this is an extremely clean hotel. Props to your cleaning staff. The rooms were very sizable and super comfortable beds. Nice decor. the best part was the breakfast. we were sad we couldn't have the dinner there. but we plan to return soon. thanks for the outstanding experience. this hotel and the staff is a gem.

I enjoyed the morning breakfast and the evening kickback. The staff is polite and always willing to help, with patience and a smile; coming from the east coast you don’t find that often.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Minutes from food, retail, and family attractions.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. My family and I stayed two nights and woke up both days with sore necks and backs. One of the reasons my family chose to stay with Drury was that we loved the fact that breakfast and dinner were provided. Of all the Drury locations we have stayed at, the food at this location was not the best.

The room had a warm, classy decor and was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and had a plethora of options. The hotel has a pool and a hot tub.

The placement of the wall unit a/c seems too high. it didn't feel like it was cooling the room off very well. The bathroom in the rooms could use a night light option.

The rooms are all the same. All the same pictures in every rooms. Could be creative with that and mix it up. Here in Florence there's a lot you could do. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms/showers.

Handy to airport arrived 2am due delayed flight lovely welcome from Receptionist. Lovely room, clean comfortable, good breakfast, excellent hotel.

You need a car to get anywhere from here. I used uber from airport and to my next destination. No bus or train available to Cincinnati.

The staff are so professional, yet it's like a family atmosphere. Loved it! This was my second stay there, and I can say it was the same as the first. Don't change a thing. Thank you.

The room was very clean. Tracy was our housekeeper. The beds were so very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had more choices than other hotels. As a first-time customer, I didn't expect to be provided with dinner. That was a nice surprise and very good. We will definitely be Drury patrons in our future travels.

Elevators...we were on 7th floor & waited for both because they didn't come to top and go down but came from 1 to 4 then 6 and then went down instead of coming to 7 and working the way down. Thus wait was 8 minutes. Usually it's only 2 or 3.

King suite was grey for our family of 4. Breakfast was a winner as well. Staff was very friendly.

The designated smoking area was to close to the front door and had to walk through cigarette smoke a couple of times.

Front desk staff was extremely rude upon check-in. Room was way overpriced. Probably because all of the events that took place in Cincinnati that night. Did not partake of either the free dinner or breakfast. Fish was served for dinner which made the entire lobby of the hotel smell absolutely disgusting. The dinner was so bad that we didn’t even consider going for breakfast.

It’s definitely a great deal to stay a lot of families with alot of kids stay there. Hard for the adults to enjoy the hot tub and pool.

Our bed was never made, just the sheets tossed up on the bed. Pillows scattered on the bed. The bathroom mirror and sink were not cleaned.

The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast too.

Loved the kickback all of the food was great.

For having 7 floors there should have been 4 elevators, you had to wait for ever or you only could put one family in at a time cause they weren't big enough for 2 carts

The kick back and breakfast were a great amenity. A conference was held at the hotel and we still had plenty of room to eat and plenty of food.

I didn’t like how soft the beds were. Too bouncy.

The happy hour style buffet, while it had a good variety (considering its complimentary), was a bit of a disappointment (and my expectations were low). The food was just not flavorful. The shredded cheese used for both the salad area and the nacho area really epitomized the issue, it was the least flavorful, waxiest, dustiest ‘cheese’ I’ve ever encountered. My belief is that they might actually pay extra for less appealing items to drive sales towards their on property restaurant. That said, we saved a bundle by not going out for dinner so it wasn’t a total fail. The pool and (rather sizable) jacuzzi area were OVERRUN with families literally until it closed.

The breakfast was terrible and there was hardly any for us to eat.The pool was also closed, which was one thing we came for.

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. I loved the cold lime water. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was the absolute best. My daughter was asking when we were coming back on the way home.

The included breakfast and dinner were amazing for the value and we will definitely be back. The front desk staff and the meal staff were excellent. Very polite and intentive. I liked how there were security cameras in the parking areas.

I wish the pool was heated. We saw many families that wanted to enjoy the pool with their little kids but couldn't because it was just too cold. Even my 6 year old twin boys couldn't handle how cold it was for longer than just a few minutes.

The room was fantastic, very clean, staff was super helpful, breakfast was fantastic. We got to breakfast late one day as they were clearing everything away and the kitchen manager was super nice. She made us scrambled eggs and made some batter so we could make waffles and still eat with our 2 teenagers!! She really went above and beyond.

We were pleasantly surprised that there was a complimentary dinner. The food was outstanding as well. Breakfast was delicious as well. The beds were so comfortable. We didn't even get a chance to take advantage of all the amenities. Our stay was only one night. I will choose this hotel chain if it is available when I travel.

Very nice staff. Check in lady (i wish I could remember her name...it was unique) was fantastic. Food was great. Bed was phenomenal (I have back issues). Easy on and off highway. Short distance to the Creation Museum!

Too noisy in the lobby swiming pool and eating area. The bed has dirty spot. The worker just drop off clean sheet and want to spread the sheet. Bad service.
