Preiswert, einigermaßen sauber, einigermaßen freundlich.

Kreditkarte erst ab 200€ (oder man bettelt ganz doll). Mücken im Zimmer und kein Mückenschutz am Fenster. Kein Spiegel, keine Kleiderbügel. Antwortet nicht schnell auf schriftliche Anfragen.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss damit unser Hund nicht unbedingt Fahrstuhl fahren muss. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, man war schnell in der Innenstadt aber auch schnell im Park um schöne Hunderunden zu drehen.

Alles hat gestimmt, es gibt nichts was uns gestört hat.

Quando chegamos, o quarto que nos deram inicialmente não tinha sido arrumado. Reclamei e me deram outro quarto. No dia seguinte, o quarto também não foi arrumado. Reclamei e pedi toalhas novas, e fui atendido com mau humor. No dia da chegada, recebi uma mensagem dizendo que teria que pagar na entrada em dinheiro pois a máquina do cartão não estava funcionando. Tive que sacar e pagar em dinheiro. Na saída, não havia ninguém na recepção, deixei um bilhete pedindo o recibo por e-mail, mas até agora não me mandaram. O banheiro sempre inundava quando tomávamos banho, pois não tinha box e o ralo permaneceu entupido o tempo inteiro, apesar de termos reclamado no primeiro dia. O cofre estava trancado e não pôde ser usado, pois ninguém foi abrir. Boas instalações e péssimo atendimento.

Hatten stiche von unbekannten insekten, dementsprechend war die nacht sehr krabbelig, wir wissen nicht genau was uns gestochen hat aber würden uns da über eine Rückmeldung freuen und bitten Sie darum nochmal das Bett gründlich zu kontrollieren

Bucht kein Frühstück dazu. Das ist grottig. Wenig Auswahl, pappiges Brötchen, Käse ohne Geschmack, Wurst in halbes Scheiben usw. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Alternativen für ein besseres Frühstück

The location, 2 stations only from the center (the station is only 100m from the hotel) the silence, clean, room space - area and layout.

Only problem I have to mention is the lack of ventilation / air-condition. Nothing has been provided against the heat: no ventilator, no air-condition. I had to let the windows fully open. It is time now to equip the rooms, the past years have been hot and this summer 2026 even hotter !

The location is workable and check-in was quick.

The room bears no resemblance to the photographs used to sell it. What we got was a long, narrow corridor of a room with two single beds pushed to opposite ends, divided by two free-standing wooden panels — no wall, no door, no separation of any kind above panel height. No seating, one small desk, one wall lamp. When I raised this at reception, staff told me the images on the Booking listing were a "sample room" of a quadruple room and that we were in a double. So the property knows the photographs do not show what it sells, and sells it anyway. The hygiene was the worse problem. The room was not properly cleaned. After the stay, members of my party developed skin rashes. At check-in the property asked for the full amount — over EUR 1,300 — in cash, saying the card terminal was not working. When I said no one travels with that much cash and pushed back, the terminal started working immediately and the card payment went through without a problem. My own booking confirmation from this property states that amounts over EUR 150 can only be paid by card. For a four-night business trip at over EUR 300 a night, this was an unacceptable stay from start to finish. Look at the guest photos, not the property's.

Mehrere Ausstattungsgegenstände sind auseinander gefallen (eine Wandlampe sowie ein Teil der Duscharmatur). Die Gegenstände waren einfach lose und nicht fest montiert. Zudem deutliche und große Kalkablagerungen in der Duschkabine. Das Doppelbett war mit zwei Einzelmatratzen ausgestattet, was für ein Pärchen recht unkomfortabel ist. Darüberhinaus wurden wir an der Rezeption nicht gästefreundlich behandelt. Bei der Ankunft telefonierte das Personal, es schien wie ein Privatgespräch. Beachtet wurde man für viele Minuten gar nicht, und z.T. erst, nachdem man auf sich aufmerksam machte und dann auch nur mit einem halben Ohr. Man fühlt sich dadurch nicht willkommen - „der Gast ist König“ leider verfehlt… Es konnte zudem keine zweite Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt werden, das war in unserer Situation wirklich ungünstig und kenne ich so von anderen Hotels nicht. Parken in der Garage kostet pro Tag 18€… Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis leider wirklich Wucher.

