Reviewed Oct 10, 2025S manželem jsme se tu ubytovali na jednu noc před odletem. Pro tento účel byl pokoj naprosto dostačující. Ubytování je ve velkém domě, který působí trochu jako z hororu, ale to je v Neapoli běžné. Pokoje jsou zrekonstruované, mají vysoké stropy. Ubytování se nachází mezi opravdu rušnými silnicemi, přesto hluk z ulice v pokoji slyšet není. Pokoj byl čistý, koupelna také. Nicméně opravdu se jedná spíše o pokoj na přespání, nečekejte útulnost. Je to ale opravdu dáno okolním prostředím, nejedná se o pěknou čtvrť.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Dimensiunea camerei si facilitățile din camera si zona comuna sunt foarte moderne si de ajutor Deși am stat doar 2 nopti au făcut curatenie. Check-in de la distanta, rapid. Personalul a răspuns rapid si ne-a ajutat cu informații la întrebările noastre. Cazarea este foarte aproape de gara Napoli Centrale (Garibaldi) si ferry către Capri, plus 15 minute de mers pe jos de faimoasa Pizzerie Da Michele.
Clădirea in care este locația este destul de veche si te sperii putin cand intri dar instructiunile de check-in au fost foarte detaliate si de ajutor. Plus ca exista lift , in caz ca ai bagaje mari.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The place is super nice and easy going to get to/in. You'll find the basic stuff in the common kitchen but with so many restaurants around we used it only for the coffee. Federico was super helpful even after we locked ourselves out of our room.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025Zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof Napoli Porta Nolana und auch Garibaldi. Kommunikation mit dem Host via WhatsApp war sehr einfach und es gab ausführliche Beschreibungen wie der Self Check-In funktioniert.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und leider auch nicht super sauber, an einigen Stellen im Zimmer und Bad (Dusche) war auch Schimmel zu erkennen.

Surprisingly quiet rooms despite the noisy street outside - I think the doors and windows have some sort of sound proofing which gave us a good night’s rest. Don’t worry about the look of the apartment block corridors along levels 1 and 3 leading to Domus Marina rooms…Domus Marina is in excellent condition and cleanliness.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Il proprietario si è rivelato da subito molto gentile e disponibile fornendo tutte le indicazioni utili per l'auto check-in. La posizione della struttura risulta abbastanza strategica in quanto vicina alla stazione e alla metropolitana. Diciamo che come qualità-prezzo ci siamo!
La pulizia della camera non era impeccabile così come la manutenzione del bagno. Inoltre, la camera, essendo all'interno di un condominio e affacciata su un incrocio, risulta rumorosa a partire dalla mattina presto.

SCAM. not one of, but the worst property i have ever stayed. Their "virtual" check-in process is basically useless. Getting into the property was painful and when i got there, my promised room's key was missing so i stood there for 20 minutes waiting for the manager to virtually open the room and they couldn't open it so they put me in another room which was different from what the room's description on the website. Not "seaside" view, towels missing, the bathroom and the floor were dirty. Noise from the street was loud and when i contacted the property owner for towels, a person came and threw towels and said "come on come on" and left. I asked to shorten my stay as I was very disappointed. They said they will partially refund when i cancel the reservation on booking. It has been 1 month and the property is ignoring my messages and messages from the booking.com to avoid paying the refund. I don't recommend the location as well as it is located in one of the worse neighborhoods of Naples. I was so pissed, i left Naples the next day. If you are looking to reserve this room. Please don't. Just go somewhere else. The lowest rate i have ever given on booking.com was a 6. This place is definitely a 1.

Zdalny dostęp przez aplikację do frontowych drzwi jest dobrym pomysłem aczkolwiek jednego dnia po powrocie z Rzymu prawie padla mi bateria w telefonie i ledwo zdążyliśmy. Na szczescie nie musialem sprawdzac czy wlasciciel cos na to by mogl pomóc. Nowe ręczniki co drugi dzień. Tuż przy wejściu do budynku kawiarnia z dobrą kawą za symboliczną cenę.
Brak pralki jestem w stanie zrozumieć jak za taką cenę ale żelazko to niewielki wydatek, który z pewnością by się przydał. Również brak korkociągu we Włoszech... w okolicznych sklepach tak samo brak. Poradziłem sobie śrubokrętem, który akurat w mieszkaniu był. Okolica jest fatalna, brudna, aczkolwiek cały okoliczny Neapol sprawił takie wrażenie.

