L'albergo è moderno, dotato di una bellissima spa con ristorante annesso dove potete mangiare in accappatoio e capelli umidi. Camere confortevoli, spaziose, letto molto comodo con due cuscini a disposizione per ciascuno. A disposizione bollitore e macchinetta del caffè nespresso con cialde!!!. Colazione buona con uova, salmone e pancake preparati all'istante. La zona è fuori dal centro, quindi non ci sono turisti ma gente del posto e onestamente mi è piaciuto molto. L'albergo dispone inoltre di campi da tennis, paddle e palestra. Per arrivare in centro ci vogliono circa venti minuti fra bus e metro.

Sarebbe fantastico avere anche il frigo in camera.

J’ai été déçue par certains éléments du rapport qualité-prix (petit-déjeuner assez basique, vue sur le parking et certaines règles du spa peu mises en évidence lors de la réservation). Mais surtout, j’ai été très mal à l’aise face à l’attitude d’une hôtesse et d’un agent de sécurité, qui ont semblé se moquer de mon accent et de mes difficultés en anglais. Une attitude que je trouve regrettable dans un établissement accueillant une clientèle internationale.

Im Zimmer besteht leider keine ausreichende Möglichkeit, Kleidung ordentlich in einem Schrank oder einer Kommode unterzubringen. Lediglich ein offenes Hängeregal für Jacken ist vorhanden. Das WC verfügt weder über ein Fenster noch über eine funktionierende Luftabsaugung bzw. einen Ventilator. Das TV-Angebot ist zudem sehr eingeschränkt, da lediglich drei deutsche Fernsehsender verfügbar sind.

Only the SPA is amazing and the breakfast was good

The location is not the best for tourist and not near to anything, no restaurant no shopping store or even not close to public transportation.. It's really was very bad experience as hotel as I traveled to many countries and it's first to do this mistake to select this hotel, even I'm surprised it's considered as hotel... This place is very good for only SPA nothing more For visitors and tourists I advise to stay in a good hotel with good services near to activities and public transportation and only come to this SPA as one day use but don't stay the entire trip in this place.

Das Hotel an sich ist gut und macht insgesamt einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das Restaurant und die Bedienungen, alle waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Leider war der Aufenthalt in der Therme jedoch sehr enttäuschend. Die Hygiene ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, es lag Snus herum und im Wasser schwammen teilweise unangenehme, unhygienische Dinge. Zudem waren auch die Bademäntel dreckig, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Zusätzlich wurden Bauarbeiten in der Therme nicht angekündigt, wodurch es laut war und kaum Entspannung möglich war. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist der volle Preis für die Therme aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt, sodass man kaum nach draußen schauen konnte. Im Innenbereich standen lediglich vier Liegen zur Verfügung, während der Großteil draußen war, was die Nutzung zusätzlich eingeschränkt hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in der Therme alles andere als entspannt.

Frühstück ist sehr gut, Lage für uns war optimal, da wir die Ruder WM auf der Boosban besucht haben, die vor der Tür liegt. Allerdings hat uns ein Restaurant gefehlt, dass nur erreichbar ist wenn man Wellness mit bucht. War wegen Restaurant in der Nähe kein Problem.

Our rooms were in a separate, very modern block across the car park from the hotel. Good size and efficient layout. Staff very helpful. Very large car park which got busy but there was always enough space. Breakfast was very good, a huge choice of things available, all very fresh. We were attending the World Rowing Championships and the hotel was ideally located a short walk from the entrance. We therefore didn’t use the spa at all so used restaurants outside the hotel. We can recommend De Veranda about 5 mins away: good food, service a little slow.

The lighting in the room was quite dim, especially in the shower. While breakfast was generally excellent we were a bit surprised that there weren’t nuts and dried fruit available to put on your breakfast - just some weird sprinkles. As we never intended to use the spa, it does make the rooms a bit more expensive, but that was our choice.

Zuiver is a wonderful hotel. We have stayed there numerous times and actually make trips from the US primarily to enjoy their outstanding spa facilities. There is nothing like Zuiver here in the US. We've also visited numerous other spas and spa hotels in the Netherlands, Belgium and Northern Italy and keep returning to Zuiver. It is situated close to the airport, and right next door to Amsterdam Bos, a beautiful wild space with great walking and biking trails.

Nothing not to like. Staff is excellent, service is excellent, food is very good, but above all, the spa is wonderful.

Freundliches Personal und die Lage des Hotels.

