Il personale dell'hotel è semplicemente gentilissimo. Ogni persona cerca di accontentare l'ospite in ogni modo. La colazione a buffet è buona e offre parecchia scelta. L'hotel ha una bellissima piscina. La pulizia è molto buona. Il parco è molto bello ed è in una zona molto tranquilla.

Non si può definire un 5 stelle con i canoni europei moderni. E' un hotel costruito negli anni '90 che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale. In piscina i lettini sono da 2 stelle non da 5 (studiate come prendere lettini moderni con materassini) L'arredamento delle camere è rimasto a 20 anni fa.... metà del personale non conosce l'inglese neanche per le parole veramente basilari.

1- Room Cleaning, the most bad experience they change the bed sheet after 3 days, bathroom smells not cleaned, floor dirty, most of the channels not working no arabic or English channels. 2- why they have to tell my son to leave the pool at 5pm because they have wedding reservation i think it is not our issue. Also the music of the wedding was to load we could not sleep. 3- i went to buy cigarettes from the desk and they said it 300 TK 14 hour later I went to get another one and they charge 400 TL and the original price everywhere is 130 TL 4- the condition of the towel extremely bad it is ripped and does not look like a towels.

Dear Sheraton Istanbul Ataköy Team, I am writing regarding the final bill from my recent stay at your hotel, Room 1713. At check-out, I was in a hurry and paid the full amount without reviewing every charge in detail. After checking the bill later, I noticed several charges under “Trendy Lounge Dinner Beverage Alcohol” that I do not understand: * TRY 7,151.38 * TRY 3,600 * TRY 1,840 These amounts seem unusually high compared with what I remember ordering. As far as I remember, my purchases at the lounge were approximately: * 2–3 Efes beers * 1 Corona * 3–4 glasses of Sauvignon Blanc * one hat/cap for approximately TRY 200 I therefore kindly ask you to provide a full itemized breakdown of the above charges, including the date, each item ordered, quantity, and individual price. I would also appreciate it if you could verify whether any items were charged incorrectly, duplicated, or added to my room by mistake. I am not refusing to pay for anything that I actually ordered. I simply want to understand how these amounts were calculated, particularly the TRY 7,151.38 charge. Please review the charges and provide me with the detailed receipts or supporting bills. A Very Good Stay with Exceptional Service Overall, I had a very good experience at Sheraton Ataköy. Like any hotel, you may encounter an issue or two, but what matters is how the hotel responds. Here, concerns were listened to and addressed in a timely and professional manner. A special mention to Sertaç Ergün, Guest Experience Supervisor (Misafir İlişkileri Şefi), whose service was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. His personal attention made a real difference to our stay. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team on the 19th floor. Their service was consistent and had a genuine personal touch. The spa team were equally pleasant, while the ladies preparing eggs and the other dining staff were always welcoming, pleasant, and consistently acknowledged guests. Breakfast is what you would expect from a five-star hotel—good variety and quality. One thing I particularly appreciated was that I never found an empty tray or dish; the team kept everything well stocked and maintained. The location is another major advantage. The marina, shopping malls, and fine-dining options are around a 10-minute walk away, while many tourist attractions are approximately 15 minutes by taxi. The nearby mainline train station also provides convenient access to the Asian side of Istanbul, around a 15–20 minute journey. No hotel is perfect, and every stay can come with minor issues. What impressed me about Sheraton Ataköy is that when something does arise, the team takes it seriously and works to resolve it promptly. Overall, I would happily recommend Sheraton Ataköy. The excellent staff, great location, consistency, and genuine willingness to resolve concerns made our stay a positive one. A special thank you to Sertaç Ergün, the 19th-floor housekeeping team, the spa staff, and the wonderful dining team for making us feel welcome.

The location and the atmosphere

I am always staying on the Sheraton what I notice is the bed sheets it used be better new and clean this time although I am renting suite is old and the cleaning needs to be improved.

Très bon séjour ! Le personnel est super gentil, accueillant et surtout très attentionné. On sent vraiment qu’il se soucie de savoir si tout se passe bien. C’est vraiment appréciable de voir que l’hôtel est à l’écoute de ses clients. L’emplacement est génial, l’hôtel est propre, bien équipé et on s’y sent vraiment bien. La qualité est au rendez-vous. Je recommande 👍

I paid a deposit of 100£ at check in for mini bar, at check out they made me 0,01 £ of refund saying the money will be later…. Curious if will get anything apart of 0,01

Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Ms. Ipek at the front desk was so nice and very helpful. She made a wonderful surprise and upgraded our room with an excellent view. In short, all the staff, activities, breakfast, etc. at the hotel were so good.

