De eetzaal/ontbijtzaal was klein. We moesten vaak wel 10 min wachten op een tafel.

Location is just outside the metro Laojie Station Exit H. There is no lift and escalator down. We were travelling from Hongkong using the High Speed Train from Futian Station, the signs inside the same underground complex to Shenzhen Metro Line 3 (Blue Line). Ride for 5 stops and alight at Laojie Station. The place around the hotel, is very busy and lively. However, for Muslims, not much food available at the area. But going out for halal food using the Didi is cheap and fast. Overall, the hotel is very clean and safe. There is also a free laundry near the Fitness area

When we arrive, the room that we booked were not ready and the front desk had offered an upgrade for extra SG$25. We agreed because we were tired, but discovered that the room is the same type that we initially booked! only slightly bigger because of the front entrance which is useless.

The room was clean, and location was great. Close to all the shopping and street foods. Would like to thank the reception staff Ross and Yanice for accommodating our requests and the Resturant staff in particular Ceceliy (I hope I spelled her name correctly). I didn't get the name of the Housekeeping assigned on the 8th floor on the 10 Aug onwards but I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we visit SZ in the future.

Helpful and positive front staff. Room cleaning was accurate so many thanks to the tireless dedication of the cleaning staff in ensuring that room were cared for. Breakfast offered an extensive array of dishes that covers western and Asian food cuisine preferences. Wonderful help from the men on ground floor in ensuring that foreigners confirmed their next destination points with the local taxis.

Wow....breakfast was excellent. Not a huge spread but food quality is good. I cannot remember the lady's name at the reception but she was really helpful in tracking my delivery for me. Overall satisfied

The sliding door in the room is heavy and difficult to operate

The staff is helpful and uses proficient English. We could have early check-in and were allowed to check out late as requested. This was wonderful! The location is very close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Will come back when we stay in Shenzhen.

A great great hotel, very well situated, only a few meters from a subway station, next to shops and a food market. Huge rooms with everything needed. Amazing breakfast. Friendly and professional staff.

El hotel entero necesita una remodelación urgente. Los acabados son pésimos, la distribución, materiales...bastante anticuada, los remates del edificio y la estética son sorprendentemente bajas para un hotel con el nombre de Hyatt. Una lástima porque el hotel tiene un potencial excelente, pero necesita hacer un soft renovation con algún equipo de interioristas. conozco un equipo de interioristas que han renovado recientemente un Novotel en Dubai con el criterio exacto que necesitaría este hotel.

The location was great. Very close to mtr, dongman walking st and malls.

The room was a big let down. The carpet was disgusting and smelled a little moldy. The bathroom needs to be painted. It’s been “touched up” with paint instead of repainted. The light for the bathroom also lights up the space adjacent to the bed. If someone turns the bathroom light on at night, it wakes the other person. Breakfast was fine but nothing to get too excited about.

I stayed 5.5 nights in this hotel. Location is very good, walking distance to Dongmen shopping street with many malls and eateries. We could go many rounds of shopping and carry out heavy bags back to hotel and rest easily. Metro is just beside the hotel. It is on line 1 which is green line and this line has many great shopping malls. Aircon in the room is great although the summer weather is so hot outside. Staff are all very helpful and friendly especially hotel lobby staff. They can speak some English. Housekeeping is very good. I didn't give tips first day but gave tips subsequent days. Standard of housekeeping is still consistently good. It's green so if you need to change stuffs, please ask them. Breakfast buffet is not much variety but sufficient. They rotate some food slightly.

Hotel buffet indoor seats are always full, even spill over to bar counter seats. Breakfast is from 7-10am. I was there on 5 days around 8.30am but it is always full. Not sure if there can be more seats as the area is rather small. But I still managed to get a seat. Because of the way the road is, Didi driver always miss the hotel entrance although my gps is at the hotel. Hotel entrance is inconspicuous and small. You gotta look carefully if you're first time here. The staff at this L1 lobby is only selectively helpful to some guests. I was here 5 days calling 4x didi and he only helped me once to check on my Didi car's arrival. Young guy especially like to be talking on hp with his frds, I could see him face time with his frd while waiting for my didi.

The rooms on the back wing looks a bit old and smaller compared to the front room which I have stayed before this.

Location was perfect for short stays as it is next to a big shopping mall and very close to vibrant street food scene, combination of ultra modern and traditional . The staffs were amazingly helpful.

Location is 1 block from Dongmen pedestrian market and literally around the corner from Laojie metro station. Room was spacious.

The hotel is in the prime location above the train station which you can connected to all the place in Shenzhen. We can walk 1 mins to Dongmen walking street which have everything you want to shopping and enjoy variety of chinses street food. Staff are really good to share you information and help you on any requested.

The price was include only one breakfast, so we need to pay at the hotel. It should be have an option since we booked that we can pay for 2 people for one room.

Love the location! That was the most redeeming quality of the hotel! Right in the middle of the action on dongmen! Breakfast was great as well with a good variety of items especially for vegetarians and westerners.

The doorman refused to help us with our bags when we were first checking in to the hotel. We had to drag our bags up to the lobby and then our rooms ourselves. They didn’t even provide us with a trolley even though they were available. Secondly the room was left bare. We could tell that it had been recently painted and it feels like they forgot to decorate it altogether. The walls were completely bare and made us feel like we were residing in a hostel or dorm instead of an international chain. The staff at reception was also not very helpful and the language barrier was a major issue. Also I bought sanitary napkins from the little tray at reception and they sold them to me for double the price it is available for in the supermarket!

両替し忘れていたので、フロントで両替出来ないことが残念 近くの銀行で両替するのに2時間かかった。
