Recomiendo la habitación deluxe, era amplia y muy cómoda. Todo muy limpio y lindo. Lo mejor es que es en un callejón alejado del ruido (muy importante con el caos de motos en Ho Chi Minh) y está bastante cerca de todo.

Solo deberían arreglar donde encaja la flor de la ducha. Eso es todo

滞在していた4日間のうち3日間はシャワーのお湯が出なくて水で我慢していた。エスカレーターがなく3階まで自力で上る必要がある。

The location was of walking distance to main roads and public transportation. It was clean and the host was very accommodating. There was a tub and a little balcony. The bed was big and great for sleeping. The host was really easy to talk to and accommodated our request to check in early. We encountered a problem on our last night and we were provided with options that were very generous. They also asked us if we wanted the room to be cleaned on their own volition. I really can’t complain. I will stay here again when I come back to HCM.

I wish there was an elevator but the walk up the stairs is appreciated after eating great Vietnamese food all day. :) Also wish there were more pillows.

Отельчик в самом центре. Парень на ресепшн очень любезный, поднял к номеру и спустил наш багаж. Большой номер с французским балкончиком, есть все необходимое. Соотношение цена-качество отличное

Our room was very large with a comfy bed, good aircon, fridge, kettle and desk. The ensuite was small but very modern and we really appreciated that the shower had a screen door, so it was easy to stop water getting to the sink or toilet (that made a nice change for SE Asia!). The staff were very welcoming and very responsive on the booking.com app - it was no trouble to extend our stay. There is a microwave you can use and water dispenser in the entrance hall. The property was absolutely fine with us leaving our luggage for a night bus and gave us a key to unlock the front door (and only the front door - each room has its own individual lock and key!!!) when we came to collect our bags. In the end, the manager was still there when we collected our bags, and offered us use of the staff bathroom to have a quick shower before our bus - very much appreciated.

There seems to be about 6 floors but there is no lift, so I imagine it could be a bit of a climb with big bags (we were on the third floor so were fine).

Great location, room was perfect. Location is great, on a quiet side street but not too far from hot spots.

La ubicación es cómoda, distancias muy cortas caminando de calles principales y distintas atracciones turísticas. Amplio baño, habitacion super cómoda, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Todo perfecto. El personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con todo, incluso después del check out.

The location in district 1 is good. There are eating and drinking places very close by. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine on the rooftop that we could use.

At da vi ikke havde fået svaret på hvad tid vi ville ankomme dagen før (grundet ikke adgang til nettet ) havde de aflyst værelset og lejet det in på ny 😢😫hvad det åbenbart er meget almindeligt i HCM.

Nice quiet street, close to bars and restaurants and could walk around the city but felt safe on the street the rooms are on

The building is located on a private road, which made out stay comfortable after a long flight. We had a room on the 2nd floor. The room size is great and the bed was very comfy.

The towels were old and didn't look very clean. Same for the bathroom. Overall a decent stay.

i never expected this place was in such a bad shape. I was fooled by the online pictures. If I had known it was so bad I would not have booked it.

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Außenrum viele Möglichkeiten lokales Streetfood zu essen und dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, sodass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Klimaanlage, Balkon und WLAN vorhanden. Auch nicht weit von der Walking street entfernt und gute Busanbindungen.

Unser Balkon ging leider nicht zu.

Gebucht und dann eine WhatsApp bekommen das alles ausgebucht wurde und danach das Zimmer für mehr Geld reingestellt

The Bed was a bit hard. The area which the hotel is situated is not the super best.

Good location, nice peace and quiet! Was really good place to stay close to the walking street. Many restaurants and places close by. The receptionist allowed me to leave my luggage before and check in and post check out really available and helpful and kind! Really much appreciated the stay 😊

Las instalaciones son algo antiguas pero es algo habitual de los hoteles de esta categoría. No tiene ascensor, como también suele ser habitual.

Great location with authentic Vietnamese surrounds - an enjoyable experience exploring the area. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpfull. The value for money was OK when I was here.

