El personal y la ubicación del hotel

Buffet repetitivo. Al acabar el día la zona de las piscinas se encontraba muy sucia, con vasos, latas, restos de comida...que entiendo que eso no es problema del hotel sino de los huéspedes que no saben que existen las papeleras...

El apartamento completisimo, muy moderno, con mucha luz , con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y salón.

Como sugerencia, cuando vienes de la playa en la entrada no hay una ducha para sacarse la arena y entrar limpio a las instalaciones.

Todo nos gustó mucho la cercanía a cafeterías y tiendas parque para niños..

As piscinas e os jardins. A localização. O apartamento muito bom.

A comida do restaurante. Péssimo , a comida era igual todos os dias. O frango era uma constante, feito de todas as formas. Parecia que o dono do restaurante tinha um aviário. Muito pouca variedade. Apenas umas 4 variedades de sobremesas. A pizza era horrível, todos os dias, parecia pizza com uma semana com muito mau aspecto. Pouca variedade de tudo!!! Enfim o restaurante nada tinha a ver com o resto do hotel que era maravilhoso!!!

L’emplacement est parfait

Nous sommes choqués par Le comportement d’une dame à l’accueil. En effet, nous avons dû quitter la chambre tardivement vers 13h car notre fille était malade… Nous avons expliqué au téléphone que nous avons du retard on doit encore ranger nos valise et ma fille est malade. Nous étions relancer régulièrement pour quitter la chambre, un stress permanent. Au final, la dame de l’accueil est venue avec l’agent de sécurité pour nous forcer de quitter la chambre. Nous ne comprenons absolument pas la nécessité de ramener un agent de sécurité et de venir ouvrir la porte pendant que je me changeais … Nous étions très gênés et nous nous sommes sentis très mal à l’aise devant notre fille. Je n’ai jamais jamais ressenti une telle humiliation. Nous avons l’habitude de réserver des hôtels dans toute l’Europe. Ce comportement a vraiment gâché la fin de notre séjour…. Sans oublier que la dame a ouvert la porte et a percuté mon coude. En effet, j’ai essayé de laisser la porte entrouverte le temps car j’étais entrain de me changer et l’agent de sécurité était devant donc j’ étais gênée de me changer la porte ouverte…

The location was excellent.

The beds were too noisy, every time I wanted to turn around the bed was very loud I guess it was due to the wheels on the legs.

The location was perfect. The kids pool was ideal for my daughter. Beach and shops all walking distance. The food through the day was really good but non alcoholic drinks were really expensive

There was no air conditioning which was very difficult to sleep and get ready on a night before going out for tea. The pools were salt water which was strange. Breakfast was awful.

Gezellige plek, veel faciliteiten, aan het strand en in het centrum. Het personeel was geweldig!

Heel erg gehorig, oud gebouw waarbij je alles hoort wat de bovenburen doen. Hele warme kamers zonder airco.

En general todo fue maravilloso, las instalaciones, el personal, la limpieza… tuvimos la suerte de estar en un apartamento reformado y nos encantó!

Por poner un pero, el Wifi nunca acabó de funcionar bien, creo que por saturación de conexiones. El extractor de humos de la cocina podría estar unos centímetros más alto, yo que soy alto me tocaba en la cabeza.

We loved all the different Palm trees and the felling of being in Bali!!! Location for supermarkets shops and the family apartment style. Having your room cleaned everyday and fresh towels was lovely.

Having to wake up early and racing for a pool chair on holiday I haven’t seen this before in other countries!! Some people took up to five chairs and they left their towels and only came to the pool in the afternoon after their excursions that cannot be right but anyway that is people behaviour and not the hotel. Also the adults only pool area you couldnt use it if you have a pool float but the pool is bigger and no adults were using it I think the two pools need to swap as there is more families with kids in the smaller pool and less adults in the bigger pool just my opinion.

La habitación estaba limpia y teníamos comodidades en el apartamento. La ubicación también está muy bien.

La piscina principal era de agua muy salada, desagradable al baño y muy llena de crema solar, (falta de bomba de filtrado) Por otro lado, hacia mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado, solo ventilador en la habitación, pero en el salón cocina hacía demasiado calor.

We booked a room with double bed and got 2 single beds in both rooms. The instructions to get to our room were the longest path, not considering the guests mobility at all. You have to buy towels for the pool. Air conditioning was not working and no apologies. The cleaning ladies mixed all glasses in the sink, unwashed, instead of leaving them where they were (or cleaning them). Also they left the waste bins without bags. Most pool chairs are booked at 9h am and stay booked all day long. You may find chairs but acces is difficult or you lay down 2 fingers from an unknown guest. That is how crowded the pool area area is, with as many chair as it can fit. As the feeling of a chip summer hotel for families in that sense.

