Agafay Luxury camp

J’ai passé un séjour à Agafay Luxury Camps et ce fut une expérience tout simplement magnifique ! Un cadre exceptionnel, une ambiance magique et un accueil chaleureux. Un grand merci à Abdoull pour sa gentillesse, son attention et son hospitalité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour vivre une belle expérience au cœur du désert d’Agafay.

Locatie was heel mooi, personeel was super vriendelijk! Zeker de heren Ayoub en Hassan die onze bagage had weggebracht. Zwembad was zeker een pluspunt!

De afwerking was niet altijd top. De wc stond helemaal los op onze kamer, de deur ging niet volledig open, de airco blies geen koude lucht,..

Customer friendliness and I was very well helped by Moussa at the reception. He helped us very well and explained everything very good. We were also well helped by Hamza by accompanying us to our accommodation, he was also very friendly.

Dans notre chambre la 22 il y avait une odeur horrible d’égout, la chasse d’eau des toilettes fuyait…. Et les vitres étaient sales très très sale …. La piscine idem et les transats aussi

Prachtige locatie. Ruim tenten en prachtig ingericht. Ook zwembad was heerlijk! We hebben buggy gereden en dat was vanuit het kamp te regelen. Het was geweldig!

Een paar kleine puntjes. Kunststof glazen aan zwembad oogden vies en geel. Prosecco niet voorhanden en alleen de dure wijnen aanwezig.

The pool was beautiful.

There were flies everywhere in common areas. There were ants in my room. The AC did not work in my room and I was sweating all night. The WIFI didn’t work well in my room leaving me feeling disconnected unless I was in common areas. I didn’t feel like this was a suitable place for Solo travelers.

Organised a transfer from Marrakech to the Agafay desert and back to Marrakech the following day easily via WhatsApp. When we arrived our room was upgraded to a swim up room which totally made our trip. Rooms were clean with lovely interior. Very relaxing overnight stay!! We also added on the one hour quad bike experience which was great.

Our room door didn’t lock however we were only there for one night so didn’t bother highlighting this to the staff and the location felt safe. Drinks at the resort were quite pricy wish we had taken some with us for our room as we had a fridge.

Le cadre est exceptionnel. Le personnel est au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans une villa avec piscine. Nous en avons prie plein la vue. Nous sommes sur un confort absolu. Tout était parfait. Milles mercis.

Magnifique hôtel, très bien situé par rapport à d’autres hôtels vus à côté, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, superbe suite avec piscine privée, merci pour la surprise. Plein de compliments et de remerciements à Raja à la réception et Hamza le bagagiste, tous professionnels et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons dîné au restaurant c’était délicieux et le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et bien fourni. Nous reviendrons dans cet endroit magnifique et reposant loin de l’effervescence de Marrakech.

Absolutely wonderful! Our time at the Agafay Luxury Camp was marked by great hospitality, amazing accommodations, and great views. We were greeted promptly when we arrived by the manager Azzelarab, and even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to use the facility. They provided complimentary water and nuts within the room. I upgraded to the room with a private pool to surprise my wife – incredible room, pool, and shower. True luxury in every detail. Cocktails and food by the pool were delicious as was dinner at the restaurant. We also reserved a camel ride. The handler, Outhman, was very kind and charismatic. He was great with the camels and did an amazing job taking fantastic photos and videos. Our stay at the Agafay Luxury Camp was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Our only regret is that we wish we would have booked an extra night!

Die absolute Ruhe war toll und auch die Ausstattung des Zeltes. Leider waren ein paar Sachen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Poolanlage war nicht wirklich gepflegt. Das Wasser nicht immer sauber. In zwei Pools gab es nicht mal Wasser. Service gab es zudem oft nur wenn man gerufen hat oder gerade am Pool an die Bar gegangen ist.

L’établissement est magique, paysage digne d’une carte postale, en totale immersion dans le désert. Le personnel de cet établissement est incroyable, mention spéciale pour Mohamed, Khalid et Hamza. Ils nous ont facilité le séjour grâce à leur gentillesse, leur générosité et leur bienveillance. Merci à eux.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Agafay Luxury Camp. Die Atmosphäre, die Aussicht und der Service waren einfach fantastisch. Alles war sehr liebevoll organisiert und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Hamza, der unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit war. Er hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner herzlichen Art zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Vielen Dank, Hamza! 🙏 Wir würden das Camp jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🏜️✨