Location was great. The rooms had been recently refurbished which was nice but signs that there is still a little work to do. No air-con but that's fine as this is not Spain we're talking about. Fridge in the room was a nice extra.

Initial problems with payment, with uncertainty as to how to correctly deal with the situation. Lack of any real atmosphere in the hotel, so treat it as I did , as a place to sleep that's comfortable, clean and close to other bars and restaurants.

Аккуратненько , убирались каждый день. В номере была вода при въезде ( только минеральная).

Вход только по лестнице с чемоданом не очень удобно. Очень маленький номер. Странная система отопления (теплый пол) , сначала не замечаешь что что то работает, а потом парилка становится. Контролировать температуру сложно. Из душа вода течет в комнату ( в душе нет порога. Комнату не удобно проветривать. Вместо окна две двери. Есть риск что если оставите дверь открытой то кто нибудь может залезать в номер. В рабочей зоне нет розетки для зарядки. Подушка очень неудобная , кровать шаталась , боялся что сломается.

Das Zimmer hätte besser geputzt sein können (Schmutz in den Ecken). Das Rolo war defekt (Dachzimmer), so dass eine Verdunkelung nicht möglich war. Ansonsten passabel für eine Nacht.

The location was convenient.

The room smelled extremely strongly of cigarette smoke and could not be properly aired out. The floor was dirty, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the pillow was old and lumpy. The safe did not work because there were no batteries, the bathroom door could not be locked, and one electrical socket was not properly installed. The renovation also looked unfinished and cheaply done. We expected two separate beds, but received one double bed, and the hotel could not offer us another room. Overall, we did not sleep well and the quality was far below what we expected for this price.

Leider konnte man über booking nicht direkt bezahlen, man musste mit Kreditkarte reservieren und dann vor Ort in bar bezahlen, weil keine Kartenzahlung möglich war. Bad und Bett waren sauber, der Rest des Zimmers hätte etwas sauberer sein können, die Verdunklung in meinem Zimmer war leider etwas kaputt, ansonsten alles top.

Friendly staff. comfy beds and room with a good TV, quiet location at night. Good value compared to hotels around the same price in Cologne. Would stay again.

Praktisches Hotel am Ebertplatz. Für den günstigen Preis ist es vollkommen in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer sind modern, aber recht einfach. Manche Stellen erscheinen renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar. Die Milch wurde leider nicht nachgefüllt.

Wir kommen immer gerne zum Wohnen hierher. Die Lage ist perfekt, Personal höflich und hilfsbereit.

Patul si pernele au fost foarte inconfortabile deoarece au fost foarte moi si calitate ieftina. Noi am calatorit in August si a fost foarte cald, camera nu avea nici clima si nici ventilator . La geam nu exista plasa de țânțari deci nu s-a putut lasa deschis sa intre aerul macar noaptea sa se mai răcorească.. Personalul a fost putin indiferent si a trebui sa merg 25 minute sa scot bani pentru ca nu exista optiune de plata cu cardul pe internet iar la hotel nu se accepta card sub 200€.

Merkeze yakın sayılabilecek bir konumda. Metro çok yakın. Marketler 3-5dk mesafede. Kendi içinde sessiz bir otel.

Temiz bir oteldi demek zor. 6 gece kaldık, sadece bir defa havlular değişti odada. Her gün oda servisi adında sadece çöpler alınıyor. Yola yakın olmasından dolayı özellikle gece dışarıdan çok ses alıyor. Odalarda buzdolabı var ama çalışmıyor.

Zigarettenkippen auf dem Balkon, Matratzen zu weich - aber Ansichts- und Rückensache, Straße vor allem nachts recht laut, das Bad ist recht klein für 4 Personen und die feuchte Luft bekommt man nach 2 Tagen nur noch schlecht raus, 2 Stühle für 4 Personen sind 2 zu wenig

Een fijne plek dichtbij het centrum. Uitgebreid ontbijt en aardige medewerkers.

