The only reason we booked here was because it had an outside pool - we booked on Sunday then went to the pool on Monday, and it said it was closed Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm...... no one about but sunbeds blocked to pool - checked out and lost a nights cost

We liked the coziness of the space, we like the amount of amenities available near the property and the inside the room, the instructions were straightforward

The place is good for its value, we enjoyed the stay specially the pool.. complete amenities, its clean, host is friendly.

Loved the location, very quiet and safe, the perfect location for people like me who hate noise and crowds. The room though small was neat and well presented. Loved the free Wi-Fi, internet enabled TV with almost all movie channels accessible, room view (though limited). and that the kitchen had full appliances. Also loved that the hostess was very accommodating when I asked for a late checkout (a fee of PHP1,000 was charged which I didn't mind paying). Hostess also responded very quickly to messages,.

Advertisement said there was a washing machine but there wasn't - so a big let down. Room photos and room view also didn't match reality - i.e. I was given another room from the one I thought I booked. Room size was also very small. The fact that there were two large beds in a room that was very small didn't help either. The bathroom shower curtain was very old and had mold on it. The shower itself could use some cleaning. There should be room service to change out wet towels or bath mats. The shower curtain was also short, which meant water spilling out on to the bath math outside and soaking it. I had to step on the wet bath mat for the 4 nights I was there- a very big inconvenience when you also have to step on the same damp mat when using the toilet as it was a very small space.

It was very cosy, nice and clean, great location. Easy to check in and out. I contacted the owner because I didn’t know how to turn on the water and she replied instantly.

Bathroom needs some renovation but is otherwise clean, same as kitchen. Room is slightly small for a family but you can make do.

The owner open the door at 7AM April 13. Thinking that we were already checked out. She didn't even text nor email if we are already checked out. She said she thought that we already left since the door was open. Firstly, she should have change the lock mechanism. She had a single key left inside the unit and we were also asked to leave it with open door. The unit is hot. The AC cant cool the entire room. The bathroom need to be painted. There are some rust spots on the bathroom stands. I dont think we will book this room again in the future.

Check-in - it took 15 minutes to locate reservation - fully paid for - two ladies tried their best; beyond me was the fact that a grumpy security guard carried out the computer check in - he is more suited to carry out police duty and created a feeling of discomfort rather than welcome. The property is located in the town were everything is just a minute away to malls and shopping centre, church.

The rooms are super nice with big spacious area. Each rooms also have cold aircons which is a big plus and added to the comfort of our stay. The condo’s Legaspi area is also very nice and clean area, and the popular malls are all just a walking distance away.

The construction that wasn’t mentioned when I was booking; can’t rest in the unit because of the noise; the swimming pool view that was under construction and no view at all and can’t be used during the day; the staff who was not answering the phone when I was following up the laundry; lots of stain in the kitchen and rest room; the towels that were not absorbent; the water that had ‘something’ swimming so we had to buy our own drinking water; etc.😔

The shower curtain has mold and the aircondition filter is dirty my son have to clean .You have to pay for the parking amounting for 350 pesos overnight.

Good location. Good for a couple of nights stay. Pool area is nice to relax , even there is some renovation is going on. There is enough space, and the basic ( water, coffee, kitchen stuffs) are provided.

No hot shower, no electric socket to use in the kitchen , rusty stove and microwave, bathroom shelves.

The room was perfect for four people who just wanted to hang out and relax in the area. The host was accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and requests. The place was very clean and cozy, with all appliances working well, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The washroom was stocked with basic necessities, and it even had hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the small balcony was a nice touch.

Facilities were inadequate - no toaster, rusty taps, could not use microwave, stove not just rusty and untidy exhaust fan and light inoperative. Felt cramped with space. Electrical outlets were shanky. Foyer as we walked out of our room at the 8th floor was smelly.

The kitchen sink drainage needs some cleaning/unclogging of the food that's blocked which starts to have a foul odor. The shower tiles needs extra cleaning & needs to fix the shower curtain.

No pool access. We tried going on saturday because the notice in the elevator said it is open all day on Saturdays and Sundays, but under construction during the week. The front lobby said that it was closed

It’s a well-presented studio apartment in a good and quiet location and about 500 m away from Greenbelt. Kitchen’s fully equipped, if you want to cook and dine in. Very responsive host plus security are great & very friendly.

The kitchen and bathroom are a bit tired. The bathroom could definitely use an update and the terrace is currently hidden behind scaffolding which was disappointing!

Toilet in 12H room is noisy due to rusty door hinges. Old/broken cabinet, too many lamps, and the room color is dark.