Un établissement de rêve, une expérience extraordinaire ❤️ Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement, qui est tout simplement magnifique et exceptionnel. C’est la première fois que nous séjournons dans un endroit aussi beau et aussi agréable. Tout est absolument parfait, au point que nous n’avions vraiment pas envie de partir ! Une expérience extraordinaire que nous n’oublierons pas. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement le Directeur Général, Azzelarab Bensdira, qui a pris le temps de venir nous parler et de nous demander personnellement comment s’était déroulé notre séjour. Une attention qui nous a énormément touchés. Il est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance incroyables. Merci infiniment pour cette belle attention. Un grand merci également à Abdull, à la réception, qui nous a accueillis merveilleusement bien. Il a été adorable du début à la fin et nous a même fait une petite surprise qui nous a énormément fait plaisir. Nous avions réservé une villa avec piscine privée et c’était vraiment magnifique. La villa est superbe, très confortable, avec une piscine privée et une vue incroyable sur le désert d’Agafay. Un vrai sentiment d’être seuls au monde. Le soir, l’ambiance était magique avec le dîner et les spectacles de Gnawa et de Dakka, un de nos meilleurs souvenirs du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, copieux et de qualité. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est le personnel. Tout le monde est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Mention spéciale à Khalid et Hamza, adorables et très attentionnés avec nous, ainsi qu’au directeur qui a été particulièrement accueillant et disponible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Agafay Luxury Camp and could not have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Abdoull, Ezzez, Ismail, and the entire staff for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome, cared for, and truly at home. We had such an amazing time enjoying all of the activities. Outhman made our sunset camel ride incredibly special, and riding through the desert as the sun went down was an unforgettable experience. We also had an incredible sunrise quad ride with Muhammad, which was such a fun and beautiful way to start the day. The pottery class was another highlight and gave us a chance to experience something creative and uniquely Moroccan. What stood out most was the genuine kindness and hospitality of everyone at the camp. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. We will definitely be back and would wholeheartedly recommend Agafay Luxury Camp to everyone looking for a beautiful, memorable, and authentic desert experience. We loved absolutely everything. This camp is gorgeous. Didn’t think we’d be as impressed with Agafay after seeing the Sahara but it’s a completely different experience. The rooms are immaculate and the views are even better. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great too. Highly recommend taking a bath under the stars before bed. Book without hesitation

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le suivi du Directeur Général de l’Etablissement pour la qualité du service offert et un agent voiturier de l’hotel Hamza dont la qualité de la prestation nous a facilité le séjour. Le personnel du restaurant est aussi convivial.

Les gens sont adorables très accueillant et très serviable, mention spécial au directeur azzelarab bensdira qui est très gentil.

Nous avons été surclassé et finalement le prix payé correspondait au surclassement plutôt qu à la chambre initiale ( tente de luxe )

Miglior esperienza durante i nostri 9 giorni a Marocco! La ragazza che ci ha accolto alla reception era solare e gentilissima, i ragazzi dell’accoglienza invece ci hanno offerto del tè, e ci hanno aiutato in qualsiasi cosa durante la nostra permanenza. Non solo, come sorpresa ci hanno dato una villa privata con una piscina privata! La cena era meravigliosa, ci hanno fatto ballare durante la cena e abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo cibo marocchino senza star male!Siamo rimasti a bocca aperta perchè non ce l’aspettavamo un’esperienza di questo tipo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff, non lo dimenticheremo mai e non vediamo l’ora di ritornarci un giorno!:)

Absolutely loved my stay! The place is truly breathtakingly beautiful, and everything is perfectly arranged down to the smallest detail, making it incredibly easy to relax and truly unwind. The surroundings are stunning, the place is very clean and comfortable, and there are plenty of activities to take part in if you’re looking for something to do. The manager, Azzelarab Bensdira, was also incredibly kind and attentive. He personally came by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, provided us with useful information, and even gave us a tour of the property. His hospitality really made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and unforgettable experience. It’s genuinely an amazing place, and I would definitely come back!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié cet établissement, notamment pour son calme et l’atmosphère agréable qui y règne. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et attentionné. Une mention spéciale à Rajae, qui s’est particulièrement distinguée par sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

The surroundings were beautiful… the tents were beautifully designed and were really comfortable. We were celebrating as we were on the last leg of our honeymoon. The lux nature of this place was exactly how we wanted to end our travels around Morocco… We took some lunch items and some drinks and put it in the fridge preempting the options available to us… this is a necessity as onsite it’s expensive… that being said, it was peaceful, clean and very relaxing to be there… The quad biking and music enhanced our time - We loved them both!

