Davide was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help and accommodate any request. The apartment itself, although located in a historic building, is spacious and very cozy. The interior is designed with great attention to detail, creating a pleasant atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing and exploring Milan. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is one of its main advantages: the central square of Milan is within walking distance, and you can also easily reach the city’s modern districts on foot to experience its contemporary side. The metro station is just a two-minute walk away, making it very convenient to move around the city.

We loved where the property was right in the middle of Milan probably the best area. We’ve stayed at the same place before because of this all over this time we had the junior suite.

We had a couple of problems this time with the facilities the bath/shower worked sporadically. We gave it a good go but a couple of days we didn’t have a shower or bath. We hope the staff can fix this because it is a nice bath. It needs to be looked at. The beds were two singles joined together no matter what we did. They came apart. You couldn’t sleep on either side comfortably and so we didn’t cuddle up as we might normally. This was the most comfortable room to hang out however for although we enjoyed sitting around the table in the lounge the room was small and the other furniture uncomfortable even though we appreciated the look and design aspects. I would recommend taking the larger suite, we had this last time and it was really lovely. The bed was superb. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the apartment was good.

The only positive point about the property was the location.

The apartment was very dark, which made it unpleasant to spend time in. The bed sheets were not clean upon arrival, and when we requested a change, the property managers acknowledged our concern but failed to take any action. Overall, communication and responsiveness from the management were poor, which added to our frustration.

No sign at location - had to call to confirm. Only one mug; asked for another but never arrived. Decor slightly tired in places. Excellent location.

Very good location in relative quiet street in Brera district. Nice and spacious apartment in beautiful old building with high ceilings in old style. Separate bedroom and living, tastefully furnished. Comfortabel large bed. Outside shutters and double glazing, keeping noise and light out during night. Small kitchenette for making breakfast, including fridge and Nespresso coffee maker (small cups, few provided). Entrance via courtyard, with building janitor (Dica !?) on duty during daytime. Short walk to metro station, just at end of the street. Perfect location to explore Milano.

Arrival instructions were unclear, i.e. nothing received before, but we received help via WhatsApp messages when arriving outside building in the evening. Bathroom is spacious, but only with a very large round bathtub (impressive, though). Looks very nice, but some may find it hard to climb in and out. Complicated to operate showers. Water cooler (electric kettle) was faulty upon arrival. Notified owner twice via whatsapp, but no action, despite mentioning of dangerous situation. Tea towel would be welcome addition to dry the dishes. On last morning there was no hot water, but because of early hour we could not contact anyone.

Stuff is terrible. This time they said, that the police has changed and I need to pay for the cleaning ( 1 night cost is about 300€).In addition to this, when I’ve asked for some basics, they were simply promising and didn’t bring what I’ve asked for! Very bad after taste this time. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The junior suite is not equipped properly. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang things on (at least the towels). There are no sockets and lamps next to the bed. Very poor lighting in the bedroom. The tv doesn’t work in the living room. We didn’t feel the freshness of the blanket and sheets. They say us that we should extra pay if we want to change the towels and for cleaning. The bathroom is not comfortable for aged people.

Lovely room, easy access with helpful videos from staff. 5-10 min walk to Duomo. Room had a great vibe about it, shame we didn't figure out how to use the rotunda bath until it was time to check out.

C’è un evidente problema di comunicazione. Vengono indicati dei numeri di telefono che non corrispondono a chi gestisce la struttura. Dicono che verrai richiamato, ma nessuno richiama. Stavo per disdire la prenotazione perché il giorno dell’arrivo non riuscivo ad avere informazioni su come accedere alka struttura e ho addirittura temuto che si trattasse di una truffa perché le risposte al telefono erano evasive e generiche…. Poi però quando finalmente mi ha chiamato una persona che sapeva cosa dirmi e mi ha spiegato come accedere, sono arrivato nella struttura e l’appartamento e’ splendido, tutto molto curato. Veramente top!

