مفيش بس لو نصيحة محتاجين بس نركز ع البلاعات في الحمام لو في حاجة مش مقفولة كويس لازم تتقفل كويس + كل شئ متوفر باستثناء الشبشب ، الشبشب مهم

Les équipements (salle de bain et draps) étaient pas adaptés. Du fait de l’emplacement, la chambre est bruyante.

Last floor level all the rooms need a fob for the elevator which I wasn’t given. Had to yell every night for someone to let me up Mobile signal very bad as well wifi sucks

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025We had a fantastic stay at Montana, and the staff played a big part in that - especially Nada at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful. From the initial communication through the app to the final check out, we really felt that the team took good care of us. We used several of the hotel’s services, including the laundry and booking our Nile cruise, and everything was excellent - and at the best price we could find.

Nos mantuvieron nuestro equipaje un par de horas posterior a nuestro check-out. Habitación cómoda, limpia, aire acondicionado funciona regularmente. Habitación y baños limpios. Área común amplia y cómoda. Desayuno es estándar, incluye pan, huevo, papas fritas, mantequilla, mermelada, queso y te/café, es algo distinto porque no estoy acostumbrado a comer papas fritas al desayuno, pero el desayuno dentro de todo esta bien. Adecuada relación precio/calidad. Wifi funciona un poco lento en la habitación, pero en el área común funciona perfectamente.

A bit outdated, and the entrance is difficult to find so you need to ask some people who work in the building. No signage of the hotel outside and building, in the building, even in reception

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025اولا واهم نقطة بالنسبة للافطار عادي جدا جدا بل متواضع لابعد حد اعتقد انه افطار مجهز لمن يريد عمل حميه او دايت لانه عبارة عن صحن صغير جدا به كم صنق وكميه قليلة جدا .. واعتقد انه شي متوقع وعادي مقارنه بحجم الفندق وسعره المناسب فلا تتوقع منه افطار كونتنتال .. ثانيا واهم شي بالنسبة للفندق , الموظفين كلهم بلا استثناء صراحة عسل وتعامل ممتاز وابتسامة وخدمة واهتمام بالنزلاء وتواضع من الكل واي شي تطلبة او معلومة ما يقصرون معك وتشعر براحة وخجل من معاملتهم الطيبة بعكس بعض الشقق خاصة في مصر مع زحمة السائحين تجد الكل مشغولا عنك ولا يبدي لك اي احترام .. الفندق صغير طبعا وبه كم غرفة واستقبال كلها في عمارة بالدور السابع ولكنه نظيف ومريح ومناسب لمن يريد سعر معقول ولمن يحب العيش وسط البلد وبالقرب من جميع الخدمات , والشارع في الاسفل وما حوله كله خدمات وحياة وحركة دائبة لا تنقطع وهي فرصة للعيش وسط الاجواء المصرية الجميلة لمن يحب .. دورة المياة كانت نظيفة ومناسبة .. والتكيف بار و ممتاز جدا .. توجد بلكونة صغيرة .. غلاية عند الطلب .. بعض مستلزمات الحمام البسيطة .. بختصار الفندق مناسب جدا وهادئ ومريح لمن يريد العيش وسط البلد وبسعر مناسب والفندق نظيف ومريح نفسيا وايضا امان عالى حيث يوجد حارس بلاسفل .. شكر عميق وخاص جدا لكل الموظفين وخاصة الاخت في دوام الصباح والاخ الشاب في دوام المساء ..
طبعا صغر الفندق ولن تجد الفخامة المتوقعة ان كنت تحب دلك .. الثلاجة صغيرة جدا جدا ويجب تغيرها .. غير دلك النفدق مناسب مقارنة بسر البسيط .. الغرف مقابل الشارع فيها ازعاج اصوات الشارع بالاسفل

Reviewed Jun 1, 2025The staff were amazing ! Ahmed, Nada and miss Nada were so kind and helpful, all the other reception staff and kitchen staff were also so kind , nothing was too much for them . When ever we needed a taxi they would get us one ready and any sightseeing advice they would also give . We felt very happy and safe .
The hotel was difficult to find, taxi drivers also found it hard to find with only a small sign outside. The alleyway up to hotel is not nice but once up the lift level 7 it's better. The hotel is a 3 star hotel which reflects the price . The hotel is very clean and tidy but our deluxe room needs updating with new carpet then it will look nice. We had to ask for a fridge Miss Nada was happy to give us one sadly it was not cold enough. The breakfast is same everyday I think if they gave simple sausage egg salad cheese with toast or bread would be better not chicken nugget and chips in the morning .

Benim kaldığım odada tuvalet ve banyo yoktu farklı bir alanda vardı. Bu benim için bir problem teşkil etmedi çünkü yalnızdı yatmadan yatmaya geliyordum. Fakat banyolu ve tuvaletli odaları mevcuttu

Il problema maggiore è l'ingresso, non è segnalato e devi entrare in un corridoio per raggiungere l'ascensore che porta all'hotel al 7º piano.... anche i taxi fanno fatica a trovarlo

Reviewed May 15, 2025Es un lugar muy cómodo en el centro del Cairo, cerca del hotel se siente muy seguro y también tiene muchos comercios o lugares de interés cerca. Hasta tiene un McDonalds cruzando la calle. La ubicación es buena.
El ingreso al hotel no estaba claro y tuve que llamar por WhatsApp algunas veces al hotel para poder encontrarlo. Todo hubiera sido más fácil si me hubieran enviado todas las instrucciones para llegar.
