Vill bara varna för det här boendet. Kom till lägenheten sent på kvällen, men kom inte in i den. Fick kod mm och information om att dörren skulle vara öppen. Det var den inte så jag hade inget boende. Fick ingen kontakt med boendet eller booking så jag fick åka hem.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location was really good, the apartment was spacious enough for our need, got an iron and the kitchen had the basic stuff to make anything you need.
The communication on a human level was non existent. I've contacted the property a couple of times via booking.com to see if checking in an hour earlier was possible but never got a response which was disappointing - a simple "no" answer would have sufficed. All the messages and insturctions received were automated and scheduled which explained things. Also, the kitchen wasn't as clean as it should be on check in. There were bits on the floor and in the drawers so had to wash things before using them. The coffee and tea cupboard wasn't cleaned either... There was no hand soap in the bathroom, come on it doesn't cost much!

Estaba en un quinto y el ascensor era muy antiguo y no iba bien. La cocina era muy pequeña No había nada para limpiar o recoger. Éramos 3 y dejaron toallas y sábanas para dos.

Es anuncio engañoso. Se supone que es para 4 personas con un dormitorio y salon, pero en realidad es una sola habitación con una cama y un sofa cama en el “salon”, que sirve tambien de mini mesa de comedor, nevera, etc…. Hemos llegado en un piso muy sucio, tuvimos que pasar aspiradora , y quedaba comida seca en los platos y cubiertos. Estanterias del baño super sucias, llenas de pelos… Cocina muy poco equipada: teniamos por ejemplo 2 tenedores y un plato grande (para 4 personas) Ruidoso ya que da a una calle de mucho paso de coches, y entre los pisos de ma finca tambien Nos dejaron un solo nórdico (individual) para el sofa cama de 2 personas Y lo peor es que escribimos por el chat, intentamos llamarles, pero seguimos sin haber recibido respuesta.

Algunos cubiertos y utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios, la placa de cocina también. Había colillas en la terraza y detrás de un mueble. Además la puerta de la terraza no cierra con seguridad. Bastante ruido en la calle.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Las fotos son MUY engañosas, reservamos creyendo que era para cuatro personas con dos habitaciones separadas en base a las fotos, pero al llegar era un espacio minúsculo. La propietaria insistía que era para cuatro, pero incluso le faltaban utensilios y platos, todo estaba preparado para dos!! Le enviamos un mensaje para pedirle que lo solucione y jamás recibimos una respuesta. El piso es extremadamente viejo por lo que cruje mucho y durante la noche si alguien camina, despierta a todos.

Host poco reattivo, ho chiesto di sostituire l'asciugacapelli perchè si è quasi incendiato e ho rischiato di ustionarmi, ma non ho avuto risposta. "Appartamento" picolo, bagno minuscolo , "cucina"1 mq , non c'è un armadio anche perchè non ci sta, 5 piano con ascensore vecchio e piccolo.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The studio is newly renovated, cosy, and very well maintained. Its location is ideal, allowing easy access to the city centre on foot while also being convenient for guests arriving by car, thanks to the nearby parking options. The décor is attractive and reflects great attention to detail. If I may make a small suggestion, replacing the compact dishwasher with additional countertop space could improve functionality, allowing the small appliances currently placed on top of the refrigerator to be more easily accessible and practical for everyday use.
We regret not having had more opportunity to interact with the hosts. There were no particular needs requiring assistance, as everything was flawless, but the pleasure of meeting them and sharing a conversation would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

Markisen på balkongen hängde ner över fönstret så vi såg inte så mycket ut och det blev mörkt i lägenheten. Vi fick krypa ut på balkongen. Vi rapporterade det men fick inget svar eller hjälp. Vi saknade möbler på balkongen, sällskapsspel och fungerande lyse i hallen

