Lovely modern hotel overlooking Bude harbour. Food and staff were great. Very comfortable

The room was at the rear of the building not facing the seafront, the windows were obscured glass or immediately overlooking a wall passageway full of building materials so on this basis I considered it to be rather expensive

The welcome and helpfulness of the staff before and at my arrival has been amazing. When we went to our room and the view and size of the room and terrace was above my expectations. Just wonderful

It’s hard to find a negative, minor repairs to the room and bed would have made me score it a 19 instead of 9

Hotel je umístěný opravdu hned u pláže, těšila jsem se na krásný výhled, ale dostali jsme pokoj s oknem do zadní části budovy, to mě trochu zklamalo. Pokoj byl opravdu malý, ale postel byla velmi pohodlná a prostorná, v pokoji byl klid. Výhled jsme si užívali z terasy restaurace. Snídaně byla bohatá. Celkově hodnotím pobyt velmi kladně.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, so attentive which made us feel very welcome. Views are amazing and location was perfect, withing walking distance of everything we needed especially shops and the beach. I cant remember the name of the ladt at reception when we arrived but she was absolutely incredible, so friendly and welcoming...And asset to your company!! Thanks for a great stay!

They need to make the parking clearer. A map with exact roads and directions as it’s very confusing. Also they need to invest in a more modern fan. The fan we had was old and noisy.

Lovely location. The room was large and had a great en-suite. Great shower and plenty of space in the bathroom. Fridge and tea/coffee area was useful. Sliding doors with space to sit inside the room and look at the view across the bay. Great cleaning service every day. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Breakfast was first class - cooked to order and lots of choice on the menu. Would highly recommend.

Parking is something of a problem. My room had no views whatsoever, the veranda space it accessed is in a very poor state, and unable to leave the extrnal doors open due to very noisy extractor (?) fan

The staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.(fabulous). The breakfasts were great portions and very enjoyable. The location is excellent for the beach and the town. The accomodation was clean and the beds were really comfortable.

The droning noise from what is possibly a compressor located to the rear of the accomodation. At times throughout the day the smell of food from the kitchen entering the accomodation. The view from the kitchen window onto ann unattractive storage area for the bar/kitchen. Frosted glass side door with no curtain or blind fitted, located directly in the seating area which leads onto a walkway where guests are continually walking past. The television being mounted on a wall to the rear of one of the sofas in the sitting area, making for television viewing from only one of the 2 sofas!

Rooms were lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so friendly and kind. Location was fantastic. Elements food and drink was great. In room facilities were great. Good selection of coffee and tea and biscuits. Lovely bathroom.

The big window in our room didn’t open which was a shame but the smaller one did so we still had fresh air. The blinds weren’t great at keeping the light out as some were broken.

Die außergewöhnliche Lage in einem traumhaften Ort mit einem der schönsten Strände der Welt samt Naturwasserpool. Das Hotel ist familiär geführt. Es läuft alles professionell und freundlich ab. Das Restaurant im Haus kocht auf internationalem Niveau. Einfach toll.

Wie in ganz Cornwall an der Küste ist es mit dem Parken nicht so einfach. Mit ein wenig Geduld und Unterstützung vom Hotel ist die Sache schnell gelöst.

Das hotel liegt direkt an einem sehr schönen sandstrand. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant befindet sich on den Räumlichkeiten des Hotels, mit schöner Terrasse. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt

Wir haben die Suite zu dritt gebucht. Tolles Apartment. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

When I booked the room it said that the room opened on to a court yard. It didn't and you couldn't see out of the window as it was covered so no view what's so ever felt a bit like a prison When I spoke to the lady at reception she was not very helpful about it.

The property was in walking distance of the beach which was brilliant with free road side parking in front of the accommodation. Bar Staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was clean and the fan provided was much needed with how hot the room gets!

Reception staff were a little rude to my partner with a first comment which wasn’t appreciated but other than this everybody was lovely. The room itself we thought was not quite what it looked online and a little on the small side for the fee we paid for just 5 nights

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, sehr schönes Bad+WC, gute Ausstattung, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr engagiertes Personal von Rezeption bis Restaurant, wenige Parkplätze, aber das Personal war enorm bemüht, uns bei der Suche helfen, was letztendlich sehr gut funktionierte.

The Restaurant decor was lovely.

Run down, basic hotel. First impressions shabby worn reception. Grubby room. Old fashioned key 🔑 to get into the room, was quite a faff! My room hadn't been vacuumed! Bits all over the heavily stained carpet! Tooth paste stains in bathroom and thick dust on the lampshade. Scuffed walls. Tiny room, very hot. The fan supplied was the volume of a vacuum cleaner, ironically. So difficult to sleep. Advertised as luxury, boutique accommodation?? Check in @ 4pm check out at 10am! Abd you have to pre book a time for breakfast. This is so far from luxury! Someone is delusional.

The only issue was that we requested the room was set up as twin beds and it was a double .

Location was excellent although parking at the property is limited. The staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble for them. The breakfast was as good as it gets and plenty of selection. Service exceptional by all the staff

The weather was very hot hitting 33 degrees which made the bedrooms uncomfortable. Fans were provided but air conditioning would have been useful

Great boutique hotel, in an excellent location. Very comfortable rooms and the staff was incredibly helpful, they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I travelled with my 80 yr old mum and they took such good care of her. Would definitely stay there again!

There was a bit of music from the nearby restaurant during the evening. Parking is a bit challenging for larger cars.

The staff were perfect but let down by the rooms size and its location.

The room was very small, safe didn’t work, bits missing from furniture, amenities not replaced daily, no view at all.

Some breakfast items were dry/ precooked e.g. bacon. Parking was a challenge and prompted us not to move our vehicle. Lift broke down, which made departure more difficult than expected.

Unser Standart Zimmer würde ich niemandem empfehlen, es hatte nur ein kleines Fenster mit Sicht auf die Hauswand nebenan. Am meisten hat uns aber der Lärm von der Lüftung von der Küche gestört. Dieser hat zwar am Abend spät aufgehört aber am Morgen früh ging es wieder los. Also unbedingt ein Zimmer auf der Frontseite buchen!

Classic room was adequate for our stay of 1 night maybe too small for a longer stay. Quiet room, clean, fan in room if too warm. Lovely rain shower in bathroom piping hot water. Comfy clean bed and linen. Lovely breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Parking could be tight during busy weeks. 3 spaces at the front, 5 at the back and limited parking outside property but ample parking 5 minute walk at the beach. Great outlook onto the beach.

Can’t fault hotel. Parking no problem for us but could see it could have been tricky if we hadn’t got a space straight outside.

We thought the breakfast was really lovely and tasty and came quickly. The dinner was very good too. All staff were polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were also really lovely.

Lift was broken. We were on the top floor. It’s difficult for me to do that many stairs. I believe they should have told us in advance so we could make other arrangements. Huge bathtub very slippery.

Located close to the beach and town centre. Facilities were very good as was the on site restaurant. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated.

Everything was really good. Only small downside was the parking. There are only a few parking spaces available to the front of the hotel which if you cannot get means either trying to park in the spaces outside in the road which were invariably full or finding a car park.