Very central to bars & restaurants

The pool toilets were awful.definitely need improvement on keeping them clean and filled with toilet rolls. Beds are very hard & no air conditioning 😫😫

Het is een heel mooi gerenoveerd appartement met alle gemakken voorzien zoals airco, wasmachine en vaatwasser.

De schoonmaak gebeurd niet altijd even goed. Het balkon is zelden schoongemaakt. De appartementen zelf zijn volop in renovatie, maar het zwemgedeelte heeft ook renovatie nodig. Speeltuin is niet opgeknapt, glijbanen kunnen wel een likje verf gebruiken, in het bubbelbad doen de sproeiers het niet, etc. Er was niks vermeld over de werkzaamheden op de locatie zelf. Ook niet bij aankomst bij de receptie.

Everything. starting with the very helpful staff, the clean rooms, the pools, all the green gardens very carefully maintained, the restaurant which has so nice places in the shadow, all the facilities, GYM, SPA, the 2 jacuzzis outside, the beautiful view. Room cleaning and towel changing on a daily basis.

Nothing to mention here.

There was some construction ongoing for the duration, some noise, the apartments undergoing the construction/upgrade was exposed (personally if it was my place, I would’ve hidden it).

Two bedroomed apartment lovely . Well equipped . Pools gorgeous. So big and plenty of sun loungers. Convenient safe location.

Salt water in the pool. 2 of our party of 4 liked it but not me personally. Would prefer a room located with sea or pool view if we go back . Street a bit noisy but it quietened down by 11.30.

The room we got was amazing 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment with fully equipped kitchen and the most important with AC

The pool was unfortunately and place we didn’t enjoy at the maximum. There is something in the pool that stains yellow. All our bath clothes are stained in yellow and now we have to put them in the garbage. Then the staff in the reception were rude when we went to ask couple of questions about the parking

Wir buchten HP . Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform waren sehr gut. Schöne Poollandschaft und Strandnähe angenehm. Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern sehr modern. Relativ grosser Garten mit Sonnenliegen in sehr guter Lage zum Pool.

Zigarettenkippen auf dem Boden, den Brücken und im Aussenbereich des Restaurants lagen teilweise mehrere Tage herum. Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern waren relativ laut.

The room was cleaned each day to perfection! The whole property was spotless, location is perfect ! Breakfast was beautiful ever morning Very helpful & friendly staff.

L'emplacement et parc aquatique malgré les horaires 11h-17h45

Le bruit des travaux ainsi que le bruit des bars jusqu’à minuit étaient très gênants, d’autant plus que l’hôtel n’a pas de climatisation et que nous devions garder les fenêtres de la chambre ouvertes. Les horaires du parc aquatique sont également trop restreints, de 11h à 17h45, et la piscine principale a été fermée plusieurs fois pour entretien. La qualité du buffet du soir est loin d’être acceptable : certains produits étaient moisis, abîmés ou passés. Au final, nous avons eu mal au ventre à deux reprises et ma femme a même vomi pendant la nuit.

Emplacement de l'hôtel avec accès direct à la plage, donnant aussi sur la meilleure avenue de las américas, avec boutiques, commerces, cafés, restaurants.... Chambre nouvellement aménagée, kitchenette bien équipée, Piscine grandiose et impeccable, Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Salle de sport bien équipée.

Que se acabaron las vaciones muy rápido

Stanza ampia, pulita e con tutti i confort. Piscine grandi e belle, una con scivoli per bambini. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Posizione ottima, vicino a una bella spiaggia e in una zona centrale piena di vita.

La struttura non ha un parcheggio privato gratuito, ne ha uno convenzionato a 15 euro al giorno in posizione distaccata. Noi abbiamo sempre parcheggiato nelle vicinanze nelle strisce bianche gratuite, ma nelle ore centrali del giorno si fatica a trovare parcheggio. La chiave della stanza è un braccialetto che dovresti portare tutta la vacanza; per noi è stato scomodo, sarebbe stata meglio la classica tessera.

Salzwasserpool, Frühstück gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Keine Klimaanlage sondern einzelne Klimageräte in den Räumen die mit den sperrigen Abwärmeschläuchen schwierig funktioniert haben.

La habitación estaba muy nueva. Mi hijo se lo pasó genial en la piscina de toboganes La ubicación cerca del paseo, del supermercado, el mingolf,... la zona está llena de gente, pero con una ambiente agradable y familiar. Toda la zona de la piscina y el jardín que la rodea es preciso.