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Camera luminoasă, chicinetă mica dar dotată cu minimul necesar, mai puțin burete de vase. Poziția bună, aproape de Lidl, cafenele și stații de metrou și autobuz. Check-in ușor conform instrucțiunilor. Suficient de bună pentru un sejur scurt fără pretenții prea mari.
Scurgerea de la duș înfundată. Curățenie superficială. Parchet care scârțâie. Am rezervat pentru 4 persoane dar era pregătit doar patul pentru 2 persoane. Noroc că am găsit hainele de pat în lada canapelei și ne-am făcut singuri patul.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Miłe i czyste mieszkanko, w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Fajny, duży balkon. Mała kuchenka, ale dobrze wyposażona. Tuż nad stacją metra. Blisko przystanek autobusu do skansenu. Blisko dworzec centralny. Duże sklepy niedaleko. Fajna, bezpieczna okolica. Dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Godne polecenia!
Booking.com podpowiada: "Co można by było poprawić"? :-) - Nie da się poprawić: hałas z ulicy. Jest bardzo głośno do późnej nocy i od wczesnego rana (jeśli śpimy przy otwartym balkonie). Nie da się też poprawić dziwnego szwedzkiego zwyczaju jeżdżenia samochodami z puszczaną przez otwarte okna bardzo głośną muzyką - codziennie do północy :-( - Da się poprawić (dobrze by było): dodać więcej krzeseł, albo choćby jeden prosty stołek. Było nas 4, a krzeseł tylko 3... I trochę więcej kubków do kawy: 3 kubki to było dla nas za mało. I jeszcze dobrze by było poprawić sedes, żeby nie spadał z muszli...

Ook veel mogelijkheden om te ontbijten en dineren bij (vegetarische/veganistische)restaurants op loopafstand van het appartement. Veel glutenvrije mogelijkheden. Meerdere supermarkten in de buurt Het appartement was basic schoon en netjes voor de prijs. Goed te verblijven met 3 volwassenen.
De keuken viel ons tegen. De fotos op booking toonden een grotere keuken. Dit was meer een kast. Wel een oven . De waterkoker deed het niet, die was waarschijnlijk al kapot.

Le condizioni igieniche dall'appartamento erano pessime. Sporco ovunque, il divano dove avrebbero dovuto dormire le bambine era incrostato e maleodorante, mancavano le asciugamani e le lenzuola. Il bagno cadeva a pezzi, e in cucina il vasellame era numericamente inferiore al totale dei presenti. Ho scritto più volte alla struttura e a booking senza mai avere risposta.

The apartment was not cleaned very well at all and traffic was sometimes very loud outside. If the place had been cleaned well, then I would have felt very much good about our stay.

Les imatges publicades a l'anunci són enganyoses. Veient-les un s'espera dos ambients, una habitació i una sala-menjador, però tot és el mateix i fa que l'estada sigui incòmode. Amb aquestes condicions de tenir al llit al menjador, el preu està inflat. El lavabo no té ni finestra ni extractor i només ventila cap a l'ambient comú quan la porta és oberta. Està tot molt deixat: a la terrassa hi ha trastos amuntegats, hi ha molts pocs plats i coberts, sota el llit està ple de brutícia...

Das Bad benötigt eine Grundreinigung in Fugen und Dichtungen, dort ist schon sehr viel schimmel. Außerdem konnten wir den Ursprung des Geruchs nach kloake nicht lokalisieren und daher nichts dagegen tun.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The property is in a central location, very close to Radmansgaten Metro Station and a Lidl’s supermarket. It was clean and comfortable and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a large fridge in the hallway which was good. The shower had good water flow. The WiFi was good and there was also a balcony that overlooked the Swedish Library, which is a very lovely building.
The property was up 7 flights of stairs, which we were unaware of and the doors were not labelled clearly, so it was difficult to find the apartment upon arrival. The toilet seat was broken and we could not get the tv to work. I messaged the owner twice during our stay, and the owner has never replied to us.

