Son emplacement au pied du fort, mais aussi à côté de la vieille ville et de son marché, très beau à visiter la gentillesse des propriétaires ils sont même venus nous chercher à l’arrivée du bus gratuitement

L'emplacement...tout a pied..et le roof top avec vue sur le fort. Chambre correcte.on a eu la chambre a 5h du matin sans supplement.

My experience has been wonderful. All the staff were fantastic. The manager knew my train was arriving at the station at 6 am. I was planning to go on my own, but the manager arranged for someone to pick me up. He also facilitated early check-in. The hotel is perfectly located and everything has been of very high quality. I highly recommend it.

The property is magnificent a true example of hospitality excellence in India the rooms are beyond comfortable and clean and the staff and owner make you feel so welcomed as if you are right at home. El personal muy atentos y tuvieron muy buenos detalles con nosotros en el desayuno. La habitación es como en las fotos, buena ducha y con agua caliente. La cama grande y cómoda. Hay secador de pelo. Tiene una terraza perfecta para cenar contemplando la fortaleza. Esta cerca de la entrada principal de la fortaleza, nosotros íbamos andando, 10-15 min. Sin duda, repetiríamos. Gracias familia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: l'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la forteresse , la vue depuis le restaurant roof top est imprenable .Personnel aux petits soins et patron très aidant : il s'est occupé de nous reserver notre transport jusqu'à Jodhpur en voiture , il a des contacts sérieux pour les déplacements dans tout le rajasthan, c'est très pratique, ainsi en un whasapp depuis jodhpur il nous a réservé notre trajet pour Udaipur via Ranakpur. En bref une équipe très sympathique.

​The hotel's location is excellent, situated close to the city walls. It features a rooftop restaurant offering a spectacular view of the fort, which is especially impressive in the evening. The restaurant serves basic, yet tasty and good quality food. The hotel owner and manager organize desert excursions, which include a camel ride. Our room was very spacious and provided a welcome sense of relaxation.

​The manager was very kind, but we noted a slight lack of professionalism regarding the complimentary water. Before desetr trip we were offered 'free' water bottles, yet they were meticulously calculated and charged on our final bill at checkout. This inconsistency was unprofessional.

We had booked a basic room for 1 night, but the kind owner upgraded us to a cute room with a bigger bathroom, for our comfort, he added. No extra cost. Everything was good, the bathroom was quite big for Indian standards, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our 1 night stay at Oasis Haveli and will come back for a longer stay in a different room, this time. Some of their rooms are absolutely gorgeous in the lical style. The owner is a sweet man, his staff is so very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. The Jaisalmer hospitality is absolutely great. Our room had no window, but we didn't mind as we only stayed the night. Breakfast is à la carte on the rooftop, where you get a wonderful view of the fort. You can also use their taxi service: their driver took us to our accommodation in the desert and picked us up for a very decent price compared to others.

Everything. Location - great view of the fort, close to the fort but not in the busy noisy area which is perfect. Staff and owner were great. The owner let us stayed longer in our room because our train was leaving late. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Stayed 3 nights in total in standard room. Free pick-up from bus offered. Fairly easy to find. Smooth check-in. Friendly helpful host and staff. Room was clean enough. Room had fan, AC, TV (didn't try it) and kettle. Good wifi and hot water. No bathroom odours! Roof-top terrace with great view of fort, good music, and good menu and meals at reasonable prices. Short walk to fort, old town and havelis (highly recommended), lake, and new town (handy for buses). Air is more breathable in Jaisalmer.

My standard room was on ground floor with only a window onto the hallway so was a bit dark and unventilated but is was cheap. Upstairs rooms were much nicer and brighter but more expensive. The hotel is in a quiet location but other guests could be noisy in the morning. Towel seemed clean but was a bit old and grey. Hot water took a few minutes to come through the pipes but was good when it did. All fairly minor things, particularly given the price charged. I'd stay again noting there are a lot of other places available in Jaisalmer, incl. in the fort.