Appartement typiquement Milanais spacieux et confortable : hauteur des plafonds impressionnante, décoration soignée… Tout est fait pour se sentir choyé. Quartier central avec de jolies découvertes pour les flâneurs fouineurs.

The apartment was very spacious, located on the first floor, with a pretty decor. The person who waited for us was friendly and the location was great.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Abe was so lovely and met me on arrival with keys, gave great recommendations and amazing customer service! Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere, facilities were great and all very clean.

Canapé peu confortable, de même que la literie au matelas très mou et au oreillers surdimensionnés. Aussi, un micro-ondes serait vraiment appréciable. Enfin, même pour les prestations et la localisation, le prix reste élevé.

The apartment is very spacious and well furnished. It was very safe and quiet as well as being within walking distance of cafes and shops. Also we could catch the hop on hop off bus as stop was nearby.

Hot water could be hotter and more information about proximity to local restaurants, nearest Metro station and bus services in the area would be very helpful for visitors to the apartment. Also we could not find the light switch to the kitchenette. Bed is a bit too low for older folks like us!!

This apartment is utterly fab - the design, the facilities, the location.

The location - next to the Brera district, only a few minutes walk to the Duomo, the Galleria and La Scala. Montenapoleone Metro station just a few steps away. The apartment - spacious, elegant, comfortable, lots of storage space, interesting decor, fully equipped with everything you need, and more. Cool in summer. Very comfortable bed. The staff - attentive and always on hand. They ask if everything is OK every day, and what you need. Then you come back to find a bag of goodies waiting for you on the table, of everything you asked for, and more. Value for money - for the size and quality of the apartment, and the location, the price is an absolute steal.

The location is really breath taking. Very high ceilings and big windows and a lot of space which is rare. You have toilet necessities, a kitchen, water, airconditioning and good working WiFi.

Also provided a video for step by step process to gain entry. I could not fault our stay, it was excellent, and would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Friendly, very clean, lovely decor, great location and good price - wonderful!

Everything !!! It was a relief to come home to such a cool and comfortable apartment after a full day of pounding the pavement and sightseeing in Milan. It’s close to all the main attractions and in one of the nicest parts of town, just far enough from the tourist center while still being safe and convenient to everything, by foot or by metro!

The location is exceptional, and the cleaning staff were among the friendliest and most professional I’ve ever encountered—accommodating and truly excellent at their work. Jacopo and Ivan were also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Milan.

This apartment perfectly fit my needs- the location, the quality, the furnishings/amenities, and everything else! Ivan and Jacopo provided excellent customer service and were always just a quick text away if I needed something or had a question. When I unexpectedly needed to stay another night, they even covered my extra day of city tax! I would absolutely recommend this property to my friends and family, and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible location on a quiet street near lots of fun art and food in a fun part of Milan. The space itself was roomy and comfortable, imaginatively decorated. We would definitely stay there again.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung in idealer Lage, Dom, Pinacoteca la Brera und La Scala zu Fuß circa 5-10 Minuten. U-Bahn und Tram 2 Minuten weg. Vorab und während des Aufenthaltes guter Kontakt per WhatsApp. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung und das Bad mit der großen Regendusche fanden wir stilvoll. Die Küchenzeile hat alles was man braucht inklusive Nespresso Maschine und im Kühlschrank war schon Wasser bereit. Und die Klimaanlage war auch sehr angenehm, läuft ruhig und dezent. Klare Empfehlung.

Large mix up with the room and the keys. We were delayed getting into the room because of an issue with other guests. Later the same guests entered our room with a key, to our surprise, which caused another delay. The host did call graciously to apologize but stopped responding to us after we text him to discuss the situation further. We only had two nights in Milan and quite a bit of precious time was spent with this mishap. Beautiful place but the communication cut off was surprising and unnecessary as we were very patient and reasonable and felt we deserved better treatment after this very unpleasant and, maybe dangerous, experience.
