Hôtel central et proche d'une station de métro. J'ai mis la note de 8 car malgré d'excellente prestation Taille de la chambre Équipement top Petit déjeuner excellent Propreté impeccable Belle vue du bar au dernier étage de l'hôtel, et les prix sont raisonnables Excellent rapport qualité-prix La formation du personnel est à revoir.

Cet hôtel se revendique comme un 5 étoiles et de par les prestations, cela est mérité. Néanmoins le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas très bien anglais. Plutôt étonnant pour ce type d'hôtel Ensuite le personnel du petit déjeuner lui non plus ne parle pas anglais et ont une fâcheuse habitude de vous débarrasser sans que vous ayez fini. Malgré l'horaire très intéressant (6h30-13h30). Si vous arrivez au-delà de 10h00 le choix est plus restreint. Un gros effort est à faire sur la formation linguistique et de service du personnel pour pouvoir se targuer d'être un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Excellent location. Delicious and varied buffet brunch which was well priced. Lovely rooftop bar with amazing views. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff in particular were great.

Staff are helpful and friendly, gym is one of the best I encoubtered with 2 rooms, an indoor swimming pool and the breakfast buffet is beyond words - wide selection and the timing is until 1.30pm! Location is excellent with shops and restaurants right outside. There are 2 malls right across with value for money clothing and excellent restaurants. 2 minutes walk to Jiefangbei and maybe 10 mins walk to Shibatai

La chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, propre et bien équipée.

La chambre avait une légère odeur de tabac. Les hôtesses à l'accueil ne parlent pas très bien anglais.

La situation de l'hotel à deux pas de Time Square et du centre est parfaite. L'accueil et le service de l'hotel sont excellents et les personnes sont disponibles et ont beaucoup d'attention pour les demandes de leurs clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très bien équipées. La propreté est irréprochable. L'hotel n'a pas le faste des établissements plus récents, ultra-modernes et design, mais propose un cadre luxueux à un rapport qualité-prix incomparable.

Lovely, big rooms! Perfect location, you couldn’t be more central! Gym was nicely equipped. Decent breakfast / brunch. Lovely skybar with views of the city. Went the extra mile for my partners birthday with a cake and decorated bed, very sweet!!

We were on a non-smoking floor, but I believe there were people smoking on our floor as there was a strong smell of smoke. Quite dated hotel, a bit of an old smell to the rooms and communal areas.

Facilities was good, room spacious and bathroom sufficient. Would have liked if there was a bidet available though. However a big shoutout to the concierge team, especially for Victor Hong who helped us with our online order services. He went above and beyond to help us with ordering and returning issues, thank you!

Everything was phenomenal, there is nothing I would change about the hotel. The looks, the clean breakfast, all of the facilities, all so amazing. The room was MASSIVE and very comfortable. The staff was the kindest staff I ever experienced in my life. Thank you so much for our stay.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. Hotel in posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla zona pedonale dell’orologio e da altre zone turistiche. Stanza bellissima con doppio bagno e soggiorno, vista spettacolare sulla città. Letti comodissimi e grandi, ambienti molto puliti. Il personale era qualificato con conoscenza dell’inglese e molto disponibile ad aiutarci in tutto, addirittura con il Qr code per prendere la metropolitana. Colazione ottima con scelta molto varia di cibi cinesi e occidentali.

Όλα πραγματικά ήταν ΤΕΛΕΙΑ ! Ωραίο πρωινό με καλή ποικιλία με ευρωπαϊκά φαγητά (σημαντικό αυτό γιατί τα περισσότερα έχουν κατά 90%κονεζικο φαγητό)πεντακάθαρο και σε στρατηγικό σημείο ! Όλοι φουλ εξυπηρετικοί και χαμογελαστοί και αυτό λίγο σπάνιο !Απο τα ωραιότερα δωμάτιο που έχουμε μείνει ,και πολύ μεγάλο με ωραία θέα !

Sehr gute, Top Lage, viele Möglichkeiten in Hotel Nähe. Zimmer mit guter Größe, Badewanne mitten im Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Pool in Ordnung, Badekappe nicht vergessen. Fitness i.O. Frühstücksangebot reichhaltig.

Das Personal brauchte etwas länger um die Tische beim Frühstück für neue Gäste vorzubereiten.

Het hotel ligt heel centraal. De metro is vlakbij en in de buurt is er genoeg te doen. Ook zien verschillende bezienswaardigheden relatief dichtbij en soms zelfs te lopen. Het ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid, zowel Aziatisch maar ook broodjes, gebakjes, salades, fruit etc. Van 2-5 augustus waren we er ook en zijn na onze reis hier weer geëindigd. Allebei de keren een upgrade gekregen naar een enorm grote kamer.