Ein hervorragendes Hotel zum Entspannen. Mir hat alles gefallen. Alles verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Man kann vom Bahnhof aus in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Sehenswürdigkeit Eigelsteintor gelangen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen ... Wir waren von 20:00 bis 11:00 Uhr dort ... Hätten wir das gewusst, wären wir nach unserem Spaziergang durch Köln schon früher ins Hotel gekommen.

Im August ist es in Köln schwül. Man braucht nachts einen Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage.

Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr geringe Auswahl, kein frisches Obst, Joghurt oder Quark. Eine Sorte weiße Brötchen und helles Toastbrot. Filterkaffee mit Kaffeesatz.

La almohada era muy mala y te exigen pagar en efectivo y el día que te vas se inventan que mi tarjeta no era válida y anulan la reserva(cuando ya la has acabado!!). Tiene pinta de chanchullo.

Keine Klimaanlage, Lüftung über Fenster funktioniert leider nur begrenzt

Prima Hotel Nähe Ebertplatz. Hab mich sehr wohl dort gefühlt. War alles da, was ich für 2 Nächte benötigt habe.

Zwar hatten wir ein Fernseher aber es gab dazu keine Fernbedienung und beim nachfragen wurde uns ebenfalls keine gegeben OBWOHL bei der Buchung TV stand Boden sehr dreckig würde drüber hinweg schauen wenn es Badeschlappen geben würde aber da diese ebenfalls nicht da waren muss das erwähnt werden Zimmer N7 Badezimmer sehr unpraktisch Spiegel hängt in der Ecke man muss sich über das Waschbecken bücken um sich überhaupt im Spiegel zu sehen. Dusche eine Tür hat gefehlt die andere hat gehangen beim Duschen wurde der ganze Boden nass. Und ich finde es frech das man bei der Buchung ein Doppelbett wählen kann obwohl es am Ende keine gibt dann soll man es im System erfassen sodass die Gäste es von vorne rein wissen und nicht alles schon angeben und erst in der Unterkunft erfahren oder per Telefon, da dann die Stornierungskosten anfallen. Würde mich dann dementsprechend nach einer anderen Unterkunft auf die Suche machen aber so nimmt man diese Option weg da man die Gesamtkosten bei der Stornierung zahlen müsste.

Betten sind sehr bequem. Haben gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber.

In manchen Ecken (Duschwand, Schrank) waren Flecken. Im Zimmer huschten 2 Silberfische. Die Türe zum Flur ist hellhörig.

Die Lage! Wir haben alles zu Fuss erreichen können in der Innenstadt. Das Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig!

L'hôtel est bien situé et bien desservi. Ma chambre était fonctionnelle (avec frigo et bouilloire) et propre. Le personnel est sympathique.

Unfortunately it was very hot and rooms aren't air conditioned. On a busy road which normally wouldn't be a problem but had to have the windows open because of the heat which made sleeping difficult with the road noise.

Good view. Super good location to use the train station (and also only two stops from the Cathedral). The receptionist let us check in two hours early :)

The room was super hot (we knew it didn’t have aircon when we booked) and it was like 10° hotter than outside. Also our room had two windows but only one had a proper curtain…. The window facing the direction the sun rises didn’t have a curtain and the sun rises at 5:30am in July and yes it woke us up both days we stayed :/ also you need a rocket science degree to work the shower. There were two shower heads, one that was above and a hand held one. Only the hand held one shot out water unless you pressed this button that made it come out of the shower head above for only like 1 second then it would switch back to the hand held one… super annoying

Great location near the river and walking distance of the city centre and old town. Friendly staff, decent size rooms.

Lack of A/C meant the rooms were very hot at night, but we didn't specifically ask for a/c rooms.

Das Zimmer hat mir so sehr gefallen, Ausstattung war super.

Am Anreisetag, haben wir festgestellt, dass eine Steckdose nicht in der Fassung war und es wurde bis zum Abreisetag nicht repariert. Dazu kam auch noch, dass zwar das Zimmer jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, aber es kein Toilettenpapier gab.

