Only accepted cash payment, which wasn’t made clear prior to booking. There was a lack of facilities, no kettle in room and not close to any restaurants for dinner food.

It was a bit dusty but not durty, only dust and since we had one in our team with high allergies was hard but outside of that it was impecable. Dusty but not durty!

I was treated really badly. Just couple of examples: 1) I was leaving early so could not have the breakfast that was included so I asked if they could give me a free juice or tea for dinner (the night before) since i was buying dinner as well. The answer was 'no' 2) I ordered dinner on the 1st night there and there were no prices or menu. I asked how much it would cost before ordering and then paid at the end 3) on the 2nd night I asked for a menu and we had a conversation about prices and I specifically asked to confirm whether prices were correct because some of them were crossed out and corrected with different prices. I was told that prices are correct. I was told that dinner was not available at 8 pm although it was available at 8 on the 1st night. Then I was told that only 2 types of tagine are available and nothing else on the menu. I ordered a tagine. Then other guests arrived and saw them eating couscous. Never said anything, just noted. I believe my portion was smaller than it should have been as well but never mind. When it was time to pay, I was told it was not 120 dirhams as shown on the menu but 150. Firstly, it is about 80 dirhams in a normal restaurant outside the hotel so the price was not cheap but I was ok to pay since the hotel is not surrounded by shops and restaurants but I was not happy to pay 150 instead of 120. The guy who served me called the manager. Manager came and when I tried to explain why I am not happy, he interrupted me with a 'shush sound' then asked if 120 on the table was my money and when I confirmed he threw it at me and said 'we dont need your money'. I responded that i was treated really badly and had to leave because I did not feel safe. I am not even describing other things i had to endure...

The place was spacious, clean and nicely decorated in traditional style. The hotel is quite a long way from the Marrakesh city centre with taxi (Uber) rides costing about 100dirhams each way. There is a petrol station, supermarket and foodcourt about 15 minutes away on foot, but the area is quite run-down win large open spaces and half-built houses. I would not want to walk around after dark.

Staff were inexperienced as Eleanor and her team had only just taken over from the previous owner. The card machine was not working so we had to find quite large amounts of cash with 24 hours of arriving. Fortunately, Eleanor accepted Euros, Pounds Sterling as well as Dirhams. The breakfast was meagre and service was very slow. Anything cooked is charged extra. On the last day the bread was dry and almost stale, with regular prompting needed for butter and more bread.

Excellent séjour grâce à la propreté irréprochable et l'espace des chambres. L'architecture locale est magnifique et parfaitement intégrée dans la verdure. Le staff est vraiment top et très à l’écoute.

Emplacement un peu loin du centre-ville. Dépendance totale aux taxis dont les tarifs sont excessifs, même via inDrive, comparativement à des villes comme Rabat, Casa ou Tanger. Un budget transport important est à prévoir.

The bed was very comfy. Location is good, you can reach the old town by taxi in about 15-20 mins. Receptionist was friendly.

We stayed here in December and the room was ice cold. It took us one day to somewhat heat it up with the AC. In the breakfast hall, you need to sit in coats. In winter it's ice cold everywhere inside the building - though we also arrived after weeks of rain and lower temperatures in Marrakesh and on the 3rd day the temperature in the room finally got higher and we didn't need that much AC. We paid for the breakfast but only had it on the 1st day since it only consists of carbohydrates/pastries and we are gluten intolerant. You can also ask for fresh orange juice and fruit, but that's it. Coffee was bad. In general, the facilities are not good. The photos look much better than the hotel and the rooms in reality. It would be nice to have a table or chair in the room. With some improvement it could be a more decent hotel and a better value for money. You only get a room key so every time you leave the property and then want to enter again you need to ring the bell. We didn't understand why they don't give a separate key for the entrance. There is spa and hammam but we didn't get to use it so I'm not able to rate that. All in all, it wasn't that bad of an experience but not very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen und sich relativ ruhig. Das Haus ist ineinander sehr guten Zustand. Zur Begrüßung gab es Tee. Das Frühstück war auch (wie immer in Marokko) sehr lecker. Wir waren zwei Tage dort und sind u.a. Auch zum Jardin Anima mit einem Taxi rausgefahren. (hin und zurück 60 Euro) Wir haben jeden Tag ein leckeres Essen serviert bekommen (1 h Vorlaufzeit braucht die Küche, weil es frisch gemacht.wird. Taxi zum Flughafen wurde organisiert

The only thing that was good was location near the airport. Communication through booking.com was good, we went to the hotel the day before to show my dad where the hotel was and to ask to print the boarding cards. The hotel was very accommodating before the stay, on the day of check in everything changed and was terrible.

