Das Hotel personal war hilfsbeteit, die Zimmer wurden täglich gepflegt. Die Lage war sehr gut.

Das bat dürfte eteas grösser sein, der Lerm pägel war hoch, eines nacht wurfen wir gegen morgen drei Uhr von dem lärm der hotelgäste geweckt.

Goede buurt. De verplaatsingsmogelijkheden waren prima. Verzorgd ontbijt. Bij problemen, de frigo werkte niet evenals de kluis, werd dit onmiddellijk opgelost.

Het spijtige was de inkomtrap. Je komt met minimum 35 graden thuis en moet dan een hele trap op voor je aan de balie bent.

Το μόνο που μας άρεσε ήταν το πάπλωμα και προς το καλό θα κρίνω το πρωινό

Μικρό μπάνιο και παλιό, ο κλιματισμός δεν ήταν ελεγχόμενος και δε μπορούσαμε να ρυθμίσουμε θερμοκρασία, δεν υπήρχαν δίπλα μαξιλάρια

Μείναμε 3 βράδια.. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο με πολύ μεγάλη βεράντα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό..Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπέστατο.. Οι συγκοινωνίες στα πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια και το πιο βασικό έχει πάρκινγκ Δωρεάν... Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!! Γιώργος - Χρύσα από Κρήτη

Sobe so zelo stare. V sobi manjka se kaksna vtičnica. Kopalnica je potrebna prenove. Na balkonu bi bila lahko kaksna miza in stol.

Nothing was good there. Vacation was ruined.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have had. We booked a double room for 3–7 September but checked out early because of the conditions. We found a large dead cockroach in the room, the air conditioning barely cooled the room, and the shower pressure was so weak that I had to hold the shower head directly against my body to wash properly. I am seven months pregnant, so having a cool room, a functional shower and basic cleanliness was especially important to me. We reported the problems more than once. The hotel later told Booking.com that we had refused alternative accommodation, but the only room offered had two separate single beds, while we had booked a double bed. We are a married couple, and I wanted to sleep comfortably next to my husband. I even offered to pay extra for a better room, but was told that no upgraded rooms were available. The breakfast was also extremely poor quality. There were no fresh fruits or vegetables. The omelette had a very unnatural texture, almost as if flour or starch had been added. The sausages had a very unpleasant taste, and what was presented as bacon seemed more like reheated fried ham. We struggled to find anything we actually wanted to eat apart from milk and cereal. After we physically checked out early, the hotel also failed to provide the promised written confirmation that same day, and they refused to refund the money for unused nights. We just moved to a better hotel for even cheaper money. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday. In my opinion, it does not provide the standard one would reasonably expect from a four-star hotel, and we left extremely disappointed.

1/10 – Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and serious concerns about the rooms Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly because of the way problems were handled by both the reception staff and hotel management. When we arrived late at night, my wife and I repeatedly asked for a room with one double bed. The receptionist told us that no such room was available. While standing at reception, I could still see rooms available on Booking.com. I made an additional reservation in front of the receptionist while explaining exactly why I was doing so. I immediately asked for this additional reservation to be cancelled because we had no intention of using two rooms. The hotel refused the refund. What made the situation particularly frustrating was that only a few hours later, at around 07:00, the hotel moved us to a room with a double bed. I subsequently contacted hotel management in writing and tried several times to resolve the matter amicably. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution, management maintained its refusal. The Reservations Manager informed me that this decision had also been reviewed and confirmed by the General Director. The hotel later confirmed to me in writing that the room allocated to my additional reservation was Room 105 — a room with two single beds. There were other issues as well. We complained about cigarette smoke/smell around the first room. We were told that the hotel rooms were non-smoking. However, there were ashtrays on the balconies, as can be seen in my photographs. I also did not see a smoke detector inside our room. I am only describing what I personally observed; I cannot comment on what fire-detection equipment may be installed elsewhere in the building. Another particularly strange issue was an opening/shaft between areas of the building. Through it, we could actually see into the neighbouring room/area and see other people.

Although renovated , bed sheets need to be changed , tv only 3 channels out of 50 , breakfast basic and coffee undrinkable.

Am venit în Atena pentru a descoperi orașul, patrimoniul muzeal și pentru a vizita Panteonul despre care cel mic a învățat în manualul de istorie. Dar să ai din camera de hotel vedere la Acropole nu ne-am fi putut imagina...ce poate fi mai încântător? Multumim domnului de la recepție care ne-a întâmpinat frumos și ne-a oferit un apartament generos, cu un peisaj care îți taie răsuflarea. Multumim întregului staf al hotelului, felicitări pentru organizare și pentru profesionalism. Am avut una dintre cele mai frumoase vacanțe, in mare parte vi se datorează și dumneavoastră!

This is a large hotel where everything works as it should, and the entire property is clean and well maintained. The hotel was renovated relatively recently and offers very good value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy. Our room was located away from the road, so it was quiet. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. The air conditioning is an integral part of the building and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel has a small elevator, which is worth noting. The metro is conveniently close, although the surrounding area is not the cleanest or most pleasant. Overall, everything worked well, the hotel was comfortable and clean, and we felt we got very good value for our money.