Chambre propre, sans odeur de cigarette ou autre odeur désagréable. La présence d'un ventilateur dans l'une des chambres a également été appréciée.

Absence d'eau chaude pendant le séjour, sans aucun geste commercial proposé par la réception. Les chambres étaient assez chaudes malgré l'absence de climatisation, il manquait une poubelle dans l'une des chambres et aucune bouteille d'eau n'était fournie malgré la présence d'un réfrigérateur.

De prima ontvangt en contact en service en uitleg. De locatie en de wandelroute naar Keulner Hauptbahnhof , langs Marriot hotel, Hoge Duitse Muziekschool, in de directe omgeving op kruispunt 2 goede eetgelegenheden en een prima ijssalon. Vlakbij het Elbert Platz goede ondergrondse U bahn en bushalte. Verder vlakbij een plein met een eeuwenoude poort heel veel gezellige eet-en drinkgelegenheden. Ook vanuit het hotel via de Sedanstrasze een makkelijke rechtstreekse verbinding naar de Rijn Boulevard. Goede verbinding naar de brug van Hauptbahnhof, mogelijkheid voor tocht over de Rijn. En ook vlotte verbinding om De Dom te bezoeken. Trouwens, kan dat ook heel goed via de andere route naar het station en dan direct door het het station via de brede passage ,die gebruikt wordt als toegang tot de verschillende perrons. Samengevat : uitstekend hotel met garage ,ontbijt en goede service,

Op de grotere slaapkamer voor 3 personen, ook een bedlampje bij het eenpersoonsbed. Het verder een mooie grote kamer. Aan de andere kant van het goede tweepersoonsbed ook een bedlampje en oplaadpunt voor een mobiele telefoon.

The hotel may not look like much, but is very clean, the staff are friendly (at the desk and housekeeping) and answered questions that I had. The towels were changed daily, and they ensured to provide plenty of amenities, including natural sparkling water. The room was simple and clean, having most everything I needed. There was hot water for both sink and shower, as well as a fridge to keep food. The staff also watched the luggage after I checked out. You are a 15-20 minute walk from the Cologne cathedral, and about not a far wall from the Rhine River. The hotel is right next to an underground station, so you could easily navigate it you wanted, as well as it is near multiple parks and cafes. I didn't try the breakfast, but it seemed to be reasonable for cost, and easy to access.

Due to location, you might hear the walking signals from outside. If you prefer a quieter spot, it would be recommended to find a place a bit further from a the road, as the hotel is near a traffic light, petrol station, and underground. There was some wear and tear around the room (near the bed, some paint cracked in the toilet and the shower had a part that fell, but was informed early on and noted by the staff to check and take care.

There was no air conditioning, and these were the worst three nights I’ve ever experienced at a property. Despite the extreme heat (around 40°C), no one was willing to address the issue or offer a solution. Air conditioning should be considered a basic amenity in these conditions. My health deteriorated significantly during my stay because of the excessive heat, making the experience extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

There was no air conditioning, although this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking details. During my stay, temperatures reached around 40°C, making the rooms extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioning should be considered a basic amenity in such conditions. The three nights I spent at this property were the worst I’ve experienced. When I raised the issue, the hotel representatives had difficulty understanding English, making communication very challenging. They were unwilling to offer any solution or provide even a partial refund. The excessive heat had a significant negative impact on my health, and I left feeling much worse than when I arrived. I would not recommend staying at this property during hot weather.

Die Größe des Zimmers und das Badezimmer sind sehr schön . Die Betten sind sauber und bequem.

Schön,dass es einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gibt, jedoch gibt es im ganzen Zimmer zwei freie Steckdosen. Eine neben der Tür und eine im Badezimmer.

Дуже гарний готель, привітний персонал, є місце для парковки. Номер в готелі дуже красивий,світлий і просторий. Дуже зручні ліжка, шикарна постіль, велика душова кімната. Розташування дуже зручне, близько до собору, але дзвони не заважають.