1. We paid in advance for my elderly dad and my young nephew to stay there as they were staying one more night. When they arrived the hotel demanded and charged 100euro for the room. When I complained I was told “lady you sort it out with booking.com” and reception refused to speak to me but were happy to speak to my husband… I felt discriminated as I was the paying customer and it was my dad not my husbands 2. I agreed early check in in advance and nobody mentioned or discussed any extra charge, no extra charges listed on booking.com but when my dad arrived the hotel demanded extra 50euros. I said that my dad will comeback at 2pm rather the paying extra for early check in, which caused the hotel staff to be even more abrupt and they said the charge had to be paid anyway hotel. 3. Booking.com customer service were great as they sorted it for me and reception gave back 100euro 4. My dad and nephew were left with no bedding or blankets till I told them to go and ask for them 5. If my dad wasn’t able to get hold of me to sort things out and had no money as this was his last day they would probably had to sleep on the streets or at the airport Totally unacceptable and disgraceful attitude of the hotel staff. It wasn’t my problem they didn’t know how to obtain their money from booking.com, judging by the amount of reviews on booking.com there have been a lot of people staying and probably paying in advance so there is no excuse for this and saying “lady you sort it out” when I was 5mins away from boarding the plane sick worried about my elderly dad and young nephew disgusting.

Es war ganz nah vom Flughafen aber man konnte da nichts essen oder trinken und kein SPA benutzen weil da keine Gäste waren außer mir.

La proximité de l'aéroport - Petit déjeuner impeccable - Personnels sympathiques - Chambre confortable et pièces communes coquettes N'ai pas pu apprécier au mieux cet établissement car réservation tardive du à un vol annulé et reportéle lendemain. Je n'avais pas fait attention que le restaurant n'était que sur réservation. La fatigue étant, n'avons pas eu le courage de chercher un restaurant et de ressortir dans la nuit, mais avec une bouteille d'eau nous avons tenu le coup et certainement encore mieux apprécier le petit déjeuner. - Voyage entre sœurs - Je recommande

Friendly staff - many thanks to Sofian and Hassan - for making our stay so comfortable. The property is beautiful, the outdoor pool area soothing, the shower hot, and the room quiet and the bed comfy. The breakfast was sumptuous. The property was so conveniently located that we even walked to the airport, enjoying our last neighborhood stroll in Morocco.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property. What I would clarify is that transport to the airport is available by taxi but is not a “shuttle service”. This may have been my own misunderstanding.

We stayed here for one night and it absolutely ticked all the boxes for us! Great location close to the airport, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The manager who looked after us (we arrived late, around 11 PM) was truly amazing — attentive, caring, and super helpful. He even took us to an ATM and a pharmacy, helped us get a Moroccan SIM card, and really made our stay so much easier. Highly recommend!

Sie war sauber ! Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde uns auch früher als angeboten serviert.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen was wir gebucht hatten. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Sitzecke und Balkon gebucht mit Aussicht zum Pool. Bekamen aber ein Zimmer mit Stockbett, viel kleiner und ohne Balkon, nur ein Fenster zur Straße. Als wir uns beschwert haben war der Besitzer unfreundlich und meinte er würde stornieren. Es war aber viel zu spät ein neues Hotel zu finden. Auf den Betten der Kinder waren keine Decken als wir nach Decken fragten bekamen wir Wolldecken ohne Bezug! Widerwillig wurde uns noch ein Laken gegeben. Bezogene Kissen für die Kinder bekamen wir nicht mehr. Der Transport zum Flughafen hatte 28 Minuten Verspätung.

