Unfortunately, during our entire stay, we were unable to properly use the shower. Every time we showered, the bathroom flooded because the water would not drain properly. As a result, we could not use the shower for the two days we stayed there. The toilet was also leaking. I reported these issues, but I was told by the owner that they were not aware of them and that, because we had already stayed there, it was too late for them to do anything. I was very unhappy with this situation because we were unable to use an important part of the accommodation and did not receive the standard of facilities we had paid for.

Hiç memnun kalmadık, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Maalesef konaklamamızdan hiç memnun kalmadık. Odaya girer girmez çok ağır ve kötü bir koku vardı. Koku o kadar rahatsız ediciydi ki, dayanabilmek için özellikle marketten oda spreyi almak zorunda kaldık. Buna rağmen gece uyumakta bile zorlandık. Apart otel genel olarak oldukça bakımsız ve eskiydi. Eşyaların, mutfak malzemelerinin, özellikle kaşık ve çatalların çok eski ve hijyen açısından içimize sinmeyecek durumda olduğunu gördük. Genel olarak hiçbir şeyin yeterince bakımı yapılmamış hissi verdi. Ortam da beklediğimiz gibi değildi. Verdiğimiz ücretin karşılığını kesinlikle alamadığımızı düşünüyoruz. Bizim için en büyük sorun ise o ağır ve giderlerden gelen kötü kokuydu; konaklamayı gerçekten çekilmez hale getirdi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih etmeyiz ve özellikle temizlik, bakım ve hijyen konusunda hassas olanlara tavsiye etmiyoruz.

This is our second year staying at Defne Beach Suites, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The relaxing atmosphere makes it the perfect place for a family holiday. Everything is well organized, and you immediately feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The two swimming pools are always spotless, and the private beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for enjoying the sea and the stunning views. The location is excellent. It is very easy to reach Fethiye city center, and there are supermarkets such as Migros and A101, as well as many excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view. It offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Most importantly, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the owners, the management, and every member of the staff. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality is one of the main reasons we chose to return for a second year. Thank you for making our holiday another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Defne Beach Suites to anyone visiting Fethiye, and we are already looking forward to coming back again.

Мы обожаем Фетхие и этот район, поэтому знали куда едем и все + и -. До моря 2 минуты. В целом апартаменты прекрасные, автобусная остановка рядом, магазины тоже.

В номере нет губки, средства для мытья посуды, соли, сахара, мыльницы. Такие мелочи можно было бы оставлять от одних гостей другим. Но мы были готовы,т.к прочитали это в одном из отзывов. Также на пляже нет зоны с бесплатными лежаками.

I didn't have breakfast at the property as I made my own i my apartment. The location is perfect for the beach, buses and the bars/restaurants.

Spacious clean apartment, with large balcony overlooking the sea. Nice bathroom and a good shower. Loved seeing the sunset. The manager is very helpful, kind and considerate. He has a good heart. He is a good asset to the hotel. The cleaner is friendly and does a very good thorough job.

De strandbar ertegenover maakte veel lawaai en dat duurde soms tot 1 uur. Dat nog bovenop hels lawaai met hele zware bassen van verschillende grote resorts. Wat een kakafonie , en dat in de late uurtjes. We hebben daardoor soms nachtrust moeten missen.

Really enjoyed..but one thing that might put us off of booking again …was the constant music playing from the restaurant..from morning until night …I love music …but please understand …NOT all day and night ….music choice terrible too ..major headach…so I probably would not come back

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. No entertainment,day or night,things to do in the evening,non existent,no surround places that caterer for entertainment.asked the restaurant staff certain dishes from the menu,with a reply of "finished,end of season ".the same with the alcohol drinks,same reply.i payed for a accommodation that was offering catering for the date i booked the holiday,so they should stick to there policy.the apartment had a television that worked well,in different languages,apart from English,sorry the three news channels where in english.plenty of russian channels.you felt russian were more welcome.there was some mobile camper vans , outside the premises,that made the place a little run down from one side.make some small changes,and it would be a big attraction.

Schöne Anlage, saubere Pools, freundliche Leute, angenehme Atmosphäre. Der direkte Zugang zu einem ruhigen öffentlichen Strand ist sehr vorteilhaft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Dolmus-Haltestelle sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Die immer gleiche Popmusik des angeschlossenen Restaurants "Alia" war viel zu laut und hat die Poolgäste ebenso belästigt wie den Aufenthalt im Zimmer. Ausserdem spielen im benachbarten Hotel jeden Abend laute Livebands bis 23 Uhr. Mieten Sie kein Auto bei Paradise Rent a Car, die über das Hotel vermittelt wird! Die Konditionen sind nicht korrekt.