The spa was exceptional. I went with my teenage daughter, and we both really enjoyed the hammam and massage experience. Ary, Mey and Gusti were very attentive, kind and welcoming, and made it a lovely and relaxing experience to share with my daughter. The food was also very good, both at breakfast and at the restaurant. We also really appreciated the beautiful greenery surrounding the outdoor pool, which created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

The price does not reflect the quality of what we found at the hotel. First of all, when we arrived, the toilet flushing system was broken and someone had to come and repair it immediately after we checked in. The bathtub in one of the rooms was leaking, which meant the towels were constantly wet. At the spa, the tap on one of the sinks literally came off in my hand. The swimming pool was being cleaned during its advertised opening hours. We arrived with the children specifically because we knew the pool was supposed to be open, only to be told we could not use it because it was being cleaned. Pool maintenance should obviously be carried out outside opening hours, not while guests are supposed to have access to it. The windows were extremely dirty, and overall it is clear that the hotel has not been renovated or properly maintained for quite some time. We requested housekeeping for our room, but the only thing that was done was making the bed. The room was not vacuumed, and even the complimentary water was not replaced. We had also left a cash deposit at reception. At one point, I was contacted and asked to come down to reception because we had exceeded the deposit amount. When I called to ask why I needed to come downstairs, considering that we were checking out the following day and could simply settle the outstanding amount then, I was told that there was actually no need for me to come down after all. Overall, the experience was well below what we expected, especially considering the price of the hotel.

The hotel has a really friendly, welcoming, and professional staff who made my stay much more enjoyable. Everyone was kind and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. I especially want to mention Sartac, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, easy, and comfortable for me. His positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff.

Отель находится на побережье, недалеко от аэропорта им Ататюрка. У нас были номера на 9 и на 18 этажу у детей с видом на море и на марину с яхтами. Номера выполнены в морском стиле с отделкой деревом. Да, отель не новый, но он в очень хорошем состоянии. Номера с огромными окнами с видом на море, и всюду стоят разного размера корабли - я насчитал как-то 47 штук. у отеля два бассейна - один снаружи, второй внутри, небольшой. Бассейн снаружи глубиной 1,45 метров, с хорошим, не скользим полом - я такой в первый раз встретил. Для нас это было очень кстати, так как супруга после операции с ногой была и нельзя было поскользнуться. Вода держалась на уровне 25-26 градусов - так показывали часы на руке. Около бассейна есть бар - в нем можно перекусить и пообедать - спагетти, бургеры, турецкое игристое, пиво ... дороже чем в городе, конечно, но если нужно поесть не уходя никуда, то все достойно и вкусно. Завтраки - шведский стол - сыры около 20 видов, фрукты, овощи, можно омлет или яичницу заказать, хорошая кофемашина, особенно слева, панкейки, гранола, сосиски, местные блюда - в общем мы как привыкшие к европейской еде, были очень довольны с супругой и дети тоже нашли себе что съесть. Рядом с отелем в 10 минутах ходьбы в марине есть рестораны - сетевые HappyMoon и подороже типа Galeba с крцтыми рейтингами на tripadvisor. Мы ужинали иногда в отеле - на четверых выходило около 8 тысяч лир - паста болоньезе, кола, фанта, ризотто. По покупкам - что рядом. ТЦ прямо перед отелем не запустился после ковида и хотя все программы показывают что там работают магазины, это не так. Он закрыт- есть только сквозной проход к Старбаксу со стороны улица и небольшому ресторанчику. На такси за 250 лир можно доехать до ТЦ Capacity или пешком минут 15 и там все как везде - все сетевые магазины... Возвращаясь к отелю. На минус первом - если пойти не налево от лифта (там где завтраки), а направо - то попадете в бар с видом на бассейн. с 19 до 21 подают очень вкусные суши (1200-1500 лир за порц).

