Apartment hat alles, was man braucht, und die Bilder sind genau das, was man bekommt. Check-in und Checkout unkompliziert. Parking perfekt. Alles super sauber. Bett sehr komfortabel.

It is a quiet and comfortable location with available parking space.

The appartment was clean, rooms were set up for us all, there was everything we needed. There was indoor and outdoor parking. It was close to everything, 5mins drive to IASO hospital , three malls and shop&go supermarket. The neighbourhood was quite. The area is also about 20 -30mins drive to the sea with a wide range of beaches and water activities.

Ωραίο και άνετο δωμάτιο. Καθαρό και με όλες τις παροχές. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά.

Για εμάς, η τοποθεσία ήταν βολική για μετακινήσεις τόσο με αυτοκίνητο, αλλά και συγκοινωνίες. Καθαρό σπίτι και άνετο. Εύκολες και ξεκάθαρες οδηγίες για check in και check out.

Close to the stadium (we came to see a show there), close to the mall and supermarket, close to train station. Lovely garden

Beds are a little too soft for my back, And main shower head was faulty, but we use the hose head it was fine

It was definitely overpriced ! They obviously took advantage of the concert to raise the cost. But anyway the host was very polite and for what I needed it it was perfect so no complaints

Pessimo ci siamo trovati malissimo hanno anche sbagliato camera, ci hanno dato una doppia anziché una tripla

Addirittura non c'era il terzo letto nonostante l'abbiamo pagata all'inizio pessimo non consiglio a nessuno attenzione nessuna assistenza. Nessuno che ti aiuta non conoscono le lingue

Голям апартамент,много чист,ново обзавеждане,огромна тераса,кухня с всичко необходимо,на 3 мин от метро и крайградско влакче,съответно удобна връзка с центъра и летището,на 10 мин от Олимпийския стадион.Настаниха ни още в 11ч.Лесна комуникация с домакините.Препоръчвам силно!

The location was great, a quiet side street with private parking. In this area street parking is difficult, especially in the rain. The rooms were good size and clean.

The quality of the things that were installed in the apartment were very low quality. Only the air conditioners were high quality.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρα

The property was clean & tidy, it was modern and comfortable, we stayed on the first floor and we felt entirely safe here. The apartment had all the facilities we needed to enjoy our 2 week stay.

The property itself is great. The neighbours dog really needs to be took inside or trained not to bark all day, however don’t let that put you off as the apartment itself is exceptional and we will use this again.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, ευρύχωρο, καφετιέρα, μπαλκόνι πολυ καλό, παροχές κουζίνας.

Ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση και σε εξωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς τοίχους, χαλασμένη κατάψυξη, καναπές σαλονιού δεν υπήρχε ήταν ίσα ίσα να κάτσεις ενα λεπτο, πάτωμα αν περπατουσες χωρις παντόφλες μαυριζαν τα ποδια απο τη βρωμιά δεν ήταν σφουγγαρισμενα, το στρώμα στα κρεβάτια ήταν οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει ξυπνούσες με πόνο παντου, το πλυντήριο στις φώτο φαίνεται στο διαμέρισμα τελικά ήταν στο υπόγειο, τα πλακάκια στο μπάνιο γλυστρανε σε βαθμό επικίνδυνο.

Το διαμερισμα ειναι πανεμορφο με καινουρια επιπλα,σε αριστη τοποθεσια,3 λεπτα με τα ποδια στο mail κ 5 λεπτα απο το υπουργειο παιδειας...Η εξυπηρετηση αψογη,τους ζητησα αν γινοταν να αφησω εστω τα πραγματα μου νωριτερα,κ με εξυπηρετησαν.αψογη συνεργασια..σιγουρα θα ξαναμεινω..

Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood very close to The Mall and the metro station Neratziotissa. Clean and apatious apartment equipped with all utensils and necessities .

Αρκετά άνετο και όμορφο κατάλυμα και με την δυνατότητα του υπόγειου ασφαλούς πάρκινγκ.

