Breakfast was very good, nice outside terrace for evening drinks and breakfast. Good size room, metro and train station 5 minutes away. Easy to get to the local attractions.

Para mim era melhor ficar em um hotel perto da estação de trem. Nesse caso ele foi perfeito, já que está a apenas um quarteirão tanto da estação de trem, qto de uma estação de metrô. Quarto novo, café da manhã bom.

Nao sei se era a localização do meu quarto, mas a noite fazia muito barulho durante a noite! Até caminhão de lixo pegando o lixo e triturando vidro teve de madrugada. Não dormi bem.

The modern stylish hotel was not matched by the cold, unfriendly staff. Our experience in the rooftop restaurant at dinner was regretful. The staff were projecting their stress and frustration onto us. Clearly customer satisfaction was not top priority over profit as they were overbooked for the evening for the lack of staff/inexperience. We had to ask for water at the table after our starters had arrived. When I asked about the red wine by the glass selection, what they were serving, I was met by the response "I'll bring you some red wine" which was unceremoniously dumped shortly after. We were made to feel more like a burden / ignored through the evening. The starters were oversized, serving a whole mozzarella for 1 person is excessive. Then with the mains we got (chefs veg of the day) 4 baby potatoes and no garnish which seems out of proportion after the size of the starter. The grilled bavette steak was undercooked and chewy so I only ate half of that. It was a very tasty piece of meat so it was a shame I couldn't eat it. We decided to skip dessert as the atmosphere was increasingly uncomfortable. People were asked to queue to pay and there were 12 customers waiting at the time we wanted to leave. We both have worked in top restaurants as chefs for 17 years so know exactly what was happening and did not appreciate our only holiday together of the year ending in a meal like this. Customer satisfaction should be no.1, never forget this.

Some of the staff were very un helpful, and when we went up to the top-floor While having a drink at the bar, we asked if we could purchase a bottle of water to take back to our room. Surprisingly, we were told that we couldn’t take it with us. When I asked why, I was told that if we wanted water for our room, we would have to order it through room service and pay a delivery charge. We found this particularly unhelpful and unnecessary, considering we were already sitting at the bar purchasing drinks and simply wanted to buy a bottle of water to take upstairs ourselves. For a hotel of this standard, you would expect a little more flexibility and a more guest-friendly approach. feel this is not up to the four star it claims to be.

A estadia no hotel foi bastante agradável e não tivemos qualquer problema com o quarto ou com o serviço do hotel. No entanto, tivemos uma experiência bastante negativa no restaurante Vesuvio. O serviço foi muito demorado, tivemos de esperar bastante para fazer o pedido e, no final, tivemos de nos levantar para conseguir pagar. Vimos que algumas mesas receberam a conta, enquanto outras, incluindo a nossa, ficaram à espera. Consideramos que o serviço do restaurante ficou muito aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria.

Wspaniały pobyt w hotelu UNA Hotels Napoli! Spędziłyśmy wraz z córką najpierw dwie noce, potem po powrocie z wybrzeża jeszcze jedna noc. +Wspaniały personel, komunikatywny, uprzejmy, dobrze mówiący po angielsku, nastawiony życzliwie i pomocnie. +Przestronne duże pokoje, komfortowe, pierwsze dwie noce mieliśmy pokój na 5 piętrze z balkonem i widokiem na Wezuwiusza, z wiekiem na plac Garibaldiego. +Klimatyzacja działała super. +Pokój idealnie wyciszony - pomimo głośnego gwaru na ulicy, po zamknięciu okiem w pokoju cichutko, ciemno, dzięki dobrym okiennicom. +Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. Pościele również. +Zestaw kosmetyków, czajnik w pokoju (choć wiem, że nie ma czajników we wszystkich pokojach, my jednak pierwsze dwie noce miałyśmy ten komfort). +Przepyszne śniadania: bpgaty wybór na słono i na słodko, sery, warzywa, owoce, nabiał, jajecznica, wędliny, płatki, nasiona, soki, itd. + Wczesne zameldowanie - już o 14.00, co jest rzadkością i późne wymeldowanie - aż o 12.00, co również jest rzadkością. :) +Recepcja 24/7 co dla nas było ogromnym atutem ponieważ meldowalismy soe dopiero około północy i nie było to problemem. +Lokalizacja idealna, hotel w sercu Neapolu - tuż obok głównego węzła komunikacyjnego, koło dworca głównego, równocześnie przylega do starego miasta. Zwiedzalysmy miasto na piechotę bo wszędzie blisko, kilkanaście minut spacerkiem. +Wspaniała restauracja na dachu, na 6 piętrze. Śniadanie z widokiem na Wezuwiusza, na zabytkowe kopuły budynków i na Pałac na wzgórzu - wspaniale przeżycie. +Cena bardzo adekwatna do tego, co hotel oferuje i na pewno warto skorzystać. My przy kolejnej podróży z pewnością wybierzemy ten hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Reception als beim Frühstück. Gutes Frühstück mit großem Angebot, optional kann man auch Kaffee von der Bar bestellen. Es gibt auch eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf die Stadt aber uns war das bei den Temperaturen auch morgens schon zu heiß.

Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist sehr laut, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Durch die 3-fach verglasten Fenster wird der Verkehrslärm zwar unterdrückt, aber Hupen und Sirenen hört man dennoch deutlich. Ich fand das für mich nicht so schlimm, aber wenn jemand mit Kindern hier übernachten will, müsste man das bedenken.

Belles chambres et très beau rooftop. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour une nuitcar près de la gare. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, les serveurs du rooftop très agréables.

L’accueil est « minimal » au Check in comme au Check out. Le quartier est sale il faut 10min de marche dans cet environnement peu agréable pour atteindre le vieux Naples.

Servicios excelentes. Habitación cómoda, bien organizada, y limpia, con aire acondicionado funcional en el mes de agosto. Todo el personal del hotel era muy atento, amable y agradable. Destacar la terraza para tomar algo al volver al hotel después de un paseo, así como el desayuno generoso, abundante y muy variado. Al estar al lado del metro, facilita mucho explorar la ciudad, con 1,5€ y en 10-15 minutos estás en pleno centro de Nápoles.

Igual la zona no es la mejor, pero sinceramente la atención, la habitación y el desayuno lo compensan.

屋上レストランの眺望が素晴らしい。朝食のビュッフェは口コミ通りのクオリティで、大変満足でした。 地下鉄のガリバルディ駅を出てすぐ目の前と立地も良く、ナポリ到着時や周辺観光の拠点としてもとても便利です。

チェックイン時のフロントスタッフがやや不親切でした。朝食やwifiの説明などは一切ありませんでした。

Mooie ruime kamers die van alle gemakken zijn voorzien. Je kunt ontbijten op het dakterras met een fraai uitzicht over de stad. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen tegenover het treinstation wat heel handig is voor uitstapjes naar Pompeii etc.

De chaos op het Piazza Garibaldi. Auto’s en scooters die pas stoppen (of om je heen rijden) als je al op een zebrapad staat. Daar moet je even aan wennen.

Our second stay at this hotel - the rooms are clean and comfortable as are the beds. The breakfast in the roof top terrace is the highlight however with its sweeping panoramic views of the city and the wonderful waiting staff who are always friendly and attentive. The food’s not bad either! :)

DO NOT STAY HERE — SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE I had a terrible experience at this hotel in Naples. The A/C in my room was not strong enough and was actually leaking onto my bag. But the most serious issue was the bathroom. The bathtub/shower was extremely high, and I am 6 feet tall. There was no anti-slip coating or mat on the tub surface, and the shower only had a half-glass door that moved. When I stepped into the tub, the glass door swung open, I lost my footing, and I slipped and fell hard onto my shoulder and back. I am now in significant pain and can barely lift my arm. I immediately reported the accident to the front desk. Their response was extremely disappointing. They did not offer an apology or even proactively offer an ice pack—I had to ask for one myself. When I checked out, I asked for a refund for my stay, but was told the manager was not there and that I should send an email. I did exactly that. The hotel eventually responded that they had done nothing wrong and refused to refund even my one-night stay. Regardless of how they choose to characterize the incident, a bathtub that is difficult to enter, has no anti-slip protection, and has a moving half-glass door is a serious safety concern. What was even more upsetting was the hotel’s lack of concern after I was injured. I strongly recommend that people think twice before staying here. In my opinion, the bathroom presents a serious safety hazard, and the way the hotel handled my injury and complaint was completely unacceptable.