I think the breakfast could be improved by adding a toaster, more vegetables, and some fresh Greek fruit. The breakfast is continental, but rather basic and selection limited.

Schöner Blick auf den Akropolis

Wasserdruck sehr schlecht das duschen ist daher sehr mühsam. Das Viertel in dem das Hotel ist sehr schlecht. Auch das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl sehr beschränkt und auch nicht zu genießen.

Καθημερινά περνούσε το προσωπικό και αλλάζει πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Είναι όλοι με αληθινό χαμόγελο στα χείλη και προθυμία να εξυπηρετήσουν σε κάθε πρόβλημα αν προκύψει.

Από το πρωινό έλειπε η φαντασία για κάποιον που μένει αρκετές μέρες είναι λίγο βαρετό καθημερινά τα ίδια. Όχι πώς είναι άσχημο αντίθετα ειναι αρκετά πλούσιο.

L'hotel est un peu excentré, mais non loin d'une station de métro. Les chambres ( celles qui nous ont été attribuées) était correctes.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte et n'a pas un bon système d'aération donc sent un peu la moisissure. Les lieux communs ( couloirs, restaurants ascenseurs...) sont fortement démodés. Le petit-déjeuné est varier, mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Plutot cuisine ( pains, café...) de réfectoire. Il faut monter une volée d'escaliers (env. 20) ce qui n'estt pas pratique avec les valises, surtout si il n'y a personne pour aider. L'établissement est défini comme 4* , mais cela correspondrait plutôt à 3* voire 2* Les restaurants sont peu nombreux dans les environs immédiats de l'hôtel.

La vestuste des lieux là licalisation

O preço foi muito bom. A localização também foi um ponto importante devida à proximidade de uma estação do metrô.

O meu quarto apresentava um pouco de barulho devida a ficar de frente para uma avenida muito movimentada, mas nada que atrapalhe o bem estar no interior da acomodação. O local do banho era muito pequeno.

Posizione vicino metropolitana. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Colazione. Stile moderno piacevole. Personale dell'hotel disponibile. Letti comodi. Camera spaziosa.

We used this hotel on a stopover in Athens it was not good not worth the money small room barely any room to move very run down and the bathroom is tiny I’m 5’4 and struggled to fit in the shower also they gave us two single beds even when we requested 6 months in advance that it be a double definitely not staying here again

The room door was a bit difficult to open.

Hotel ogólnie ładny, bardzo czysto. Odnowiony, ładny pokój rodzinny. Z 6 piętra piękny widok na Ateny i Akropol z niedużego, ale fajnego tarasu. Blisko stacja metra, skąd wszędzie można dotrzeć. Jedyne zastrzeżenie do jedzenia. Niestety baaardzo słabej jakości. Świetne były tylko schłodzone arbuzy i puste rogaliki z ciasta francuskiego. Gdyby nie słabe śniadania byłoby super.

The receptionists are very friendly & helpful to help us call the taxi to airport. The bell boy also very helpful & polite.

The old lady housekeeper wasnt friendly when came to my room to replace the spoilt shower head.

La habitación cuádruple que cogimos estaba sin reformar, baño de hace 40 años, colchones malos, y sin presión de ducha

Śniadanie było bardzo kiepskiej jakości. Jedzenie było najtańszej produkcji i nie spełniało oczekiwań 4 gwiazdkowego hotelu.

Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, καθαριότητα καλή, τοποθεσία καλή. Οι ώρες του πρωινού καλές .

Το μπάνιο ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό και παλιό και όχι βολικό για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων ( σε περίπτωση κάποιου εύσωμου δεν θα χωρούσε στη ντουζιέρα ) ούτε καν στο μπάνιο να μπει , το δωμάτιο παλιό. Το πρωινό μέτριο.

Hitel po zunanjem videzu je zelo lep.

Εύκολη τοποθεσία. Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πάρκινγκ. Το προσωπικό είναι εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που μένω στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο την πρώτη φορά ήμουν πολύ ικανοποιημένη με το δωμάτιο, αυτή τη φορά έκλεισα ένα στάνταρ δωμάτιο και όταν άνοιξα την πόρτα του δωματίου νόμιζα ότι μπήκα στο 1990! Το μπάνιο ήτανε τόσο μικρό και τόσο παλιό,ο νιπτήρας ήτανε ραγισμένος και στο ντουζ που ίσα ίσα χωρούσες, είχε μια άθλια πλαστική κουρτίνα. Τα έπιπλα του δωματίου ήταν όλα παλιά και υπήρχε μόνο μία μπρίζα στο δωμάτιο και φυσικά δεν ήταν κοντά στο κρεβάτι. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ βασικό, σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αντιπροσωπεύει πρωινό ξενοδοχείου τεσσάρων αστέρων . Παρ’ όλα αυτά ήτανε όλα καθαρά όμως.