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer la zona y acceder fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés, destaca por su diseño cuidado, moderno y acogedor, creando un ambiente muy agradable durante toda la estancia. La limpieza fue impecable, algo que valoramos especialmente y que contribuyó a que nos sintiéramos cómodos desde el primer momento. Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida, rápida y amable en todo momento, resolviendo cualquier consulta de forma eficiente. El acceso al apartamento fue muy sencillo gracias a las instrucciones claras proporcionadas, lo que hizo que tanto el check-in como el check-out fueran cómodos y sin complicaciones. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin dudarlo. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviewed May 31, 2026La struttura comunque è carina, posizione comoda attaccata alla fermata della metro che porta in centro in 2 fermate se non si vuole fare a piedi (sono una mezzoretta a piedi)
noi eravamo quattro ed è un po stretta, inoltre la pulizia non era al massimo e sotto al divano letto c’era polvere. Inoltre avevo chiesto all’host se ci fosse la possibilità di fare il check-in prima non mi ha mai risposto neanche per dirmi un semplice no.

Heryeri gıcırdıyordu. Yerdeki tahtalar ve kapılar. Evde yürürken tereddüt ediyorduk. Gece vardığımızda etraf bize çok sessiz geldi. Ev sahibine güvenli mi diye yazdık cevap alamadık. Eşyalar daha yeni olabilir. Kettle bozuktu.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The apartment was smal but had everything we needed. It is a traditional building which was attractive. The beds were comfortable. Both the main bed and the sofa bed are in one room but there is a smaller room with a dining table and chairs as you enter the flat, with a tiny kitchen off this and a decent bathroom. The west facing balcony was small but gets the sun and the flat looks onto a green space across the road. 20 mins walk to Gamla Stan. Supermarkets nearby.
There was only one glass and three mugs which is not enough for 4 people. We had to buy some glasses! The road outside is busy- it’s one of the main arteries into Stockholm - and at weekends is popular for cruising vintage American cars with music blaring until the small hours.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo. La cocina estaba equipada aunque recomendaría tener una cafetera tipo melitta (barata, pequeña y cómoda para café).
La limpieza, estaba el suelo sucio. En el baño encontramos unas lentillas pegadas en la pared y en la estantería. Se nos cayó un trozo de pollo en la alfombra y al recogerlo estaba lleno de pelos y suciedad. Recomendaría quitar el lavaplatos de la cocina, dificulta cocinar y usar los enchufes de detrás.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Vše bylo čisté, samoobslužné ubytování bylo jednoduché a přehledné. Všude kousek, vřele doporučuji bar Anchor.
Rezervace byla pro tři. Bohužel ručníky, povlečení, peřiny, polštáře, bylo vše pouze pro dva. Psala jsem majitelovi zprávu, nikdo však vůbec neodepsal.. To se mi teda nelíbilo.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Mart ayı ortasında 3 gün konakladım eşim ve kızım ile. Konumu güzeldi. Metro ve otobüs duraklarına yakın. Odanın yakınlarında mc donalds, kebapçılar, cafeler ve süpermarketler mevcut. Wifi sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Asansör mevcut, sessiz çevre ve sıcak bir odaydı. Buzdolabı, ütü, saç kurutma makinesi, ve boy aynası vardı. Yürüyerek şehri tanımak için ideal konum. Ev sahibi ile iletişimi kolaylıkla kurabildim.
Ev içerisindeki eşyalar eski, yenilenmesinin vakti gelmiş gibiydi, bundan dolayı da sanki daha temiz olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum. Kettle bozuktu. El sabunu yoktu.

Il y a un réel manque d’équipement. Pas de poêle, d’ustensiles de cuisine. Il n’y a pas le minimum nécessaire pour 3j ( huile, café, gel douche). C’est dommage.

Špinavé ubytování, chybějící závěsy, žaluzie pouze na jednom okně. Pod postelí nedopalek z cigarety, nedostatek nádobí - pro 3 lidi pouze 1 sklenička na pití. Zbytek nádobí špinavý, neumytý. Dveře do koupelny se nedaly zavřít. V koupelně nebylo ani mýdlo na ruce.
