お値段が手頃でした。1泊して翌朝朝食後、9時頃から3時間コースのアーユルヴェーダをしましたが、アーユルヴェーダが終わってからチェックアウトでいいと言ってくれました。なので、部屋に荷物を置いたままにできましたし、アーユルヴェーダ後に部屋で化粧ができました。アーユルヴェーダの部屋のすぐ隣の部屋だったので、貴重品はすべて部屋に置いておいて部屋で着替えてもいいぐらいでした。

部屋にドライヤーがなかったです。 フロントに聞けばあったのかもしれませんが、Wi-Fiのパスワードが分からず使えませんでした。 洗面台が少し流れにくく、水漏れしていたのか、流した後近くの床が濡れました。

Trotz einiger kleiner Baustellen überwiegen für uns ganz klar die vielen schönen Erlebnisse, die wir im Jasmin Villa Ayurveda Resort machen durften. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung bleiben uns die tolle Massage, der wunderschöne Pool, der Ausflug zur Lagune und der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Manager. Für einen Aufenthalt in Negombo ist das Hotel definitiv eine gute Adresse und wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der teilweise unangenehme Geruch im Badezimmer. Außerdem wurde uns ein vermeintlich kostenloser früher Check-in zunächst doch in Rechnung gestellt. Nachdem wir dies angesprochen hatten, reagierte der Manager jedoch sehr professionell und nahm die Position von der Rechnung.

The shower head was broken, toilet sit yellowish, mold in room, dust. Not welcoming. I ask for a tissue during breakfast the guy bring a whole packet for us. I ask for wake up service for departure they never came the gate was close during my check out my husband who open for the driver to come in. Very bad experience.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf, fijne ruime kamers met een leuk zitje buiten (1e verdieping). Lekker zwembad en de massages zijn uitstekend. Een hele fijne plek om de vakantie te starten of te eindigen.

Velká spokojenost. Byli jsme ubytování po příletu i před odletem a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Velký pokoj, krásný bazén. Čisto, snídaně na výběr místní nebo západní - ovoce vajíčka, tousty. Z hotelu nám zajistili i transport z letiště i spolehlivého řidiče na další dny. Mají i velkou nabídku masáží za skvělé ceny.

The room and the hotel was vers clean, and we had a good service from the owner and his family. The pool was exceptionnel, vers good place to start oir vacation worh the kids.

Een ontzettend prettig verblijf! Uitstekende uitvalsbasis ook voor je vlucht, we hebben deze dag genoten van uitgebreide massages etc met een uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Kom hier zeker terug mocht ik nog eens naar Sri Lanka gaan. Half uurtje rijden met de taxi naar airport. De kamers, familiekamers zijn zeer ruim en fijne bedden. Als ik eerlijk ben was dit onze beste accommodatie. Verzorgd en wel het vliegtuig weer in, fantastisch!

Betere wifi maar hier was het zelfs nog redelijk voor Sri Lanka begrippen

Perfect place to stay in Negombo for a night (or more) before/after your flight. Staff were very sweet and helpful - they let us check out of our room late for no extra cost as we had a flight that night Rooms were clean with good storage and very comfy beds. Food was delicious as well. We also really enjoyed the pool area! 100% recommend, no complaints 😁

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Bei Fragen waren sie auch außerhalb ihrer Arbeitszeiten verfügbar und haben sich immer Zeit genommen! Beispielsweise haben wir jede menge Unterstützung bei der Buchung von Bussen zur Weiterreise bekommen, der Pool war sehr toll und allgemein hatten wir überhaupt nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen.

ロケーションが街の通りから離れているために、静かでした。空港からタクシーで送ってもらうと、プールや自然が作ったお庭の環境が素晴らしいと思いました。生ジュースをいただいたので素敵なおもてなしだと思いました。翌朝はフルーツがたくさんで卵とトーストとポットで飲み物と充分おいしい朝食でした。お庭の手入れをしている方がたくさんおられて感謝したいと思いました。特に予約はしていなかったのですが、営業時間内ですぐマッサージをしていただくことができました。とても納得ができる内容でした。私はとてもきれいなお部屋に泊まれたので、去年15,000円出してスリランカで泊まったところよりも良かったです。古くなっていくことで価値が上がると思うので雰囲気がとても良かったです。

私は特に悪い事は感じなかったです。口コミが悪いだけで実際行ってみるとよかったですよ。全体的に古いので新しいホテルが好きな方は別場所へ行かれたら良いので

The staff was very helpful and prompt. The day we reached it was pouring heavily and the kitchen was closed so they arranged food for us and made sure we didn't sleep hungry. The body massage and service were too good. The property is beautiful and the rooms are big.

