Great host, very responsive and considerate. Excellent location, making it very easy to walk to the town center, without being too close. It was very quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was much larger than I expected, and well appointed with everything I needed during my stay.

You could hear noise from the main house a lot.

We stayed here before and after doing the W Trek. The hosts were so lovely and gave us a warm welcome. The room was comfortable, warm and clean. We were very close to the shops and restaurants. The morning we left for our trek, we were going early so they kindly left us a great packed lunch in the fridge as we were missing breakfast. We were also able to leave our big bags here while we were away on the trek. Would definitely stay here again!😊

Great value for cost

Lovely friendly family. Very welcoming. Breakfast was great and they were very accommodating with the time. Fantastic location.

Cristian was an amazing host, he got us breakfast on time every morning! The room is very big and has everything you might need - if anything is missing, Cristian is always more than happy to help! Puerto Natales is very small, however the room is perfectly close to restaurants, supermarket and center in general.

The only thing I would improve is to have proper blinds or thicker curtains, otherwise at the first lights in the morning the whole room lights up.

Spotless room/bathroom, excellent WiFi for video and photo uploading on social, plugs by the bed (win!), and “breakfast” included (toasted white bread, cheese slices, yogurt, jam and juice). Really appreciate the water jug in the room. Excellent location in the centre of Puerto Natales and only a 20-minute (not 15 min!) walk to the bus station. Very good comms as well. Hot water in the shower and plenty of toilet roll. Also a hair dryer. Comfortable bed and a thick duvet. Huge room as well. Very friendly host.

The room is COLD. TBF there is a heater in the wall and I never asked about turning it on so that’s totally my fault. The walls have zero insulation so you can hear discussions in the central house next door but the host is very kind and the discussions and volume cease if you ask nicely on the app. I slept very well. Would stay again.

We stayed here for a night before and after the w-trek in Torres del Paine. We were met by Cristian upon arrival and had an efficient check in. His place has a great location in the city close to nice restaurants (5 min) and walkable to the bus terminal (20 min) Cristian and his family were extremely welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is great and they prepare it based on when it suits you :) Bed was comfortable and we had warm showers We were also able to leave our big bags here while on the trek, which was HUGELY appreciated!!

The accommodation is almost in the center, but at the same time in a quiet street, I parked my car right in front of the room. The room was really big and equipped. The owner turned on the heater and delivered breakfast at the agreed time directly to my room.

Very friendly and warm hearted people. You feel as if you were home. Breakfast scheduled was always according to our plans. Room was very clean and cozy. It had all that was needed. Bedding was very comfortable and the atmoshpere was quiet and pleasant.

It would be ideal if the preferred payment method was included in the description to avoid any inconvenience. We are lucky we were offered an alternative method, however things could run smoother if this was explained beforehand.

Noise from the shared area late evening. The noise wasn’t on purpose, but you can hear loud steps due to old floor. The room was very small. Barely had place to put luggage

We had such a welcoming and warm stay at El Jardin. Every morning there was a great breakfast waiting for us and even on the one day where we had to leave early, Cristián had prepared such good packed lunch for us. Luckily we were also allowed to leave parts of our luggage in the hostel for the time we were hiking. So, the perfect accommodation for anyone staying in Puerto Natales- not just super central and everything in walking distance, but also very comfortable. Thank you again!

Amazing! Christian and his family are lovely hosts who went above and beyond. The room is excellent - nice and warm, contains everything you could need and the bed is amazing. The breakfast is phenomenal. We will come back any time we return to Puerto Natales.
