The sea view was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Some members of staff were genuinely lovely, particularly the security staff, who were always kind and polite, and a lady who was extremely helpful during our stay. We really appreciated them.

Unfortunately, the overall standard did not feel like a five-star hotel. Housekeeping was one of the main disappointments. Even after the rooms had been cleaned, they often didn’t feel properly clean, and basic items such as glasses and toiletries were not consistently replaced or replenished. We understand that some amenities may be available on request, but during a week-long stay it becomes very inconvenient to repeatedly ask for shampoo, conditioner, soap, water or other basic items that housekeeping should normally notice and replenish. The attention to detail in service was also lacking. On one occasion we ordered tea and a member of staff simply brought a single glass of tea in his hand, without a tray or any proper presentation, and took payment for it. Small details like this may not sound significant, but they make a considerable difference in a five-star hotel. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard we expected. Even simple items were inconsistent; on some mornings, for example, the boiled eggs were not properly cooked. The breakfast service itself also lacked warmth. The member of staff at the entrance would simply wait for us to give our room number, without a greeting or a smile. In a five-star hotel, you expect staff to welcome guests rather than simply process them. There is also a small shop in the hotel lobby, but throughout our entire one-week stay it appeared to be closed whenever we tried to use it, so we were unable to buy anything from it. None of these issues individually would have ruined our stay, but when they happen repeatedly, they add up. These are the kinds of shortcomings we might overlook in a three- or four-star property, but they are difficult to understand in a hotel carrying a five-star rating. Another disappointment was a birthday surprise we had arranged in advance for one of the children travelling with us.

Das Hotel feeling und entspannung ist bei Hilton Hotel Bakirköy in Istanbul eine nummer 1, super freundlicher Manager Herr Altin Diko, mit persönlicher Nasprechpartner und super nette Service sowie Housekeeping Herr Anwar sehr nett aus Indonesien, mit Wasser und frische Handtücher ganz freundlich und super Hine feeling. Tezeption ist 24 stunden erreichba rund sprecht fließend English, Sauna, Dampfbad und Hamam sehr ruhig und entspannt und das Fitnesscenter sehr vielfältig. Vielen Dank gerne nochmal

Nous avons tout aimé. Très belle chambre Vue sur mer. Tous le staff était super! Mes enfants et moi avons passé un merveilleux séjour. ALTIN qui parle Français nous a super bien accueilli. j ai été particulièrement touchée par une attention : un souhait de Joyeux anniversaire avec un gâteau et une bougie déposé dans ma chambre. Quelle Joie!!!! Je reviendrai bientôt sans faute! Grand merci à toute l équipe.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also excellent, making our stay very enjoyable.

There was nothing in particular that I disliked. Everything met my expectations, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

The sea view was absolutely stunning and the rooms were spacious. The location by the sea was also lovely.

Unfortunately, the overall service, housekeeping and maintenance fell well below what we expected from a five-star Hilton. We experienced worn towels, inconsistent housekeeping, maintenance problems, unreliable Wi-Fi, an average breakfast and even a room with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The most disappointing experience, however, happened after check-out. After our bill had been settled and our luggage loaded into the van, we were called back and told that we owed an additional $600. There appeared to be confusion regarding the original amount and a discount that had previously been applied. Rather than calmly explaining the discrepancy and reviewing the bill with us, some members of staff were extremely rude and told us that we would not be allowed to leave and that our belongings would not be released, and even mentioned calling the police. The manager who later came to speak to us was professional and handled the situation much more appropriately, and there were also a few other members of staff who were genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not what we would expect from a five-star hotel.

Well kept as always ! Got the chance to try the club lounge and it was very pleasant !

La chambre avec vue sur mer était parfaite et Altin a été très accueillant en nous permettant de visiter l’hôtel et de faire un late chek out compte tenu de notre vol tardif. L’expérience a été largement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous recommandons vivement l’établissement pour un couple.

All was perfect the view Altin bey gave us a very special service

Gym, spa, Rooms and breakfast…Most of all the hospitality and kindness of Mr.Altin from reception, this guy really knows how to satisfy the customers.

The breaksfast ends 10:30, at 10:20 they start to remove the foods, if you come 10:30 you get nothing. Also the towels and bath robes are too old should replace with new ones.

Le nom de l’hotel.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits au sein du Hilton Bakirkoy et nous avons été extrêmement déçu chaque jour. Voici les raisons : Tout d’abord nous avons du demander des serviettes pour la chambre quasiment tous les jours, le ménage était fait mais nous n’avions jamais de serviettes. Le personnel n’était pas agréable, la moindre demande ou question était un véritable supplice pour eux. L’hotel se vante dans plusieurs couloirs qu’il y a un happy hour de 17h a 19h. Cependant et avec étonnement, on moment de commander 2 boissons a 17h40, l’happy hour n’existe plus et le « manager » nous a rit au nez. A noter que la moitié des infrastructures de l’hotel est en panne, comme le jacuzzi par exemple. Ayez en tete que pour profiter de la piscine, vous devez acheter a vos frais un bonnet de bain sinon l’accès vous sera interdit. Pour finir, évitez le petit déjeuner qui est hors de prix pour ce que c’est, environ 40€ par personne. La prochaine fois nous irons au Radisson Blu a coté.

