The hotel was good but there was a bad smell because of the drainage Infront of the HOTEL

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Koregaon Park, Pune, and would happily recommend it. We had booked two rooms — an Executive Room and a room with a balcony. Both rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around. The hotel itself has a lovely ambience, and even the areas outside the rooms felt spacious and well maintained. We had originally planned to stay for just one night, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another day. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The entire staff was extremely polite, warm and helpful. A special mention to Sunita and Preeti at the restaurant, who took exceptionally good care of us and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful. We were travelling with a baby, and throughout our stay they very kindly helped us by washing and sterilising our baby bottles whenever required. That level of care meant a lot to us. The food at the restaurant was also excellent, so much so that despite being in Koregaon Park with so many dining options around, we chose to have our meals at the hotel itself rather than eat outside. Housekeeping was excellent, cleanliness throughout the property was very good, and overall the hotel felt comfortable, convenient and very welcoming. One of the most memorable moments of our stay happened on 15th August. We went down simply to attend and watch the Independence Day flag-hoisting ceremony, but the hotel staff unexpectedly invited us to hoist the flag ourselves. It was an incredible honour and such an emotional moment for our family. We were genuinely touched by the gesture and will remember it for a very long time. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making what was supposed to be a short stay such a memorable one. The warmth, hospitality and thoughtful little gestures really made a difference. We would definitely love to stay here again.

They said that any stain on the fabrics are chargeable. This is understandable but I hope they don't mean kajal on the hand towels because that's bound to happen and can be cleaned

Huge rooms, good breakfast, in a peaceful location, clean , functional aircon n geyser. Dental kit was given when demanded. Enough tea/coffe sachets.

307_ jet spray in the bathroom wasn't working. Those wanting to use a bucket for a bath have no tap , there are only showers . Master bed was asked for but twin joined beds were given.

Subject hotel do not serve any non veg food except eggs to order. Unsure if this info is available and if yes, how I had missed it. Room / Toilet was clean. Staff friendly.

You have to wait until 0730 LT for the room service to serve you morning tea. Tea bags / coffee satchets / milk powder and kettle provided within the room.

I dont like wash room. No Soap case near shower area . Where to keep soap or face wash . We have to keep on floor which is very much inconvenience

Nice property, the location was convenient for me.

Some furnishings were a bit dated, they should install shower curtains in the bathroom.

No options in the Breakfast .. Same taste everyday in the breakfast . No new item/food introduced . Regarding the lunch and dinner : Its too expensive . And No alcohol served .

Not value for money. Bathroom fittings were broken, switch boards were broken.

Needs to give best to customer basics. Cleanliness needs more attention. Cups amenities were not clean. Had to call the stall for it.

Asked for water bottle. Charging after what was given to the room, most of hotels don't charge for water or have RO water facilities for customer.

Rooms were smelly sometimes. Toilettes were not clean and Toilette jets are not in right place.

Breakfast was good... staff were very helpful....balcony was nice and big.

The location is not the best - it overlooks a sewer pipe.... Though lots of greenery around also, which was nice.... There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and they said they cannot wipe it up..

The hotel is situated in a good green side road away from traffic. The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff are courteous and polite. The breakfast spread was good. Stay is worth the room tariff

The only unusual thing I found was that the room was slightly dusty.