Für eine Nacht mit einem frühzeitigen Abflug ein idealer Ort. Auch hier, wie in ganz Marocco freundliches Personal, im Gegensatz zur Polizei die auf "Einahmen" getrimmt ist. Gut essen kann man im Golfclub in unmittelbarer Nähe, der in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist.

Der Preis für's Taxi von 15 MAD bei einer Fahrt von 5 Min. bis zum Flughafen ist überrissen, denn bei meiner Ankunft habe ich für's Taxi bis zur Medina lediglich 20 MAD bezahlt und die Fahrt dauerte 20 Minuten. Hôtel Riad Airport sollte sich für einen besseren Deal einsetzten.

Mainly cold Breakfast. No restaurant on site. No kettle / tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Birds coming into the dining room & eating the breads left open on the table.

Beautifully decorated Road hotel. Swimming pool to cool from the long trek and heat. Hassan was very welcoming, hospitable and made us very comfortable. He attended to all the travellers needs. He has very good English to help the guests. It is very close to the airport. Great price for a family room. The privacy curtain in the walk in ward robe is a nice touch. Shame that we could not stay more at your beautiful hotel. Imran also was very helpful with organising taxis and morning coffee.

Ich habe im Hotel Riad Airport die Nacht vor dem Abflug verbracht. Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super und die Strecke ist mit dem Taxi gleich zurückgelegt. Keine Restaurants in der Nähe, worüber man sich aber vorher informieren kann. Sehr sauber und ein geräumiges Zimmer. Flugzeuge habe ich nicht gehört.

Frühstück gibt es an 8:00 Uhr. Da ich mein Taxi für 7:15 Uhr bestellt hatte, hat mir der Mitarbeiter am Vorabend angeboten, ein kleines Frühstück zu richten, womit ich einverstanden war. Leider hat es nicht geklappt, weil der Mitarbeiter zu spät gekommen ist. Entweder hatte er Kopfschmerzen oder verschlafen; das habe ich nicht verstanden. Ich habe Frau am Flughafen gefrühstückt, was auch kein Problem für mich war. Mein Kritikpunkt: Wenn so eine Leistung angeboten wird, sollte man sie auch einhalten. Oder den Gästen gleich sagen, dass sie am Flughafen frühstücken sollen. Süßes Vorkommnis hat meine Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft negativ beeinflusst.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Tee empfangen. Schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Frühstück wurde auf Grund des zeitigen Abfluges vorverlegt.

Vorsicht, Wechselkurs bei Bezahlung sehr schlecht. Hier können sie ca. 15 Euro aufschlagen. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Am Morgen hatten wir im Zimmer eine kleine Ameisenplage. Der Transport zum Flughafen wurde auch organisiert, kostet dann aber zwei- bis dreimal mehr als üblich.

Hotel/Riad idéalement situé, non loin de l'aéroport, excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel très aimable et serviable. Le Gérant est vraiment chaleureux, au bon cœur et très attentionné envers ses clients. Belle chambre spacieuse et propre, on apprécie également La décoration de l'hôtel absolument splendide, reflet de l'artisanat Marocain. Un bon petit déjeuner complet et copieux, très bon soupé Également (à réserver). Merci énormément à toute l'équipe.

We kwamen hier na een tegenvaller in ons andere hotel. Supervriendelijke ontvangst en zó gedienstig op alle fronten. Erg lief! Verder super schoon en een heerlijk ontbijt!

De omgeving is niet top (wel veilig hoor). Maar de mensen zijn zo lief dat dat veel goed maakt!

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Het diner was lekker en ook het ontbijt was prima. Het personeel was bijzonder hartelijk en hulpvaardig. De ligging is ideaal op slechts enkele minuten van de luchthaven en je bent toch net buiten de drukte van de stad.

Alles was naar wens.

Taxi Gebühr zum Flughafen um 4h morgens (5 min Fahrtzeit) organisiert vom Hotel. Trotz morgendlichem Zuschlag sind 150 MAD = 14 Euro deutlich zu teuer, denn am Vorabend zahlten wir um 22h für den Transfer vom Zentrum zum Hotel (20 min) 50 MAD = Euro

Il personale molto cordiale, molto gentili e disponibili, il mio ragazzo purtroppo e stato male per influenza e il personale era sempre disponile e ci chiedevano sempre se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Colazione molto buona e abbondante Da ritornare!!!