Je ziet dat het vroeger een heel chique hotel was. De massage was wel uitstekend! Personeel is heel vriendelijk!

Het is echt al een ouder gebouw en dat merk je. Het is niet persee niet hygiënisch maar door de ouderdom is er veel verkleurd/verkalkt. Het bed lag absoluut niet goed; ook de matras was aan vernieuwing toe.

An absolutely amazing hidden gem in Negombo — everything was just perfect from start to finish. From the room, to the Ayurvedic treatments, to the food, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. My mum and I did the 1-day package and it was incredible. The therapists were highly skilled, kind, and everything felt very professional and well-organised. The Ayurvedic centre feels authentic and properly run, which made the experience even more special. The staff were extremely kind and attentive to all our needs, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The rooms and facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax and recharge. There is also hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious and minimal which I enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The biggest highlight, of course, was their Ayurvedic treatment, including a full body and face massages, as well as sauna.

La piscina es lo mejor. La habitación era grande, la cama cómoda y tenía nevera. El personal muy amable, me ayudaron a pedir un taxi. El desayuno es bastante básico pero estaba bueno.

No había secador en la habitación. Decía que había servicio de cena de 7-10pm pero cuando pregunté no hacían cenas, tuve que pedir un Uber Eats. Cogí este alojamiento porque hacían clases de yoga, pero no había posibilidad cuando lo solicité. Está un poco alejado de todo, no hay gran cosa que hacer en la zona.

Quiet and in a residential part of town. Great new pool with loungers. Looked like a poolside restaurant there but we were slightly at end of season so this wasn’t open. Breakfast was good with fruit plate, coffee, fresh juice and choice of eggs. Lovely spa onsite for treatments.

We were very kindly upgraded on arrival. The room was very big with air con and fan. The bathroom seriously needs ripping out and replacing. The toilet was very badly stained and seat discolored. It wasn’t pleasant using this room. Mattress had definitely seen better days and was lumpy. Again just a sheet on top of it and no mattress protection. This really isn’t nice.

What a treat it was to have the air condition on before I arrived! I appreciated the cool room after a hot day of travel! Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and most helpful. They looked after my bag while I was out and about after check out.

Essen und Essenszeit muß vorher reserviert werden, "Restaurant" ungemütlich, Curries kalt. Therapieangebot gut, Therapeutin wirkt unzufrieden und unhöflich. Viel/ starker Lärm von den nabeiliegenden Kirchen, zwei mal täglich, sonst ruhige Umgebung

das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Massagen waren toll, die Anlage ist auch sehr schön, Pool wurde erst vor 2 Jahren neu gemacht, der Flughafen Transfer hat auch prima geklappt und Frühstück gab es to go, da wir zeitig los mussten.

I loved staying at the Jasmin Villa from the start of my journey for two nights and at the end for two nights. The ayurvedic treatments and area is outstanding, very traditional but also professional. The owner and stuff go beyond to meet your needs. The huge pool is so great as well - perfect to relax. It was reclmmended by friends and will definetely be my go to first, when i come back to Sri Lanka.

Nothing, maybe moskito nets above the beds would be nice.

• Aufenthalt im Yasmin Ayurveda Resort war eine massive Enttäuschung • Kein Resort, sondern unhygienische Abfertigungsstation für Bus-Touristen Hygiene & Unterkunft: • Verdreckte, eklige Toiletten • Verschimmelte Zimmer • Braune/verfärbte Türen • Staubige, ungepflegte Flure (besonders Seitenflügel) • Gereinigt wird nur, was oberflächlich sichtbar ist Organisation & Management: • Interne Kommunikation praktisch nicht existent • Fokus ausschließlich auf Massenabfertigung • Busse voller Tagesgäste: rein – zahlen – raus Ayurveda nur dem Namen nach: • Ayurveda-Ärztin nur relevant, solange sie persönlich anwesend ist • Konsultationen werden nicht dokumentiert oder intern weitergegeben • Niemand wusste nach der ersten Massage, welches Öl empfohlen wurde • Trotz Hautproblemen wurden beliebige 08/15-Produkte verwendet • Billig riechende Aloe-Vera-Massenware und stark stinkendes rotes Öl Absolutes No-Go zum Schluss: • Nach sachlicher Beschwerde wurde der zugesagte Shuttle um 23 Uhr nicht geschickt • Offensichtlich Reaktion auf Kritik • Spontanes Uber notwendig, Flug fast verpasst.

