We absolutely loved everything about the property. From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. Kyla was incredibly helpful and available whenever we needed assistance, and the check-in process was seamless. The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, bright, cozy and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable staycation. The kitchen was well equipped, the location was great, and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The apartment honestly exceeded our expectations — the pictures don’t do it justice!

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect, from the apartment itself to the location, security and service. We were genuinely impressed with the entire experience.

The apartment is so clean and put together, everything went well. Our host communicated with us all the way until our last day. We really enjoyed our stay.

There’s no heater/ air conditioner

The apartment was spacious and it looked like the pictures. We had an iron failure and the host quickly brought us a replacement. The host was mostly responsive and polite. The wifi was excellent

No heating provided, no bottles of water provided, no coffee station, no hangers provided. It wasn't a "home away from home". It lacked a personal touch that usually makes the visitors feel at home. The bathroom light needs attention as it was very dark. Fumigation required as there was a lot of roaches. Wifi details were not provided we had to call and ask. To make things seamless,I suggest all the important information to be communicated prior check in. Also to just clarify that access codes will be required for every gate use, so probably would not recommend the place for those who are not there for the lagoon

Having to notify the host for entry/exit pass code can be a delay if travelling for work every weekday, nonetheless the host was gracious.

The property is good

I didn’t like when I had to pay extra money in order for me to go swimming at the Lagoon. Which made me pay R900 for 3 days it was not on my budget. I told the guy who was in charge for the room the guy was rude, I don’t think I would ever go there again. But years back I enjoyed my stay but this time no. On my second day a guy sent someone to my room saying my days are finished I must leave I had to go to my email and double check imagine. I had a horrible time ,who ever who is in-charge of1439 Broe learn to treat ppl with respect

You do not get told that the facilities are at an extra cost . There was no free breakfast. There was no soap in the bathroom... not a big deal All this is not communicated prior

The house is looking good and spacious as seen on the pictures , hot water was always available. Wifi working very well.

Bed size was good, nice bedding cover, although it was not smelling good, we couldn't use the pillows because of smell, blankets were old, we couldn't use them as well. So it was inconvenience for our sleeping.

Great location and room.

We were surprised with a lot of unwanted cockroaches. We had to specially go buy DOOM to get rid of them. Was not happy at all, and all the host could say was there was a recent out break of roaches. And the shower floor was very dirty.

Access

Untidy room. So many cockroaches. No spray provided. Unfit for stay.

Everything, am really going to book the place again and Amber our host, she is an angel, she even paid the canoeing fee for me and my hubby because there was a misunderstanding,,,,, I loved everything about the place. 😁😁😁😁😁😁

One waitress who served us as if she was being forced, I think her name is Kim or Megan don't really remember her name well but everything else was the best.

I love the efficiency of the host , and we were a busy couple in and out and she was available at all hours to provide codes for ease of access

The place had cockroaches , the host did not inform in about not having access to the lagoon, we didn't even have bathing soap. and was not communicated in time.

Is i would have to ask for code everyday when i want to go out. Whereas the host must send it every morning for things to be much easier. Also the room doesn’t have aircorn/Fan. I guess they must work on that.

The cleanest place, very cozy indeed even thou it's a bit far from the lagoon it's indeed good value for money it has everything if you want to cook for yourself.... Very safe and the owner she's phone call away

The bed is a bit uncomfortable but it's managable, can the owner put pedals beside the bed,the bed didn't have the headboard I will suggest that the owner should decorate the wall in place of the headboard, there was no enough toilet paper for two nights, at least 2 toilet papers also clean towels Beside little mistakes the owner was so kind shame we check out late I will definitely book the place again and again

Absolutely loved the look and feel of the place. Amazing in terms of activities to do, love the fact that there's a car wash on premises to.

Security guards could be a little more friendlier and helpful, admin needs to communicate all processes of checking in better.

There was a noise outside our door at midnight, probably wasn't that serious.

The breakfast was perfectly prepared and delightful. The location was excellent, and I especially appreciated the top-notch security.

The apartment was pleasant, but I recommend installing air conditioners.