We had an exceptional experience at Hotel Oasis Haveli. The location is perfect, offering a stunning view of the Jaisalmer Fort right from our room. The room itself was both beautiful and comfortable. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was Shahoob’s hospitality, along with the exceptional service provided by his staff and family, made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared-for.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded us to a better room. They also provided free transportation to and from the train and bus stations, which was a huge help. The food was delicious, and to top it off, we did the camel safari, which was an amazing experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

This was a great place to stay to relax and see the city of Jaisalmer. the fort was really really easy to walk to and some other historical buildings were nearby. The staff at the hotel took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. we usually had breakfast lunch and dinner just on the rooftop to enjoy the view. It was also a very quiet place and great for relaxing after visiting bigger cities.

Some of the neighbor's buildings seemed to be undergoing renovations so it could sometimes get a bit dusty/messy out front but it didn't usually bother us too much.

Staff were amazing and very helpful, they had plenty of information on what to do around Jaisalmer and they kept a very tidy hotel. very friendly and accomodating

I first booked the non-ac room, but finally upgraded for the superior room with the fort view and didn't regret it, what a view to wake up with ! The owner Swaroop is a very friendly guy and he helped me organize everything I wanted to see in Jaisalmer. I also spent 1 night in the desert with the camel safari he offers, that was a great experience.

I booked a room on Oasis HAVELI because of Off-season , there has been no other guests. So they decided to give me a free upgrade to their partner hotel Shahi Palace. This Hotel is perfect located directly at the Jaisalmer Fort. A friendly and helpful owner and friendly stuff! They offer a amazing Desert Safari for a affordable price. I would definitely come back! PS: free dropping service from and to the train station :)!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They greeted me at the entrance and carried my belongings to the room. Once I arrived at the hotel, I decided to upgrade the room since it was such a reasonable price. The room was huge with seating at the widow and a dark, comfy feel. The room was so spacious that I was able to practice my yoga without moving a single piece of furniture. I will return to this lovely piece of paradise in the future.

Pawar bhaiya was really great and came in regularly to check if i needed something. There is cleanliness in the hotel and it truly gives rajaathani cultural vibes. I enjoyed sitting at the rooftop and looking at the sunsets

It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located at a prime location. The host is very cooperative. It feels like a home away from home. Rooms are spacious, clean and the service is really good. Food is also nice. The view of the Jaisalmer fort from the window and the terrace is worth the price alone. Highly recommended.Mr. Swaroop, the owner is a very helpful person. The house help who is Mr Swaroop too, is at hi toes always to be at your service. Have a great stay.

The place is amazing family owned hotel in the beautiful city of Jaisalmer. everything is in walking distance and the rooftop has a spectacular view of the old fort. They have everything for all price ranges. Small room with fan for my young backpacker budget and also really luxurious spacious rooms with ac, new bathroom and fort view. So all the bad reviews are just because the smaller room was booked. price-value is still amazing for all rooms and Swaroop and his staff and family can arrange everything what you might wanna do in Jaisalmer. Food you can get everywhere in the city or in the also by the family owned Shahi Palace Restaurant with also amazing fort view and the food is so good I miss it already. All in all amazing stay and will definitely come back to this wonderful place and city.

Only bad thing for maybe some people are the many cows on the street and the following smell. But the hotel has no influence on that and it is happening in the whole city. If you don’t like cows and have a weak nose you should not come to India.

Hotel place is amazing. Has outstanding scenic rooftop. Food and staffs hospitality was lovely too. Golden fort location is just 100 meters away and the street market is just in walking distance. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is outstanding as the staff and owner are very friendly and helpful, food is delicious, and the hotel is extremely clean. On top of that, I would like to highlight the location of this hotel, as it is located within 10 mins by walk from the fort and close to the street markets along with the amazing views you can get from your room. If you are looking for a chilling rooftop with amazing views, great food and relaxing music, the rooftop of Hotel Oasis Haveli is what you are looking for. I booked a 10 bedroom rooms, however, once I saw this room, I felt in love with it and booked it :) definitely worth it :)
