La ubicación cerca de la estación. Poder tener una habitación cuádruple. El hecho de tener una pequeña cocina.

No hay nadie en persona para atenderlo. El sitio es mono a primera vista, pero cuando te instalas allí el mobiliario no es muy adecuado: no hay mesillas de noche, no hay luz de lectura (hay que levantarse para apagar la luz), no hay microondas, no hay cafetera, no hay dónde guardar las cosas de la cocina, no hay dónde poner el jabón mientras te duchas, no hay toallas grandes, no hay un sitio para dejar la maleta (como suele haber en los hoteles). Es correcto si pasas solo una noche, pero si la estancia es más larga empieza a ser incómodo. Si el anfitrión quisiera, todo esto se soluciona con una inversión mínima de dinero.

Kényelmes szállás a vasútállomáshoz és a Gospel Househoz közel. Csendes utca, közelben gyönyörű templom. Könnyen megközelíthető vonattal, busszal, autóval. Közelben van két supermarket és egy pékség is.

Wir haben laut Bilder was gebucht mit ca. 30m² und eine ganz andere Wohnung bekommen die vielleicht 15m² war.... Für 3 Leute eine Katastrophe....

Un accès facile avec un grand parking gratuit à proximité.

2 lits simples espacés au lieu d'un lit double. Le côté un peu "foyer jeune travailleur"

L'emplacement, c'est littéralement à 5 minutes à pied de la ville de Baden Baden.

Je n'ai pas aimé l'atmosphère de l'appartement. J'ai payé environ 90 euros par nuit et il y avait quand même une chambre avec 2 lits simples, 1 lit superposé, une petite table avec plaque de cuisson comme kitchenette et une table avec des chaises. depuis la fenêtre, je pouvais voir la maison voisine et ils pouvaient nous voir à l'intérieur, donc je devais garder la fenêtre couverte tout le temps. La nuit également, il y avait un grand lampadaire qui éclairait toute notre pièce et si nous utilisions des rideaux, il faisait trop chaud. Si vous avez votre train de correspondance depuis Baden Baden, réservez-le. Si vous devez visiter la ville, ce n’est pas une bonne option. J'ai séjourné dans des endroits magnifiques à des prix beaucoup plus bas dans des endroits chers. Il s'agit de petits détails dont l'hôte s'occupe et qui manquaient ici.

Chiamando la proprietaria per ricevere istruzioni sulla posizione del box delle chiavi (nascosto dietro l'edificio) ha risposto in modo stizzito e poco cordiale. In piena estate le lenzuola erano di un tessuto caldissimo. La doccia non è munita di box quindi se ti lavi il prossimo troverà tutto allagato. Il lavandino del bagno è MINUSCOLO! la posizione della casa è nell'estremo periferia.

Gardinen wären prima, um auch tagsüber Privatsphäre zu haben.

Las camas eran cómodas, pero hacia tantísima calor que no se podía dormir en la litera de arriba.

Las paredes estaban sucias, hacia muchísimo calor y solo teníamos un ventilador que además no giraba porque estaba jodido, las toallas eran pequeñas y ásperas. Además, queda bastante lejos del centro. Nosotros solo estuvimos unas horas para poder descansar antes de irnos al aeropuerto, pero para las fatigas que pasamos con el calor, hubiese preferido reservar al lado del aeropuerto ya que hay transporte para ir al centro de la ciudad y volver, se tarda casi lo mismo.

The temperature inside was unbearable as it was the middle of a heatwave, there was a large fan thankfully but it was so hot it didn't do much to cool you down.

no bed lamp and the undershot was terry cloth, which is warm for the summer, better use regular cotton sheets or jersey sheet.

Quite a tiny room but all included (kitchenette, bathroom). Communication was good, replies to questions came quick even though I never met anyone. Instructions were clear.

Like I said, small room is n a corner and quite warm.

La posizione e la pulizia.

La signora ci ha fatto pagare il parcheggio condominiale, stanza molto piccola e calda senza aria condizionata con uniche finestre che davano sulla strada.

Proximité de la gare. Et de Baden-Baden. Calme, propreté.

Purtroppo siamo capitati a baden baden nei giorni più caldi con temperature sui 36 gradi, la struttura non ha i condizionatori e le ventole non sono state sufficienti per riposare bene

Klein en door de warme buiten temperatuur heel erg warm in het appartement. En ventilator is niet voldoende om het af te laten koelen.

Unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof, kontaktloser Check-in, Kleinküche mit Kühlschrank und Kochplatten, komfortables Bett mit sehr guten Lattenrost.

