Le petit déjeuner est un peu triste, vous devez remplir la veille une fiche listant en Italien vos souhaits. Si vous avez cochés 2 pains et bien vous avez 2 petits pains décongelés et passés au four avant d’être servis. Peu de chose ensuite à disposition si vous ne l'avez pas noté sur votre liste.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Excelent accomodation with wonderful and helpful staff. We only stayed one night but it was very nice. Breakfast was delicious with great attention to detail. You have to prefill a paper in the evening on what you would like to have and the time you want to enjoy breakfast and it the morning, everything is ready. My wife avoids gluten and they had that wish fulfilled with different colored plates so not to mix them. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Location is quite good but there is a small hill to climb to get to the building. Not a problem but worth considering. Pretty difficult though to find a flat place in Genoa... it's all hills :P

It is very well equipped and it is at a great balance between the no-stress of being taken care of by hotel staff and feeling intimate and on your own. It felt a little off putting to order breakfast in advance with such a strong emphasis on minimising food waste. Realistically, especially travelling with a child, it’s difficult to know what you want to eat, particularly as some of the foods were new to us. It felt conspicuous to order some of everything, you don’t have this experience at a buffet setting.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I wasn’t aware before I arrived (probably lack of attention to detail on my part) that the hotel is a social enterprise and that they employ people with learning differences. It’s such an excellent idea and it is executed really well by all staff members. Everyone is friendly and the food is very excellent. I loved the little almond muffins at breakfast, I can’t stop thinking about them! A really nice contrast to a corporate owned Airbnb like the ones that are ruining cities

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Da wir das Frühstück nicht nutzen konnten weil wir so früh wieder los mussten haben wir aber netterweise Plätzchen erhalten für die Kinder.
Unser Zimmerknauf war abgerissen. Aber man kam trotzdem gut ins Zimmer. Musste nur die Türe ziemlich zu knallen damit sie zu war.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Huoneistomme oli tosi tilava ja kaunis (ihanat lattiat ja katto), sängyt olivat hyvät. Hyvin toimiva kylpyhuone ja ilmastointi. Pieneen jääkaappiin täydennettiin päivittäin vettä. Pidin majoituskonseptista, jolla työllistettiin nuoria sekä ekologisuudesta (lakanoiden vaihdosta kysyttiin - ei tarvittu). Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen aamuisin ulkoterassilla tuo lisää luksusta. Sijainti noin 10 min vanhasta kaupungista ja ostoskaduista.
Majoituksen sijainti mäen varrella, joten kipuamista jonkin verran. Ei haitannut meitä.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Rozhodně musím moc pochválit koncept, který byl utvořen. Ve starobylé zástavbě z něčeho takového udělat pokoje s vlastním zázemím je vynikající. Rovněž klobouk dolů před personálem. Vše zvládali jak měli a tím, že provozují i vlastní pekárnu, doporučuji zdejší snídaně. A osobně mě potěšilo i víno na uvítanou.
Čtvrté patro budovy může být pro někoho problém, zvláště pokud se v budově provádí úklid a výtah je zablokovaný. Za parkování lokalita nemůže, ale v tom se mi Janov nelíbil jako celek. Proč jsem ale snížil hodnocení - čekal jsem na pokoji lednici, nikoliv chladící box na víno. Protože jsme byli na poznávací cestě, tak mě to trošku doběhlo. Nicméně znám spoustu osob, kterým bych Janov skutečně doporučil. Jen podotýkám, že Janov je hlavně přístav a v něm se nevykoupete. Na to, abychom se zajeli vykoupat jsme měli čas v Janově moc 'našlapaný'.

La posizione è comoda, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal Porto Vecchio; tenete solo presente che al ritorno c'è una salita finale che si fa un po' sentire. Per quanto riguarda l'auto, trovare parcheggio in zona non è stato semplicissimo, ma la struttura ci ha fornito la tessera per le strisce blu, il che è stato davvero utile!

We felt very comfortable throughout our visit, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely involved in making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with plenty of gluten-free options available if you need them, which was a big plus. The whole place has a warm, cozy atmosphere and the access system using a code or key card is very practical and easy to use. Communication via Whatsapp was great! If I ever had a problem or wanted to ask a question, they were always there for me! Really impressed with this high quality type of service! We felt like in a 5 starts hotel! Incredible experience! We will definitely return when visiting Genoa again! Also Gioele and the team took good care of us!!! Amazing person!!

Die Parkplätze sind ein grauen. Ich werde nie wieder in Reihe parken. Die ... schieben dein Auto einfach vor das nächste. Danke für über 1000 Euro Schaden.

Un petit déjeuner copieux et frais, une chambre-suite adorable, un incroyable jardin suspendu au 4ème etage pour le petit déjeuner, ou pour boire un verre (offert) et du personnel handicapé dans le cadre d’un projet d’adaptation formidable, gentils et attentifs.

Es war ein wenig mühsam jedes Mal bei allen Türen den Code einzugeben ansonsten war alles super.

Apa plata și minerala in fiecare zi și puse la rece. Iar vinul spumant pe care îl găsești în cameră servit chiar în gradina de la etajul 4 chiar te face sa te simți că un adevărat italian. 5 stele.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Eine perfekte Unterkunft um Genova zu erkunden ohne das Auto zu benutzen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, mit allem was man benötigt. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Für das Parken bekommt man einen Ausweis und mit etwas Glück hat man einen Platz vor der Unterkunft. Sehr gutes italienisches Frühstück. Wer mitten im Geschehen sein will und doch ruhig schlafen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Les lieux s'étendent sur la moitié d'un étage dans un bel immeuble de Gêne. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le jardin super agréable et calme, ensoleillé. Le personnel est génial, très bon conseil pour les restaurants, les visites. La base parfaite pour découvrir Gêne.
Le seul petit bémol est peut-être la distance du centre, mais on parle de 15mn, donc rien de grave.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il progetto sociale che sta dietro all'offerta della stanza in cui dormire: l'accoglienza, la cura che si riceve, il clima sereno e caloroso tra i ragazzi che ci lavorano, la sostenibilità sociale e ambientale delle proposte e non ultimo l'accompagnamento nella scoperta di luoghi "segreti" della città di Genova. Scegliere questa struttura cambia l'esperienza che si fa di Genova: se ci si apre alla conoscenza e ai suggerimenti dei ragazzi-tartaruga, può capitare di non sentirsi più solo dei turisti, ma di iniziare a guardare la città con gli occhi di chi la abita con amore e rispetto.
