The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Paris and get around the city.

One point that could be improved is the lighting in the room. The room is quite dimly lit, as there is no ceiling light, and the existing lights are very warm/yellow. This can make it difficult to see clearly, especially when getting ready or doing makeup.

The location is good, there are three metro station around the hotel location. The closet one is literally by the building. The view from the window was quite nice.

The staff was polite, but didn’t hear our requests and wishes. We asked three times within two days to give us two separate blankets for our convenience and to clean/wash a water tank from the coffee machine in the room (the smell was not fresh and inside upper part was covered with dust). Neither of mentioned was done during our stay. Unbelievable experience! 😂

Everything! The location was ideal and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay including waiting until 4am for us to check in. Breakfast was superb and the bedroom itself was spacious, bed was comfortable and shower was huge. By far our favorite hotel on our honeymoon which has included 15 other hotels.

The location was excellent. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The beds were excessively hard. There was no small refrigerator in the room for cooling water or wine, and ice was also not available at the hotel except one small cup of ice if you asked. During the heat wave this was difficult.

Amabilidad del personal, todos muy amables y atentos. Me prestaron una plancha, una tijera y varias cosas que necesité, también me dejaron un regalito porque iba a celebrar una fecha especial. Bien ubicado, cerca de la torre.

Estaba en remodelación entonces se veía todo mal, cubierto de papel y cinta. No estaba muy bonito. Ascensor extremadamente pequeño. No era lo que aparecía en las fotos, caro para lo que era.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura ci è piaciuta moltissimo in primo luogo per la sua posizione eccellente e comodissima, situata vicino alla Torre Eiffel e a soli 100 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che ha reso tutti gli spostamenti in città estremamente semplici e veloci. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff per la fantastica accoglienza: il personale è stato perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista, sempre estremamente gentile, premuroso e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere l’aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale gentilissimo e pienamente disponibile. Camera piccola, ma bellissima (pulizia, dotazioni e insonorizzazione eccezionali)

Sehr gute Lage! Vor der Tür ist eine Metro Station. Der Eiffelturm ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar! Stefanie an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Matratze des Bettes ist sehr bequem! Das Frühstücksangebot ist klein aber sehr fein! Ich kann diese Hotel wirklich empfehlen!

The bedding was clean, sink and sides were clean. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. The lighting was good.

The staff mixed up hotel room numbers and allowed someone to enter my room whilst I was completely naked, this guest and myself were both comppletely shocked, and it was very embarrasing for me and my partner. The shower had a disgusting sulfur smell, and I trood on a green plastic like gem stone on the floor which cut into my foot.

Not honest about NOT having functioning air conditioning during the extreme heat wave.

staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. were able to hold luggage in a safe place because we were early for check in. there was some construction going on but staff were very upfront about this and the noise was very tolerable. very small walk to the eiffel tower and many restaurants. the apartment was smaller but very comfortable for 2 people.

Tesiste yaklaşık 1 ay önce rezervasyon yapmama rağmen , konaklama zamanında odalarda tadilat yapılacağı ve asansörde yük taşınacağı,işçilerin sürekli girip çıkacağı belirtilmemişti.

A complete rat hole. The room was extremely small, with no main ceiling light at all. There was mold under the sink, and the sink itself was leaking. The walls and doors have virtually no sound insulation, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the corridor. To make matters worse, the hotel started renovation work during our stay, including removing old tiles with a jackhammer, creating constant noise and disturbance. The view from the first-floor window was awful — just rubbish, dirt, and spider webs. The hotel advertises double beds, but in reality they simply pushed two single beds together. The photos on the website do not match reality and create a completely misleading impression of the property. Breakfast was included, but there was never enough food for all guests. Even something as basic as scrambled eggs was constantly running out, and guests had to ask the staff to prepare more and then wait for it to be brought out. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

The locations is very good. Close to major attractions and only a 20ish minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is clean and it looks very nice.

Our room was next to the elevator so you could hear it every time someone would come in or out of it.

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de la torre Effeil, se puede caminar a muchos lugares. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro con muchos cafés, restaurantes y parques. La atención del personal del Hotel maravillosa, tuve un problema con la puerta de la ducha y aunque no lo pudieron resolver de inmediato se portaron a la altura y me obsequiaron una botella de deliciosa champagne. Magnífico.

