The hotel is nice and selecting a room with a sea view was totally worth it. Staff was very friendly too.

Very clean and lovely rooms – the villa with the pool, in particular, is ideal for couples looking for a lovely holiday - ask for a Scooter they have good one for a good Price and when you are a Solo traveler the Community kitchen is perfect to make connections in the morning

La terrazza che vedete non è usata.. 10 min per arrivare al mare e viene considerata fronte mare.. discarica nel fiume adiacente all’hotel piscina non utilizzabile. Senza acqua calda.

It was clean and comfortable, quiet at nights, daily cleaning, I even extended my stay. Great choice if you get tired of villas. The stuff was nice and helpful.

הכל היה בסדר גמור החדר נקי ומנקים אותו כל יום , יש ארוחת בוקר כחולה שהיא חמודה לא יותר מזה . יש נטפליקס ומרפסת חמודה . אנשי הצוות ממש נחמדים ומסבירי פנים תמיד מחייכים ושמחים לעזור בכל שאלה . מיקום נהדר קרוב מאוד לים וקרוב להכל בערך .

החיסרון היחיד זה המים החמים במקלחת , אם אתם אוהבים מקלחות חמות וארוכות תשכחו מזה , המים החמים שורדים בדיוק ל3 דקות ואז נהיים קפואים בין רגע אז צריך להתקלח מהר ולצאת שזה היה ממש מבאס . דבר שני בבוקינג הצ׳אק אאוט היה רשום בתור צ׳אק אאוט מאוחר בשעה 13:00 וכבר ב11:45 קיבלתי שיחה מהקבלה שהיא מזכירה לי שהצ׳אק אאוט ב12:00 , אמרתי לה שזה לא נכון והצ׳אק אאוט ב13:00 ואז היא ניסתה להתמקח איתי ולהגיד ״טוב אז ב12:30?״ , עמדתי על שלי ואמרתי לה שעד 13:00 והיא אמרה ״טוב בסדר״. קצת חוצפה בעיניי .

After a very long journey that lasted 14 hours, I arrived at the property only to be told that my reservation did not exist and that someone else had taken it. As a result, they moved me to another hotel without my agreement. Unfortunately, the replacement hotel is completely unsuitable and of a very poor standard. I am confident that it is worth much less than the accommodation I originally paid for. This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I booked and paid for a specific property, but instead I was placed in a much lower-quality hotel after such an exhausting trip.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and generous. They always did their best to assist us, and their service was excellent.

Although the location itself is nice, the hotel is difficult to find because the access road is very narrow and not clearly marked. The property is also next to a small river that has an unpleasant smell. In addition, the area is quite noisy due to motorcycles and loud music, making it difficult to fully relax. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help

The room was quite small for two people. Hot water lasted only about 3 minutes during showers. Breakfast was very basic with only two repetitive options, so I only had breakfast there 3 out of my 7 days. Also, the rooftop restaurant was closed during my stay, which was disappointing

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Canggu The location was perfect—close to great cafés, shops. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu!

L'emplacement est top, a 5 min de la plage a pied. Le lit etait confortable, la chambre propre, le personnel très gentil. Je recommande !

The location is excellent. You will have a 6-minute walk to the bars and cafes that overlook the top surfing area of Echo Beach. Surrounding the hotel are several great places to eat, notably the Flow bar 100 yards away, which has a really cool vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have family in Bali, and we shared some nasi bungkus (rice/rendang wrapped in banana leaves) with them on the final day and bought some extra for the staff. They could not be more helpful. Our room had a smell issue, which was dealt with immediately. They poured something down the drain whilst we were out during the day, but they had already told us they would move us to another room if we wanted. As it happens, that wasn't necessary. Breakfast is adequate, but if it doesn't meet your expectations, there are several other places nearby to 'upgrade' if you so wish. Pictures added. Nasi bungkus family shot. On a couple of occasions, some of the breakfast options weren't available, but it didn't really bother us. I can take apple juice instead of orange as a trade-off for being at such a lovely hotel.