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. We came here straight from the airport off a long haul flight and it was the perfect place to rest. It is near the beach, a five minute tuktuk away and lots of restaurants and bars. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The spa services were easy to book and very relaxing. Everything was clean and facilities great. Very highly recommend!

On a positive note, the massages were wonderful, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but there were several issues in the room. There were many mosquitoes, the blanket provided for covering was torn and had holes, and the towels were also worn and damaged. We asked about early check-in and were informed that it would cost 700 Sri Lankan rupees for each additional hour. However, at the reception we were told that an extra 10% tax is added. I believe such charges should be clearly communicated from the beginning when asking about prices.

ホテルのデザイン、立地、スタッフの対応が最高でした。 部屋の前のバルコニーで朝食を食べられること、プールが別棟にあってのびのび過ごすことができることが素晴らしかったです。部屋がすごく広くて快適でした。 朝からすぐにアーユルベーダが受けられるのも魅力的。

お湯の量が弱く、湯がぬるかった。 バスローブがないのでナイトウエアが必要。 シーツが少し汚れていた。 蚊や虫が室内に入ってくるのは仕方ないが、虫除けを置いておいてくれると良いと思った。 外国人なので、水はペットボトルがあると嬉しい。

部屋が綺麗でリゾート感あり。 表通りから離れているが、トゥクトゥクで5－10分でいける。 スリランカで泊まったホテルの中で一番いい。

アーユルベーダの3時間コースをお願いして、施術後は　部屋で過ごすことができました。 中庭のある素敵な建物で、ゆったり過ごせました。

食事に行くのに、車の手配が必要だった。

・同じ建物でAyurvedaがお手頃に体験できた。 ・部屋が値段以上に清潔感があった。 ・石鹸、シャンプー、トリートメント、タオルの備え付けがあった。 ・冷房、ファンがあり部屋で暑いということはない。 ・スタッフの対応が親切丁寧。チャットの返信も早い。 ・翌日早朝に空港へ行く必要があったが、空港に近く、Uberで20分程度だった(早朝で道が混んでいなかったのも大きいが)

・部屋でWIFIは使い物にならなかった。ロビーは使えた。電波の強さは多分場所による。 ・あちこち蚊がいるが、ベッドに蚊帳は無い。部屋に蚊がいたが、ファンを回していたためか刺されはしなかった。 ・料金の請求誤りがあった。カードで支払い現金での返金となった。スリランカ滞在最終日であったため、困った。しかし、スタッフは真摯に対応してくれた。

アーユルヴェーダを受ける為に宿泊しました。 メッセージでマッサージの予約をして、受付で支払いをしました。 稀に見る悪天候だったらしいので、イレギュラーなことをお願いしたのですが、可能な限り親切に対応して頂き、とても感謝しています。

滞在していたお部屋はWiFiが入りません。 ヘアドライヤーはありません。 お湯も出し続けると冷たくなってしまうので、その点だけ理解していたら後は過ごしやすいです。

部屋の中にいるゴキブリ🪳は嫌いです。もっと清潔さを保って欲しい。 また、名前にアーユルヴェーダと書いてあるからと言って、となりにあるアーユルヴェーダの店とは経営者も違うし、ホテルとは何の関係が無いことが判明した。この名前に惹かれて予約したお客も多いのではないかと想像する。宿泊客を増やしたいのならば、もっと部屋を清潔にするべきです。 I hate the cockroaches in the room. I wish they'd keep it cleaner. Also, even though the name says Ayurveda, it's run by a different owner than the Ayurveda store next door, and it turns out they have no connection to the hotel. I imagine many guests booked because they were attracted by the name. If they want to attract more guests, they should keep the rooms cleaner.

Auf der Homepage wird angegeben, das sowohl Lunch als auch Dinner in der Unterkunft angeboten wird. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Lediglich Frühstück war verfügbar. Daher musste ich immer mit de. Tuktuk zu einem Restaurant in Strandnähe fahren.

És perfecte per relaxar-se el dia d'arribada o la vigilia de tornada per la proximitat a l'aeroport. La piscina es magnifica.

Teniem la sortida del vol força aviat i es van comprometre a donar-nos uns box de fruita i suc que es van descuidar. El tractament va deixar una mica que dessitjar perquè hi havien mosquits que impedien la relaxació. Tampoc ens van oferir te al acabar ni un espai per perdre'l de forma tranquila.