Camerele sunt exact ca în poze, oferă orice ai nevoie, priveliștea spre mare este foarte frumoasă! Angajații hotelului sunt de nota 100+, pe tot sejurul au fost la dispoziția noastră, micul de jun a fost foarte bun și diversificat. Voi reveni cu drag de fiecare dată când am ocazia! Recomand cu plăcere!

كل شئ كان على مايرام ، وموظفة الأستقبال هاندا كانت ودوده ومتعاونه جدا أشكرها على ماقدمته لنا من خدمات .

السرير لم يكن مريحاً أبداً والأغطية بالية وقديمة لا تليق بهذا الفندق أبدا.

La courtoisie et la rapidité du service sont exceptionnel! Durant notre séjour, le directeur des invités Altin s'est montré d'une disponibilité et d'une écoute extraordinaire. Je communiquais avec ce dernier via Whatsapp et lorsque j'avais une demande (et il y en a eu plusieurs) j'obtenais une réponse rapide de sa part. Nous avons été bien hébergés durant 12 nuits. Le personnel est également très courtois.

L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 à 20 mins de marches des restaurants les plus proches. Nous le savions lors de notre réservation. Endroit très calme cependant.

للأسف جدا - طريقة التعامل لاتليق بمكان مثل اسم الهلتون توقعت يكون التعامل افضل للاسف المدير المناوب و موظف الشنط و مسول المواقف عوملت بطريق غير لائقه و تكرر عدة مرات قمت بالشكوى للمدير المناوب ولم استفد شي لذلك لا انصح النزول يوجد فنادق قريبة و مليانه

Herzamanki gibi harika bi konaklama oldu. Özellikle Altin beye teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor ve konaklamanın rahat geçmesi için elinde olan herşeyi yapıyor. Mesela odada ikramlar ve geç check out olasılığı gibi. Oda temizliğinide dikkat ediyor. - Odalar temiz ve manzaralı - Vale ve otopark hizmeti - Loungeda harika manzara ve sürekli farklı yemekler/ tatlılar - 7/24 oda servisi - harika masaj olanakları - resepsiyon görevlileri çok güleryüzlü

Остались в абсолютном восторге от пребывания в этом отеле! С самого первого момента покоряет отзывчивость и искреннее добродушие персонала, особенно Hande❤️ и Osman: любой вопрос решался моментально, а забота о гостях чувствуется в каждой детали. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает вид из номера — это просто сказка! Просыпаться и засыпать с такой панорамой за окном было настоящим удовольствием. Также хочется отметить удобнейшее расположение: станция метро в 10 минутах, в 5 минутах большой Migros, около 20 минут торговый центр CapaCity, рядом отличные рестораны, а еще в 10 минутах находится ипподром, практически все находится в шаговой доступности, что значительно сэкономило нам время на прогулках. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать всем друзьям!»

Senelerdir keyifle konakladığımız bi otel. Özellikle Altin beyin ilgisi konaklamayı daha keyifli hale getiriyor. Rezervasyon yaparken ayrı konaklarken ayrı ilgili. Odaları çok temiz - deniz manzarası çok keyifli- loungedaki yemek çeşiti ve hizmet harika - resepsiyondaki Murat beyde çök güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

Altin is the best manager to exist. He’s been awesome

We travelled as a mum with three kids and six suitcases, so I was a bit nervous about the logistics. Mr. Altin arranged our airport transfer while we were still abroad , it was spacious and comfortable car , with a TV and chilled water. The same car took us back on departure. And honestly, it cost less than transfers we’ve booked before. Check-in was smooth. Mr. Altin gave us a free upgrade to a room with a sea view — clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Waiting for us was a welcome plate of fruit and cookies with a note saying “Welcome back,” and a warm personal letter. It didn’t feel like checking into a hotel , but more like arriving at a friend’s place. We used both pools (the outdoor one had lovely warm water) and the gym , all clean and well kept. We also needed a late check-out, and Mr. Altin sorted it out immediately, no fuss. Every request was handled fast and easily, nothing was ever a problem. Thanks to our guest relations manager 👍🏻 Thank you so much , Mr. Altin!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The service was exceptionally awesome. There was a customer manager, Altın Diko , who provided us with everything we needed immediately: slippers, transfer, answered questions about breakfast. Now, in New York I still contact him and he helps me to prepare for my next trip to Istanbul.

Het is goed bereikbaar, kamers zijn schoon, personeel is super hulpzaam. Kamers zijn goed geluidsdicht. Hartelijk mijn dank aan Ece aan de receptie die mij weer goed geholpen heeft.