Las tumbonas están excesivamente cerca unas de otras. Aunque hay un cartel de no reservar tumbonas, todo el mundo lo hace... aunque hay gente que casi no aparece y esto nadie lo controla. La piscina de los niños cierra demasiado temprano. El agua de la piscina grande estaba excesivamente salada.

Friendly staff Good location

For the price breafast was not included. I checked out early before completing my time mainly due to Uncomfortable beds solid mattress. No air conditioner in very hot weather. No keys for the room instead a water proof bracelet which you have to wear all the time and is pretty inconvenient. A few unfriendly faces at the breakfast did not go again. Wellness center as well not a good experience.

Wenn man nicht die günstigsten Zimmer nimmt ist es sehr schön. Leider im August etwas überlaufen, sehr viele Gäste und auch Kinder. Nicht für Leute, die Ruhe suchen. Aber für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Gutes Essen.aber auch eine Maßenabfertigung.

However, the pool experience was NOT. This would make me reconsider booking Panque Santiago in the future. 1. I did not realize that all the pools were salty water-very salty. It was not so enjoyable for us to swim, as it gets into the eyes easily- alot of people were struggling to stay in for long. We had to go swimming else where unfortunately. 2. Towels: Pool towels were not provided, this was very inconvenient as this is not something you typically carry on holiday. These usually come as part of the room or are '"çhecked out" near the pool. This is the 1st hotel i have been where pool towels are not provided. Inconvenient. 3. The bathrooms at the pool area were not consistently cleaned throughout the day-flooded, dirty with tissues all over the floor&smelly. After day 1, we avoided them totally.

La propreté de la chambre ainsi que la proximité de l’hôtel au centre commercial, en plein centre de las Américas.

Les travaux de réaménagement dans les autres chambres en pleine saison estivale ainsi que le fait de rencontrer les ouvriers chaque fois que vous rentrez dans l’immeuble ou que vous sortez. Aussi, l’eau de la piscine est trop trop salée et fait mal aux yeux. On est parti à la plage qui est juste en face de l’hôtel et l’eau n’était pas aussi salée que la piscine de l’hôtel.

Que no tuviera aire acondicionado la habitación. Y las piscinas muy calientes, no estaban limpias y los pocos, o poquitísimos baños comunes, estaban muy, muy sucios, realmente asquerosos. Pocos baños comunes.

Restaurant is good, situated next to the pool and with a lot of greenery. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

We booked a superior garden view studio. We were given a studio with a view of a building standing right infront of our window. After 2 attempts we were moved to a studio with a good view of the garden but without air conditioning. There was partial renovation of one of the buildings which meant there was constant noise from hammers, angle grinders, sanding and all that stuff. It was noisy and dusty from all the sending and grinding. They were also painting walls right next to the kids pool which was unpleasent because of the smell of the paint.

Fresh water swimming pool would be good. Some of the sunbed umbrellas had the spikes sticking out,very dangerous.

Nagyon szuper volt itt minden, imádtam! A medence hatalmas és tényleg pihentető volt. Az apartmanunk is tágas és kényelmes volt, szóval minden adott volt a kikapcsolódáshoz. Az ételek pedig egyszerűen fantasztikusak voltak, minden nap alig vártuk, hogy kóstoljunk valami újat! Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom ezt a helyet!

Az ágyak állandóan szétcsúsztak, lehetett volna kényelmesebb is.

El complejo está fenomenal, tienes de todo restaurantes, mini centro comercial, las piscinas son enormes y muy bonitas, primera línea de playa. Tuvimos suerte que lo estaban reformando y nos tocó un apartamento nuevo con aire acondicionado, eso hizo que la estancia fuera de 10 porque ha hecho bastante calor. Nos ha encantado. A pesar de la zona donde está, no se oye ni un ruido por la noche.

Lokalizacja hotelu przy plaży. Świetne baseny i strefa SPA. Bardzo miła obsługa, sprzątanie/ wymiana ręczników na życzenie. Komfortowe studio z klimatyzacją i wyposażeniem kuchni. Śniadania codziennie identyczne, ale duży wybór i smaczne. Ogólnie bardzo fajny Resort. Polecam :)

Centraal gelegen, je bent snel op de boulevard en bij eetgelegenheden.

Kamer was klein, warm en we hadden ons balkon aan de binnenkant. Privacy was er niet als je op het balkon zat. De locatie is heel groot en massaal. Voor gezinnen die het heel fijn vinden om op een locatie te blijven is het perfect.

