Notre vol arrivait tard le soir donc nous avons priviligié le bateau taxi, certes c est un coup 180 , mais dans l'aeroport il y a les quais pour les bateaux taxis et les alilaguna, l hotel s'est chargé de la reservation et le bateau taxis nous dépose au pied de l hôtel ,cela dure environ 40 minutes mais franchement une arrivée magique en traversant les canaux en pleine nuit , beaucoup mieux qu une gondole , la réception est ouverte 24h sur 24h donc il y à toujour quelqu'un et c est un stress en moins , l hotel est formidable , les chambres, le personnel , le petit déj , si vous vous voulez vous reposer de la foule de venise , c'est super agréable de prendre le vaporetto le soir après nos visites, c'est vraiment très proche de l hôtel , il y à des restaurants tout autour et des commerces , d'ailleurs un petit magasin vend les pass vaporetto sur les bords de la lagune presque en face du quai d'embarquement

The room we got was far far away from the front desk and we were already very tired!

Breakfast was for. Especially the hot breakfast option. Scrambled egg was put out in one large dollop in one go. Went dry and crusty within 1 hour. Hardly checked on. Milk and bowls constantly ran out and you had to tell the staff that were talking in the hallway between the 2 dining rooms

I had a really lovely stay. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and as a fussy eater, I was pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the food. The whole hotel had a clean, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The room temperature was just right, which made it very comfortable. Everything was perfect, and I would happily stay here again!

The only small inconvenience was that there were no chairs in the room to sit on. This may have been because we were sharing the room with our son, who was using the sofa as a bed. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is very well kept

I got to the hotel and the reception told me that our room could not accommodate 4 people. So we had to take two Rooms and when I got to my children’s room they had two queen size beds which would have been perfect for us.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für 3 Personen und hatten den Eindruck, dass nicht alle von uns gleich behandelt wurden, zB bekam eins ein frisches Badetuch, das andere nicht. Oder wir mussten uns eine Ersatz-WC-Papierrolle auf der Toilette im Gang selber holen oder ein Zimmer bekam eine Wasserflasche das andere nicht. Kann Zufall sein und ist vielleicht auf hohem Niveau beanstandet. Sonst war alles wirklich sehr schön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Sofa bed kind of uncomfortable. Night tablets are tiny , can’t hold any personal stuff. The sofa bed when opened eats I the whole space, no room for luggage. Breakfast options are limited.

The building is beautiful and the garden area for breakfast is lush and green. We had a friendly welcome and the key to our room was available straight away. It was nice to have a view of the olive trees from our window and the canal in the distance. It's a really beautiful hotel and off the beaten track ( or canal let's say) but easy to take the water bus across and be in the San Marco piazza and all the famous sights within a few minutes. The water bus can be very busy in the afternoons going back though and you may need to wait until you can get on one/ or look for a different number that stops at the same stop. We ended up taking a water taxi, which is a lot more expensive.

The layout of the room - walking into the bedroom and then the living room hidden at the back was a bit different but nevertheless it was spacious and perfect for a one night stay. This isn't related to the hotel but I'd advise you make plans for dinner as the hotel doesn't offer anything other than breakfast and the closest restaurant we found to the hotel was very dissapointing. The view was great right by the water, the food was terrible and it was the same in one of the cafes in Piazza San Marco. Proper tourist traps, very expensive and terrible quality. So do your research if you want some decent food! The breakfast at the hotel was very decent though.

Miłe przywitanie na recepcji. Pracownicy z uśmiechem przekazali wszystkie informacje, w tym wskazówki jak poruszać sie po Wenecji komunikacją publiczną. Miejsce z dusza, świetne położenie do odpoczynku po dniu spędzonym na zwiedzaniu. Wazna informacja, do hotelu moza dostać siy tylko taksówka wodną lub świetnie fukcjonujacą komuniakcją publiczną ( tramwaje wodne), czas przeprawy z placu sw Marka, kilka / kilkanaście minut.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Venice. The hotel is very quiet, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. It was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Having breakfast in the beautiful garden every morning was a truly special experience and made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and peaceful, and everything was well organized. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Lovely and unique location, so peaceful with its green garden and yet so near the boat stop to get ro anywhere. Giudecca is gorgeous, even during busy tourist season it's so quiet and simple. The rooms are spacious and clean, rhe staff is very kind and the breakfast has a nice variety, including a hidden xorner with premium teas!

Emplacement calme et reposant à l'écart du tumulte de la place San Marco; facilement accessible en vaporetto (10mns de la place). Très bel environnement de verdure (jardins). Chambres et espaces communs bien climatisés.