Hôtel très difficile à localiser même avec GPS : actuellement dans une zone en construction qui deviendra certainement très bien et résidentielle (proximité du golf, casino etc.) Dommage car excellent hôtel proche de l'aéroport

De locatie van het hotel is prima, dichtbij de luchthaven, maar teglijk moeilijk om te vinden voor taxichauffeurs. Er blijken 2 hotels met een vergelijkbare naam te zijn, waardoor het lastig is om er te komen.

De prijs! Blijkbaar was er bij Booking een fout gebeurd, waardoor ik 1 kamer geboekt had voor 1 volwassene en 1 kind. Er was nog een koppel gasten met precies hetzelfde probleem. Resultaat was dat we flink moesten bijbetalen, er was geen enkele ruimte voor onderhandeling met dit hotel.

When we arrived, there was no one at the hotel but the cleaning lady. She opened the door, but as we did not speak the same language, she could not give us any more information. We found this quite weird, and tried to ask some questions, but it was difficult to communicate. We went out to buy some lunch, and when we got back, we noticed we were not able to get in again. We contacted the owner through booking, who contacted the cleaning lady to open the door for us (she had not heard the bell). We managed to get the owner on the phone and he told us the receptionist was sick, and that they were trying to find a replacement. In the meantime, the cleaning lady was waiting alone, so that we were not locked out again (she was the only person there with the entrance keys). We went out for lunch and got back there, we ended up waiting 5 minutes for someone to open the door to us again. A car stopped in the street and we did not feel safe at all. Around 9:00, a receptionist arrived, and the cleaning lady was finally able to leave. At 1 AM, other clients arrived, and they started laughing out loud in the hallway while our room was just next to it, waking us up while we had a flight early in the morning. About the food and the spa, I’m thankful we were not waiting for it, because I do not know who would have prepared the food and done the spa prestations, as no one was there. This was really really strange. Besides, breakfast starts at 8:00, so it cannot accommodate people who have an early flight, kind of strange for an « airport hotel ». When it comes to facilities, they were on, but for instance the showerhead pressure was very low and we could not wash ourselves properly.

An absolute gem! Owners and staff are amazing and the food in the restaurant is second to none . It is literally 10 mins from the airport.

Séjour décevant dans l’ensemble. Le service n’était pas à la hauteur : un seul membre du personnel présent le soir et la nuit, ce qui ralentit beaucoup la prise en charge des clients. Le petit-déjeuner était également en dessous des attentes, avec peu de choix et une qualité qui laisse à désirer. Dommage, car l’établissement a du potentiel, mais il faudrait sérieusement améliorer l’organisation et la qualité des prestations.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Riad airport Marrrakesh . The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay — especially Mohammed who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Établissement propre et l’accueil est chaleureux. Personnel au petits soins bienveillants et arrangeants. Les chambres sont propres la piscine également. Proche de l’aéroport je recommande cet établissement à 💯 Mention spéciale au jeune qui nous a accueilli hier et qui s’est rendu disponible même à 4h du matin.☺️

Nous avons récemment loué deux chambres dans ce riad, dont une suite, mais notre expérience a été mitigée à cause d'un problème avec la climatisation. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la climatisation de la suite ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré nos signalements, les techniciens intervenus n'ont pas réussi à résoudre le problème rapidement. - On nous a proposé de passer la nuit dans une autre chambre que nous avons restituer le lendemain car elle était louée ,nous étions donc cinq personnes dans une chambre initialement conçue pour deux pour profiter de la fraîcheur de la clim. La veille de notre départ, on nous a informés qu'une nouvelle climatisation serait installée, ce qui nous a obligé à préparer nos affaires pour une fois de plus se reloger dans une autre chambre prevue pour 2 personnes ,alors que nous n'avons finalement pas pu profiter de la suite pour laquelle nous avions payé un prix élevé ;nous sommes sidérés qu'un établissement comme celui-ci ne vérifie pas en amont des équipements tels qu'une climatisation surtout que les températures extérieures avoisines les 45°. En conclusion, la gestion de ces problèmes techniques a considérablement terni notre expérience.
