Dione Central Loft

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement et le logement en général. Il y a des petites douceurs en arrivant (vin, eau, bonbons). Très sympa. Le balcon est top. On voit passer beaucoup d'avions, notre fils était aux anges.

Pour améliorer, il faudrait un plat qui va au four.

Très bon accueil. Konstantina nous a aidé pour tout . Le loft est très agréable, confortable et spacieux. Très bien équipé. En résumé, je recommande cette habitation si vous avez la chance d’aller à Heraklion!

It was such a wonderful place that I think I can living here. It was clean and fully equipped with everything I needed (including facilities for light cooking), and its proximity to the sea, bus stops, and supermarkets made getting around very convenient. The double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing, but above all, the owner Konstantina’s wonderful personality made for an unforgettable stay for me. ここに住んでもいいと思ったくらい素敵なところでした。清潔で、必要なものは全部あるし(簡単な調理もできる)、海にも、バス停にもスーパーにも近くて、どこへ行くのも便利です。 ガラスは二重になっていて防音も問題なかったし、そして何より、オーナーのKonstantina さんの人柄が素敵で、忘れ難い滞在になりました。

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße der Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 5. Stock des Hauses mit Aufzug. Die Ausstattung und Größe waren wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die große Terrasse mit Weitblick ist ein Highlight. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten und Busstation sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Iraklion liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen. Leider fliegen startende Flugzeug in geringer Entfernung vorbei und sind lärmbelästigend. Wir haben dieses Manko hingenommen, weil auch wir mit dem Flugzeug angereist sind.

Terrasse, emplacement

Tolles Apartment, gut ausgestattet, alles da! Die Terrasse ist groß, die Wohnung hell und freundlich. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Eine top Wohnung über den Dächern von Heraklion! Man ist mittendrin und doch ist es im 5. STOCK ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Vermieterin Konstantina ist sehr freundlich. Wissenswert: Taxi zum Flughafen 18 Euro- mit dem Bus 1, 30 pro Person.

とても素晴らしい滞在でした。ベッドは上段にあり、階段を上って入るつくりがちょっと楽しく、部屋全体もコンパクトながら上手にコーディネートされていて、とても使い勝手がよかったです。 オーナーの方は到着時間に合わせて来てくださり、説明もとても丁寧でした。いろいろ教えていただいたのですが、ひとつ見落としていたのが換気扇の使い方です。料理をした時にスイッチがわからず少し慌てたのですが、換気扇の部分を手前に引くと作動する仕組みで、日本ではあまり見かけないタイプだったので、とても新鮮で面白いと思いました。 さらに、オーナーさんが「これは家の木から採れたオリーブオイルだから、ぜひ使ってね」と勧めてくださったのには本当に感動しました。冷蔵庫にはワインとビールまで用意してあり、その心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。体調が万全でなく、お酒をいただけなかったのは残念でしたが、あたたかいおもてなしに感謝しています。

We had a wonderful stay! Konstantina gave us the warmest welcome and allowed us to have an early check in due to.our flight arrival. She.was.always.available even before.the arrival and provided lots of information. She even gave us her parking spot! She also allowed us a late check out because we were visiting Heraclion for.a.wedding! Dione Central Loft has the best location to visit town by foot. The big balcony on the.5th floor provides a nice.view. The apartment is equipped with all facilities and amenities you will need. We found our spot for our next visit in Crete! Extremely clean place at the heart of Heraklio but in a quiet street. Very gentle and helpful tenant, excellent air conditioning !!!

Everything was in fact gteat , only weak point was the noise of the many planes from 5:30 am to midnight, landing and taking off from an airport that is very close to the city, nonetheless thr excellent aur conditioning allowed me to sleep with the windoes closed and not be botheted at all.

Πολύ φιλική η οικοδέσποινα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο το σπίτι με ότι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ένα πολύ καθαρό σπίτι, σε άψογη κατάσταση και σε πολύ καλό σημείο μέσα στη πόλη.

Petit appartement en cœur de ville, on peut tout faire a pied et/ou en transport en commun. L’appartement est bien équipé. Une petite bouteille de vin nous attendait, un vrai plaisir.

Es ist zentral gelegen, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Schöne Terrasse mit Stadtaussicht und sogar das Meer kann man sehen. Klein aber pfiffig eingerichtet, sodass mehrere Bereiche entstehen. In der Nähe (2min.) gibt es ein kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus das sehr unkompliziert ist und damit fällt der Parkplatz stress auch weg.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, alles top!

Apartment was excellent, excellent views, very nice and clean. Host was very helpful. Location is one of the best you could ask for, so close to everything.

A nice little apartment, really clean and functional.

It is of course not the owners fault, but the apartment is situated right under the course of the outgoing airplanes. Every 10 minutes from 5 am to 11 pm just 200 meters over your head. Crazy experience.

Comfortable, cozy, nice layout, good location,friendly host

A lot of noise early in the morning. Multiple barking dogs, lots of noise from the school yard nearby. Bring earplugs.

This place was perfect for our stay. The location was so close to everything we were able to stop by any time of day and drop things off or just refresh and get back to seeing the town. Kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast/snacks. The balcony was so nice to chill and drink a glass of wine. Nice hot shower, A/C worked great even with it being a loft. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And Konstantina was fantastic :)

This apartment is lovely. It has all the things you need for a comfortable stay, it is very clean and conveniently located right in the centre. The owner Konstantina is lovely too. I would definitely book this place again.