Das Frühstück war immer das selbe ohne große Abwechslung. Die Wurst und der Käse waren trocken da die Kühlung zu kalt eingestellt war. Der frische Lachs stand unter weiter Wärmelampe und war trocken. Der Parkplatz sowie die Wege draußen waren mit Unkraut voll und altes Laub überall. Aber am schlimmsten war der Pool bzw. die Gartenanlage dazu. Am Vormittag war noch alles ganz gut aber um so später es wurde fehlte die Ordnung. Überall lag Müll, die Papierkörbe waren Rand voll. Einige Handtücher blieben einfach auf den Liegen liegen, es gab auch kein Behälter wo man sie hätte rein tun können. Im Inneren der Poolanlage waren die Gänge nass und wurden auch nicht am Tag mal gereinigt...es ist einfach nicht zu empfehlen.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Such a beautiful spa and the staff were just as great. The rooms were clean and had all you needed, with exceptions of the fridge not really making anything cold. Breakfast was lovely, standard buffet style but nothing ran out and all was presented beautifully. Plenty of healthy options too, such as fruit & yogurts.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Minor things like the IT system they use seems terrible as check in took forever and they messed up the hold deposit by actually charging my credit card, twice! However it got sorted as soon as we highlighted it. The hotel package I got included unlimited spa use. It was a separate building from the spa and we had wrist bands to enter the spa so we didn't need to talk to reception every time we wanted to enter. However the wrist bands never worked and we still had to get them to help us in. Like I said minor and definitely not something that will put us off going again!

Het ontbijt! Voor het geld is het ontbijt slecht. Er was niet eens melk. Staat ook niet goed opgeteld het ontbijt. Jammer dat je tegenwoordig in de sauna moet betalen voor een scrub in de stoomtempel. Vroeg zat dat er gewoon bij. Duren entree en dan ook nog binnen bijbetalen. Vind ik echt niet kunnen.

De plotselinge borg van 50€ pp per nacht. , onvriendelijk personeel en dat je voor 50€ een late check-out boekt en vervolgens gebeld wordt om 11:10 dat je te laat bent uitgecheckt .. Tevens geen soft close op de deur en wij sliepen in het bij gebouw in een kamer naast de lift en die deur viel s’avonds en s’ochtends hard dicht.. en er brand continu licht wat je dus ziet vanuit je kamer

Alles musste man extra zahlen, das Hotel war schon teuer genug und dann ist kein Welness inklusive. Bei einem Welness Hotel. Ja ich hätte es online besser nachlesen können aber das waren trotzdem versteckte Kosten, die dann auch noch exorbitant hoch waren. Im Welness bereich darf man nur mit einer speziellen Tasche rein, die man zusätzlich kaufen muss, um besser hineinzusehen...

Great place to stay if your want to relax outside of the busy Amsterdam city center. Great wellness center (was included in the price) and relaxing atmosphere to hang out with friends.

The location can be a pro and con depending of what you want. Getting to the city center takes you 40min by tram, however if you want to enjoy Amsterdam in a quieter and more relaxed way, this is the place.

The spa itself was absolutely exceptional beautifully designed, relaxing, and clearly created to provide a luxurious wellness experience. Every aspect of the spa made it easy to unwind, and it was the highlight of my visit.

the hotel staff couldn’t answer even basic questions about the spa. There was a disconnect between the hotel and the spa . The room also fell short of expectations. The sheets were torn, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. When I asked about food options, I was simply told to order Uber Eats, which was disappointing for a wellness hotel. I recommend staying elsewhere and just use the SPA.

Impeccable clean spa facilities with several amazing saunas to choose from, as well as swimming pools, jacuzzi's and cold plunges. They have thematic events and experiences which are really fun. Spa food is amazing and very reasonable prices. Bed is super comfortable (save for the pillow) and the room is super silent and well sealed. Shower is good, spacious and everything was spotless clean in the room and in the facilities. Great breakfast. Staff is polite and helpful. Respectful full nude culture.

Pillows were a little too high but the staff supplied us with a small duvet which we could use to make it more comfortable.

Der mangler helt klart et barområde hvor man kan købe drinks/Drikkevarer og sidde og hygge om aftenen Syntes at parkering på Hotellet var meget dyrt, i forhold til at de havde rigtig mange tomme pladser hele tiden, 25 EUR om dagen. Vi havde en grim kloaklugt på værelset de første dage, som også Rengøringspersonale burde have været opmærksom på, men det blev først ordnet da vi selv spurgte i reception om de ikke kunne gøre noget ved det, og det gjorde de så til deres Ros øjeblikkeligt

- Wellness mocht iets gezelliger, of minder grijze kleur binnen maar dat doet niet af van de alle faciliteiten en correcte temperaturen, gewoon echt goed! En gecontroleerd!

