Business Life Hotel & SPA Bakırköy

Die Gegend war gar nicht gut. Die Zimmer hätten ebenfalls besser aussehen können!

Staff is the best we ever met. They are so nice, receptive to clients' needs and helpful. All staff from cleaning to management are wonderful people. We love them. We will come back when we have the chance.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. and excellent customer service.

Pulizia e camera molto bella

Nice staff and good hospitality

Location

Very bad, no Internet, not comfortable, bad AC and bad location and asked for room close to each other but they were very far

L’emplacement et le prix

Comfortable beds Very good customer service good location and they cleaning rooms everyday good breakfast

Fin pris. Morgenmaden var ok. Gratis parkering.

Airconditionen larmede meget.

The staff is very kind and the value for money for this hotel is excellent.

The noice isolation was not good; the housekeeper started cleaning the room next door early in the morning (9 am) while I was still trying to rest.

The hotel is very suitable for low and medium budget stays in Istanbul, only five minutes walking from the train station. The staff are very friendly and room size is very reasonable.

The staff were consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely tried to help whenever problems occurred. The hotel’s location is convenient, and after the first night we were moved to a more comfortable suite

Our arrival experience was very disappointing. We booked this hotel partly because it advertised free on-site parking, but the parking was unavailable throughout our stay, forcing us to use an expensive off-site garage that closed early and limited access to our car. Our confirmed Junior Suite was not available on arrival, and we were temporarily placed in a small standard room. Later that evening we accidentally entered an occupied room because we were given an active key, and we discovered that our luggage had been moved without our knowledge. The Wi-Fi system was unnecessarily complicated and repeatedly required reactivation at reception. Breakfast quality was below expectations, with very limited variety, poor options for children, and a coffee machine that remained out of service throughout our entire stay

A very nice hotel with an excellent location. The metro, the seaside, and shopping malls are all within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff and taxi easy access

The room was small, I requested when booking for a non smoking room because of my health and the smokes were coming from the corridor, I complained they did nothing after promising to change the morning shift guy keep saying the room service will close or has close. Night staff tried but the room they had was so small. The environment is filled with old and abandoned houses. The food arrangements was poor saw a customer trying to get some food and her cloth was touching the rest of opened food down🤦‍♀️ .

Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately, the windows didn't have mosquito screens. Leaving the windows open meant dealing with mosquitoes inside the room.

Komfort, czystość, życzliwość personelu, obfite dobre śniadania

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist us with anything we needed. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which we truly appreciated. The hotel has excellent public transport connections to the city center, making it very easy to get around. The food was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only minor issue was that the room had a slightly stale smell, but it was not strong or unpleasant.

Nothing

The bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The room was too small. Breakfast was poor. Would not recommend this hotel

Everything, everyone was so kind and helpful and they went above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable. They are friendly and very nice staff. The housekeepers are so hardworking and makes sure everything is spotless daily, and they are are also friendly and kind. It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed at because of the staff alone. Beyond that, it’s a convenient location if you have friends / family in Istanbul (like I do), and want to avoid touristy areas for hotels.

Nothing

Tutto ottimo. Staff cordiale, struttura pulita e ottima posizione.

I’m so glad I found this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were clean, and the daily housekeeping was top-notch. On top of that, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious every morning! In my opinion, this is the best value-for-money option you can find in Istanbul. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Breakfast was good - location was good for us

for 3 star Hotel evrythings was good

The front desk staff was friendly. I didn't have any problems with them. The room was clean, but it was very hot. When I came back to the room after a day of sightseeing, it was very hot, but they had air conditioning.

No muslim showers in washroom. No dustbin in room.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The location was convenient.

Some facilities needed repair.

Situat intro zona excelenta. Curat, Mic dejun bun si variat. Personalul foarte amabil.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was not enjoyable. There were very limited options, no juice, no fried eggs nor menemen.

Good

Tot

Nu am nimic de obiectat

Totul, servirea, oamenii

Nu am nimic de obiectat

They insisted I leave them my car keys so they can move it arround , I declined but they kept on isisting.

Consigliatissima!

Very nice personal. Breakfast was okay.

The photos do not reflect reality. The hotel is much worse in reality. The price is far too high for a hotel like this. There are major issues with the shower drain. After a shower, the entire bathroom floor remains very wet.

Orange juice with breakfast would be good

No orange juice with breakfast

In the heart of a charming old neighborhood with all facilities

Evet

Nice breakfast, good location, generous check out time

Could be cleaner, bathroom was a bit moldy

Close to train station. Close to main street and shopping centre.

- it is not 3* hotel, it is between 1* and 2* hotel. - room was smelling of cigarettes, reported to reception but nothing has been done except that it was sprayed once with some air refresher but it didn't help much, cigarettes smell is in the window curtains and walls so spray would not help - no English TV channels, if there was one it was translated to Turkish language - broken shower head and toilet seat - reported to reception but it took hotel 24 hours to repair it - broken cupboard hinges - access to sauna it is big JOKE, you have 15min free access and then you have to pay but they advertise on Booking it is free access - sauna is not even switched on, you have to tell staff there to switch it on then you can use it 1.5hrs later - very, very DIRTY shower, mould on tiles, it is unhygienic and health hazard - please zoom bathroom pictures in to see mould in corners and inside shower between frame and floor - breakfast: every day the same, mostly cold, coffee machine not working properly, when reported to gentelman serving there he said "it finished today" and didn't bother to repair it. - plenty of stains on sofa, pillow, desk chair - it looks old and used, this needs extensive cleaning - see pictures taken

Staff people are excellent, location is great.

Wi-fi is not perfect, breakfast is not exceptional and air conditioning needs improvement or cleaning.

Świetna obsługa hotelu. Troskliwa i pomocna. Pokój widać, że nie dawno przeszedł remont. Śniadania również smaczne, blisko do morza.

kahvaltı çeşidi gayet iyiydi

What seemed to be an excellent last minute offer appeared to be a scam. Property is not worth 145 eur/night (original price). It is very dirty, smells smoke, some rooms have shared balcony (what is not safe). Dirty sheets, furniture and poor breakfast.
