Great hotel! Gym, laundry service included for free ! Breakfast was solid, my friend had a fancier bigger place that was more expensive but mine was def better. Super easy to walk to Honya

Location, price, and services. All employer were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many choices of food.

Probably the wait time for the elevator.

The fire pipe broken and all hotel lifts not working. We have to use spare lifts which mainly for cargo or rubbish delivery. We stay 3 nights and it hasn't been fixed when we left.

The areas were really clean. The visuals of the hotel were comforting. The staffs were really nice and helpful. They go beyond to assist in any difficulties.

Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht! Als Ausländische Person können sie auch 5 Business Tage warten, bis sie bedient werden. Erst kommen die Einheimischen, dann 20 Essen Lieferanten und dann den Rest. Anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. - downgrade! aber für gleiches Geld. Extrem Laut!!! Sogar die Gardinen in meinem Wohnzimmer stoppen mehr Lärm als die Fenster in diesem Hotel. Nie wieder, Danke! Bis Heute warte ich auf die Rechnung. Ist dem Hotel Absolut egal , noch nie so unprofessionales Hotel erlebt.

Clim bruyante, petit déjeuner et snacking très décevant car très peu de choix. Service laundry gratuit mais lavage moyen (il reste des taches, aucune odeur de propre).

The hotel was so strategically located near the hongya cave and viral location which is at 22nd floor on the other side of the building and the other side of it was at the ground floor which is unique. The room we chose the bridge view which was so nice comfy and spacious and so clean. The lobby was so nice with the view and ambience and welcome drink. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception . The hotel provide assistant at the laundry sevice which was so extraordinary. Overall it was a really amazing stay.

We just had problem to locate the hotel in didi apps and had to ask people to show us the way at first

Connectivity at the area is not stable.

Location is great and has a good night view of the city! It’s even at the Tok Tok spot at level 22. There’s food just downstairs and spa to choose from. Price might be higher than non city but still very affordable.

The location is often very crowded and you need to be careful when returning after 6pm. The road might be blocked and you can only walk back to your hotel with the crowd. It would take 30minutes if there’s crowd.

Hotel is located within walking distance to Hongyadong and other tourist spots, service staffs were helpful and my friends were very happy with our choice.

long waiting time for the lift (sometimes)

I love the modern style of the hotel and the staff were quick to help and assist our request. The location is excellent to get around to the tourist hotspot areas.

Payment. Unfortunately they could only accept digital payment whereas i had changed cash. Im not too sure how digitalised the entire industry is but the hotel should inform beforehand as some of us is travelling to the country for the first time.

Book river view, which is facing the road, so a bit noise.

The free laundry room was very convenient for us as we were traveling to other cities in China after Chongqing, the room was spacious and clean, location is near Hongyadong and the bed and pillow were comfortable as well. Very satisfied with our stay in Atour S Hotel.

There were a bit of water leakage after showering, the shower walls need some repairing.

Location was ideal. Two exits to access tourist attraction sites: Level 1 to access Hongyadong after 10-15min walk or to call for didi/personal taxi. Level 22 to access KuiXingLou and LinJiangMen station. Very convenient for travelling. View by JiaLingRiver was very pretty. We upgraded our suite during checkin to enjoy the scenery. The room was also bigger and more spacious. Worth it! Facilities were very accessible. Laundry provided. Snacks and water were available for free by the checkin counter. Services and room cleaning were commendable.

The lifts took too long.

Facilities are good, services definitely 100%, and free laundry. Room is clean too.

The only small down part is the location, it is right behind KuiSingLou so alot of tourists using the same lifts

Quite hard to find the hotel location

Good location, few mins walk to the famous Hongyadong. Hotel building is linked to Kui Xin Lou, just take the lift to 22nd floor. And it's very convenient to walk to the subway. Hotel staffs very friendly & helpful.
