Good location for getting around the city, room with balcony is like on the pictures. The employees at the reception desk are very helpful and take care of safety when ordering taxi and help with loading luggage, which is very commendable.

There is not enough seating in the breakfast area and it is served by the elevator.

Good location in Hanoi old quarter. Surprisingly quiet in side alley. Slept well and comfortable bed. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que por un problema de olores habían cerrado y que nos habían alojado en otro hotel. Nos dijeron si nos parecía bien. Lo miramos por internet y bueno… pero estabamos cansados. Nos pusieron en un taxi que nos llevo al nuevo pero de ahi nos reubicaron en otro bastante horrible. Calidad no como el que esperábamos con la reserva

Able to be booked last minute (due to cancellation from other hotel). Central location. Offered fairly large bedroom with window facing narrow street.

Gaudy & run-down appearance. Uninterested staff. Perceivably clean enough, but I couldn't shake a feeling of discomfort when lying in the bed sheets and had poor sleep as a result. Glad I only stayed 1 night.

Apesar de constar na reserva que era um quarto pequeno, não imaginava que fosse tão pequeno, pouco funcional. Espaço bem limitado para abrir as malas. Minha experiência foi satisfatória, não voltaria a me hospedar.

Great location, room was sufficient for a 4 night stay.

We arrived late in the evening and no one was at the desk. We found the other desk across the road and the guy working said they could only take card payment with an additional surcharge (not the amount booking.com confirmed). I was not happy paying the surcharge so he said we could pay cash. As it was late I didn't want to go to the ATM so he took my passport for the night. Be aware if you're not paying cash you will be charged a surcharge above the rate you are shown

The room was a bit small.

Camera tripla pulita e in ordine, buona colazione inclusa, bagno pulito e spazioso. Per scusarsi per un annullamento improvviso per problemi elettrici alla camera durante il soggiorno precedente di una notte, ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il transfer verso l’aeroporto.

La zona colazione andrebbe ristrutturata e sistemata. La camera tripla al terzo piano è decisamente meglio mantenuta di quella al secondo.

Nonostante un contrattempo dovuto a problemi elettrici nella camera, sono riusciti a trovarci una sistemazione il giorno stesso, l’ultimo dell’anno, presso una struttura a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria.

First they gave us a room without window and had to complain to get the room we booked. It’s just a mistake and they sorted it quickly, but it was a bit stressful. The maintenance is very very poor and it doesn’t look like in the pictures

Ottima posizione nel quartiere vecchio. Dalla camera si raggiungono a piedi tutte le attrazioni di Hanoi. Buona colazione inclusa e personale disponibile. Ottimo prezzo.

La struttura andrebbe un po’ ammodernata. Camera piccola per tre persone.

L’emplacement est super dans le vieux quartier dans une petite rue calme.le personnel était présent pour m’accueillir malgres l’heure très tardive . J’ai demandé à rajouter une nuit de plus et ils ont étés très réactif . Le petit dej est varié et bon .

L'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié, les lits confortables et propres.

Difficile d'avoir une eau à bonne température (ou très chaude ou très froide), mobilier un peu vieillot, mais rien de grave.

24 uurs receptie, schone kamer, lift aanwezig, op de rand van het old quarter. Ontbijt inbegrepen, tours en transport allemaal te regelen via hotel, redelijke prijs voor de luxe room met raam, airconditioning.

Zimmer hatte etwas unangenehmen Geruch aber das größte Problem war der Schimmel! Überall im Bad und im Zimmer selbst war es auch nicht besser. Ich bin mir nicht sicher was es war aber sah etwas wie ein Pilz aus, was durch die Wand gewachsen ist.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The location is quite good, being very close to the Old Quarter.

The room I booked looks nothing like the picture. I'm surprised it was so small. The room appears old, with some cobwebs on the ceiling. Overall, I didn't bother to complain because I was too tired after my flight.

Das Hotel hat eine ganz tolle Lage. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Lage ist gut.

Die Zimmer sehen nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Es sibd überall komische Flecken an den Wänden und an der Decke (Wasser oder Schinmel?). Außerdem Spinnweben. Die Dichtung der Dusche qar kaputt und das Bad unter Wasser. Wir haben nach der ersten Nacht Hotel gewechselt, weil wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben.

A strong mold smell allover the Hotel. The pictures are not real, when you go inside the hotel you think you are in another world. I found a big Insect in my Room idk what was that. You had to wait so long for warm water. The mold on the Wals really smelled so strong. So the Hotel is a tottaly No! I paid also almost 2K for that messy Hotel! I don't want to be mean but that was the truth!

I liked this place and I'd stay again for sure. Great location on a quiet little alley directly in the Old Quarter with all the energy that comes with that, but it was quiet in my room. I went with a set of expectations, but the breakfast surpassed them. The breakfast itself was nothing over the top, but it's a really nice effort that they put into it and I was impressed. Far better than I've seen even for pricier hotels. Staff were really helpful.

Somewhat confusing on arrival that one should check in at the hotel across the street. Once you've been there it makes sense but it's confusing for the first time there. They had a sign saying this but it was tucked away behind the reception desk so I didn't see it. Definitely a very minor detail.

住宿在古城里，后面就是36行街，去各个景点都很方便。虽然周边是闹市区很吵，但这间住宿在小巷子里，并不影响睡眠。

酒店定位是精品酒店，其实设施都比较老旧，房间也很小，有很多蚂蚁。早餐的果酱里都是蚂蚁。不知道是蚂蚁还是别的什么，反正我老公的胳膊被咬了很多包。我因为全程都有喷防虫喷雾，躲过一劫。

Staff is helpful and friendly. We like the breakfast selection. This property is definitely value for money.

the rooms where a bit noisy as I could hear the people next door. The decor is also. bit worn and could use a coat of paint.

This was a very quick stop for us. We booked for the afternoon evening for a late flight out that night. Location was great, room was more than adequate for our stay. The room was small so would have been tight for 3 people staying overnight. When we left at 9pm the owner or manager was worried we weren’t happy. He didn’t understand why we were leaving. We explained we booked the room for a rest and a shower before our long journey home. He said he wish he had known he would have reduced the price for us! That was very nice of him but the price was right already so no need.

Great value for money Clean, good aircon, kind staff who don’t try and upsell, comfortable beds. Small but very functional rooms. Great shower- pressure and temperature!

Unfortunately there were lots of mosquitoes in my room when I arrived but easy to deal with and no bites during the night

Perfect place to stay in the Old Quarter. Close to everything. The staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful, especially Ducky! You can book all your tours there. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast was good, the location excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was very small, basically just a double bed and not much more. Not a single surface to put things down on, only the bed. The bathroom was modern but also very small. The single window faced into a concrete structure.

A small desk or even a bench to put luggage on would have been nice.

It was convenient and close to lots of interesting walking trails. As it’s right in the heart of Oldtown Hanoi, there’s a lot to do and see. Lots of young backpackers. The breakfast included was a real plus.

I needed a bedside light as I like to read at night. Also there were loud sounds of dishwashing early in the morning! (This may not apply to all rooms)

The location was great. The staff were friendly.

As others said, they tried to put me in a smaller room with no bath or window even though I paid for the larger room. When I told them, they put me in the correct room. But it seems like something they do a lot.The room was a little dirty with hairs on the bed and in the bathtub. Often there was no one at the desk. There was no one there at check -out.
