I wish I could think of something to put here.

After an hour of waiting outside for a response to get into the property, I was messaged with a different address about 5 mins down the road. Nothing like the address listed on the listing. I was already uneasy about this, then I got to the property. Both the front door and my room door wouldn’t lock, so anyone could come in. The second address is located in a rough area bear in mind. After obviously leaving the property to find another hotel. I finally get a response informing me that apparently the locks are controlled remotely by the lister which also seemed a bit strange. Nevertheless the locks weren’t working at all. So irrelevant. I have contacted booking.com regarding a refund, only to find that the lister cancelled my booking and claimed I never showed up. Luckily I gathered evidence and contacted booking.com regarding my issues before the lister was able to do this. So I believe I will be getting my money back. Essentially avoid booking this property like it’s the plague.

The noise of the other guests especially when they arrived and couldn't work their room code lock. There were the last occupant's toiletries left behind, and although presentable the room didn't feel clean and fresh. Shower door was missing.

Wszystko. Kuchnia wydawała się okej, ale łazienka? W wannie ciśnienie było niesamowicie niskie a wyregulowanie temperatury graniczyło z cudem. Do tego odpływ prawdopodobnie jest nielegalny, dosłownie przez ścianę zewnętrzną wychodzi rurka pcv z wanny oraz umywalki a woda trafia do lub obok otwartej studzienki na dworze. Pościel w pokoju jest podarta, a za ścianą jest cholernie głośny piecyk do wody. W mieszkaniu nie ma właściciela który nie ogarnia niczego, w tym np. gości. Zakwaterowałem się o 16, o 18 chciałem się położyć żeby zasnąć ale pobyt umiliła nam grupa dziwnych ludzi, którzy byli bardzo głośni i całkowicie pijani. Do 22 trochę nie miałem prawa coś z tym zrobić, ale gdy w godzinach ciszy nocnej dalej przez ścianę słyszałem śmiech i KAŻDE słowo w zdaniu poszedłem na konfrontację z panią. Gdy otworzyłem drzwi ukryła się przede mną na korytarzu a gdy wprost powiedziałem jej, żeby się ogarnęła i była cicho wraz z innymi, zapytała czy tu mieszkam, z przerażeniem w oczach zaprowadziła do kuchni, wskazała palcem na okno a potem za drzwi. Myślałem, że ją opętało ale to chyba alkohol, powiedziałem żeby się zamknęła bo chcę spać i poszedłem do pokoju z którego dalej słyszałem WSZYSTKO a nawet strumień moczu w toalecie. Nie wspominając o tym że szanowne panie odpaliły sobie papierosy w toalecie i śmierdziało w całym domu. Ten dom jest fatalny, nie czułem się tam bezpiecznie, finalnie zasnąłem o północy a musiałem wstać o drugiej rano. Zdecydowanie nie polecam, lepiej spać na lotnisku niż tam. Budynek jest okropny i moim zdaniem nie powinien znajdować się na booking a tym bardziej nie powinien nadawać się do wynajmu - nielegalna instalacja odpływu z toalety to jakieś kuriozum, jak sama toaleta zresztą. Proszę, weźcie te opinie do siebie i nie rozważajcie zostawania tam na nawet jedną noc jak ja. To miejsce nie jest warte niczego. Nie bądźcie głupi.

Nothing at all. This place is terrible I wouldn't urge anyone to book this unless you like living a night feeling like you're in the bronx people smoking weed out of the windows abandoned prams randomly on the no lighting on multiple stairs which I was afraid of falling down. This place should be taken off Booking. I have never experienced anything like it in all my life. I feel compelled to say it as it is.

