Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L'appartement était conforme à nos attentes et très bon rapport qualité prix . Fonctionnel et bien pour une famille de 5 personnes .
Cest juste qu'il y a rien a proximité pour manger sans cuisiner donc prévoir des courses ou une voiture pour sortir . Manque la clim dans le salon mais les chambres sont équipées et fonctionne parfaitement.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rabat dans cet appartement. Un grand merci au concierge Mohamed, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long du séjour. Très serviable, toujours à l’écoute, disponible et extrêmement gentil. Il a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec professionnalisme et bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son accueil chaleureux, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse font vraiment la différence. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit et remercions encore Mohamed pour son aide précieuse et son excellent sens du service.
Honnêtement, très peu de points négatifs. Peut-être simplement l’absence de lave-vaisselle, qui aurait été un petit plus pour les longs séjours. Nous avons également remarqué un léger souci avec les portes d’une chambre et de la salle de bain en face, mais rien de vraiment gênant ou méchant. Cela n’a en aucun cas gâché notre séjour, qui est resté très agréable.

The host was responsive and gave clear check-in instructions. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were really comfy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rabat! Thanks for a great stay! I’ll 100% book again next time I’m in Rabat.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Emplacement très difficile à trouver. Plus d’une heure à chercher. Nous avons donc réservé un hôtel , mes amis ont fini par trouver mais le gardien n’était pas informé de notre arrivée. Le propriétaire nous à proposé un dédommagement pour éviter un avis sur le site.

Местоположението е супер, в близост около апартамента има магазини за хранителни стоки, ресторантчета с много прилични цени, Апартаментът се намира в нова, добре поддържана сграда, на покрива има огромна тераса с гледка към цял Рабат.

A pessoa encarregada de nos receber não fala uma palavra em inglês. A comunicação foi péssima por conta disso. O anúncio diz que o apartamento possui estacionamento grátis, mas foi oferecida vaga na rua. Ao questionar o responsável, a resposta foi que havia realmente uma vaga na garagem no subsolo mas que ele "prefere que coloque o carro na rua". Isso para mim é um absurdo, mas aceitei para não criar problemas.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Excelente localização, em zona tranquila, com facilidade de alojamento. Comunicação com o proprietário foi muito fácil. Camas muito confortáveis, talvez as mais confortáveis da minha estadia em Marrocos. Limpeza imaculada.
As camas estavam preparadas para 4 pessoas, nós eramos 5. No entanto, o proprietário rapidamente corrigiu a falha. Deixo apenas uma sugestão, que poderia ser simpático ter alguns ingredientes para cozinhar, como por exemplo, uma garrafa de azeite.

He even took us for the city sightseeing with his car for 2 hours without charging us any money although we insisted to pay. We Have such an amazing experience . At 5 in the morning you will hear a prayer coming from the Minaret. Be prepared for that :)

Reviewed Mar 31, 2025separate bathing and sanitation facilities, and they are clean. The room is on the ground floor, and the free car is parked on the road in front of the room. It takes 10 minutes to walk to buy fresh food at Carrefour. It takes 10 minutes to drive to Hasanta and 8 minutes to Udaya Fort. Staying in this homestay is a good choice.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024This place indeed exceeded our expectations. Its even more beautiful than the pictures and feels like home. Rachid, the host, was so kind and very welcoming. He gave us a tour of the duplex apartment. The location was the surprising part- it's so close to all the tourist attractions and the supermarket was 2 blocks away. We had a car but left it parked in front of the apartment and decided to explore the city on foot. This apartment is a MUST- you won't regret staying in it.