Location is very good, close to everything but yet quiet in the evening. Accommodation is exceptionally clean, wery well equiped and practical. Host is very professional, everything perfectly organized and all information shared upfront - it made our stay very confortable. In our next visit to Athens we will definitely try to book our stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The location is great too quiet and peaceful, yet very close to malls and transport, which made it super convenient. One small suggestion would be to provide an extra blanket or throw for the sofa, just to make it even more cosy for lounging. Apart from that tiny detail, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to Mall and Metro. Apartment was great, overall clean, roomy bright, with balcony and bright view. Kitchen, bathroom, TV and equipment met my needs

Underground parking was available but could not be reached since there was no way to open the front door. After asking the manager he redirected me to a useless youtube video, that only shows how to open the 2nd door.

There was a video which I was sent on Whatsapp showing me exactly where and how I could pick up the keys. Instructions came in on Whatsapp all the time, and I could easily find the place through their pin. The place was quiet and I loved the feeling of security. You lock that front door, and you know nobody is coming in unless you want them to. The views from the balcony were great. The beds lovely, wide, clean sheets. Very spacious. Very.

Parking was unclear, and not easy to get in and out of (like, at all, as it was almost permanently obstructed by other cars outside the entrance/exit). Also, when I was uncertain about the parking numbering and I asked a question on their Whatsapp, I did not receive an answer at all. That felt quite a bit of a let down. The price was more appropriate for a city centre apartment, and for that, I expected a bit more (a water in the fridge, maybe a bit of milk, that kind of thing).

Nice clean large property closely located to the Mall and the Golden Hall in Marousi. Great for families.

Υπέροχη ήσυχη τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μεγαλύτερο εμπορικό κέντρο της Αθήνας.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ήσυχο, σε περιοχή που έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού και το σημαντικότερο ότι υπάρχει πάρκινγκ. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άριστη! Αξίζει να μείνετε ειδικά αν η περιοχή που θα κινηθείτε είναι κοντά στο Μαρούσι. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!

Excellent location if you're looking to be around the Mall area, and Kifissias Ave for easy access to the rest of the city. Apartment was well furnished, equipped and clean. Highly recommend it!

Her had fijn geweest als er een paar basisdingen aanwezig waren geweest.. zout, suiker, schaar.. maar dat zijn kleine details.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man erwartet. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der schattige und relativ große Balkon war ideal für den Morgenkaffee. Die fußläufige Nähe zur Mall von Athen und zur Metro / U-Bahnlinie 1 ist sehr gut. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war auch für unser großes Auto kein Problem.

We travel to Athens for business and leisure, and the last few years we stay exclusively at apartments managed by Verde. Everything is really perfect. From the location, the quality of the apartments, the quick responses by the hosts whenever we had to contact them, the parking spot, the neighborhood, ... everything.

This was a wonderful property with reserved parking that’s serving the purpose of an apparent with cooking facilities. It’s close to transport and shopping!

Gardens own street level could use a clean up

The off street parking, proximity to shopping malls and public transport, spacious room with abundant toiletries, a good cross section of kitchen and cooking facilities with condiments to spare, clean and vibrant room with the capacity to wash clothes and hang them out to dry. When we ran into a sticky situation, the host handled it quickly to our total satisfaction. Worthy of another stay.

The gardens at street level should be spruced up a little

Very clean, new, modern, bright in a very quiet but central location. The beds were super comfortable and great water pressure.

Πολύ όμορφο σπιτάκι Πολύ καθαρό Υπέροχη γειτονιά

The apartment is new and fully equipped. It has excellent and convenient parking. Soundproof windows provide insulation from noise. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that serves as an excellent starting point for trips in the north. Very close to Mall of Athens and Jumbo store.

Two small things only: It is very far from the city center. There is a nearby metro, but the ride is very long and not really convenient. There is no washing machine, so you just need to be aware of that and not plan on doing laundry during your stay.
