REALLY DISAPPOINTING

REALLY DISAPPOINTING. The room is considerably smaller than the photos make it appear. The pictures are misleading, as they give the impression that it is a much larger and more comfortable space. On top of that, there is an unpleasant, musty smell in the room, almost like old medicine, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable.

This is one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in Egypt. The location is perfect. Even though it’s downtown, it’s not noisy or crowded at all. The space is huge, two big bedrooms with two bathrooms, very convenient for a big family. And the staff members are so kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο, καθαρό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, με όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για μια άνετη διαμονή. Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο κέντρο του Καϊρου. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο το Wi-Fi (το προσωπικό έσπευσε να μας βοηθήσει με αυτό το θέμα). Επίσης, θα ήθελα στον χώρο υποδοχής να υπάρχει κλιματισμός όχι μόνο για εμάς αλλά και για τους υπαλλήλους.

Beliggenhed

Lejligheden så flot og ren ud på billederne på Booking.com, men virkeligheden var en stor skuffelse. Tæpper, gardiner og kaffekopper var beskidte, og alle vinduer vendte direkte ud mod en stor affaldsplads, så vi ikke kunne åbne dem. Da jeg bad om at få en anden lejlighed, fik jeg forskellige forklaringer fra receptionen og blev henvist til Booking.com, som desværre aldrig svarede på mine henvendelser. Servicen i receptionen var generelt meget utilfredsstillende, og det var svært at få hjælp – selv til rengøring og rene håndklæder. Jeg er især skuffet over, at billederne på Booking.com ikke stemte overens med virkeligheden. På grund af den manglende rengøring, den dårlige service og den ubehagelige udsigt kan jeg desværre ikke anbefale dette sted.

The suite was beautiful , amazing rooms , and everything was perfect . The rooms are very big, lots of open spaces , living and dining area was terrific , very high ceilings

The place is beautiful, the furniture is very elegant in every corner, and the location in the city center is lovely.

1- My first priority for booking a hotel was a view balcony with day light. When I saw the hotel profile on booking.com says, each unit includes a terrace or balcony with city views, therefore I booked my stay. Unfortunately the balcony overlooks a narrow space on the side of a building under construction, This means you'll hear construction noises all days, plus I can't sit on the balcony or even open it. The flat lack to day light which make it depressing for some one who wants fresh air with day light. I did not complete my stay with them and requested a refund for the nights or a credit for the amount, but this was refused by both the hotel and Booking.com, and the total amount was deducted. 2- There was no reception area in the building, and I was informed that reception area was under maintenance. Check-in procedures were completed at the elevator in the corridor. 3- The check-in process is complicated and lengthy. You'll be sent a residency contract that you have to fill out, sign, and return. They also request a copy of your passport. This is probably standard residency law in Egypt, but I haven't personally experienced this type of contract. You need to constantly check your messages to complete any further instructions, unlike other hotels in Egypt

Emplacement idéal, appartement très grand et confortable, sécurité, propreté, personnel aimable et disponible.

Tout était parfait : la localisation, la literie, l’isolation, la clim, la décoration, le personnel disponible et à l’écoute !

Manque de pression dans les douches, mais sinon c’était top !

Close to or in the centre, clean, working facilities, available AC, very kind and helpful staff.

Old and small, sometimes unreliable elevator, not recommended for people with disabilities or people of age. The shower door didn’t close completely, which is not significant but a little important detail.

Comfortabele appartement right in heart of busy downtown Cairo

Very spacious and perfect for a few days in Cairo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the top floor. The rooms was ultra spacious, having a dining table, living room and 2 bedrooms, equipped with very compfrotable beds. The hotel is located at a street that is gurarded by poilice day and night, rendering it safe.

The water pressure was so weak, that marginally we could not shower!

A beautiful building, with realistic photos, located in a lively part of central Cairo. The staff were polite. A charming place, stylishly furnished and equipped with every comfort. It was a shame that the view was so close to the neighbouring buildings, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed at all times.

Eine schöne Wohnung mitten in Downtown Cairo. Grosszügig Platz vorhanden und unsere Wohnung hatte 2 kleine Balkone. Gute Kommunikation mit den Verantwortlichen. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass der Strassenlärm in die Wohnung dringt und dass das eine Zimmer kein Tageslicht hat.

The apartment is very spacious , clean and comfortable especially travelling with a family of 5 . Location is spot on , convenient and has such an amazing vibe especially at night . The staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. Special thanks to Nour , she was very helpful and extremely accommodating .

Posizione. Impossibile riposare a causa del traffico, vetri dei serramenti inesistenti, sembrava di stare direttamente in strada. La serratura con codice della porta si è bloccata più volte.

Das Appartement ist ein Traum, wir kommen wieder! Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

We had the whole place to ourselves. Although we never saw the host, they where attentive and communicating with us about everything. Situated in downtown Cairo. Very safe area with lots of local shops. Uber drivers picked us up easily- excellent location and the residence is stately and we felt spoilt. Beautiful old working wooden elevater and marble staircases… a jewel.

The surrounding buildings are not well looked after . It had a beautiful restored balcony which could not be utilized as the view was a bit depressing- not the owners fault at all.