Everything I hate every thing about this sham of a place photos misleading location was like bring in flats amongst people swearing out of the windows. I am so shocked to think this is still an option on Booking. Com. This is no where I would ever stay I probably would have felt safer in a tent in woodland and in the wilderness. i barely slept any time at all laying on the bed fully clothed and feeling very unsafe. I have stayed in a house before close to the airport eith thin walks and people coming in at different times whilst I was awake but that house was in a hood residential area with a private drive this place has no secure parking and was worried re the quality of the room and surrounding neighborhood to if my car was even safe because I didnt feel safe. In the other house that I stayed in previously it had a shared bathroom and I was ok with it arrived no stress no hassle the kry code worked immediately and I had to get a complete stranger to help me but it wouldn't work. Eventually I tried the owner and he got me in. But it should be an easy process. The huy said O feel sorry for you staying here I live over the road this area isn't the best place for a woman on their own. And I am surprised Booking. Com didn't force the business owner to refund me ideally if anyone from booking.com If anyone in management went to visit they would I am sure take this property off the site.

The location was great, especially for those traveling, it's close to the airport.

The owner took a long time to respond to SMS. And they didn't immediately say that you could check in on your own, which would negate the time so that no one was tied to anything.

The walls in this place are so paper thin you literally hear every step which when you are getting up for an early flight is not good. There was another guest not following the quiet hours policy who woke me and I had to contact the host after almost 40 minutes (host took action immediately when informed). The room is with a shared bathroom which was so incredibly dirty including a big 💩 left by another guest in the bathroom. The facilities are very poor. Advice to the management, reinvest into modernising your property, facilities and hiring a cleaner. There are better houses in the area for thr same or a better price with private bathrooms

Absolutely scam! 1st it doesn’t even have a shower, its literally a house on a estate with 4838 rooms and the only bathroom is downstairs (super old and messy) on the pictures it looks like its a hostel and when you choose the room it says “bath” “bathroom” and not “shared bathroom” like it MUST show. Me and my boyfriend literally went there for 5 mins and we left (had to pay 200£ in a hotel) its also 25mins away from the airport veeeeery narrow road dont waste your money

Good location and easy get too

The owner/ manager was very helpful.

Needed some attention to maintenance. Eg hole in side of chimney place. Wall paper slightly peeling back in areas. Mildew in bathroom etc. Bed very comfortable and clean. Plenty of kitchen facilities. Garden and parking space needed an overhaul.

The accommodation felt like something out of a horror movie. All service was remote. Access was through an electronic lock. The room had dirty walls, a horrible moldy smell, no air conditioning or ventilation, no standard European power outlets (I couldn't even charge my iPhone), and besides the noise from the neighboring room and the floor above, the bathroom had no light and no toilet paper. A terrible accommodation that shouldn't even be advertised on Booking.com.

Bueno estaba relativamente cerca del aeropuerto a 30min andando. El dueño no lo vimos pero fue amable por whatsapp.

La puerta estaba abierta no se cerraba, el baño estaba un poco sucio y la habitación tambien, la cama no era muy comoda y no dormimos en toda la noche por el ruido de la habitación de arriba…

Host arranged a self check in.

Self-Check in did not work. The host provided a faulty / incorrect code for the door. I was stranded outside at 2:30 am and I had to get another accommodation for the night. I called host multiple times and was unresponsive. Once he got back to me in the morning, tried to blame me for not being able to get into property.

The room was tiny, super hot with only one small window. It was not a B&B it was just a room in a shared house with thin walls. I could hear the couple in the the other 2 rooms and their TV. There was only 1 bathroom between 4 rooms which I had to go downstairs to use. The shower looked disgusting I dont think anyone had used it in a long time.

The only decent thing about the place was the location. Their were abandon cars on the front lawn. The grass had not been cut in a long time, I assumed I had the wrong place at first until I tried the key pad.

Hi Raj, everything is wrong with the accommodation. I changed the place I originally booked, and the front door and bedroom door were never locked. They never closed; they just opened by turning the handle from the outside without entering a key. The smart key wasn't in the room. There was a lot of noise inside the house, and an intimidating guest kept asking questions about our accommodation and wouldn't stop, opening and closing the doors more than seven times during the night. The room smelled bad and was damp. The whole trip to London had been good until then, but now we've been extremely uncomfortable and scared all night.

The host gave me clear instructions, so I didn’t have any problem to enter the property. The bed is very comfortable and the seperate bathroom on the floor is is very well équipes. It’s a calmy situated property. I recommend it to anyone who looks for an affordable location close to Luton Airport.

