Had a fantastic stay! Arrived early so they allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel and come back later for check in. Extremely close to Hubei station, which from there was easy to get to Futian and Huaqiangbei via Metro. They also give you complementary vouchers for the cafe at the lobby.

No major complaints. Felt the breakfast selection was a little limited but still had a good breakfast experience overall.

Freundliches Personal und modernes Zimmer. Vielfältiges Frühstück, vor allem für den asiatischen Geschmack. Kostenlose Waschmaschinen die man selbständig benutzen konnte. Ausländeregistrierung lief gut ab.

Teilweise etwas abgenutzt und Frühstück mangelt es etwas an europäischen Optionen.

Saliendo del hotel a la izquierda hay unas entradas a metro pero son unos pasillos abandonados llenos de ratas, cucarachas e indigentes. No hay ninguna señalización. El metro está saliendo del hotel a la derecha.

Todo fue excelente, la ubicación, la limpieza, la atención, el desayuno, la limpieza de la habitación a diario, los cupones del café, el robot de la recepción y el que te sube los pedidos, me ayudaron con mi traslado a Hong Kong

The location is amazing. We took the metro and the exit is just a 2-mins walk to the entrance of the Hotel. The hotel also provides directions which is super convenient. The check-in was so smooth, and fortunately, our room was ready at 10am in the morning and we are able to check-in super duper early. The staff was amazing, and they are super helpful, answering any question or request you have through WeiXin (WeChat). Also if you are able to use Meituan, this hotel has the robot that brings the food to your room directly! The staffs can also converse in English, which we were so relieved as our Chinese were so elementary. The room is also super modern, with techy stuffs as this is Shenzhen! There's automatic curtains and blinds, and you can control the lightings with the console on the bedside table. We also used the free laundry machine they provide on the hotel top floor, and it was really helpful that you can check the progress of your laundry in your own room through the TV. The hotel is also just a 10-mins powerwalk to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street for all the shopping you need.

The breakfast spread could offer more Halal cuisines.

The old looking buildings, the smell of the plcce,, the Elevator is so dirty and looks like in need of total renovation. In term of interior.. i think because the wether it's so humid during summer months and the fact that the bldg itself looks so old, the smeell cpuldn't be avoiding...

Location is not bad, close to the train station, the size of the room us fair.

Full of smoke smell although they mentioned the whole building is non-smoking, we also saw one of the people even smoking inside his room (And opening the door!!!!). The carpets on the corridor are so dirty, you can even see the dirty marks everywhere!!!! we found some hairs on the floor of our shower room..........................

Clean, spacious room with good facilities. Free coffee in the cafe was really welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and other sites within the area such as Pedestrian Street. Staff were helpful and very polite.

WiFi didn't seem to work - however this could have been more down to certain services being blocked in China.

- leider stinken die Räume fast alle nach Rauch.. - Ich bin durch die Klimaanlage sehr krank geworden - das Personal.. keiner sagt zur Begrüßung hallo? Keiner sagt tschüss als wir abgereist sind. Ein Mitarbeiter war soooo unfreundlich. Es gibt keinen Wasserspender oder Ähnliches und man bekommt 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag. Wir haben dann gesehen, dass 2 Personen nach Wasser gefragt haben, der sehr unfreundliche Mann an der Rezeption hat uns ausgelacht und meinte nur ob uns das Wasser etwa nicht reichen würde? Derselbe Mann war morgens beim Frühstück, nach dem langen Flug wussten wir nicht sofort unsere Zimmernummer, er fragte nur sehr unhöflich „wie kann man denn seine Nummer nicht wissen?“ Ich weiß nicht ob er etwas gegen Europäer hatte aber wir haben uns als Europäer hier nicht wohl gefühlt. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Einen Abend wurde die Straße vor dem Hotel aufgerissen (ich glaube ein Rohr ist geplatz?): und es hat wirklich ganz ganz ekelhaft nach kot gerochen…

Я не хотела снижать оценку , так как есть большие преимущества в виде: 1-локации (4 разных выхода метро в от 10 до 100 метрах ,самый удобный G- так как лифт),удобство прямой ветки метро до разных знаковых мест города и также КПП в метро с Гонконгом в непосредственной близости ) Перпендикулярно расположена улица с заведениями еды(особенно в конце улицы заведение специализирующееся исключительное на вонтон и все подобные дамплинги )и heytea , работающими ночью,что очень удобно 2-отличный маркетинг, конкурентное преимущество в виде мелочей -ежедневно добавляемые маски для лица, ежедневные тапки и вода

1-я не поняла, о каком ремонте идет речь в отзывах и описании …потрепанное и грязное лобби и лифт , тьма в коридорах , запах сырости около номера и в номере , плесень.фото прилагаю -фото потолка и плесени в ванной -грязный лобби -стена и окно в номере 2-невероятно скудный завтрак в мелком помещении, нет даже воды .невкусный чай,пустая невкусная лапша , какие- то бутерброды ,из мясного- единственная нарезка и через день какие-то кости с запашком.томаты через день, сыра нет , такого шведского стола не видела ни разу в Китае , хотя я останавливалась ранее только в сетевых отелях и , может быть ,для НЕ сетевого отеля это стандартно

As i said before in my review. Love to stay again. Best choice of hotel. Food delivery through robot. Toilet was automatically operated wash and dry.

