Motorjacht At Ease

First time staying on a boat for the two of us and really enjoyed it. Location was great for what we had planned with 5 minute walk to metro offering easy access to the centre. Tramline also available. Gros was very welcoming and helpful.

Everything worked out well so no dislikes.

Mycket mysig båt som levererade enligt beskrivningen. Värden mycket tillmötesgående och svarade snabbt på mail. 10 min gångväg till tunnelbanan.

Trafiken upplevdes lite hög men det fanns öronproppar på båten. Ingen affär i närheten. Just nu väldigt krångligt att ta sig dit pga av ombyggnation.

It was a unique experience for my kids. The boat was spotless and everything was well planned by Gros.

If we know what a houseboat is, we will not see anything “wrong.” All was as expected and well prepared.

The boat was nice overall and in a good location

The boat had cobwebs in many places. The description and photos indicate 4 people can stay; however the main bed was in the shape of a heart and two adults will bang their legs into each other. The other two people have to stay in separate cabins with a single bed with very little space above the bed. It was claustrophobic. A heat wave was going on and while the owner can't be helped for the high temps, the single fan on board did little to make the stay comfortable. There was a loud party nearby that went late into the night and somebody set off foreworks for several minutes. Lastly, the shower and the toilet spaces smelled foul. We left after the first night and when discussed with the owner, he was not apologetic or accommodating in any way. We thought staying on the motor yacht would be a good idea and fun but it was not. We are unable to recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay in Amsterdam! We rented a yacht for two nights and it was an amazing experience. Everything on board was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, as well as a kettle, stove, and coffee machine. The host was very thoughtful and left a small welcome gift: water for the kids, a bottle of wine, and waffles – such a nice touch! The location was also very convenient. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the metro, and from there we reached the city center in just 10–15 minutes. We highly recommend this place – everything was perfect and we had a great time!

Expérience insolite et incroyable à bord de ce très beau bateau. Il était propre et bien équipé. Tout est très bien pensé et optimisé pour gagner un maximum de place. C'est assez impressionnant tout ce que l'on peut mettre dans les placards (même les grosses valises). La communication avec notre hôte était parfaite. Il a très bien préparé notre arrivée, est très réactif et toujours joignable en cas de problème technique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de Marlein qui nous a accueillie sur le bateau avec le sourire et des explications claires. Les lits sont confortables, le pont est agréable et en plus, nous avons reçu un plateau de bienvenue avec une bonne bouteille et des gourmandises. Le parking sécurisé et la proximité du métro sont un réel avantage. Un grand merci à Gros, nous avons passé un superbe séjour et les enfants étaient ravis.

La proximité de l'autoroute bruyante. Peut-être prévenir en amont (ou préciser sur l'annonce) que l'eau du robinet ne peut pas être bu afin d'anticiper l'achat de bouteilles d'eau.

Quirky stay for the family , a good night sleep in a quiet and safe area

The boat is lovely, great experience staying on it. Plenty space for 2 adults & 2 children. It was warm and cosy despite very cold temperatures outside.

It's a bit of a walk to nearest shops/ cafes ( with exception of restaurant next door that seemed to be catering for private events -... we were lucky they had fantastic fireworks display for their guests which we enjoyed) , and dock is slightly run down. If weather had been better we would have rented bicycles ( adult bikes available for rent on site) and then it would have been perfect location.

Located close to the metro and bus stations, yet in a quiet spot on the harbor. The weather was windy and rainy, but the boat stayed warm and gently rocked us to sleep. We loved the cozy interior, and the beds were quite spacious (considering it’s a boat). The kitchen was functional and equipped with pans and utensils for cooking. Gros was very welcoming, friendly, and responsive

Perfekte und stilvolle Einrichtung

Au calme de la ville , plein de petites attentions , un hôte très accueillant et sympathique.

Lovely unique setting to enjoy Amsterdam and relax in the evenings. The location was perfect to get in to the centre of town (25 mins by tram). The water was great to swim in and paddle board on.

Nothing… but the outside area could do with a couple of small lights to help enjoy the space better.

Gros was so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The boat is fantastic, loved relaxing on the upper deck in the evenings, the beds were comfortable and the little kitchen area was well stocked with everything we needed.

Sehr cooles und einmaliges Erlebnis, auf einem Boot in Amsterdam zu übernachten. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war top. Gratis Parkplatz war inbegriffen und Velomiete nur 1 km entfernt. Es hatte alles, was man für einen Kurz Aufenthalt benötigte. Es gab sogar die Möglichkeit, im Nieuwe Meer zu schwimmen.

Ein bisschen enger Verhältnisse in der Schlafkammer und im Bad. Aber auf einem Schiff ist das ganz normal.

Great host, close to metro and superb view. My first stay on a yacht!

If you ever fancied a few nights on a boat then this is the way to do it, great experience with everything you needed.

At Ease is a lovely boat, the three seperate sleeping cabins worked perfectly for our family of four. ImGros was an excellent host, showing us around the boat and how things worked. Lovely lakeside location only a short walk to the metro to get into the city. Great parking. My son caught a large carp right near the boat!

Not a ‘didn’t like’ but note that you will need to learn a few things on how things operate, but full instructions are provided.

Very Nice restaurant by the Marina.

It was a beautiful boat and experience. Highly recommend.

We loved everything during our 2 night stay here. The boat looked just like in the pictures, it was very clean and felt cozy. We had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Many thanks to the owner for being so friendly and helpful!