It was highly priced compared to other places that we’ve visited and because you’re in the desert it’s the only place you can get essentials from - water was 55MAD which is insane… no complimentary water daily and the food was sub standard… Morocco is known for incredible food and unfortunately you won’t find that here…

Endroit magnifique et personnel au petit soin. La piscine avec vue panoramique est juste superbe. Les tentes sont confortables et bien équipées, certes il y’a des petites bêtes par-ci par-là mais compte tenu de l’endroit c’est tout à fait normal.

Everything was perfect. From the staff to the actual property. The property is still building some things around camps but I didn't mind at all (no noise, just workers with some stuff). Absolutely would recommend and I hope to return back one day!!

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! Un posto meraviglioso, una struttura davvero spettacolare e un’accoglienza impeccabile. Il tè offerto all’arrivo è sempre un must e contribuisce subito a farti sentire coccolato e benvenuto. La camera era dotata di ogni comfort e l’atmosfera che si respirava era davvero magica, sia durante il giorno che, soprattutto, al calar del sole, quando tutto diventava ancora più suggestivo. Bellissimo anche lo spettacolo marocchino, un’esperienza coinvolgente e autentica, accompagnata da un cibo davvero squisito. La piscina e il bar, poi, sono un vero e proprio angolo di paradiso, perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi appieno l’atmosfera della struttura. Un soggiorno che porterò sicuramente nel cuore e che consiglio senza esitazione!

Tout est parfait ! Un camp perdu au milieu du désert d’agafay avec un panorama a coupé le souffle. A notre arrivée le monsieur de la réception nous a appris que notre chambre a été surclassée ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Le lodge est superbe avec une vue sur les dunes, et des équipements luxueux. Le restaurant est très bon et les différentes piscines du domaine sont superbes elles aussi. Tout un tas d’activités sont disponibles si nous souhaitions en profiter ce qui est très pratique pour profiter et découvrir le désert. C’est un endroit à ne pas manquer au Maroc !!

Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de l'Agafay Luxury Camp pour ce séjour exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons eu la agréable surprise d'être surclassés et avons pu profiter d'une magnifique villa avec piscine privée, un vrai coup de cœur. La chambre était nickel, super bien tenue, rien à redire côté propreté. Le service était au top : équipe attentive, souriante et disponible à chaque instant. Côté restauration, les repas étaient vraiment très bons, on a pris plaisir à chaque service. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour vivre une expérience unique dans le désert d'Agafay. On reviendra avec plaisir !

WOW. Upon arriving at the camp, we were warmly greeted by several members of the team and made to feel welcome straight away. It was all the little extras that made our stay so special, from the refreshments provided upon arrival, a welcome neck and shoulder massage while the reception staff are arranging your check-in, it felt the team genuinely wanted us to have the best experince possible. During check-in, the resort manager, Azzelarab greeted us and kindly provided us with a room upgrade - the room was incredible. I would highly recommend booking the villa with a private pool. It was so clean and modern and had great facilities. Azzelarb checked in with us several times throughout our stay and organised anything we needed, and it felt as though nothing was too much trouble - Thank you so much!!! The restaurant food was all really delicious and flavoursome, but there were somewhat limited choices. Before our stay, we had seen a lot more options online, so I am unsure if this limited menu is just during off-peak season or if they have since changed the offerings.

Personally, we would have preferred the option to charge everything to our room and pay the bill in one go at the end of our stay, rather than at every point of purchase, but we were told this isn't possible. It is not a big deal at all, just a personal preference/ suggestion for future improvements.

The scenery was okay. It’s not a proper sandy desert. The rest was terrible

They advertise a false menu online on their website. But when you arrive at camp, they have a limited menu. The food is terrible. There are so many flies and bugs. It’s insane. They do not cover up the food when presenting it to you therefore keep in mind, you could very well get sick like I did. I was constantly throwing up and I was bedbound. Keep in mind there is no hospital or doctors around you and the staff at this camp didn’t help much. They refused to take liability which is expected but I had only eaten food there and no where else. They tried to blame it on the water despite me not drinking tap water. I only stick to bottled water.