Basic accommodation with a hardish matress. The price more than doubled after I booked - approaching the weekend. So I didn't rebook

Das Badezimmer ist wirklich winzig, hat mich persönlich aber nicht großartig gestört. Gestört hat mich die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört alles, von überall, wirklich alles! Jedes Gespräch, jeden Besuch, jeden Schritt. Auch der Fußboden im Zimmer sollte langsam erneuert werden.

Zeer rustig gelegen in een zijstraatje. Verschillende restaurants en winkeltjes vlakbij. Op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Saigon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamer.

L emplacement est idéal à la fois dans le district 1 (Bui Vien street, les bars, le Frolic à courte distance à pieds) mais dans une ruelle calme sans issue, si bien que vous dormez bien quand même. Lit confortable ni trop mou ni trop dur comme cela peut arriver dans d autres hôtels. Clim ok, télé paramétrée pour YouTube par exemple

Plutôt quelques détails : je n’ai pas été prévenu qu il y aurait 3% en plus pour le paiement par carte, à moins de 25€ la nuit ça fait environ 0,70€ mais sur le principe. Les meubles comme l armoire, le bureau la porte ont vécu, mais ça fait le job, et encore une fois à moins de 25€ la nuit pour un tel emplacement… Un peu plus gênant absence d ascenseur donc vous pouvez avoir à monter 4-5 étages surtout avec votre valise. Ce qui fait que de mon point de vue c’est un hôtel pour une clientèle plutôt jeune en tout cas en bonne santé.

Sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal, das bei allen Fragen behilflich ist. Rollervermietung im Hotel, sehr günstig, Wäscheservice, kostenfrei!!! sowie der Flughafentransfer und es gab jeden Tag frisches Wasser im Zimmer.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, nur wenige Meter vom Geschehen in Saigon. Viele Essenstände sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Unterkunft war sauber, Klimaanlage funktionierte, aus der Dusche kam warmes Wasser, Der Besitzer beantwortet gerne Fragen und zeigt Interesse am Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste. Hotel ist nicht Barrierefrei, da es keinen Aufzug hat, Es war für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Es gibt immer etwas zu Mosern, aber nicht bei dem Preis.

Wonderful staff, very quiet location but mere steps from the center of district 1, entertainment central of Saigon. Lots of great restaurants just steps from the door. They even have a communal kitchen and washing machine.

The room was very spacious with a balcony...it had a large fridge/freezer and there was a big bath under the shower. I had surgery so wasn't in the room for 3 nights but the guy at reception helped me to my room and brought up grabfood when I ordered it...the manager allowed me to rest until the afternoon on my last day before my flight. I will defo be back again. So close to all the main attractions as well !!

No elevatir stairs only. They only change towels and basic cleaning .no sheets change or other.

The location is very central and close to most tourist attractions. I barely had to use public transport or taxis during my stay. The room is well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron, hairdryer, kettle, etc. To enter the building, you need to scan your key at the front door. I believe it’s customary to take off your shoes upon entry. I only realized this on my last night, so I apologize for that. Overall, the place was clean, though from what I’ve observed, extreme cleanliness doesn’t seem to be the norm in Southeast Asia. Still, I was quite satisfied with my stay and didn’t experience any issues.

It was in a prime location and all the markets and night life was just at a walkable distance. Indian restaurants are just a 5-10mins walk away. The reception staff was really helpful with suggestions for shopping and guiding us with the information we requested.

The property does not have a lift and we had to carry our heavy luggage to 5th floor.

Very good value for money. The greatest advantage is that Nina Home is hidden in a side street with no cars. Ofc it is still not super quiet but so much quieter than everywhere else in this crazy, loud city! Friendly staff, clean bathroom, good water pressure, hair dryer, water, fridge, good bed, hard matress. Breakfast option 'Chez Mimosa' is highly recommended (for not Asians) and just around the corner.

Wardrobe doors wouldn’t stay closed and one was falling off and rain head in bathroom didn’t work at all Plus balcony door couldn’t be locked