A horrific stay. A Paris heatwave led to broken air conditioning. We were lied to and told it wasn’t broken, the next day told it was being fixed. We found out later some guests were offered fans but staff did not purchase enough fans for every room. It was 34 deg in our room at night. Not even offered breakfast until we asked. We were verbally assured we would receive a 30% discount and then when we got home refunded 15%. Little things to somewhat improve comfort and honesty would have made this stay bearable. We weren’t even given the option or told day 1 the air con was broken, we would have looked for other accommodation options.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä Eiffel-tornia. Metroon pääsi muutaman metrin päähän ulko-ovesta ja toinenkin asema oli 5 min kävelymatkan päässä. Aamiainen oli riittävä valikoimaltaan.

Space in the room is not adequate. Writing table is too small and its chair is very uncomfortable. So, it is very difficult to do any writing work. Facilities to keep cloths is poor. Breakfast is too monotonous, everyday the same stuff.

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Wir hatten das Pech zur größten Hitzewelle in diesem Hotel zu wohnen. Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen der Klimaanlage gebucht und Einen Tag zuvor hatten wir sogar extra angerufen wegen der Klimaanlage - und man hat uns also angelogen. Das Problem gibt es schon lange, leider hatten wir die alten Rezensionen nicht gelesen! Noch nicht einmal Ventilatoren für jedes Zimmer wurden angeschafft. Schreckliche Backofen-Hitze in (winzigen) Zimmern, in denen man kaum schlafen kann.

Very disappointing experience. At 5:30 a.m., hotel staff repeatedly knocked on our door and even tried to open it, waking us up in a panic. They refused to explain what was happening and only kept telling me to open the door. We genuinely thought someone was trying to enter our room. Later, we were told it was because of a supposed smoke alert from our room, even though neither of us smokes. This completely ruined our night, and no proper explanation or apology was ever given. Combined with the uncomfortable room and the rude, unprofessional staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

Die Lage war super, der Eiffelturm ist fußläufig in 20min zu erreichen, die Metro ist direkt vor der Tür, eine andere um die Ecke sowie auch Busverbindungen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer und das Bad sind klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war klein aber sehr fein, mir persönlich hat etwas Gurke/Tomate gefehlt, aber es war alles sehr lecker und ich meine auch in Bio Qualität.

Las chicas muy amables, la ubicación está muy bien tienes dos paradas de metro una justo abajo del hotel y otra a 2 minutos, y la cama me gustó mucho es bastante cómoda

Por poner alguna pega lo que no me gustó fue que la puerta del baño por ejemplo era corredera y no se podía cerrar y a veces subía el olor , y lo bueno es que justo abajo tienes el metro lo malo es que cuando pasa se escucha un poco en la habitación

Personale super gentile, acqua fresca a volontà, buona colazione e camera pulita di dimensioni buone considerato lo standard di Parigi. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti dalla tour Eiffel e con la stazione metro davanti.

The service was great and the staff were very polite. It was in a decent enough location that you can get around to tourists spots in 15-20 mins on the metro. The rooms were clean and we felt very safe.

The area around the property is a bit quiet so if you are looking for a lively area, this is not the best. The rooms are also slightly small but not a big issue.

Many things to be improve in terms of maintaining, there was a water leak in the bathroom super uncomfortable the whole day

Super Lage, es ist im Hotel auch sehr ruhig. Interieur sehr modern. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die 18 Euro pro Person sind ein Schnäppchen, im Vergleich zu einem Pariser Restaurant.

Die Tür zur Dusche lief nicht mehr gut. Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer. Der Fön ist nicht ideal. Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend, wenn man den Tag über in Paris unterwegs ist. Das Bett war etwas hart aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

Het personeel was heel aardig en behulpzaam. Ook was de locatie perfect.

Onze kamer zat zowat in de lift en dit hoorde we heel erg. Ook hoorde we alle andere gasten op de hele verdieping dus het was heel gehorig. Daarbij was het de kleinste kamer die ik ooit gezien heb, er was geen plek om onze koffers open te maken…

the room facing the street have a very big noise during weekend. Some of the building nearby was having party on the rooftop. very loud even the window was closed. Also, if you want to have breakfast for next day, you need to go down to reception and reserve everyday.