Dès que j’ai effectué le check-in, j’ai été surpris lorsque la réceptionniste m’a annoncé que l’accès à la piscine n’était pas inclus dans ma réservation. Normalement, lorsqu’on réserve une chambre dans un hôtel, l’accès à la piscine est inclus. L’hôtel affiche pourtant qu’il dispose d’une piscine, mais ce n’est qu’à l’arrivée qu’on nous informe qu’il faut payer un supplément pour y accéder

We stayed at Hotel & Wellness Zuiver for two nights (with breakfast and spa access included) while I was in Amsterdam for work, and overall we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and efficient, and we were welcomed with refreshing infused water, which was especially appreciated since Amsterdam was experiencing an intense heat wave during our stay. One thing that immediately impressed us was the hotel’s excellent air conditioning. Despite the extreme temperatures outside, the entire hotel remained wonderfully cool and comfortable. Our standard room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the separate entrance area where you can leave your luggage and belongings, keeping the sleeping area tidy and relaxing. The room also included a coffee machine, a table with chairs, and a Smart TV, allowing us to log into our own streaming accounts. A lovely surprise was the handwritten welcome card waiting in our room, which made the stay feel personal and genuinely welcoming. Before arriving, I had read some reviews mentioning dirty rooms and views overlooking the parking area, but that was absolutely not our experience. Our room, on the first floor, was impeccably clean, and although the parking area is technically below, our view was mainly of the beautiful park surrounding the hotel. Unless you deliberately looked straight down, all you could see from inside the room was greenery, making it feel peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, although not particularly memorable. There was a decent selection of breads, cheeses, eggs, fruit, coffee, tea, juices, and made-to-order omelets and pancakes. The variety wasn’t extensive, but everything was fresh and well presented. Since I was there for work, I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy breakfast each morning, so this wasn’t a major part of our stay.

The only real disappointment during our stay was the restaurant. Since it’s located inside the wellness area, you need spa access to dine there, which could be inconvenient for guests without spa entry included in their reservation. Eating while wearing a bathrobe or swimsuit also felt a little uncomfortable, especially because the restaurant was quite cool with the air conditioning. It’s simply not the most comfortable setting for a proper meal. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing. We both ordered main dishes costing around €21 each, and neither lived up to expectations. My burger was dry, the meat was tough, and I didn’t even finish it despite being very hungry. Considering the overall quality of the hotel, the restaurant was the biggest letdown of our stay. The hotel is certainly on the expensive side. Our stay cost around €511 for two nights for two people, including breakfast and spa access. Personally, if I were paying entirely out of my own pocket, I would probably choose a more affordable hotel nearby and simply purchase access to the spa separately. However, I can also understand why many guests consider it good value, because the rooms are excellent and the wellness facilities are truly exceptional.

at man ikke kunne bade i pool uden at skulle betale dyrt for dette. Poolen på billedet var en del af spa afdeling og var dyrt, også selv om man boede på hotellet. Spaen var dog stor og flot. Der manglede steder man kunne side udenfor og ikke muligheder for køb af drikkevarer.

"Nyrenoverede" værelser og "restaurant" med aircondition og parkeringsplads ved hotellet som man godt nok skal betale 25 euro for pr døgn.. men det er ca. standard for dette i og omkring Amsterdam. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomme.

Når man betaler så meget for opholdet, så mangler man altså at toiletpapiret ikke så dårlig kvalitet at det er gennemsigtigt.. at der er knager som rent faktisk dur til håndklæderne.. at døren til brusenichen kan lukke ordentligt.. og at maden ikke står og er tør og røv kedelig.. Derudover skal de nok droppe at reklamere for at være et spa hotel når spa koster vilde 35 euro pr dag.. (obs at flere af dagene er nøgenbadning mm.) Jeg tror dog stadig at vi begge var mest skuffede over hvor fuldkommen uimponerende dårlig og uinspireret maden er.. .

Det var nogle dejlige værelser med god rengøring. Vi benyttede os ikke af Weelness el. lign. Fandt aldrig ud om noget var inkl. f.eks fitness. Vi fik ikke tid til weelness desværre. Skulle have booket det inkl. så var vi kommet afsted

Combinatie sauna en overnachten is fijn.

Als ik een sauna boek, verwacht ik niet dat ik in mijn badjas over straat moet voor mijn hotelkamer. Of me dus moet gaan omkleden. Het hele idee van een saunaovernachting is voor ons dat we de badjas niet meer uit hoeven, maar zo over een parkeerplaats lopen vind ik enorm oncomfortabel. Ook vond ik de onverwachte borg van 50 euro pp waanzinnig. Bij dure suites snap ik dat maar dit was een heel basic kamer. Personeel nam mijn verbazing over beide zaken niet echt aan.

