Parklane Central Hanoi Hotel

Food was delicious and the staff werevery helpful and friendly. The location was great, very convenient and close to the market and other tourist spots.

The air-conditioning wasn't working properly so the room could get quite uncomfortable. We also noticed that the area under the bed wasn't properly cleaned.

No staff to comunicate. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly.

The staff were excellent, courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were always available even on Whatsapp to assist promptly. Especially Anna, huong and Aron were every kind and helpful.

Even though the rooms were comfortable and spacious, they need to be refurbished soon. The photos of the rooms must have been taken when the hotel was built many years ago and does not show the current condition.

Huong and Anna were the ones I was speaking to the whole time I was there. Outstanding customer service. Quiet area in the Old Quarter, near the lake and during evening or morning you can just chill there with locals and tourists alike.  The hotel has a kitchen on the first floor, with elevator as some people do ask abt stairs for luggage. The staff are so helpful.   Near laundry place, souvenirs and spas in the same street. I left my luggage til 8pm with them as had a train in the night and they even offered that I can take a shower before my train. 

Had wooden floors so can be a bit noisy when there are guests arriving middle or night or going off early. I guess not all guests open their window as the sliding window had not been cleaned much as the air can get stale with not much venting except the bathroom.

L’emplacement est vraiment agréable, l’hôtel est très bien placé dans le centre de Hanoi. La réceptionniste est très bien dans son rôle de conseil et d’explication de ce qu’il y a faire et à voir dans Hanoi, c’était très agréable de sa part.

Dès mon arrivée la réceptionniste m’a dit que la chambre était petite (en réalité c’est très raisonnable pour une seule personne) mais que je pouvais m’upgrader pour 200k. C’est une manière étrange d’aborder les clients. Ensuite on m’a attribué une chambre juste à côté de la réception. J’ai dit que ça ne me convenait pas car ça allait être bruyant, elle m’a dit que non. J’avais raison, le soir, le gardien de nuit ronflait quasiment devant ma porte, écoutait son téléphone en haut parleur et il y avait beaucoup de passage devant ma porte pour accéder à l’ascenseur. Le monsieur de la réception du lendemain a été gentil de me donner la même chambre à un étage supérieur pour être plus au calme. Les chambres sont humides, ne sentent pas très bon , et la deuxième que j’ai eu était à côté d’une famille avec des enfants qui hurlaient et claquaient les portes. Il y a une fenêtre dans la chambre qui donne sur un mur d’un mini puit de lumière éclairé par la lumière du couloir la nuit. Autant vous dire qu’il y a de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit. Mauvais séjour mais j’avais besoin d’une dernière nuit que j’ai réservé auprès d’eux et elle a été confirmée et la veille de mon arrivée ils m’annulent en me disant que je n’avais pas confirmé alors que je leur avais même donné mon heure de Check in. Ils ont essayé de résoudre le problème d’une autre manière mais j’ai préféré trouver un autre hôtel.

Le personnel est adorable, à notre écoute j’ai adoré ! Les chambres sont super propres et l’emplacement est parfait ! Je retourne dans cet hôtel Chaque fois que je suis à Hanoi !!

L’hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre et spacieuse tout comme la salle de bain. Le personnel est également à l’écoute et nous a réservé un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport Je recommande !

My room was a bit small and the sink in.the bathroom stop the door from opening properly.

We stayed here for a few nights and had nothing to complain about. The room was big, spotless, and the bathroom was unusually large for this kind of place. Reception was welcoming from the moment we arrived and helpful whenever we asked for anything. The lake is literally a short walk away, which made the location hard to beat. We also arranged a car through the hotel and it turned up exactly when it was supposed to. Would book again.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. I felt very comfortable throughout my whole stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Parklane Hanoi Hotel!

Amazing hotel and not a scam. The stuff are vary helpful and Anna helped me to design my trip to maximize my time. They also let me to leave my stuff with them while I was waiting my flight in the evening.

他の口コミと全然違うところ。 スタッフの対応も悪い。 まず部屋が暗いし汚い。 エアコンがきかず部屋を変えて欲しいと伝えたらお金を要求された。 結局、割増料金を支払った。 シャワーは弱いし、お湯が臭い。 夜中に部屋の非常ベルが鳴り響きうるさかった。 まだまだ沢山あるがとにかく日本人には最悪なホテル。

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very central location, within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms were extremely clean. Long at the reception took care of us throughout our stay. He was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We also booked our Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel. Since we were leaving the city in the evening, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. If you are planning to stay in Hanoi, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing, just so helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. Every time I needed a taxi both the driver and myself knew the exact cost, the cheapest each time. Let them organise your trip from the airport. A fabulous small quiet street that quickly feels like home where you get to know the neighbours. Homey!

朝食がおいしかった、荷物を部屋に運んでくれた、部屋に荷物を運んででくれるホテルは少なくなった、のでうれしかった。年齢とともに荷物を運ぶことがしんどくなってるので。 フロントのかわいい女性が、愛想よく写真も一緒に取ってくれたり、色々話してくれてすごく楽しかった。眼鏡も似合っており本当にかわいかった。11月頃ハノイに行くと思うが、必ずこのホテルに泊まります。

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionist, in particular, went above and beyond by providing a local guide on what to do in Hanoi. The location is perfect-- within walking distance to the night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and other major attractions. The air conditioning was powerful (which I loved!), and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I had no issues working remotely in the mornings. Overall, this place offers great value and is definitely worth it!

The Superior room was a bit tight for us and our big suitcases, but we didn't bother with the paid upgrade since we were mostly out of the room. Just an FYI for future guests: our TV was out of commission, so if you're the type to relax with some TV, you may want to mention this to the staff early on!

Hanna m'a donné de très bons conseils avant et durant mon séjour. Elle a été aux petits soins avec moi. L'ensemble du personnel est extrêmement serviable. La chambre est bien aménagée et confortable. Elle dispose de peu de lumière car donne sur un petit puits de lumière, mais je n'y étais que pour dormir. L hôtel est très très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied.

位置在環劍湖旁，交通非常的便利，到老城區知名地方吃東西都大約300-500公尺而已，櫃台小哥和小姐很熱心，都會主動的手機翻譯和我溝通，早餐有供應也都蠻好吃的並有三種水果。

Ich habe zuvor in Hostels geschlafen und wollte vor dem Rückflug ein Hotelzimmer nehmen um alles wieder zu sortieren und Ruhe zu haben. Im Hostel wäre ich besser aufgehoben gewesen. Ich habe eine Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht um dann festzustellen, dass es ein Fenster in den Flurschacht ist, also keine frische Luft. Die Klimaanlage sah aus wie 20 Jahre alt. Sie war super laut, nur noch wenige Einstellungen möglich. Für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster zu teuer. Frühstück war lachhaft.

Les chambres dites supérieures qui sont en réalité les plus petites de l'établissement (mais alors supérieures à quoi ??!). Le changement de comportement de notre hôtesse lorsque nous avons indiqué avoir déjà organisé notre séjour et que nous ne retiendrons pas les offres d'activités proposées. Nous avons tous ressenti un froid après notre refus de prestations complémentaires. Dommage, cela nous a mis mal à l'aise. Établissement un peu bruyant.