Second time staying here. We love UNA Hotel - Naples so much. Right across from Centrale Station. You can walk or grab a train anywhere. It's safe at night. Property is so well maintained and staff are wonderful. They take pride in running this hotel. Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop restaurant is a dream, views of Vesuvius as you enjoy food and drink. I hope I'm lucky enough to visit here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

This is a really gorgeous and friendly hotel in the centre of Naples. We were over the moon with the overall value of the room - it was sizeable, clean and had numerous amenities (including a fridge, safe, and various bathroom facilities/products). The roof-top restaurant is also well-worth a visit. Whilst the food and drink is expensive, it is absolutely delicious! The fillet of beef was hands down the best I have ever had. Whilst I agree with some of the other reviews on here that the views from the balcony were not the best, this was not the fault of the hotel and we did not experience any noise problems. I’d also like to say a big thank you to the staff. Everyone was friendly and no request was too big or small. If we visit Naples again, we will be staying with Una Hotels.

Mon séjour s’est globalement bien passé, mais j’ai été très déçue par la chambre. J’avais payé pour une chambre Executive avec vue sur la ville, et c’était un critère important pour moi. Pourtant, la vue était tout le contraire : en ouvrant la fenêtre, je me suis retrouvée face à un mur en béton et un immeuble situé à quelques mètres seulement, avec un vis-à-vis très désagréable. Je trouve regrettable de ne pas avoir reçu la prestation pour laquelle j’avais payé. La chambre était propre et confortable, même si je l’ai trouvée un peu petite pour une chambre Executive. Le restaurant est de bonne qualité, mais les prix sont assez élevés. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié et de très bonne qualité. J’espère que l’établissement veillera davantage à respecter le type de chambre et la vue réservés par ses clients.

Hotellet ligger veldig praktisk til når du trenger overnatting mellom reise med tog/båt og fly i Napoli. Komfortable rom, du hører lite til trafikken utenfor. Meget god frokost på takterassen. Der kan du også spise middag med fantastisk utsikt til Vesuv. Anbefales!

Det er sterk trafikk i området og kan være vanskelig å krysse gatene hvis trafikklysene ikke er i funksjon.

A lovely hotel in not a great " first impression " area but we felt totally safe. Easy to get around and grab "tours" such as the red bus..Sorrento and surrounding coastline Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good as is lunch. Tonight just wanted a glass or two of white wine and we were found a table outside fairly quickly on a busy night. Prices slightly dearer for the wine as we didn't eat. The room is very cool and a good size not a lot of cupboard space for 2. The showe is very good. Had to request more pillows which arrived swiftly. Room cleaned every day. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

Entlang des Hotels gab es einen Platz mit sehr dubiosen Menschen. Kein Sicherheitsgefühl sobald man das Hotel verlassen hat.

Hotel je velmi vkusný, čistý, tichý. Restaurace na střeše je velmi příjemná.

Je trochu nevlídné okolí hotelu, každopádně v okolí nádraží se toto dá předpokládat, ale vše bylo v pořádku. Zase je to ideální místo mezi letištěm a přístavem.

Hotel très confortable et très bien tenu. Il est situé près de la place Garibaldi et de la gare de Naples, ce qui est pratique. Très bonne isolation phonique des chambres car la place est très bruyante et lorsque les fenêtres sont fermés, plus aucun bruit dans la chambre ; de même avec les volets intérieurs qui apportent une obscurité totale. Fabuleux petit-déjeuner, très copieux et que l'on prend sur le rooftop de l'hotel avec une très belle vue sur Naples.