The pictures are very accurate. The bed was really comfy and clean. There is a specific place for shoes and slippers to store. There were cabinets as well for storing clothes. The kitchen had enough utensils and cooking equipment for us to use. The personnel in the building are really accommodating and friendly, but still aware of security procedures for new guests.

As much as the place looked great, I would suggest removing the mirror facing the bed. It can distract or scare you when you wake up during the night. Some wires need to be affixed since the extension cords' are pretty loose. I wished there were slippers for us to use around the property. I also hope they add more sockets to the kitchen area since we had to adjust a lot of things just to use either the microwave, rice cooker or the electric kettle. The stove exhaust also needs to be repaired since cooking can be really hard with some smoke.

Очень шумный кондиционер, который расположен в непонятном для нас месте, дул прямо в спину, попытались его выключить и воспользоваться вентилятором, но шума от него было не меньше)) запросила выезд на час позднее, но мне даже не ответили (да или нет)

I like the location and the beds, the bed and the blanket was so comfy and soft. We had a good sleep at this room.

A bit small basically not enough place to put luggage if you have 3 luggages. and also the Aircond is directly on ur side, Aircond is too low and near to the bed face directly to ur head

I booked the family poolside room as it is what posted on the booking.com. i was expecting a poolside but after booking, and called the host she told me it was taken, instead transfer us to another unit. It doesnt matter that much since we really booked late.but still if it was taken already it should not be posted as available in the booking.com. or atleast put the photo of the other room available. Again this is not a complain its just that i believed o was presented with a wrong packaging. Like the box is an apple only to find out whats inside is an andriod. :) nevertheless me and my family had a goood night sleep after ouring tiring mall tour in the area.

I like where this place is situated. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. Basic needs like toiletries and kitchenwares are all available. And the pool, we enjoyed it so much. Will definitely book again soon!

We arrived in the room and were surprised that it wasn't the one that we booked. There was only one bed and there was no separate bedroom. On top of that the bathroom was not cleaned and there was cockroaches !!!!

We booked this property for 1 day because it’s at greenbelt in makati and closer to the shop and because New World hotel was fully booked at the time. Big mistake!

The bed looks like it was used and linens were not washed. And we found a head louse crawling on the pillow. I will upload the video if this will allow me. The toilet is not flushing at all. Toilet paper was just floating, making circles. The towel rack is all rusted. Kitchen is dark and filthy. Avoid this filthy property unless you can sleep with crawling lice around you!

The swimming pool is nice. Beds were comfy.

Not very clean. Very noisy AC. The bathroom and kitchen weren't clean and there were no ustensile to cook in the kitchen. Expensive for what it is.

For the money you pay you will never expect to go in a place like this. We got so lucky to have the whole pool for our selves! And the room was very clean and spacious. Really amazing place, unfortunately the stay was too short but I really recommend it.

Thank you for accommodating our special request. The host is very helpful. The place is very clean and the bed sheets and pillows are very luxuriously comfortable. The unit is very close to coffee shops and mini grocery stores. We haven’t used the pool but the unit is just next to it. The surrounding areas are clean and its very safe to walk. Will stay in the host’s condo unit again.

The price and I regret not spending more …you get what You pay for. Very tiny room.

AC is working but rather noisy and the water dripping from it is caught by an overflowing pale outside. Needs minor maintenance e.g. floor strip between kitchen and dining area no longer screwed on the floor, balcony floor tiles are loose and lifting up as you step on it. The room key was left inside the unit upon arrival. We were expecting to pick it up at the front desk which caused some confusion. The room is relatively clean and conveniently located on the same level as the pool. It is close to amenities incl. supermarket and massage parlour.

Apartment require s refurbished and repaired. Electric s not functioning correctly. AC not controllable. Kitchen requires refurbishment.

It was nice and close to a lot of restaurants and cafe. It was very nice and clean.

The airconditioner was a little bit weak to cool the entire place. Room was too hot even at night for my liking slept out of the covers but was still sweating.

Check-in is very fast, possibility to leave luggage at the reception, the staff at the reception works very well. Thank you. Very good location!

The room is not very big, very cluttered with furniture, it is inconvenient to move with two suitcases, there was a very strong smell from the sewer when we checked in, we told the agent about it, after some arguments it was fixed. The pool is closed on Mondays (there was no information about this on the website), small decorative pillows on the sofa and bed had a smell. The air conditioner is right next to the bed and blows on the neck and head. The window was not locked. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty and the shelf was rusty. Room 8G.