Η θέα της Ακρόπολης, και το ότι βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο, κοντά στη στάση του μετρό. Καθαρό σε γενικές γραμμές όμως η μοκέτα στους διαδρόμους ήταν γεμάτη με λεκέδες και μύριζε άσχημα.

Τα έπιπλα, τα είδη υγιεινής και η μοκέτα στους διαδρόμους μαζί με τα ασανσέρ πρέπει να αλλαχθούν για να αποκτήσει την αξία που πραγματικά του αξίζει, διότι έχει τις προδιαγραφές. Στο πρωινό φαίνεται ότι θέλουν να κάνουν οικονομία, όμως δεν μπορεί από τη μια να υπαρχουν πανάκριβα μάρμαρα και πανέμορφα συντριβάνια μέσα στο χώρο και από την άλλη ο καφές να μην πίνεται...

Hotel has good value for money. Close to metro 1 line, makes it a good spot to spend over night.

The property is in an excellent location. We stayed in a suite, which was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the parking. The number of available parking spaces is very limited, and if you arrive later in the day, there’s a good chance you won’t find a spot. Unfortunately, even guests who pay extra to book a suite are not guaranteed a reserved parking space. I think suite bookings should include a dedicated parking space, as it would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Schone en nette kamer, gratis parkeren voor het hotel met bewaking en het centrum is met een metro/taxi makkelijk te bereiken voor een schappelijk prijsje

De aircondictioning bleef niet automatisch aan staan, de douche/wc ruimte is net iets te krap en en lekte water vanuit de douche onder het douchescherm door

Modern, felszerelt szép szobát kaptunk hatalmas terasszal, kényelmes tiszta ágyakkal. A személyzet segítőkész volt minden problémába. Cuccainkat nyugodtan ott hagyhattuk a csomag szobába első és utolsó napon míg felfedeztük a várost. Teljesen megfelelt a szállás, ajánlom!

Hiányoltam a zöldségeket a reggelinél, a környék nem a legtisztább és legbiztonságosabb.

Кто то курил и этот дым от сигарет почему то пошел в номер при включенном кондицеонере ,Пришлось отключить егоЖаль что нет индивидуальных кондиционеров,возможно такой проблемы не было бы.

La atención del personal un desastre. Te ignoran una vez tras otra. El hotel está en un barrio peligroso, el acceso es únicamente con escaleras, está todo muy antiguo y hay un tren en frente que hace ruido mañana y noche. No se puede descansar

Room was clean and beautiful view from balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent amount of tasty options. Close to the metro. Good location.

I could hear the people in the room next to me and people passing by in the hallways, so not much sound proofing, but it was overall quiet at night so it didn't affect my sleep.

I loved the balconies and the view of the city - the breakfast was awesome as well as the staff. And you can get cocktails whenever you want. Great Stay

L'hotel est proche de la station de métro Ano Patisia, ce qui permet des déplacements rapide et peu couteux.

L'hotel Xenophon est catégorisé 4*, mais à notre avis il serait plutôt de catégorie 3* voire moins. Les chambres que nous avons eues étaient rénovées, mais manquaient de confort pour un 4*, de plus les lits sont très durs.L'espace de la chambre est réduit, et le petit déjeuner est de qualité moyenne, cette il y a un certain choix, mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Par exemple, dans un pays qui produit des oranges..on s'attend à autre chose que du jus d'orange reconstitué! Les couloirs, la salle de petit déjeuner sont très vieillots (années 70). La réception se trouve en entresol, ce qui impose une volée de marches ( env. 15) sans système de monte bagage (parfois un vigile aide à monter les bagages)

Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Szomszédokat nem hallottuk, de szerintem nem is voltak mellettünk. A törölközőket minden nap cserélték.

Az erkélyre rakhattak volna egy asztalt, meg 2 széket. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt. A fürdőszoba kritikán aluli volt. Vízköves csap és zuhanyzó, rozsdás , törött zuhanytálca, penészes zuhanyfüggöny. Telefon töltésére egy konektor állt rendelkezésre, és az is messze volt az ágytól

Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Bőséges reggeli.

Rezervasyonu 2 gün yaptırdım. Fakat o kadar fiyat performansı karşılamayan oteldi ki 1 gün kaldım ve geri çıktım. Hatta 4 Haziran içinde randevum var 10 gün önceden yazmama rağmen rezervasyonu iptal etmiyorlar. İnanılmaz düşüncesiz ve müşteri memnuniyetini düşünmeyen otel. Sinirlenmişim 1 gün erken çıkmışım , hiç bir özür yada ücret iadesi dahi yapmadılar.

Fotoğraflarla alakası yok. Odalarda su dahi yoktu. Odalar berbat, yataklar rahatsız, banyo kötü, kahvaltısı yetersiz.

Huoneet varmaan juuri remontoidut, todella siistit. Ilmastointi tehokas. Hyvä siivous ja äänieristys.

Aamupala oli todella basic. Kahvi ei hyvää. Vastaanottotiskin henkilökunta ei ollut ystävällistä.