I stayed here for 7 nights as part of a work trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to Garibaldi Station, but is a bit of a walk from the historic centre. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionists spoke good English. The reception area is somewhat small, but it is air conditioned. The wifi worked well throughout, it was fine for watching videos but a bit slow for uploading photos. My room was on the 2nd floor. One of my complaints was that there weren't any obvious stairs to use, so I had to use the lift each time. My room was clean and a very good size, and the air conditioning worked well. It had a double bed which was comfortable, I sometimes find the beds can be hard in this part of the world. Despite the hotel being on a busy street, the windows did a very good job at blocking out the sound. There was a shutter with slats over the window which did make the room a bit dark during the daytime. On the inside there were more shutters which did a great job at keeping it dark during the night. The bathroom was a good size, with a bathtub that had a shower in it. I couldn't get the water to go cold, but maybe I wasn't doing something right. There were a few amenities you could request from reception, such as a dental kit. There was a hairdryer which also wouldn't blow cold air, only hot. On the first day there was a complimentary water bottle in the room, but not for the rest of my stay. There were also snacks laid out on the counter next to the water and kettle, I'm glad I asked reception as if I had eaten any of the snacks I would have had to pay for them. They should make this clearer. Also as a 4 start hotel I think they should be providing water everyday. There was a fountain to fill up a water bottle at breakfast, but not in the rest of the hotel. I had breakfast included, this was on the top floor with the option to dine on the rooftop terrace. The selection was pretty good, it wasn't huge but it was big enough. Mostly continental with some hot items such as eggs, bacon, etc. I wasn't bored of it after 7 days. There was a good emphasis on gluten free and dairy free (e.g. soya yogurts etc) items. It was possible to order some things a la carte as well. Overall my 7 night stay was very positive. If work had not paid for this I might have found it a bit pricey.

O UNA Hotels Napoli foi uma excelente escolha para nossa estadia em Nápoles. Localizado praticamente em frente à Estação Central, possui uma posição estratégica para quem pretende utilizar trens, fazer deslocamentos pela região ou seguir viagem para outros destinos. O hotel é muito bem conservado, possui uma estrutura de boa qualidade e oferece quartos bastante confortáveis. Ficamos hospedados em um quarto amplo, localizado no último andar, logo abaixo do rooftop. A acomodação contava com uma bela vista para as ruas de Nápoles e para a Estação Central. Apesar da proximidade com o rooftop, não tivemos qualquer problema com barulho, o que demonstra um bom isolamento acústico e garantiu noites bastante tranquilas. Nossa reserva era para três pessoas, porém, ao chegarmos, o quarto ainda não estava preparado com a cama destinada à nossa filha. Após comunicarmos o ocorrido na recepção, a equipe prontamente resolveu a situação e instalou a cama rapidamente. A disposição do quarto acabou ficando muito boa, pois a cama adicional foi posicionada em um espaço mais reservado em relação à cama principal, proporcionando maior conforto e privacidade para todos. O rooftop merece destaque pela vista privilegiada da cidade. Funciona como bar e restaurante aberto também ao público externo, e não apenas aos hóspedes. Nesse ponto, tivemos uma experiência mista: na primeira noite, parte da equipe de garçons nos atendeu de forma pouco cordial, destoando completamente do padrão esperado para um hotel dessa categoria. Felizmente, na manhã seguinte, durante o excelente café da manhã, o próprio gerente fez questão de pedir desculpas pelo ocorrido, demonstrando preocupação com a experiência dos hóspedes e profissionalismo na condução da situação. O café da manhã, aliás, é um dos pontos altos da hospedagem. Muito bem servido, com grande variedade e produtos de qualidade, é uma ótima forma de começar o dia.