The location is not close to anything, room come with very basic amenitities. No bar after 1030 at night. Only had 2 single mattresses pushed together on a sofa bed, so it was not a comfortable or romantic sleep at all.

Hotel was nice and cosy. Stuff was very friendly and helpfull.

Breakfast wasn't the best i have had...i prefer littlebit more vegetables and options. :) But there was good glutenfree bread and basic toppings so we got eat enough. 😄

Die Wellness Anlage war nicht schlecht aber unhygienisch

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Zuvier sehr enttäuscht. Anstatt uns zu erholen, hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts eher Stress. Das Personal wirkte auf uns wenig freundlich und nicht besonders bemüht. Dass kein Deutsch gesprochen wurde, ist für uns grundsätzlich kein Problem – schließlich haben wir selbst mit einer Übersetzungs-App kommuniziert. Wir hätten uns jedoch die gleiche Bereitschaft vom Personal gewünscht. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir trotz freundlicher Nachfrage nur eine Zimmerkarte erhalten haben. Das war im Alltag sehr unpraktisch, da einer von uns zwischendurch aufs Zimmer wollte, während der andere unterwegs war. Hinzu kam, dass ich einmal etwa sechs bis sieben Minuten auf den Aufzug warten musste, weil ich nicht wusste, wo sich das Treppenhaus befindet. Das empfanden wir als sehr schlecht organisiert. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Für den hohen Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Service und Komfort erwartet. Insgesamt war dies für uns das erste und gleichzeitig letzte Mal in diesem Hotel. Wir können dieses Hotel daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour profiter du spa, et quand on arrive là-bas, on nous annonce que le Spa est un Spa de nudiste et qu’il fallait y aller tout nu d’où le choc payer 340 € juste pour profiter d’une chambre qui n’a rien d’exceptionnel

L’emplacement a été une mauvaise surprise car certe le calme est super en revanche les 10 minutes en vélo du centre est un mensonge même en louant un scooter c’est au moins 20 à 30 minutes les coûts supplémentaire pour aller au centre ont été de ce fait énorme. Il n’est jamais précisé que l’accès au spa n’est pas possible je jour du Check out et malgré qu’on ait payer pour 3 jours de spa un certain tarifs non négligeable, seulement 2 jours d’accès impossible d’y aller le jour du Check out . De plus il n’est pas préciser de prévoir des tong ou claquette obligatoire pour accéder au spa donc obligé d’en acheter encore un supplément . Sans parler du prix du parking ( c’était préciser un supplément ) 75 euros pour 3 nuit c’est un gros supplément . Petit déjeuner cher pour la diversité .

Étant des habitués, l’hôtel reste comme à l’accoutumée propre et le personnel au service du client.

Je me suis fait voler mon Apple Watch dans le SPA. Malgré l’assistance de la sécurité des lieux ma montre n’a pas été retrouvée car la personne voleuse a pu s’échapper.

Kamer nr 32 plafond lag open met een gat er in, hele harde kussens, kapotte handdoeken en heel veel lawaai van de machine kamer beneden. Fles Prosecco zonder koeler op tafel dus die was lauw. En bij het ontbijt was bijna alles op en de bediening sjokte maar wat om.

De locatie is echt geweldig, in ‘t Amsterdamse bos en op fietsafstand van de stad

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas varié mais c’est pas mauvais assez basique . En voiture l’hôtel est bien situé à 15min du centre

Le week end le spa est réservé aux nudistes et est interdit aux autres

Everything! The spa was amazing, staff were very nice and welcoming, facilities were clean and modern, food was very tasty and reasonably priced. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews on Google but we have zero complains. Honestly, our stay could have not been better.

Rooms need a little tlc - wear and tear showing. Shower products not amazing… seem to be cutting prices compared to before and not the hotels ( for example movenpick)

This time I stayed in the new building where the premium rooms are and the rooms are much better then the old ones - the beds are comfortable, there is a proper desk, fridge, tea, coffee etc. The spa is very nice, of course. Breakfast is quite decent and the restaurant in the spa is fine too - not cheap though.

The air conditioning did not work. This is rarely a problem in the Netherlands, but it was quite hot during my stay. But no big deal, the room did not get very hot. I do not like the way they do invoices - they said they cannot give me a separate invoice for the room, so I end up with an invoice including beer, spa etc, which makes it complicated if one wants to claim it.

Very clean and well kept, the staff were very accommodating also. A wide range of facilities in the spa which left us both relaxed and wanting to extend our stay. Breakfast was good and very filling.