Lift only one day out of order

Breakfast, services and specially robot bring your food orders from ground floor to your floor to your room it self. Amazing. Toilet was automatically operated. You don’t need to use your hand. Everything clean and dry automatically.

Last day one out of two lift was under repaired. Need more lifts

The location. The white blind is not transparent, offers light as well as privacy. Sufficient lighting，even under the bed. Modern design. Day & night bath gel, all fragrant. Facial masks, so unique!

Receptionist reminded me my reservation was the cheapest, hoping I would upgrade. I had my budget, so unpleasant to hear her hint. The room was more than ok! Upon checking out, I told the receptionist how I felt. She was impatient and brushed me aside. Another escorted me out. These girls need more training.

Very nice staff, great room, we had problems with weather conditions so we checked in a day late, they didn't charge the missed day and gave a free room upgrade! Very high-tech and everything automatic.

Hotel parfait. Lavomatique gratuit avec séché linge. Petit déjeuner très bon.

La posizione vicino la metro. Le camere sono carine e il personale è gentile.

La puzza di muffa. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera. Anche nella nuova camera si sentiva un poco. Le porte che danno sulle scale sono chiuse.

Ik vond het heerlijk. Ik ga er volgende week weer heen! Super fijne douche en fijne shampoo. Fijn en schoon toilet. Fijn bed en lekker ontbijt. Super vriendelijk personeel. En de kamer heeft moderne snufjes zoals een knop voor de gordijnen die dan automatisch aan gaan.

Location convenient; 50 m from a subway station entrance and from the Dongmen street. Young and helpful staff. Room is clean and excellent facilities.

Not really wheelchair friendly as there are steps from street level to the hotel lobby and, more importantly, no lift access to the breakfast room (need to climb stairs from 12th to 13th floor for breakfast or gym).

Прекрасный отель! Бронировали на 7 ночей, жили шикарно! Персонал на рецепшене владеет английским, оплатили картой без проблем, кофе 4 -бесплатно, 2- за 50%. Очень чмсто, уборка,смена белья, полоиенец и прочего, мини-бар пополняли, пижамы,тапочки, зонтик . Отель и точно Кибер: шумоизоляция, умный унитаз, кондиционер, телевизор с выбором нужных каналов, всё понравилсь! Кровати широкие, 3 подушки,супер! В этом же здании-кофейная, макдоналс,рядом метро,торговые улицы, много кафе и ресторанов

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas. El personal es súper amable y el desayuno bastante completo. La ubicación también era muy conveniente.

However, the TV is not a smart TV, so streaming options are limited. The AI system also has very limited functions, with restricted knowledge and it is unable to play songs or handle many common requests. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there is room for improvement in the in-room entertainment and smart features.

Hallways and rooms have a damp/musty smell - this goes away when the A/C is switched on. Other rooms kept connecting to my TV which was a pain - good to inform guests of their room bluetooth

Современный отель, чистый, есть всё для всех нужд. Душно и жарко? Есть кондей. Хочешь чай? Тебе и зеленый, и черный можно. Были душевые принадлежности, тапочки. По номеру гулять будете без халата правда 🤭 Персонал отличный, не работала розетка - починили и быстро. Расположение удобное, быстро добираться до центра. У стойки регистрации можно купить вкусняшки, особенно ночью выручает эта стойка со снеками. Понравилось, что в стоимость входит прачечная: есть стирка и сушка, инструкция прилагается. Вкусные, но однообразные завтраки, особенно понравились паровые будочки «Баоцзы», первый раз их пробовала)

При уборке не меняли старые стаканы на новые. Если б было чем мыть, мы могли и сами это сделать, но а так как не было ничего предназначено для мытья посуды, уборщице лучше сменить чашки, либо ставить одноразовую посуду в номере, чтобы было проще)

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui rend tous les déplacements très faciles. Les installations sont modernes, avec un design presque futuriste que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et professionnel tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci pour leur flexibilité concernant les horaires de départ, ainsi que pour avoir mis notre chambre à disposition dès notre arrivée, ce qui a été très appréciable après le voyage. La chambre était impeccable et d’une grande propreté. Le petit-déjeuner était également parfait, avec un large choix et des produits de qualité. Si je devais revenir à Shenzhen, je séjournerais sans hésiter à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent un établissement confortable, moderne et offrant un excellent service.

There’s a huge price difference in breakfast between ordering after arrival at hotel and booking room with breakfast.