Como ponto de atenção, é importante destacar a localização. Embora seja extremamente conveniente do ponto de vista logístico, a região da Estação Central concentra um movimento intenso e um ambiente que pode causar certa insegurança aos turistas, especialmente durante a noite. Vale a pena redobrar a atenção, evitar ostentar objetos de valor e tomar os cuidados habituais ao caminhar pelas ruas próximas. Seguindo essas precauções, não tivemos qualquer incidente durante a estadia. Outro aspecto que merece registro diz respeito ao serviço de transfer oferecido pelo hotel. Contratamos o transporte diretamente na recepção, informando previamente a quantidade de passageiros e de bagagens. No entanto, o veículo enviado era menor do que o necessário e não comportou todo o grupo com as malas, obrigando-nos a solicitar um segundo carro, o que acabou gerando um custo adicional. Trata-se de um detalhe operacional que pode ser facilmente corrigido com um melhor planejamento da equipe. No balanço geral, a experiência foi bastante positiva. O UNA Hotels Napoli oferece quartos confortáveis, excelente café da manhã, boa estrutura e uma equipe que, na maior parte do tempo, presta um atendimento de qualidade. Com pequenos ajustes em questões operacionais, é um hotel que certamente voltaria a considerar em uma futura visita a Nápoles.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e oferece um excelente custo-benefício, sendo uma ótima opção para quem pretende passar poucos dias em Nápoles. A equipe da recepção e do restaurante foi extremamente atenciosa, educada e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O ponto forte é a cobertura, que conta com um restaurante de preços justos e uma vista privilegiada da Baía de Nápoles e do Vesúvio.

Dois garçons foram extremamente grosseiros e mal-educados comigo e com minha família, a ponto de eu precisar chamá-los para questionar a forma como estávamos sendo tratados. Naquele momento, um deles pediu desculpas e tentou contornar a situação, mas o constrangimento já havia sido causado. No dia seguinte, o gerente do restaurante reconheceu que o atendimento prestado foi inadequado e fez questão de pedir desculpas a mim e ao meu pai pelo ocorrido.

Staff não está na profissão correta. Lidar com público requer simpatia e bom humor. Recepção difícil. Chamar um táxi, com ponto há 10 metros, um parto forceps. Cobraram 31 euros 2 garrafas de água genéricas. Questionaram meu filhos menores, 14 anos não é considerado uma criança. O booking precisa se entender com o hotel: a única opção é de adulto e criança (menor de 18 anos), então filhos de 16 e 14 anos são crianças pela classificação do hotel, apesar de não fazer a menor diferença no valor. Entreguei os 4 passaportes, e a recepção me disse: quero apenas os 2 passaportes do 1o quarto grosseiramente. Hotel já pago antecipadamente. Fuga de uma senhora. Porta sinaliza vermelho quando passa a chave e não o óbvio e universal verde. Eu ficaria na região do mar, diferença pequena. A dificuldade é lidar com táxi, outro perrengue de Napoli. Muito malandro para pouco trouxa

Loved everything about my time at Una Napoli. A vibrant location with great access to train and metro as well as to explore on foot . Comfortable clean room and wonderful breakfast on the roof top terrace.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die Zimmer sind ruhig, großräumig und gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Großartig sind das Frühstücksbüffet und die Dachterrasse.

Reception staff unfriendly.Took until day three of my stay to see reception staff smiling . Lady on checkout was good and happy. Hotel is located at the bad end of town Refugee camp across the road by night. Criminals at metro Garibaldi by day Felt a need to be back in the hotel before dark Hotel is too far away from main attractions. Need to use metro that is deep in the ground.escalators and elevators of metro not working. Bad for people with poor mobility

I ate several meals and did not really enjoy them. I’ve also discovered being so close to the metro is not such a good position even though it was handy. I didn’t always feel safe late afternoon/evening

Localização no momento que nos hospedamos bem complicado. Na praça em frente havia concentração de pessoas com muito má aparência ,lixo e muito mal cheiro. Certamente não é responsabilidade do hotel,mas da prefeitura/policiamento.

The hotel is very close to the rail station and round the corner from the main shopping street. The room and bed was very comfortable and the roof terrace bar and restaurant was excellent and a welcome shaded area in the midday sun