Sauberkeit

Kein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon. Die Restaurants, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind zu weit weg (15 Min. Fahrt mit dem Auto).

Приехали второй раз семьей, так как очень понравилось в первый раз. Но Оказалось многое изменилось не в лучшую сторону. Из плюсов осталось первая линия прямо у моря, свой ресторан с доставкой в номера.

Номера сильно изношены. Все скрипит: пол, двери, диван, в ванной вода протекает под унитазом. Очень громкая музыка из ресторана с 11.00 и до 12 ночи. Спать и отдыхать не возможно. Бассейн переполнен. Теперь в него пускают все кого только можно с улицы, просто заходи и купайся. Персонал за этим не следит. Вечером в ресторане сажают шумных гостей прямо под окна постояльцем. Ну и дафна потеряла свой личный пляж. Раньше это была ухоженная территория со своими лежаками. Теперь просто общественный кусок пляж. Людей не протолкнуться.

Hotel odasindaki cekyat acilmadi cok sertti vede baya kirliydi buyuzden 10 ustunden 9 vermek yerine 8 verdim. Onun disinda 5 gunluk konaklamamizda hicbir sorun yasamadik. Bidahaki yaz tatilimizde tekrar Fethiyeye gelmek istersek mutlaka ayni Hoteli seceriz.

Location ok, a couple of shops within walking distance and beach bars/clubs to visit. One venue near our apartment building had entertainment every evening which finished by 11. Bedding changed once while we were there, towels twice. Most staff were helpful and friendly and taxis were easy to get and plentiful. Beds were quite comfortable.

There were not enough loungers by the pool for the number of guests. The apartment seemed clean enough until I dropped something on the floor and while looking for it saw under the beds - filthy. Apartment not very well equipped with glasses and mugs. Restaurant very variable, lots of dishes not available and ingredients varied depending on what they had in. Macaroni cheese particularly bad. Sofa beds very hard.

We stayed there with our family in July 2025. Overall, we really enjoyed it — the location is excellent, our room had a view of the pool, and the hotel is practically on the beach, just a one-minute walk away. I'd like to highlight the hotel and restaurant staff — any issues or requests were resolved quickly. The restaurant staff was very friendly to us — we became friends with the waiters Teo and Hürrem, and the manager Adem. Thank you so much, guys, we’re grateful and we remember you!

There was one incident: when we checked into our room, we discovered a serious leak from the toilet. However, it was resolved quickly — we were given a better room in exchange. We were also very disappointed with the behavior of some hotel guests: early in the morning, they would reserve sunbeds by the pool with their towels, while not actually being at the pool for a long time. As a result, other guests couldn’t use those sunbeds. We kindly ask the hotel management to put an end to this practice.

Dephne Residence is simply amazing. The beach is steps away, facilities are awesome and the Alia Cafe is delicious. We rented 5 two-bedroom apartments for 22 people and it fit us just right. Each apartment comfortably fits a full family with kids or ~4 adults. The Apartments are clean, nice, well maintained and very comfortable. The reception staff is also very helpful in organizing every activity or tour you can imagine - and at a great price point! But best of all is Alia Restaurant - the food, beverages and deserts were delicious, and the price is very good.

Sometimes food orders to the room would take too long, but we barely used that option (only when not able to step out due to sleeping baby). The cafe was just a few steps away, and we enjoyed the interior experience of it.

Room was fab. 2 bedrooms with kitchen and washing facilities. I liked this as we could wash towels etc as the rooms are not regularly serviced. But that’s part of the deal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Defne suites, but the main thing that we didn’t like was the restaurant. It was pricey, and the male that ran it was odd. He would not allow guests to drink their own bottled water or anything else around the pool. He said we had to buy it. It was so hot I was drinking so much water I wasn’t going to buy it from the pool restaurant every time time when I had mine back at the room. It wasn’t like we were eating or drinking booze from outside, it was just the occasional water. We saw him reprimand a few guests over the same thing. It was just weird. Further to this staff walked around the pool offering tiny plates of a few pieces of watermelon/fruit etc, only to then 10 mins later came around with the credit card machine to charge you the 2 euro for the fruit. They also did this with other snacks. It wasn’t about the money we just thought it was sneaky, desperate and embarrassed people when they thought they were given a few pieces of complimentary watermelon only to have to awkwardly pay for it. The main waiter gave off desperate vibes. His staff looked unhappy and he looked like he was only interested in tips and making money. It was a very awkward vibe. Apart from the little man that checked us in late on our arrival saw no other staff the rest of our stay. Wasn’t a bad thing just don’t expect hotel service. It’s very laid back

The property is located very close to the beach and is has all of the facilities you need. The apartments are a good size. And the staff are very friendly.

