Très spacieux et propre, confortable, tv connectée, machine a laver. Emplacement proche des commerces et personnel très gentil. Nous avions oublié les clés à l'intérieur du logement à une heure tardive mais ils sont venus nous aider très rapidement.

Bruyant car il y avait des travaux dans l'appartement d'à coté mais seulement en journée

Problema di quasi tutta Marrakesh l’acqua non potabile, quindi abbiamo dovuto lavare volto e denti con l’acqua in bottiglia, il palazzo non è super pulito e a volte era male odorante ma tutto sommato questi difetti passavano in secondo piano

Badeausstattung: nur ein Gesichtshandtuch bei 2 Personen Belegung. Schublade im Bad defekt, nicht nutzbar. Schlafzimmer: 1 Fachboden im Kleiderschrank defekt. Küche: Wasserkocher defekt... undicht, keine Geschirrtücher, nur ein Spültuch und ein schmutziger Spülschwamm. Gefrierschrank komplett vereist. Lampen über Essbereich defekt.

We stayed in this clean, spacious, and airy apartment right in the heart of Gueliz, which made getting around very easy. The location is ideal, with shops, cafés, and everything you might need within walking distance. The apartment itself felt comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of natural light. The bathroom was particularly good, modern, clean, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of a bidet, which we really appreciated. The kitchen had everything you could need for a short stay, making it easy to prepare meals if needed. The hosts/staff were excellent with communication, responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Small touches like providing a hairdryer and iron also made the stay more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something central, practical, and well-maintained in Gueliz.

As frequent visitors to Marrakech, we’ve usually stayed in places where parking is easily available and free. This was the first time we experienced some difficulty with parking, and we ended up having to park about 15 minutes away near a mosque. Travelling with a baby made this a bit inconvenient, especially when coming and going. That said, the overall comfort, cleanliness, and quality of the apartment helped make up for this drawback, and the stay itself remained very enjoyable.

je n ai pas pu habiter le logement et pourtant je l ai payé. Il n y avait personne sur place qui m attendait, après moultes difficultés j ai enfin trouvé l immeuble. Car toutes les informations nécessaire (adresse, étage ect) avaient été envoyées à un autre numéro de tel que le mien et lorsque j appelais sur le numéro indiqué sur votre site, répondeur en arabe. J avais rv à 18h, je suis partie à 19h sans voir personne. Le gardien de l immeuble me disant qu il n y avait personne sous ce nom et qu 'il ne connaissait pas. En suite j ai enfin été contacté car j étais bien évidemment partie, mais c était rop tard. J ai du au dernier moment me trouver un autre logement (double frais pour moi) Et quand je demande le remboursement, car il y a manifestement un manque d organisation et de sérieux de la part du loueur, on me dit NON. c est une pure arnaque et c est très malhonnête ! je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement et j'espère que BOOKING va pouvoir me dédommager, au moins en partie. l organisation, l acceuil et la communication

The host was very kind and helpful, and the location of the apartment was very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The apartment was clean .

However, there were several issues that affected our stay. We had to wait to receive the keys upon arrival, which was inconvenient. The door lock system was also problematic — it required charging frequently, and we actually had to use our own power bank daily to keep it working properly. While the apartment was clean, the air conditioning was quite weak and seemed to be locked to a specific temperature, which made it difficult to adjust for comfort. The hairdryer provided was not working. Additionally, the bathroom drawers were broken and appeared to be temporarily adjusted just to keep them in place. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the experience was below our expectations due to these issues.

L'appartement est spacieux et élégant, exactement comme sur les photos. Le salon est immense avec un grand canapé confortable, une TV et tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est vaste, même si je ne l'ai pas utilisée. Juste en bas, le restaurant Chez Rania est excellent – j'y mangeais tous les jours ! Dans la chambre, une petite TV m'a servi d'écran secondaire pour mon PC portable pendant que je travaillais un peu depuis l'appart. Les stores électriques permettent de plonger la pièce dans le noir complet pour bien dormir, et le quartier est très calme.

Le fil du sèche-cheveux était abîmé, la bouilloire fuyait légèrement et le tiroir du lavabo était un peu cassé. Cependant, j'ai signalé ces problèmes à la société de conciergerie, qui m'ont confirmé qu'ils allaient les réparer ou remplacer les équipements. La serrure connectée a eu quelques soucis (batterie vide), mais l'équipe est intervenue rapidement pour ouvrir. Astuce pratique : une power bank avec câble micro-USB permet de la recharger directement depuis l'extérieur, évitant de se retrouver coincé dehors.

Logement très propre et confortable. Le responsable de l’appartement était disponible pour chacune des nos demandes. Le rapport qualité/ prix est bon. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Le logement est grand, propre et moderne! Il y a tous ce dont nous avons besoin!

Appartement vaste et extrêmement confortable, dans le quartier de Guéliz. Nous étions au milieu de nos vacances itinérantes au Maroc, nous avons pu nous reposer ici dans les meilleures conditions. Nous avons été très aimablement accueillis par Youssef, qui s’est assuré plusieurs fois que tout allait bien. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité, dont en particulier Chez Rania, juste en face, que je recommande tant pour la qualité des plats que pour l’accueil chaleureux de son personnel.

The property itself inside the room was ok as the living room was comfortable and the tv had options and was spacious. The safety of the locks on the door was really good.

The building to get into the studio was not good it was always dark and hardly any lights were working. Constant construction going on around and drilling and hammering noises at 4am onwards inside the building itself was very noisy. Towels looked like they wasn’t even washed. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Need to have options of leaving keys in a post or somewhere before checking out

Appartement parfaitement situé, propre, bien décoré et très fonctionnel. Tout est bien équipé pour un séjour confortable. L’hôte est réactif et répond rapidement à la moindre question via la messagerie Booking.

Pas de balcon ni de terrasse. Un seul bip pour l’ascenseur et pas de code à disposition. Pb d’éclairage dans les parties communes de l’immeuble.