Hard memory foam pillows not my choice. Area a little down and dirty , could bother some at night . Access could baffle the non tech savvy , but host very responsive. No sea view .

Nagyon kicsi, pakoló hely nincs, hiányzik egy szekrény, a fürdőszobából egy polc.. a fürdőszoba penészes, koszos. Nincs alaposan takarítva. A hálószobában az erkély ajtó felett penész. A képek alapján nem ezt vártuk. A konyhát nem lehetett használni, a kávéfőző szintén koszos.. A napi takarítás teljesen felesleges..

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und alles ist gut organisiert. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Eine Küche steht allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung.
Es ist etwas schwierig zu den Zimmern zu kommen, wenn man nicht so mobil ist bzw. große Koffer dabei hat. Man muss den Fahrstuhl wechseln, also zwei unterschiedliche nutzen. Diese sind sehr eng.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025We liked that it was in a residential property, so therefore authentic. The bathroom was nicely decorated and very modern. Federico arranged for water to be left in our fridge, which was helpful until we could get our own; there was a great supermarket behind the property to get supplies, a friendly cafe literally outside the main door and single use cups, cutlery and plates in the communal space… Nearest train station was easy peasy and cheap to get around tourist sites.
We found the climb up the stairs very hot as the stairwell was the hottest part of the building but cool as soon as you entered the shared area. Our room never got as cool as the communal area so we would pause there for a rest before entering our room. The curtains were really warm to touch so the room took a while to get comfortable in the 34 degree heat. We couldn’t find a bottle opener anywhere so had to go back down the four flights of stairs to the cafe to get our wine/beer open. I did try the lift once in 3 days (we are fit but also in our fifties AND carrying shopping) but I couldn’t get the door to open at the top so had to go back to the bottom and climb the stairs. Bit scary but we laughed later. The area was a bit out of the way of the centre but a train station very nearby to Pompei/Vesuvius/Sorrento etc and cheaper than cabs, which were quoting €90+!!!! Not needed. I actually booked this place to sit out on the balcony but the furniture in the photos must have been elsewhere as there wasn’t any tables or chairs on any balconies we could see from our room.

Neighborhood is sketchy and not particularly close to anything. My wife and I walked 20+ minutes each direction to get to the “fun” part of town. It is close to the water, sure, but it’s an industrial dock. Floors hadn’t been swept (or were swept poorly) and bathroom hadn’t been mopped, despite protestations from the property manager. Room was small, & the elevator was tiny. Security features helped make us feel safe, but the Vikey app didn’t work consistently.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2025Las camas eran muy cómodas. El alojamiento está cerca de paradas de autobús y trenes, pero no es muy aconsejable salir de noche por la zona, ya que no es de los mejores barrios. El chico que nos atendía al teléfono respondía muy rápido y fue muy amable, la chica de la limpieza también. El sistema de entrada al apartamento no nos dio ningún problema, funciona bien.
El primer día que llegamos había suciedad pegada en la taza del vater, la cual tuvimos que limpiar nosotros antes de sentarnos.

Het inchecken was nogal een ding, duurde even voor ik het door had. Tip: als je via je mobiel op de knop 'open de deur' hebt geklikt, even geduld hebben, na een paar seconden gaat hij open. In de keuken was veel plastic: borden, bekertjes, bestek. Qua milieu zou het fijn zijn voor wat glazen, borden en wat goede messen te zorgen. Desnoods een setje per kamer.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2025Las camas son muy cómodas, está cerca de paradas de autobús y metro. La persona que nos atendió muy amable y nos respondía muy rápido a las dudas. La chica de la limpieza también fue muy simpática. El sistema de entrada al alojamiento funciona bien, no nos dio ningún problema.
El primer día cuando llegamos el vater estaba sucio, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros los restos que había pegados en la parte de sentarse.

The location was not as near to the nice area of Naples as I thought. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning did not work properly. The online lock system wasn't working so we couldn't get back into the building late at night and ended up having to phone someone for assistance.