Wofür der Gastgeber nichts kann, was aber gar nicht geht: Von Samstag auf Sonntag spielte eine Kinderschar im Innenhof fast bis Mitternacht Fußball, anschließend verlagerte sich der Lärm bis 1 Uhr morgens auf die hell erleuchtete Dachterrasse. Danach war aber immer noch keine Ruhe weil das benachbarte Restaurant mit Putzen beschäftigt war. Von 1:30 bis 3:00 wurde mit Töpfen und Pfannen bei offenem Fenster Lärm gemacht. Ich habe mich dann um 5:15 mit dem Zug auf die Heimreise nach Wien begeben, 12 Stunden Zugfahrt mit nur einer Stunde Schlaf.. Als Vermieter würde ich regelmäßig die Polizei wegen Ruhestörung holen..

Feia una calor insuportable. Tot i tenir un ventilador, no era suficient, l’habitació semblava un forn. Hem hagut d’estar les dues nits amb les finestres obertes dormint amb tot el soroll del carrer, que no era poc, i amb la llum de fora, perquè no hi havia persianes.

Было очень душно в номере , но есть вентилятор . Хозяйка написала что нет ни мыла ни полотенец, но там всё было!

Hacia mucho calor, no hay aire acondicionado, no recomendable para verano. No se puede dormir por la noche del calor. Solamente hay un ventilador para tres personas y no llega bien. El primer piso no nos gusto porque, poca provacidad..

due to hot climate, we had to keep the windows open all night for ventilation and since the apartment was in ground floor, we dint get a deep sleep due to unsafe feeling.

No té aire acondicionat. En plena onada de calor, era com estar a l'infern. Insuportable. No vam dormir en tota la nit. És a prop d'una estació de tren que no va al centre. Si l,objectiu és visitar Baden Baden, és lluny (uns 20 minuts en bus). I és car.

Lage im Innenstadtbereich, relativ ruhig da nachts wenig Verkehr ist und das Zimmer zum Hof lag. Von der benachbarten Schule war am Montagmorgen nichts zu hören. Das Bett war zwar schmal (Einzelzimmer), dafür aber bequem. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe der Unterkunft sind über Nacht problemlos kostenfrei verfügbar (ab 8:00 Uhr muss aber eine Parkscheibe eingelegt werden, max. Parkzeit dann noch 2 Stunden). Entfernung zum Flughafen Baden-Baden ca. 10 km.

Das Zimmer war aufgrund der hohen Tagestemperaturen (34°C) leider ziemlich aufgeheizt und ist auch über Nacht nicht wirklich abgekühlt. Dank des bereitgestellten Ventilators war die Nacht dennoch ganz erträglich. Gerade für solche Sommernächte wäre ein Fliegengitter sinnvoll, dann könnte man mit offenem Fenster schlafen und würde nicht von den Mücken geplagt werden…

I cannot recommend this appartment as the fridge wasn't working. With the unbearable heat way during these days it was not possible to sleep or stay at the room as the air conditioning wasn't working, only the ventilator was at the room which couldn't help. The bath didn't have the exhaust fan as well... So maybe the wrong period of time for a travel or the room is not the best.

Место с парковкой во дворе. Два окна в номере. Номер чистый и уютный. Всё аккуратно. 10 метров от отеля пиццерия с очень хорошим , веселым и приветливым персоналом и вкусно всё делают.

It’s a very nice place to leave. Owner was very supportive and helpful during our stay. Much recommended place to stay.

Gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis des Zimmers (Nr.10), in dem auch eine Mini-Küche eingebaut ist. Das ist sehr praktisch. Im Haus war es sauber und ruhig. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber und gross genug für uns. Für korpulenten Gäste eher etwas eng.

Die Parkplatz-Siuation war ,für uns, nicht einfach. Bei der Reservierung des Zimmers sollte man besser direkt einen Parkplatz (EU 10) dazu buchen. Ich hatte diese Info gelesen, aber die Möglichkeit zur Reservierung/Buchung nicht gesehen....

Parkplatz kostet 10€, es war jedoch keiner mehr frei. Wir haben das Auto dennoch auf dem Hof abgestellt, aber nicht so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Kein Licht im Hinterhof. Das Zimmer ist lieblos eingerichtet.

Location was great, walking distance from the train station. The apartment was very well appointed, had everything I needed. Very happy for a kettle!

The light shone in under the door during the night.

A 150 mètres a pied de la gare routière et sncf pour aller en centre ville avec 2 bus le 201 et le 205.. Parking gratuit pour voiture à cette même gare Très propre.

Il manque des éclairages individuels près des têtes de lits . L éclairage central es un peu fort et manque de douceur Manque petite étagère avec lampe de chevet