L’établissement est génial. Tout est parfait et tout est fait pour qu’on passe un séjour magique. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, serviable et attentionné. L’environnement est sublime. Et le petit chien du camp est juste tellement adorable 😍

A luxurious oasis in the middle of the desert. Exotic and clean rooms. Great food. Courteous staff. Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Unique experience that exceeded our expectations to the point of making the decision of extending our stay. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice, the camp looks great at any time of the day. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the general manager Azzelarab Bensdira, that made us feel like royalty. While waiting for the check-in to be completed we were offered Martian tea and snacks. Once the check in was completed, we were transported to our villa with a quiet and environmental friendly transport. The decoration is an exotic mix of luxury and boho. The rooms were clean, fragrant, climatized with air conditioning and with views to the Agafay desert. In there you have air conditioning, body lotion, indoor and outdoor towels, a raffia and leather bag and some toiletries. The restaurant is charming and quiet with soft background music. Food quality is excellent and fresh. I can’t express enough how good the food was. Chef Hicham ensured the food was to our liking taking on any additional requests regarding the food. During dinner time, the fire pit is prepared and there’s a group of 3-4 performers that sing and dance traditional marrocan music. If you get tired of relaxing by the pools, overlooking the desert… there’s activities such as camel riding, sunrise quad bike riding, spa, massage, pottery and stargazing. The staff: General Manager Azzelarab (Azzi), he’s the kind of person who immediately puts people at ease. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely polite, he has a natural ability to make everyone feel seen, valued, and important. He approaches every situation with a positive vibe.Helpful, reliable, and kind, he’s someone you can always count on.

Posizione nel deserto roccioso molto bella. Vista incantevole con come sfondo i monti dell’Atlante! Piscina privata un vero plus ! Tenda ben strutturata. Gentilezza del personale.

Alcuni punti non da 5 stelle: - frigo bar vuoto con solo 1 bottiglia d’acqua. Per ulteriore refill necessario pagare servizio in camera (10€ anche per avere solo una bottiglia d’acqua) o andare ad acquistarle direttamente al bar e portarsele in camera. - Hammam e massaggi chiusi il lunedì per giorno di riposo. Siamo arrivati la domenica, ci è stato proposto il servizio spa. Lunedì volevamo prenotare ma era giorno di riposo del personale. Ripartendo il martedì mattina impossibile usufruire del servizio. In un luxury camp 5 stelle ci si attende di avere il servizio ogni giorno o di essere informati al check in per farlo il giorno stesso. - Poche attività proposte, a parte quad di un’ora o giro in dromedario. Mongolfiera da prenotare in anticipo. Nessuna escursione di mezza giornata proposta. - early check out : avevamo prenotato il ritiro dei bagagli la mattina presto alle 4.45 ma non si è presentato nessuno. Il telefono della camera non funzionava per un problema interno di connessione del luxury camp. Abbiamo dovuto salire a piedi al buio fino alla reception trainandoci i bagagli. - Chiesto al check out una bottiglia d’ acqua, non potendo usufruire della colazione inclusa la mattina della partenza alle 4.45, ma ci è stata negata perché il bar era chiuso e non potevano porre rimedio.

Difficile che in mezzo ad un deserto roccioso possa esistere un posto così . Relax assoluto , piscina con vista mozzafiato . Ottima accoglienza e buono il ristorante .

La colazione . Purtroppo c era il buffet completamente preso d’assalto dalla vespe . Anche al tavolo non si poteva stare tranquilli , mi chiedo se una persona fosse allergica come potrebbe fare . Non ci siamo goduti la colazione , ma siamo scappati

There is an issue with children vs adult rates when booking via booking.com. I booked my 13 year old daughter to accompany me via booking.com but on arrival at the camp they said she is classified as an adult and wanted to charge me an adult supplement of £50 each night. This was not a nice welcome

Me llamaron. A las 2 de la mañana a la habitación despertándome sin razón y no pude volver a dormir … cuando le conté esto a la mañana siguiente me trataron de loca de que era imposible… en vez de pedir disculpas DESASTROZO . Y en lo personal sale demasiado caro por lo que es ….

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Le cadre est exceptionnel, avec une vue à couper le souffle, les tentes sont magnifiques, spacieuses, très confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. Toute l’équipe a été incroyable : Abdou, Raja, Kamel, Ayoub et tous les autres ont toujours été souriants, attentionnés et aux petits soins. Un grand merci également au directeur, Azzelarab Bensdira, pour son professionnalisme, son élégance et l’attention qu’il nous a portée tout au long de notre séjour. La balade en dromadaire avant le coucher du soleil a été un moment magique, avec des paysages magnifiques et une ambiance inoubliable. Le repas était délicieux et les soirées étaient tout simplement féeriques. Nous avons également été très touchés par la magnifique surprise d’anniversaire que toute l’équipe nous a préparée : un souvenir que nous garderons longtemps. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter du spa, mais ce n’est que partie remise. Une excellente raison de revenir très bientôt ! Une expérience unique que nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour exceptionnel.
