Dirty room, location in the middle of nowhere, broken tiles in bathroom, staff is not available at any given time. Unresponsive on booking.com before and during stay.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024I booked a stay at this hotel, but when I arrived, there was no one available to check me in. I had to knock on doors and ask other guests if they had a contact number for the reception. When the receptionist finally arrived, I was told all the rooms were occupied, and my booking was transferred to another hotel. I was informed that I'd have to move back to the original hotel the next night. I requested to cancel the second night and get a refund but haven't heard back yet. I ended up checking out early because other guests were complaining about the noise from birds in the morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
