Base Residences Gemmil Lane

This was our first time staying at this residence and the location was truly excellent—close to fantastic food options, restaurants, and with public transport just nearby. The apartment itself was comfortable with two bedrooms, and lots of storage space, though it was disappointing that no hair dryer was provided.

The biggest issue was the digital lock system. We were given the access details and code prior to check-in, but they didn’t work. It took over half an hour and multiple messages before we finally received the correct code. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident—we were locked out on two other occasions during our stay. Our strong recommendation is that the property replace these unreliable, low-quality digital locks with a more dependable system. It would make a big difference to the overall guest experience

地理位置非常好，交通非常方便。房间里的设施也很方便，适合家庭住宿，环境不错，，最满意的是小阳台，通风很好。

领取开门密码不是很方便，希望能改进这个部分。