The property was immaculate, tastefully furnished and just as in the photos. The location was great, central to attractions like Khan Al Khalili. Communication and staff were prompt, very helpful, thank you Tarek, Nour and Salma. Would definitely recommend.

L'excellente situation géographique de l'appartement , les deux salles de bain, le balcon, les échanges avec la réception , particulièrement réactive et de bons conseils, l'espace ( grandes pièces) .

One of the best accommodations I have ever booked. The location is unbeatable—right downtown and incredibly safe, thanks to the police station directly across the street. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. I was particularly impressed by the high-end, premium brand appliances and finishes throughout. Having two bathrooms was a fantastic added value. Truly a luxury experience!

Stylishly decorated. Very good location. Additional complementary items such as beverages and snacks. Some initial check in problems that were quickly resolved.

Our accommodation was facing a wall and very small courtyard which meant limited natural daylight. The plus side of this was the place was a little quieter than the road facing rooms. This is definitely a point to consider when staying down town as it gets pretty loud.

This is an excellent apartment hotel, at an excellent location, and with an excellent team, such as Noor, Ibrahim, Buthaina, Islam, Ahmad Farraaj, Mohammed Jamil, Mahmoud, and of course, the rest of the team. Therefore, I would like to thank each of them personally for the great respect and the kind courtesy.

Nothing specific, but there is always room for improvement. We discussed some minor issues, and I am confident that they will be taken care of.

Appartamento molto grande con due camere e due bagni. Perfetto per una famiglia o due coppie di amici. Arredato benissimo, molto pulito e confortevole. Posizione molto centrale a downtown, lo consiglio.

Un po' rumoroso la sera tardi ma siamo al Cairo, ce lo si può aspettare

The location was central, the staff were very responsive and quick to attend, the property exceeded my expectations in cleanliness, in the quality of the rooms and the overall ambience. I am definitely planning to go stay there again!

Comfortable beds, spacious, well equipped.

Very...extremely noisy, it's on a busy main street, don't stay here if you want to sleep at night. Also they accused us for breaking a vase there and trying to scam us 20 usd for something we did not do!!! it's super scummy and dodgy.

Location is perfect and the room is clean and tidy. Have almost everything needed to be used (except for a second hair dryer since we have two rooms), some noise of drainage and traffic, but overall it’s quite good in egypt

Wir waren zu viert und hatten sehr viel Platz für uns und auch die 2 Bäder waren von großem Vorteil. Die Küche und das Esszimmer bieten alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns auch über die Balkone gefreut.

Wir hatten einen verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche, haben dieses 2 Mal dem Personal mitgeteilt und es ist nichts passiert. So wurde es morgens sehr stressig für uns, da wir durch das Schlafzimmer der anderen mussten um zu duschen. Wir waren Mitte Januar da und haben in den Räumen gefroren. Die Klimaanlage hatte keine Möglichkeit zu heizen. Wahrscheinlich ein Problem, dass dort sehr selten ist, aber 17 Grad Zimmertemperatur war unangenehm.

Great location with a well-maintained apartment suitable for more than two people. It's very safe, as it's located between local banks with police always nearby. A local fixed-price market is also within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. You can cook and do laundry just like at home, so this accommodation is ideal for long-term travelers.

It can be a little noisy, as the apartment is located in the center of the old town, but the noise usually dies down around 11 PM.

公寓处在一个很安静安全的街区，但是旁边都很热闹，餐厅很多。房间很大很干净，装修也很漂亮，室内的各种家用电器很完善，空调也很好，很喜欢！强烈推荐！

Our group enjoyed being together in an apartment rather than in separate hotel rooms. It was comfortable and classy

Bed was very comfortable, staff very helpful. Location a+. A lot of food facilities available in area.

Bathroom got very wet during showers, water does not drain properly. Could do with more water bottles in fridge.

2BD 2BA was massive, very clean & well appointed. 4 separate AC units (each bedroom, dining room, living room) worked very well. WiFi was fast the entire time. Host was very responsive over WhatsApp. Location was great in central downtown Cairo, walking distance and just a couple blocks away from lots of restaurants/shops

No complaints - the only thing I can think of is a couple of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose, making temperature control slightly challenging

The staff is very help and kind. The building is well innovated. The apt has lots space, very nicely designed. Beautiful setting. We understand this is in the area to be changed back to its original status. This building is very much in advance. Great location, lots police. Easy walking to the Egyptian Museum. Like to thank the reception who responded even at night and over weekend.

The apt has many good stuff installed but to keep them in order or for us to understand how to use them was challenge. We need a simple instruction.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Lift of the property is very small. Crockery and utensils are very old. The view from balcony was on the haunted house, very disappointing. They dont provide any cleaning. Even the water was not provided after first day. It's a big headache. Bathrooms are very very small. I was doing cleaning and housekeeping myself on vacation.

The place was so nice and comfortable the apartment was clean but i have to clean it extra they provide water and juice and some snacks .. the bed so comfortable and the clean.. I enjoyed staying there

They only have one visit to clean for free during my stay which is I don’t like.. also the location is located in the heart of the town which is take time for Uber to come..
