He always advice wisely and honestly in all matters.And fixs any shortcoming timely and correctly.I Recommend this cosy frienly hotel.And surely I will stay in this hotel in my next stays in Istanbul.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights — there was a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well prepared. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

The location was very good, close to the heart of Istanbul and within easy reach of many places. For the price, I think the value was fair, and the room itself was a decent size and did not feel too small.

Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was no hot water, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and even the kettle and two cups provided in the room were visibly dirty. The room was also very noisy because the windows were not soundproof, there was no proper mirror apart from the small one above the sink, and the elevator doors sometimes had to be pushed open by hand, which did not feel safe or well maintained.

The location was perfect , we did not take breakfast at the Hotel .

Need Iron facilities at least borrowed from the reception .

The hotel staff is very polite and well-mannered. The hotel's location is excellent.

This was my 1st time in Istanbul. Front desk clerk Parsa Afshar was extremely helpful, and he really made my stay worthwhile. He is a polite and hard-working person. I definitely would like him to host my next trip.

Price was more than my friend from USA pays during his stay.

De kamer was heel goor! Overal schimmel. Niet goed schoon gemaakt.

Мне очень понравилось обслуживание, расположению и интерьер.

Принцип напора воды в душе-кто первый, тот и помылся. Горячая вода заканчивалась и воды не было в кране. Нужно было ждать, пока помпа накачает. Напор очень маленький, будто с бутылки поливают. И снизу много шумных заведений, до 4 утра гремела музыка , слышно сильно, не утрирую.

Horrible experience. Hotel staff are liars. Charged me extra without ever informing. Rooms are dirty and small and not as the pictures. Toilet was leaking. Manager was extremely rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great hotel if you’re looking for something in this price range (fantastic value for money), with a superbly welcoming service ! There’s aircon and a fridge in the room which is great.

The area is a bit noisy at night (not very well isolated from noise) but that’s not a problem if you bring earplugs with you. The sheets are a bit scratchy to my taste but again that’s a detail :).

Sajnos az nem tetszett hogy nem tudtam aludni a zajtól amit az utcában tartózkodók csináltak. Utolsó reggel 2 férfi úgy veszekedett, ordibált hogy már pihenni sem lehetett. 3 órát talán sikerült aludnom a zajtól.

Honestly, my experience at the hotel was very disappointing. I do not want to stay at this hotel again due to many issues. Can't say I found anything likeable here.

First of all, the room I was given was not the one I reserved. It was located on the 7th floor, which didn't have an elevator. The elevator only took you to the 6th floor, and then I had to carry my luggage up to the 7th floor myself without any assistance. Additionally, the room lacked security; the door wouldn't lock. When I called the reception, they informed me there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to deal with the situation myself. I requested a change of room, but they said they had no other rooms available, despite the fact that I saw availability on Booking.com. The room was also very noisy, and outside sounds filtered in, making it difficult for me to sleep. I ended up having a very bad night, staying awake until 2 or 3 AM. The next morning, when I went for breakfast, I complained about the security issue at the reception. They confidently assured me that they had cameras in the hotel and that I shouldn't worry about my luggage. However, when I asked to see the camera footage, they told me there were no cameras installed on the 7th floor. In retrospect, I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for a 4 nights and was honestly surprised by how comfortable everything was. The room was very clean, the bed was great to sleep on, and the WiFi was fast enough for work and streaming. Breakfast was fresh every morning and the coffee was really good. For the price, I don’t think you can find many hotels in this area that offer this level of comfort and service. I’d definitely come back.

Nous avons réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel et nous y avons séjourné en famille. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable et nous sommes entièrement satisfaits. Un grand merci à l’équipe de la réception ainsi qu’au personnel d’entretien, qui a constamment été attentif à notre confort. Ils nous demandaient régulièrement si nous avions besoin de quelque chose et si le nettoyage des chambres nous convenait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Les équipements des chambres étaient très satisfaisants : un coffre-fort, de l’eau chaude, une connexion Wi-Fi rapide et fiable, ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. L’emplacement est excellent. L’hôtel se trouve tout près de Taksim et à deux pas de l’avenue Istiklal. C’est un quartier très animé et touristique, avec un accès facile à tous les principaux sites de la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon. Les produits étaient frais, le choix était varié et largement suffisant. Après le petit-déjeuner, nous avons été invités à découvrir leur café, situé juste en face de l’hôtel. Nous y avons commandé des boissons, et ils nous ont agréablement surpris en nous offrant une part de cheesecake au citron pour chaque boisson commandée. C’était un geste très attentionné, et le cheesecake était absolument délicieux. La propreté était irréprochable. L’intérieur de l’hôtel était toujours impeccable, les chambres étaient nettoyées chaque jour avec soin, et nous avons même remarqué que les abords de l’hôtel étaient entretenus quotidiennement. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage.

Nothing important just i wish i could’ve stay longer

I stayed for three nights and had a really pleasant experience. For this area, it’s honestly hard to find such a clean and comfortable hotel at this price. I loved the breakfast and coffee, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a minibar and safe was a nice bonus. The WiFi was good, there’s an elevator, and I also liked the calm music in the lobby. Overall, great value for money and definitely recommended.

I had a great 9 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was excellent, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional, and overall it offered good value for money.

The breakfast variety was not as extensive as shown in the booking photos. Also, the water pressure on the 6th floor was low, and it took several minutes for the water to become hot. Additionally, I noticed some mold in the bathroom, especially around the shower area and underneath the vanity, which could be improved through better maintenance.

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Hotel übernachtet und bin rundum begeistert. Besonders das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Das WLAN war extrem schnell, was für meine geschäftliche Reise nach Istanbul perfekt war. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – man ist direkt am Taksim-Platz und hat Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, das warme Wasser lief problemlos und die Klimaanlage hat trotz der Hitze die Luft sehr angenehm gekühlt. Auch das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl und war sein Geld mehr als wert.

des Preises und der Tatsache, dass es sich um ein Boutique-Hotel handelt, kann ich jedoch keine negativen Punkte anführen.
