I didnt eat the breakfast

I didnt like the bathroom in the room, it looks like it needed some work done

The room don't have mircowave. It's very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to warm up your food.

CUSTOMER SERVICE was not friendly. Room beds were dirty had to move to another room which wasn't the greatest either. Breakfast so early in the morning and yet already no coffee, eggs tasted like they were cooked with water. I have stayed at other TRU HOTELS in other states and it was great. This was the worst. Now when I see Tru Hotels, I skip them. Bad experience.

Computer systems were down but your staff made the check in easy without a problem. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels.

We checked in at about 5pm and the rooms weren't ready which was disappointing but they allowed us to leave our bags in the room and came back later after dinner. No one at the desk when we checked out at 5:30am so not sure if it was staffed or not.

From the time I walked inside to check-in, everything was perfect. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and check-in staff. I was immediately greeted. Once in my room, I received a text message from staff making sure everything was okay and told me if I needed anything, I could text them. The room was very clean & comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Proximity to beach

A pair of my wife's shoes were missing from our room . We let the front desk know with a picture of them in the room & Nothing was done !! Very disappointing

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and informative from check-in to check-out. They made sure I had everything I needed and answered all of my questions. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't have any major complaints. My stay was enjoyable, and the staff made the experience a positive one.

Right off of 95, love the chairs outside in the little fire pit with the grill.

Love everything about the place. The staff was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t care for these we came in late and we didn’t realize that there was dried coffee stains on the floor that I guess the housekeeping didn’t see when cleaning. It was too late to call the office and say anything.

The breakfast was good but I had to wait a long time while they refilled empty entrees. Coffee was also a long wait. It was frustrating how long the wait was for coffee and breakfast.

Hearing people late at night and the noise from outside… the walls don’t seem to be insulated for sound. Having to wait so long in the morning for coffee and breakfast.

Lots of grassy areas surrounding the hotel which was great for traveling with a dog. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff very friendly.

Trash cans were overflowing at the breakfast area and an employee just stood behind the computer staring at her phone. We also had someone knock on the door to tell us they got a noise complaint that we were stomping around but we were just sitting in bed eating chicken fingers so I'm not sure how we were too loud.

The location, close to highway

No crib for a baby, and was told everyone brings there own which obviously is not an option due to the fact we were on a road trip and already had a lot of luggage. Every hotel i have stayed at has had a crib from all ranges.

Staff was courteous and kind. Our room was very clean as well as the rest of the grounds.

Railroad crossing in front of hotel. Noisy in the middle of the night. Stayed because of charging station but couldn't use because tesla only. Would have liked to have known that.

Front desk put us in a handicap room. When I asked to be put into a separate room they put me into a room that was already occupied. After the third try we finally got a room however this room smelled like smoke.

This was the first tru after staying in many of the same hotels elsewhere that we felt it was just unkept and unclean and the staff was less than attentive.

The hotel lost power the morning we were leaving, so we were not able to enjoy the breakfast and had to use the stairs instead of the elevator. a generator would be nice to have for the hotel

The HVAC worked well. The room is compact but efficient and functional.

The floors are "hard" surface. It's nice to put your feet on something soft when getting out of bed. I liked the solid carpet in front of the door in the hallway, creating a visual cue as you look down the hallway, consider inlaying room numbers there as an easier way to navigate.

The location was great off the highway and easy to get back on highway

The smell of dogs and smoke. The floor in the room was slippery and my white socks were extremely dirty.

They offered me a service via text message, but when I wrote back, nobody answered or helped me. When I arrived at the lobby, the receptionist seemed new; because I was in work clothes, she didn't even greet me, she just asked, "Do you have a reservation?" At breakfast, the woman in charge took a long time to refill the trays. When she finally brought the eggs, she was using tongs with her right hand, which had a glove on, but her left hand was bare. She was struggling to get the eggs out of the container with the tongs, so she ended up using her bare left hand to place them on the tray. It felt pretty unhygienic.

The air conditioning unit in our room woke us up in the middle of the night because it was making a vey loud noise like a siren or a jet taking off. They did not have maintenance on the property to fix it. Consequently, we did not get any further sleep.

The property was amazing. Everything was so well put together very very nice facility.

The indoor pool for the girls breakfast on site and restaurants all around to choose from the location was perfect

First; lobby air was filled with smoke from weed. Second; we cleaned our assigned room to sanitize only to discover the television was broke and we had to change room. Third; the next room was also sanitized by us only to discover the air conditioner was broke. Being tired after attending college graduation for granddaughter, we could not move again. We simply requested to be refunded for the stay, which did not happen!

The breakfast was great , I liked everything. And the parking was great also

They didn’t have it at the desk and sent me away late at night because they were full but now they want me to rate it after they said l never booked!!! Say what??? Terrible service. This hotel was a wonderful surprise after a long day of travel. We booked it primarily for the location, right off I-95, since it was conveniently on our way to Savannah. Coming from New Jersey, we didn’t arrive until close to midnight. I had sent a message to the front desk in advance to let them know we would be arriving late, and they acknowledged it promptly, which was definitely appreciated. The hotel itself was charming, with a fun and inviting lobby that had lots of interesting touches. Our room was perfect. We ended up with two queen beds even though we only needed one, but my husband and I decided to each take our own bed because, why not? The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and we both slept really well. One thing we were initially concerned about was how brightly lit the outside of the hotel was. We thought the light might spill into the room and make sleeping difficult, but Hilton’s blackout shades worked incredibly well. They kept the room nice and dark and made it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. The hotel does offer breakfast, I believe until 9:00 a.m., but since we arrived so late and had a noon checkout, we decided to sleep in instead. The nice bonus at this location is that there is a Dunkin, Krispy Kreme, and Biscuitville literally next door. We ended up grabbing coffee from Dunkin and breakfast from Biscuitville, which was fantastic, by the way, before getting back on the road. Overall, this was a great find during our travels, and I have already bookmarked it as a favorite for future trips south. You will not be disappointed.