Not very clean, terrible communication with host, I was left waiting outside the house for ages. Didn’t send me instructions to get in and didn’t answer texts, WhatsApp’s or calls. Eventually I was called back and once I got in, I found the room with a really uncomfortable bed, one bathroom for too many bedrooms, noisy, slamming doors, creaky floor boards. No fan for this hot weather. It was not great and I left to stay somewhere else because the place

Was told on arrival that from 9pm until the morning were quiet hours, yet when I arrived at 11pm there was a lot of shouting from other guests, and then this continued with 18-20 year old just running around the house and seemed like they were having a party. Was quite scary to leave the room if needed the bathroom.

There was a lot of noise late at night which I had to ask the staff to deal with, although they did get it to stop. And the room / bed was really hot, even with the windows wide open. So not the best night's sleep.

While booking, it looked like a hotel, but I was surprised to find that it was not. The birthroom was not as clean or as well positioned as I would have wanted it to be.

Všetko bolo super, majiteľ mi veľmi pomohol pretože som zabudla nabíjačku tak som mu napísala na whatsapp aj mi hneď volal a potom do 5min bol primne aj s nabíjačkou. Bol veľmi mily a napomocny. Komunikácia super. Povedal ak by niečo kľudne mu môžem volať alebo písať. Takže určite odporúčam.

We were called at 10pm just as I was about to get on a plane to say we had been moved to an overflow property and had to pay for this via a dodgy online link before the address would be given. Was hassled repeatedly when I researched this and found it to be a scam they use regularly. Was also repeatedly asked to provide contact for my ‘husband’ so he could verify my identity and give permission….we are a lesbian couple.

Great clean property was great for our one night stay, the owner was lovely and gave us all information for our stay. Would definitely go again.

Stuggled to shower, barely any water pressure it definitely required patience as i either froze or burnt 😅 its great for a budget stay but not for longer than a night, otherwise bed room and everything was great. Just as a note there was a shared bathroom downstairs that could be used for showering which i would probably use next time.

Only one bathroom shared by multiple rooms. Wall is very thin. For people who are easily waken up by noises from next door or toilet flushing, better have a second thought.

Lugar bem limpo, cozinha boa apesar de não ter usado alem da maquina de café.

Barulho de mais dos hospedes, tv muito alta ao quarto ao lado, e entra e sai pessoas mesmo de madrugada, era somente dormir pra sair as 4 da manhã, mas não consegui devido o barulho, local a pé fica a 1.2 km do aeroporto, pouca bagagem é na boa, uber muito caro.

I wasn’t expecting more- you get what you pay for. 20min walk to the airport to catch the early flight. The place itself is quiet but the walls are very thin (ex council house) so you can hear the the neighbor room conversation. The tv is not working but you can watch Netflix if you have an account- don’t forget to sign out! Otherwise all ok

The conversation between the owner and myself stopped due to family issue - a deputy should have been appointed, waited over 40 min the phone to be picked up

La dirección que nos dio el host no coincide con la aparece en booking, no me di cuenta de ello hasta que llegue al lugar (medianoche) y vi que las fotos no coincidían con lo que reserve. El estado de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, las sábanas no parecían limpias y una de las fundas de las almohadas tenía las esquinas rotas.

The shower did not work. I used the public shower downstairs. Being monitored on video (by the host) was creepy. There’s a Ring doorbell in the common area where they can see you and speak to you. Guests don’t seem to feel safe here. A chair in the kitchen is broken and almost caused me to fall.

Cleanliness was a clear issue, bogeys all over the walls. Clear damage to the tv and the toilet was locked for most the night. Front door also was left open all night questioning safety

Very difficult to get in. Other guests had to let me in as keyless entry was a problem. Vey small room for a double bed.Had to ' breathe in ' to get round end of bed. However, bed was comfortable. Info re: food access was helpful. Not a 'guest house' as advertised - private house on an estate that seemed uncared for grass uncut , several unused cars on property and certainly not half a k walk from airport - more like 33mins - had to get taxi.
