Ceylonz Suites By Staybliss

Unser Zimmer war im 20.OG mit Blick auf die Petronas Towers. Der Ausblick und der Pool im 37.OG sind die Highlights. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Wlan hat über die gesamte Dauer von 4 Tagen nicht funktioniert, keine Lösung des Vermieters. Duschvorhang fehlt, somit immer das halbe Bad nass. Die Wände sind super dünn, somit hört man die Nachbarn im Nebenzimmer sprechen. 1h vor Ankunft wird einem mitgeteilt das die Bezahlung ausschließlich über Bargeld funktioniert.

La posizione è il punto forte essendo vicina al centro. Piscina e vista molto belle. Molto utile il mini market al piano terra. Ce la possibilità di stipare i bagagli in attesa del check in per pochi euro.

La cordialità alla reception da rivedere. Camera con pessimo odore (segnalato alla reception che ha parzialmente risolto il problema). Pulizia medio bassa rispetto alle aspettative ma comunque accettabile. Letto molto scomodo ma è soggettivo (ogni movimento sembrava dovesse rompersi).

Top Lage, top Zimmer, alles problemlos geklappt. Die ganze Anlage ist super gepflegt und alles in einem traumhaften Zustand. Am Pool gibt es immer frische Handtücher. Die Küche ist ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft vom Zimmer und von der Anlage.

Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln. Lediglich Waschmittel mussten wir kaufen gehen. Das war nicht vorhanden.

Everything was great! My only comment is that the reception area can get a bit chaotic with so many people around. I also would have preferred more flexibility with payment, such as using a credit card instead of cash, though I realize it was my mistake for missing that in the terms on Booking.com.

Bardzo efektownie urządzony pokój. W pokoju było wszystko czego potrzeba, jednak talerzy nie było. Basen krawędziowy z ciepłą wodą i super widokiem. Bardzo przydatny sklepik na parterze hotelu.

Osoby obsługujące recepcję działają każda wg własnych zasad. Po przybyciu i uregulowaniu kaucji za pokój zostaliśmy poinformowani, że opłatę mamy uiścić w dniu wyjazdu. Następnego dnia zaczęto co godzinę wydzwaniać i pisać żeby zapłacić za pokój, a pani na recepcji stwierdziła, że to nie ona nas tak poinformowała i ona chce kasę, a tamtą osobą to był właściciel. No nie sądzę, a tamtą pani była podobna. Niestety przy takiej formie ubioru pracownic przeciętny europejczyk nie jest w stanie je rozpoznać, a i nie interesują go zasady rozliczenia hotelu. Pani zamiast wytłumaczyć zaczęła być nie miła i nie słuchała wyjaśnień. W rezultacie wszystko się zgadzało, ale okazuje się, że jednego dnia dajemy pieniądze komu innemu, następnego innej osobie i nie wiemy czy kolejna osoba też nie zechce, bo powie, że poprzednie ustalenia jej nie interesują. System opłat powinien być oczywisty, szczególnie, że realizowany jest tylko gotówkowo.

Perfect location in between of Chinatown, petronas towers and bukit bintang. Great Pool. Clean. Overall best bang for the buck hotel in KL.

During certain times of the day the lifts can be crowded and you maybe need to wait a few mins. No big complaints tho.

Die zentrale Lage und der Pool mit Aussicht.

Die Matratze im Bett hatte Flecken welche durch das Leintuch sichtbar waren.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Infinitypool und die Dachterrasse mit deren Aussicht. Auch die kleinen grünen Oasen in verschiedenen Stockwerken waren sehr süß. In unserem Zimmer hatten wir eine Fensterbank, auf die man sich setzen und den Blick über die Stadt genießen konnte.

Es gibt keinen offiziellen Träger, sondern einzelne hosts. Diese sind nicht vor Ort, sondern nur über Nummern zu erreichen. Möchte mein sein Gepäck aufbewahren, muss man 5 RM pro Gepäcksstück zahlen.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e quartieri di KL. Stanza grande, con tutto il necessario(anche la lavatrice). Piscina e vista top, gym, negozio con tutto il necessario accanto alla reception. A 5min c è un Atm, pagamento in cash con deposito di 100MYR.

Negli orari di punta, a volte Gli ascensori saltano i piani e il tempo d attesa si allunga

Alles was netjes, kamers zoals beschreven, goede wifi.

Nice modern apartment with everything you need...not my first visit to Ceylonz suites....when you know where you are and work out the walking short cuts its a good place first timmers might rely on grab for no reason. Ask for a high floor the views are great..

Its always the lifts (elevators)...it can take 10 mins before one comes to your floor.... too many people too many floors...too few lifts...give yourself time

I'm very comfortable with the location and the environment. Some staff are very kind, friendly and respectful which i really appreciated. I'm looking forward to see that behavior which everybody needs and great. I'm pretty sure I would like to come back and stay.

It's not that I don't like but, if the staff is more polite and friendly that would be great for every customer and the business, some are very polite and kind which every body need the kindness from others. I'm not saying every one but some are ofcoure during i stay, but the rest are perfectly good. Thank you for the kindness and your hospitality. I'm looking forward to see and stay.

Sehr gutes zweckmäßiges Stadthotel, es sind kleine Appartements, die offensichtlich von privaten Vermietern zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort in bar; es werden auch noch Tourismusabgaben drauf gerechnet. Sehr schöner großer Pool auf dem Dach mit einer phantastischen Aussicht.