El lobby era muy señorial y el desayuno era espectacular, con una amplia variedad de platos. Muy recomendable. Las vistas espectaculares. La ubicación muy céntrica y conveniente para explorar la ciudad a pie.

El edificio, aunque guarda cierto encanto nostálgico, está muy anticuado. Los baños necesitan una reforma urgente así como las habitaciones. Por el precio, se esperarían mejores calidades y funcionalidades en las habitaciones, especialmente en las suites como la que reservamos.

Las habitaciones son enormes, cómodas con baño enorme con ducha, bañera... No llegamos a usar la piscina pero tenía muy buena pinta, vistas desde el comedor. El desayuno espectacular. El personal del hotel ha sido siempre paciente, amistoso y de gran ayuda La ubicación es estupenda para ver el centro andando y se llega en pocos minutos de taxi a todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad. Ubicación, las vistas, lo gigante que era la habitación, el buffet… Es un hotel 5 estrellas en el distrito financiero de Chongqing y se nota. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Una pena que no estuviera el rte abierto los días que estuvimos. Tb que no tenga piscina exterior (solo interior llena de niños) y que donde hacen los cócteles, no tenga terraza. Pero eso ya sería para una notaza de 20/10

Pas vraiment le standing d’un 5 étoiles. Notre chambre sentait la cigarette à l’arrivée malgré le fait que nous soyons dans un étage non fumeur. Le SPA et le restaurant chinois étaient fermés. Il n’y avait pas de room service. Le personnel à l’accueil parle difficilement anglais. Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience au restaurant de l’hôtel, nous sommes arrivés pour déjeuner à 13h15, on nous a demandé de payer en avance puis nous avons été installés dans la salle. À peine assis, un membre du personnel est venu nous informer qu’il nous restait 5 minutes pour manger. Effectivement nous n’avions pas vu que le restaurant fermait à 13h30, mais un rappel de l’hôtesse avant de nous encaisser 200 yuans pour 5 minutes aurait été plus que bienvenu.. Bref, l’hôtel est correct si vous passez une nuit à Chongqing, mais certainement pas si vous cherchez le service et la qualité d’un 5 étoiles.

The breakfast was excellent, there was an excellent choice of European and Asian food. The staff were attentive and very helpful from the restaurant to the reception.

The kitchenette in the apartment, had a hot plate. There was NO fridge besides the mini bar fridge in the room. No where to store cold drinks or Milk. There was NOT one knife, fork or spoon, or even cooking utensil. No pots or pans, yet they had a hot plate. This was a little small thing, but if you advertise a Kitchenette, then please furnish it with items for the occupant.

La struttura risulta estremamente comoda per gli spostamenti e/o per muoversi a piedi. Il personale dell'Albergo è stato eccellente nel gestire consigliare prodigarsi per rendere piacevole e confortevole la nostra permanenza (3 notti) è stata una eccellente scelta anche per camere comode ben pulite e complete di tutti i confort. Non parlo della colazione perche rasenta la fantasia. Complimenti

Absolutamente todo. El trato del personal inmejorable, incluso nos dejaron hacer checkin temprano en la mañana (tenían habitación libre y limpia para ello). También se preocuparon por ayudarnos a buscar una maleta nueva porque nos partieron la nuestra en el aeropuerto. Hablan inglés, lo cual es bastante complicado aquí. La habitación limpia, amplia, cómoda. Tiene todo lo que hace falta para una estancia de 10.

Мы останавливались в Чунцине на 3 ночи, отель расположен в отличном месте, чтобы выйти и отправиться на прогулку по городу. Номер был просторный и комфортный, вид был отличный. С удовольствием бы вернулись снова. Персонал говорил на английском и помог нам с бронированием билетов на шоу в театр и заказом такси до аэропорта. Единственное, что не понравилось - это завтрак. Он был неплохой, достаточно разнообразный, но кухня была не совсем европейская. Голодным вы не останетесь, просто на любителя. Точно рекомендую данный отель к проживанию, здесь очень комфортно.

O quarto era ótimo: espaçoso, confortável e sempre limpo. O pequeno-almoço era ótimo e bastante variado. Os funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos. A localização era bastante boa também, sendo que conseguimos ir a pé para muitos sítios ou de metro (havia metro bastante perto). Se algum diz voltar a Chongqing, este hotel seria novamente a minha escolha.