Здесь пишу потому что не уместилось все в том "что понравилось". Вообще нам все понравилось. Нам очень понравились люди, которые работаю в этом отеле. К примеру, внизу есть Мустафа и он организует Вам любую поездку и экскурсию. Внизу в баре около бассейна, нам просто принесли в последний день игристое с женой. Забыл написать про матрасы в номере и подушки. Матрасы очень удобные - мы привыкли к хорошим американским матрасам дома и здесь были такие же - в меру мягкие и жесткие одновременно. НУ и самое интересное - по пятницам-восресениям внизу около бассейна играют свадьбы и вы мождете насладиться этим или из бара или из собстенного окна. Да, есть музыка, конечно, но в 23.30 -23.45 все прекращается. Нам понравилось - было интересно наблюдать как в Турции играют свадьбу на 300-400 человек )) Попробуйте в баре на первом этаже чизкейк СанСебастьян или шоколадный торт - очень вкусно.

we booked this hotel for the pool and the pool was closed for a private event, which is fine but we would have appreciated the heads up on the check in day to plan our day accordingly

Uns hat besonders die Kombination aus Sauberkeit, Komfort und hervorragendem Service gefallen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns mit unserem Sohn von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und sehr angenehm. Auch die schöne Lage und die tolle Aussicht haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie besonders gemacht. Insgesamt herrscht im Hotel eine sehr angenehme und hochwertige Atmosphäre.

Eigentlich gab es nichts, was uns wirklich nicht gefallen hat.

Zimmer/Bad leider sehr dreckig gewesen. Sitzflächen eckelhaft, Haare und Socken von vorherigen Besuchern, Teppich erkelhaft…..Tote Fliegen auf den Sitzflächen und hinter den Kissen…. Unverschämt 100,- für Hund kassiert! angeblich für besondere Reinigung und angeblich 2 Tage nicht weiter vermietet! Die Sauberkeit sagt alles …..!!! Sehr schade, das man für dumm verkauft und abgezogen wird!

Более менее нормальный завтрак. И достаточно неплохая кухня в ресторане. Персонал хороший, на этом все!

Это не уровень Шератона. Все уставшее и обшарпанное в номерах, климат контроль работает странно. Отель находится возле какой-то заброшенной стройки, инфраструктура рядом отсутствует нормальная, рядом везде мусор. Это самый ужасный Шератон в котором я бывал. Не верьте отзывам, они просто предлагают скидку за положительный отзыв, по факту это 3 звезды максимум!

حفلات الزواج كثيره ماشاء الله وكان صوت الموسيقى مزعج على الرغم من ان غرفتي الدور 21.طبعا الموسيقى تقف عند منتصف الليل

L’hotel è molto bello e moderno. Aria condizionata presente in camera. Lo staff e molto gentile e ti accompagna in camera portandoti i bagagli. Se chiedi, lo staff ti consiglia anche cosa visitare a Istambul. Il letto è molto comodo e grande. La metro passa sotto e ti permette di visitare tutta la città.

Non sono passati a pulire la camera al mattino. Forse dovevamo chiedere.

Хотелът е на прекрасно място – точно до морето и марината, а гледката от стаята ни беше великолепна. Да посрещаш изгрева и да изпращаш деня с такава гледка е истинско удоволствие. Стаята беше просторна и комфортна, а обслужването – на ниво. Най-силно впечатление обаче ни направи персоналът – любезен, усмихнат и готов да помогне. Именно отношението на хората прави престоя специален и оставя желание да се върнеш отново. Закуската беше разнообразна, общите части са добре поддържани, а хотелът предлага всичко необходимо за приятен и спокоен престой. Разбира се, на места хотелът има нужда от известно освежаване, но това не промени положителното ни впечатление. Sheraton Ataköy е хотел, който бихме препоръчали и в който с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново. Благодарим за прекрасното отношение и гостоприемството! ❤️

Just was close to beach and have nice pool.

The location is very bad there is nothing there. The shower were very bad barely could wash. The AC wasn’t working well. And the bathroom door was broken it get locked and couldn’t open it the kids were so scared. 4 start is enough for this hotel.

Le Sheraton se soucie de votre bien être. Lit confortable. Belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est varié même s’il manque des légumes .. mais reste très bon!

Great Customer Service. Excellent location, sea view, very nicely designed rooms, lobby, migros grocery in front of hotel and 5 minutes walk to Marina with many restaurants.