The location was perfect. Not busy or noisy but close to everything and a short walk to the beach

I tried to contact property to cancel reservation or change date according to booking policy and get no response.

Le personnel était très gentil, toujours souriant et serviable. La localisation était idéale, à peine à 10 minutes à pied de la plage ! La chambre est récente et moderne, ce qui rend l'expérience des plus agréable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, à l'horaire qui vous convient. Le choix des options pour le petit déjeuner est varié. Il est également possible de s'y restaurer pour le repas du midi. La pièce de vie de la réception est cosy.

La qualité d’insonorisation laisse à désirer. Je n'ai pas apprécié entendre tous les appels de la chambre voisine. La piscine est à l’ombre tout le temps, l'eau est par conséquent très froide, ce qui rend la baignade compliquée. Le rooftop est beaucoup moins attrayant que celui sur la photo d'origine.

Merkeze uzak, çarşaflar ve nevresimler kirli, yüz havlusu vermiyorlar. Sadece banyo için havlu var ve çok kötü kokuyor. Klima çok sesli çalışıyor. Alınan hizmete göre fiyatı çok yüksek. Çalışanlar girişte güler yüzlüydü sonrasında hep ilgisizdi. Verilen paraya asla değmez.

despues de estar en otros hoteles de la ciudad , no es el que voy a coger de nuevo, eseta bien, pero nada especial. el personal no fue como acostumbra ser en Bali, nos perdieron ropa en la lavanderia, i tardaron algo en darnos la habitación porque no tenian cambios actualizados.

Hoe het hotel er uit zag. Boven echt mooi.

Het dakterras is niet open, maar wel op de fotos netjes neer gezet. Nu alles opgestapeld. Geen alcohol in het hotel. En ik was bij de receptie iets kopen. De jongen van de receptie was vrolijk, tot hij hoorde dat ik uit Nederland kwam. En hij meteen over de slavernij begon. En hoe de Nederlanders ,mensen uit Indonesie hebben behandeld. En snachts brandde het lichtje van de airco vel, dus de kamer was verlicht.

I had a wonderful stay at Anaya Canggu. The hotel offers excellent value for money compared to many other properties in the area. Internet: The WiFi was surprisingly fast and stable throughout my stay. I was able to join video meetings and stream content without any interruption. Breakfast: Fresh, tasty, and well presented. The breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with good coffee and friendly service. Room Service: Fast response and food arrived warm and exactly as ordered. Restaurant: The restaurant atmosphere was relaxing, especially during breakfast. Food quality exceeded expectations for a boutique hotel. Staff: Every team member was genuinely friendly and helpful. They always greeted guests with a smile and were willing to assist with local recommendations. Cleanliness: The room, bathroom, and public areas were spotless. Housekeeping maintained a high standard every day. Value for Money: One of the best aspects of this hotel. Great facilities, excellent service, and reasonable pricing.

Definitely picked the right hotel. From the moment I checked in, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, and room service was incredibly fast when contacted—the food arrived quickly and was still warm. Speaking of food, their restaurant, Skyzee, is also amazing! For those who need a good connection, the WiFi here is solid, stable, and doesn't lag at all. But honestly, the absolute best part is definitely the rooftop! It’s such a cool spot to hang out in the afternoon, especially with that clear, direct view of the ocean from above.

We asked for 2 cards for the room but our request was denied, and each time we went to our room we needed someone to help us with opening the door since the other card was inside the room for the AC to work The hot water in the shower lasted for only 5 minutes

We loved it here we extended by 3 more nights. The room was beautiful. Flat screen. The comfiest bed and pillow we’ve had for a long time. Lovely breakfast! Lots of things to order in grab. A small shop at the end of the road. Close to echo beach

Shower doesn’t stay warm for long so you need to get in and out😂 Rooftop very dated nobody was ever up there. Next door is a sports bar hotel so they always had music blasting which was fine for us we wasn’t bothered and actually enjoyed it but I know that might not be the case for others.

The staff are lovely and very accommodating, our air con didn’t work in our room so they moved us rooms straight away. It was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. Great value for money!