Este zajos a főépület de nem a forgalom miatt, hanem mert zajosak az ajtók amiket erősen becsapódnak. Én odafigyeltem erre éjjel, hogy megfogjam az ajtót becsapódás előtt, de a legtöbben nem. Szomorú, hogy a többséget ez nem érdekli, de fontos figyelembe venni ha pihenni szeretne az ember. A füldugó segíthet.

WARNING BEFORE BOOKING PARQUE SANTIAGO III The hotel had almost 4½ hours to clean, inspect and prepare our three-bedroom ocean-view villa, yet it was handed over with numerous faults that ruined the final part of our holiday. Be aware that neither Booking.com nor the hotel’s own website clearly states that villa options below the four-bedroom category do not have built-in air conditioning in the bedrooms. Guests must instead rely on rented portable units. Our villa had: * Exposed live electrical wires that sparked twice and caused complete power cuts. * No working air conditioning in any of the three bedrooms. * Portable AC units and cables creating safety and trip hazards. * A blocked shower, no shampoo or shower gel, and a fridge that did not cool properly. * A TV that was not connected for Netflix or YouTube. I had to investigate and fix it myself, only to find the internet cable had not even been plugged in. Engineers and staff repeatedly entered the villa throughout our three-night stay, destroying our privacy and rest. We spent over £2,000 on this stay, after already spending approximately £4,500 with them the previous week. This was our first family holiday since my mother passed away, and what should have been a peaceful and meaningful break became one of the worst holiday experiences we have ever had. Despite everything: * No manager called us back. * No senior member of staff contacted us to acknowledge or empathise with what we had experienced. * No proper resolution was provided. Be very careful when booking with this company, because there is a great deal that is not clearly disclosed, and our experience showed very little care once payment had been taken. Overall score: 1 out of 10.

Quite family friendly villa by the beach

The last morning they cut the palm trees and we woken up to a huge mess out front and couldn’t use the pool or garden only gave us notice of a email the night before putting a bit of a dampener on the day not great really.

Nagyszerű reggeli és vacsora, kedves személyzet, központi elhelyezkedés, csodás partok a közelben. Családbarát hotel.

A környék nagyon hangos volt este, éjszaka egészen hajnalig. Emiatt este a szobában szellőztetni alvás mellett nem lehetett. A légkondi hiánya emiatt kellemetlen volt, főleg éjszaka.

Superbe emplacement , la plage est à 2 minutes à pied , l’amabilité du personnel , hôtel très propre , constamment en train d’être nettoyé . Je recommande vivement ! Ayant choisi la demi pension , pour ce qui est du buffet je l’ai trouvé quand même assez varié , et le buffet du matin très fourni rien à redire .

Nothing Was perfect

La ubicación es muy buena aunque está en la zona más turística. El hotel es muy tranquilo por las noches. El buffet libre está muy bien pero hubiera preferido que cerrara un poco más tarde (cierra a las 21:30 horas). Se puede pasear por las noches y salir a dar un paseo por la tarde o ir a la playa andando porque está a 2 minutos. Tiene muchos servicios alrededor.

La luz de la casa se iba constantemente. Había cucarachas en los jardines y un día, una se metió en la casa. Las puertas correderas no cerraban bien, el problema estaba sobre todo en la de la primera planta porque daba al paseo marítimo.

Las instalaciones para niños, lo grande que es, que no haya problemas en la piscina por dalta de hamacas y la amabilidad de la recepción.

Que no tenga aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, y falta de jabones de manos (las pastillas son muy antiguas). Y lo mas importante es la falta de parquing en la zona.

Великолепный отель. Расположение очень удачное, 1 линия, собственный пляж. Очень классные бассейны, есть и детские и большие взрослые. Очень удобные, просторные и современные номера. В ресторанах этого отеля очень вкусные блюда.

La tranquilidad del hotel aunque parecia que habia mucha gente. El buffet increíble, estaba todo muy bueno y bien presentado, habiendo mucha variedad cada dia.

El horario de la piscina de los niños y que no se regule de alguna manera el tema de tener las hamacas reservadas todo el dia sin haber nadie con la toalla puesta desde las 9 de la mañana.

I enjoyed the Location, it’s right on the Golden mile just a doorstep away, to lots of shops & Bars! I was thrilled with the massive swimming pool

I didn’t like that there was No family entertainment in the apartment & No music or games around the swimming pool for the kids. I Didn’t enjoy our room there was renovations happening & it was so noisy Every day & our room was much further away from everything.