Le petit déjeuner (buffet à volonté) pourrait être amélioré, quant à la qualité des produits et surtout en ce qui concerne le service (table du client pas débarrassée au fur et à mesure des consommations: salées, sucrées...et après le départ des clients).

Für Venedig eine traumhaft ruhige Lage, Blick auf die Redentore-Gärten. Top-Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames Personal. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Vaporetto, Lokal, alles fußläufig um die Ecke. Abends kann man gemütlich im Hotelgarten oder auf der Redentore-Treppe sitzen.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Great selection of savoury and sweet eats on offer. The staff were very attentive to our requests. And the outdoor dining area was excellent made even better with the supply of water pistols to shooo away the hungry pigeons.

Could not find a fault at all.

Для тех кто с детьми или с чемоданами: подскажу по опыту. В данный отель с вокзала плывёт номер 2 (желтый), до остановки Rendetore. Билеты на водный транспорт (Вапарето называется), дешевле сразу на все пребывание брать (можно онлайн), чем разовый билет. Далее от Rendetore, при выходе направо и там все знают этот отель пройти минут 3. По дороге есть хороший маркет, правда дверь незаметная. Отель хороший, на твёрдую 4*. Без плесени, чисто, тихо, кондиционирования хорошее. Если хотите открывать окна и без комаров, лайфхак купите на маркетплейсах антимоскитную сетку, она сразу с скотчем идёт (стоит 2€) и залепите на окно, для Европы вообще вещь. И на коляску детскую тоже продаётся. У нас был прекрасный вид на сад. В отеле хороший завтрак, белье чистое, правда подушки неудобные.. Вода есть в бутылках, холодильник, тапочки, ютуб и тд. Напор воды хороший. Вайфай хорошо работает. У нас был номер из двух комнат. Если с отеля в центр (СанМарко), то имейте ввиду, есть два направления, если смотреть лицом на канал нужно садиться на тот что идёт слева направо и тогда всего 3 остановки, если наоборот на др сесть долго, минут 40-50. С центра обратно смотрите где Rendetore 3-я или 4-я остановка. В аэропорт с отеля есть водное такси, но дороговато 190 евро от пристани отеля, и к сожалению именно в наш день, уровень воды снизился и пришлось идти на пристань Rendetore (благо мужчина на ресепшене, после ночной смены, помог нам дойти с чемоданами). Спасибо ему! На частной лодке мы плыли 20 мин до аэропорта, но потом надо еще идти до самого аэропорта далековато и есть платные миниавтобусы и с помощником (30 евро). Вообще 190+30, 220 евро до аэропорта. На общественном не пробовали, така как много чемоданов и с ребёнком. Вообщем дороговато трансфер получился.. Думаем, в след раз, не в Венеции а например в Вероне остановиться, рядом. Мы побывали в Мурано, Бурано, Лидо (пляж, там можно в аренду пляжный зонтик). Съездили в Верону, и конечно сама Венеция, столько достопримечательностей.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész az egész személyzet, a recepciósoktól a reggeliztető személyzeten keresztül a takarítókig mindenki. A reggeli választék nagyon bőséges és választékos. A környék csendes és nyugodt, a kert vége a tengerparton van, ahol padokon lehet élvezni a tájképet.

Nem volt ilyen. Mindennel maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve.

My husband and I actually liked that the hotel was in a peaceful part of Venice. Initially, we had a hard time finding the hotel and were not so happy about the location but after staying in Venice for a day and seeing all the touristy areas, we needed nice and quiet. So this hotel worked out well for us. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

The elevator was broken on the day we arrived so that was annoying. Our room was on the second floor and we had to drag our bags up the stairs.

Super lokalizacja, hotel od placu św. Marka oddzielony Canale Grande. Cudowny, czysty pokój. Sprzątanie codziennie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Pyszne, obfite śniadanie z gorącymi wytrawnymi daniami codziennie. Możliwość zjedzenia na ogrodzie. Możliwość podjechania wodną taksówką bezpośrednio pod furtkę hotelu. Nie ma minusów.

Les vaporetto ont été en grève et l’hôtel ne nous a pas avertis. On s’organise forcément autrement si on l’est.

Top Lage. Sehr nettes Personal, die Rezeption traf eine gute Auswahl für Restaurants und hat die Reservierung dafür übernommen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Eine wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe inmitten mediterraner Botanik und direkt am Kanal.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden einige herzhafte Delikatessen vermisst.
