheimlich gerne wiederkommen, uns hat es super gut gefallen. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass super gut auf unsere Bedürfnisse und Anliegen eingegangen wurde z.b bezüglich Wäsche waschen. Das Hotel ist 10/10

Frühstück wurde so hoch gelobt: ist sehr fein und sehr liebevoll zubereitet aber übersichtlich ( 1 Müsli oder Pancake und 1 Heissgetränk, alles weiter zahlt man extra. Nicht schlimm, nicht teuer, einfach nur nervig ist aber fast überall so. Weg von der Innenstand/Strand über viel befahrene Strasse aber nicht weit (10-15 min)

Nice resort in a very quiet and convenient location—spacious and comfortable room. Good cleaning. The collaboration with Xeno Gym, which is only 80 meters away from the resort, is a plus for sure. I will consider staying here again next time I visit Lombok—nice and friendly staff.

Was uns im ersten Moment gefehlt hat war ein Moskitonetz. Könnte man leicht nachrüsten.

Free entry to the gym next door which is perfect for our travel. It is a well equipped gym.

The AC was broken so we need to change room and the new room was noisy because of construction next door. The tree outside the room blocking all the sunlight.

For me was the biggest benefit was close distance to Xeno fitness that was included in hotel’s price and free coworking centrum that’s part of the fitness too.

We had an amazing 3 week stay at Reset! Everything was perfect - room, staff, pool, proximity of restaurants, Xenofit and padel courts. Lots of options for breakfast so we didn't get bored and also many restaurants near by. Wifi was also very good (~50mbps in our room).

Comfortable stay. All the staff were amazing, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly and helpful. The in house body scrub & masseuse Ani was incredible, one of the best massage experiences I’ve had.

The breakfast area mixes bacon with other food, which isn’t very Muslim friendly. However, we chose smoothies bowls during our stay, so it was still fine for us.

Sehr gemütliche Poolanlage, nettes Personal, die Zimmergröße ist super und es ist sauber, das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, Massagen sind super und werden im eigenem Zimmer durchgeführt und die Lage ist nur dann top, wenn man einen Roller hat.

Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und die Bettwäsche war nicht ganz sauber. Für mich persönlich wirkte das Zimmer eher nicht sehr heimelig. Beim Frühstück gibt es jeden Morgen die gleichen Früchte, auch der Fruchtsaft ist sehr eintönig – nach drei Tagen wird es langweilig. Da wir seit einem Monat unterwegs sind und viele Unterkünfte gesehen haben, empfinden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier als etwas zu hoch.

I was staying at Reset for the third time and I liked every stay. Especially now that they serve barista coffee. I was working from there, the WiFi is great. In case of power outage they have a generator. The pool is lovely and the whole atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The rooms are quiet. The staff is super friendly. I will come back again!

Heel fijn hotel! Wij verbleven er een paar nachten en vonden het een perfecte ligging hebben. Niet de drukte van de hoofdstraat, maar je bent zo bij de actie! Het personeel is behulpzaam. Bijvoorbeeld: een scooter was in 15 minuten geregeld en voor ons klaar gezet! De massage in kamer was ook geweldig.

Der Pool ist absolut spitze. Schöne Anlage, alles ist sehr gepflegt. Geräumiges und schönes Zimmer, das Bett eher etwas härter. Gute Lage, Rollerverleih möglich. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt eine grössere Auswahl an Menüs.

Es gibt eine Essens- und Getränkekarte, von der man angeblich den ganzen Tag bis 5pm bestellen kann. Wir haben jedoch an keinem einzigen Nachmittag einen Mocktail bekommen, weil das keiner mixen kann. Dann bitte nicht drauf schreiben, bzw. wäre eine feine Erfrischung am Pool schon sehr toll.

Excellent hôtel, both comfortable and very central, yet quiet. Food was excellent (especially the avocado toast) and staff was very kind and attentive. Bonus for the swimming pool and nearby gym, very convenient.

Perfect location away from main road, lovely helpful staff, good value for money. We extended our stay and manager was very helpful. We loved it and will stay at Reset when we come back to Lombok.

Everything was great, outstanding price value ratio, as we stayed in another similar hotel… the staff was super nice, enough sun beds AND it was quiet at night no mosque wake up to hear so you could start the day well. We would come back any time.

Die zimmer waren grundsätzlich schön, man hatte nur 10‘ zum Zentrum zu Fuss. Man konnte nebenan kostenlos ins Gym und Kurse belegen.

Obwohl man die Rezeption früh genug kontaktiert und eine Uhrzeit für den Frühstück definiert kam es immer zu spät. Beim Frühstück fehlten auch teilweise Sachen. Sie boten vegane Milch an, jedoch konnte ich mir in einer Woche nur 1x Kaffe bestellen. Nach dem man auf der privaten Terasse gefrühstückt hat wurde es erst am nächsten Tag abgeräumt, aber nur wenn man ein Täfelchen aufhengt, dass man sich wünscht, dass das Zimmer aufgeräumt werden soll. Ebenfalls wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich aufgeräumt. Sie haben in dieser Woche auch immer was im Zimmer liegen lassen. Ebenfalls wurde dem Badezimmer leider keine Sorgfalt gegeben. Es ist alles bereits rechts verrostet und die Wände angerissen.

Everything was top service in our opinion, the setting is so beautiful, with the pool and the beautiful tropical plants everywhere, the bamboo shower, then our room was so nicely decorated, really beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed and really nice cotton sheets. The bathroom has lovely lighting. The tv is big and works great for Netflix etc. We loved all the staff, lady at reception was so nice, and so was breakfast waitress. The food options were nice for lunch by the pool (loved the chicken pesto sandwich). And our absolute favourite was the free pass to the gym next door which is amazing ! Never too busy, spacious and airy, great equipment, a real treat as part of the hotel stay. Also the location is tucked away from the busy high street so it’s much quieter, you can hire scooters from reception for easier transport. We loved this hotel so much we wanted to extend our stay but no surprise it’s often fully booked. So worth the money

Only complaint is that they allow smoking in the patios in front of the rooms (ashtrays) so if you end up with smoking neighbours it will smell like cigarette often. I don’t mind around the pool but maybe they could change the rule for the patios for a better experience to non smokers

We treated ourselves to a four night stay here at the end of our six week Indonesia trip. It was a great choice as it’s a beautiful hotel! The rooms are all set around the pool, which was actually a quiet environment perhaps partly due to it being an adult only hotel and also the rooms are sheltered behind vegetation and not directly visible from the pool. The room itself was lovely, spacious with a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommended!