The hotel is well located and has a lot of commodities, a nice pool, gardens to rest, gym, and a coffee shop.

The room was much older than in the pictures, there was no housekeeping and the bathroom had a sewage smell.

Está a unos 10 minutos de bukit bintang.

El personal es súper desagradable. El baño no tiene ni cortina, sabemos que es habitual en Asia, pero al tener el chorro desde muy alto, salpica por todos sitios y el suelo resbala. La cama no es precisamente cómoda. Calidad precio, me defraudó.

The whole building seems to be just for short-time rental so between 10 and 11 am the lifts stop on many floors. There is no access to stairs to circumvent lift traffic There is luggage storage, but you have to pay 5 ringgit for each bag per day

Aufzug. Es sind halt 4 Aufzüge für 37 Stockwerke. Das kann dann schon mal dauern. Die Handtuchhalter waren defekt, wackelig, verlebt. Aber es gab genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Handtücher müssen selber gewaschen werden. Es gibt keine neuen.

Horrible traffic in the lifts! And very thin walls - we could hear our neighbors watch TV all night 🥺 And these were Bollywood films.. so no sleep..

Great, solid stay overall. The AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the room itself was decent. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest at times, but manageable. One minor issue was a broken blind in the room; I didn’t raise it with staff, but I’m confident they would’ve helped if I had. Another downside was the elevator — it gets extremely busy, with wait times sometimes reaching up to 10 minutes. Overall good value for money and would recommend.

Zimmer wurde bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt, NIE, gereinigt. Nicht so freundlich.

It doesn’t have an in-unit washing machine as specified in the description. Everyone says it’s a good location but it really isn’t. It’s not close to any attraction or nice neighborhood. The hall doesn’t smell good.

Très bel espace, tout est moderne et neuf. Une super piscine et équipement de sport.

Creo que lo que me gustó más fue la ubicación del hotel, ya que está en una zona muy céntrica de Kuala Lumpur, al lado de Changkat y de la zona de ocio, así como de Bukit Bintang y los centros comerciales. Tampoco está muy lejos de KLCC, como a unos 10 - 15 minutos caminando. Asimismo, la habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y la cama era bastante cómoda.

El hecho de que la ducha no tuviera una cortina hizo que se inundara todo el baño, porque la única barrera era un pequeño desnivel entre el plato de la ducha y el suelo. Por otro lado, no había gel disponible en el baño y tuve que utilizar el gel de manos. Cuando se lo comenté en recepción me dijeron que no les quedaba más. Por otro lado, cuando me registré en el hotel, el recepcionista fue bastante antipático e incluso borde conmigo al pedirme el depósito por las llaves. Finalmente, una de las cosas que menos me gustó fue que las cortinas del hotel eran bastante malas, por lo que por la mañana siempre entraba la luz y no me dejó descansar bien.

Ikkunalaudan tyynyissä tahroja - toisaalta rauhallinen sijainti oli hyvä, mutta joku vähän isompi marketti olisi voinut olla lähempänä

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I have stayed in Ceylonz a number of times, and the best thing is always the infinity pool. Try to pick days when it is less busy to avoid the crowds.

It often takes a long time waiting for the lifts.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean and cozy, with everything I needed. The pool was wonderful and such a nice place to relax. Check-in was super fast and easy, and communication was smooth. The location was perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. I would definitely love to stay here again – highly recommend! 🌟

Habitación cómoda, la cama un poco dura pero se dormía bien, aire acondicionado potente, una mini cocina, lavabo correcto y lavadora-secadora, céntrico para llegar andando a todos los puntos de interés, la piscina tiene muy buenas vistas. Hay un minisuper en el edificio y un puesto de café en la salida. Muy recomendable por el precio, genial.

Situato in posizione centrale consente di raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti dalle petronas, 15 minuti chinatown, 15 min Bukit Bintang, 15 min Jalan Alor Food Street. La nostra camera al 29esimo piano godeva di una bella vista sul Merdeka 118 ed era ampia e ben disposta dotata anche di angolo cucina e lavatrice. Al 7imo piano è presente un bar dove fare colazione internazionale a buffet (non inclusa nel ns soggiorno circa 7€ a testa) tutto buono dal dolce al salato e con un ampia varietà di scelta. Al 37esimo piano è presente una piscina davvero notevole e che non ha nulla da invidiare ai vari rooftop più blasonati visti a KL, un bagno notturno o al tramonto è un'esperienza indimenticabile oltre a offrire spot per foto fantastiche. Sullo stesso piano è presente il ristorante Boudoirz, Sky bar del Ceylonz: alloggiando al Ceylonz una sosta qua è d'obbligo la vista che si ha sulla Menara Tower, sulle Petronas e sul Merdeka 118. Considerando il costo ovvero circa 860 MYR 175 € per 3 notti direi che ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Nessun difetto particolare

Super propre, proche de toutes les commodités, piscine avec vue sublime.

Super établissement, très bien situé, avec des équipements remarquables (la piscine et le rooftop avec vue sur les tours). Un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel au regard des prestations proposées, même si le petit-déjeuner est à rajouter. Je recommande vivement.

Quelques informations sur la gestion des déchets : s'agissant de studios, le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours (ce qui est normal), mais les poubelles sont vite pleines...
