The back of the property is a vacant lot. It would nice to clean it up for a more pleasant view.

No tiene estacionamientos y sólo tiene un ascensor. Hay bastante ruido en la noche y se escucha al resto de los pasajeros pero en general es llevable.

the staff was exceptional. It was the New Year's holiday, and many travelers were stressed. They did an excellent job of managing the flow and accommodating multiple Europeans, Americans, and Asians who were not able to communicate well. One of the better places I've seen do this.

the wind, but thats not the hotel's problem the roku tv was useless

The staff was extremely friendly and eager to help!! We were given excellent dinner recommendations as well as things to see.

Elevator was not working. Staff helped get our luggage up to our room though.

The staff was great, the elevator was not working, the room was clean and comfortable. I was a little concerned about the door lock not being very secure. WiFi worked fine. Breakfast buffet was okay, staff made scrambled eggs for us. The location was good, couple blocks from water and couple blocks from dining.

The hotel is very old. The wifi was not working properly or sometimes not working at all. Overall it is way too much expensive for what it is.

Friendly, family run enterprise. Lzte check in handled well. Eating recommendations well offered. They even sorted out my Chilean Sim card!

We stayed here the night before and after the W trek. Check in was quick and efficient both times and they stored our luggage, helped call a taxi to the bus terminal etc. Staff were very friendly. rooms were a good size and breakfast was good

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional. When our initial tour got cancelled due to dangerous winds, they helped me find an individual guide/driver to take me where I wanted to go in the park on short notice in the next couple days, before I was scheduled to leave for my next destination.

I would have loved to have a coffee machine in our room. The furnishings were a little more worn and outdated than I was expecting, but that's just superficial. I was comfortable.

The bathroom was brand new, new curtains and blind, bedding spotless. Breakfast was lovely ( juice, tea/coffee/Milo, cheese, ham, bread/toast, cereal and milk plus yoghurt.). The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was close to lots of dining.

The wallpaper in our room was a bit tattered. Wifi was very weak in room but was great in the communal lounge on each floor.

Good place for a night in Chilean Patagonia

Location is great. Just a few steps from Europcar, the only brand name car rental place in Puerto Natales. If you land in this town and have a rental car from Europcar, this hotel is the hotel of choice.

Wish the staff could speak English. The day we checked in, the girl at the reception did not speak English, although she was really nice.

noise reduction from street/hallway. thats it and besides remodeling to thicker doors it is beyond the hotels control.

Too high price for a 2* hotel with a terrible breakfast No fruits, no vegetables, sometimes no eggs. I asked to call me a taxi, it turned out to be absolutely a mess so at the end of the day the owner brought me himself to the bus station.

Amazing location and the staff gave me a room on the 3rd floor with a really great view! While it is a basic hotel with basic facilities - the staff is incredibly kind. You get a feeling that you are staying with family. Awesome breakfast!!!

There was one night where 2 ladies got in really late - not sure if they were drunk? They were so loud and the walls were probably a bit thin so I could hear them while in the corridor. Not the property’s fault I guess…

Management was accommodating with check in and breakfasts. Location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Water pressure was also good!

It was really windy during our stay and it was a bit hard to sleep even using earplugs.

A sort of weird layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the pool, but it has everything you need. It’s sort of far from town but we had a car so that was not a problem. Staff was very friendly.

Very nice hosts and good location

I felt very comfortable being alone at Saltos del Paine. Cristobal, family and team were always acommodating, and hard working. They have great customer service, they are very conscious about sanitary practices yet they made you feel so welcome recommending places to visit, go eat, etc. They helped me to prepare for tours, like packing food, bringing water, etc. One day my agency by mistake left without picking me up, Cristobal immediately arranged a fantastic alternate tour to take advantage of the day! If you go to their family hotel, they will really care for you like you are family.

Centrally located and close to water. Very clean and comfortable. Wifi is only accessible from common areas, but common areas are very nice. Typical breakfast. Overall a nice hotel.

Good place to stay in Puerto Natales. The front desk staff was excellent: friendly, welcoming and very helpful in getting our group of 4 oriented in town. Room was adequate. Breakfast typical but good. Staff arranged an early breakfast on the day we needed to depart prior to usual breakfast hours. This is a good option if you are unable or don't want to stay in TDP park.

Here's an older unit with a few maintenance issues but perfectly serviceable. Breakfast is OK (they'll make eggs for you if you ask) and the only dinner we had there was fine, not great.