The resort next door insists on playing very loud music every night until midnight, which is a shame as otherwise it’s a very nice place.

The property is fantastically located right by the beach and we could see and hear the sea. It was early season April so all the facilities were not open including the pool and the cafe. Which was a shame but did not ruin our holiday as we were advised before we arrived.

2nd time I’ve stayed here. Helpful staff, let me keep my room on departure day for no extra charge. Very clean, good location, right by the sea.

The host was not happy with our review last year about the tap water feeling slimy when having baths or washing hands at the property . They wanted us to retract that review. Our reviews are not to please or displease anyone but to tell our experience to fellow travellers so that they can make informed decisions. This time around the water was slimy for the first two days then it was ok for the rest of our stay. However, the towels did not smell fresh and the colour of the towels were no longer white. They looked brownish greyish in colour.

Room is really large, you can hear the noise of the sea from the room. You have kitchen for your convenience. No problem with parking

Reception guy told me I have been upgraded to Pool View room even though I book Pool View from the start. Bathroom was not very clean and missing shower door. Water was hot-warm-cold randomly. Bed pillows not so comfortable. Room was missing automatic dishwasher - for the family not that great. Lastly, distance to center is 1,5 hours by walking, so car is a must.

We had a great big apartment, clean and modern with the most incredible sea view. It was quiet and close to shops and the beach with really good wifi. The on site restaurant was a real surprise, really reasonably priced and amazing food - it’s a shame it doesn’t get busier as it’s so convenient too.

No lift which wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of if you struggle with stairs.

The beach near by.

The taps water in the property is very slimy. Just want to warn other visitors that be careful when having shower as the floor could become very slippery. We asked other visitors staying in Defne Seaside Apartments and their experience was the same. We used wash room facilities at near by restaurants and their taps water were normal. This could only mean that Defne water supply is some what different to others in the area.

We found this fantastic resort and apartments on booking.com. It was so easy to book online, we emailed a couple of times, and received a very prompt reply. We needed to book transfers from the airport, and this was no problem from Define. The driver was very polite, even bought me and my husband water. We were very impressed. The apartments were very tastefully decorated, with everything you needed. If you needed anything all you need to do is ask. Standards were very excellent, a beautiful sea view and great location. The apartments sunbathing area was very nice, with new sunbeds, and two pools to choose . The restaurant served excellent food, and drinks. We walked into the lovely town to eat most nights, all the food restaurants are excellent. A lovely walk to view the sea and the sunsets. We would highly recommend. Linda and Terry Johnson.

Nothing, everything was to our liking.

We spent 1 week in the appartment and I would stay there again. - The residency is overall very beautiful and peaceful, with beautiful gardens. - The staff is always available at the reception and they solved our issue with the toaster within few hours. - The appartment is very comfortable and spacious. - The view is amazing, directly facing the swimming pool and sea horizont with mountains. - The location is great, it is in a quiet beach area but the sea embankement with many bars and restaurants is 10 minutes away (walking). - There are a few shops around 10 minutes away and the bus stop that takes you directly to the bus station and marina (another lively location) - Very quiet and elegant restaurant right in the residency and more hip beach café (very affordable) within 2 minutes, right on the beach.

Very small details: a few more racks in the bathroom would be nice + there is music in the evening from another bar that is on the road between the residency and the beach but not until very late

Cleaning service was poor. They wanted to do our one clean of the week at 5pm as we were getting showered to go out for dinner (we have a toddler so need to get out early) so we had to forfeit our clean because they needed to do it there and then as I heard they needed to go to another block still (they spoke in Turkish which I understood). One of the pools has VERY dated old beds which are cracked and very dangerous if your skin gets trapped in the them. Rooms very very dated and laundry room is a bit grim - one of the machines stinks and left clothes smelling. The cot mattress was pretty rank - grey/brown with lots of stains. Surely you can rebuy these cheap? It’s all okay just very basic. It’s about a mile walk to çalış bridge so a bit out of it but if you like walking not an issue.

Looking tired in places. I.E door knob falling off kitchen cupboard and balcony doors not locking. Would have been a big problem had we not been on the first floor.

We called a taxi from the reception and waited for a very long time. It would be useful to have a taxi contact and call it from your room in advance. It was very hot to wait)

There are enough sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. Clean, big room. Near supermarket. Walk 10 minutes to the promenade.
